It was a great experience from beginning to end, each person helped me through the process and answered any questions that I had, they also never judged and continued to mention that this was a great way to get out of debt.

I decided to take matters into my own hand, looked up National Debt Relief and called them. Enrollment was relatively easy. They asked me a few quick questions about some things and then I was able to get what I needed. The program would last 12 to 24 months and the payment plan is affordable. Sometimes it could get very inconvenient but when I see it's affecting my credit score in a good way, I realize it's best if we keep it up. Sometimes I wish I had to pay less but I got myself in this situation. I've been in their program for almost a year and I have seen the tangible result. I already have one car paid off and they've settled a lot of debts. It's also very easy to get a hold of them. Everything has been good so far and National Debt Relief has been exactly as advertised.

I did some research and felt that National Debt Relief was my best option. So, I enrolled with them and my experience was good. Everybody I worked with there has been great. Whenever I had any concerns, they have always been able to help answer my questions with what seems to be reliable information and kind of relieve my fears. They set up a payment plan and I’ve been paying that every month. It was gonna be for four years, so I took some money out of my retirement to accelerate the plan. So, I’m hoping that we’ll be done within the next six months. With NDR, I feel like I'm spending some money to resolve everything and ultimately save money. And I’ve been really happy with everything at this point.

When I spoke with Blake about my new account with National Debt Relief, he went over all of the clauses in the application and he was able to explain everything. He answered all my questions quickly and respectfully. He was very friendly and had great customer service skills.

I signed up with National Debt Relief over 1 year ago. Twice I have been served with papers threating court action twice. This resulted in me having to spend over $80.00 on money orders, sending papers by certified mail, spending extra money deposited to my account to pay to this creditor more money. I have faithfully contributed $400.00 per month to pay my credit card debt. NDR told me that the creditor Capital One Bank is difficult to deal with. That would indicate to me they should have been on top of these accounts. I have never had a judgment nor been served with court papers until signing up with NDR. I am less than pleased with their service or excuses.

I'm new to this but it has been nothing but a wonderful experience working with these people. My confidence increased with every conversation I had during the enrollment process. I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.

We've had a good experience with National Debt Relief, so far. The cost of their service, when you compare it to the quality of the service they're providing, is really good. They also worked with us well on the payment plan and with our budget. We had three accounts and two of them are already being cleared. So now we’re just working on the last one.

My enrollment with NDR went well and it was easy to get through. The payment plan has been working out well too.

My credit took a big hit due to a lawsuit and subsequently, lower interest rates were raised to really high ones. In order to protect myself, I had to look for some help. Everyone my wife and I talked with was very helpful and explained all details really well. I would recommend this to friends. The application seem to be fairly simple and easy to follow directions. I am anxious to start saving money.

Call in lady I talked to 2nd time was very good to work with call in review and was very easy to talk to. I almost back out after talking with the 1st person talked to before. I really don't feel comfortable having to go through this step in my life but on feel I could pay off high interested debt left with after divorce. Only way I felt I could get my track without filing for bankruptcy, which I really didn't qualify for due to the amount of money I made.

Credit card debt led me to work with National Debt Relief but now, it's getting to be a medical debt too. I saw their commercial and talked to a rep, and I liked the company. They already paid off two or three of my credit cards and the payment plan is reasonable but we've only got 100 and some dollars for groceries left over each month. So I wanted to talk to somebody and see if they could take it down to a 650 instead of 750 if it wouldn't hurt anything. If anything goes wrong, then we have a little mix-up there. But I'm very happy with National Debt Relief. They are doing a good job and people should call them and talk to somebody.

National Debt Relief has been assisting me with my credit card debt and I’m still in the process of completing my program. The negotiator was very good and easy to get ahold of. They gave me an estimated amount and I can’t afford anything higher than that. I’m at the max where I can pay and if it doesn’t go up anymore, that would be good.

Update on 12/13/2018: I had a few things that I couldn’t get down as far as interest rate but National Debt Relief has been having some success with quite a few things. I just started with them but so far, they've got three of my accounts lowered than half. I'm surprised at that. I'm able to get those out of the way and I hope it keeps going that way for the other ones. The only actual problem I had was that you had to have a checking account, and I didn’t before. I have PayPal and a cash card, and all money was going through there. But I had to find a bank. That was really the only hassle though. Otherwise, I feel comfortable working with them. Everybody has been nice and things are getting done. So far, I feel less stressed. I know things are getting taken care of so there's less for me to do. The cost is fine too and I've recommended them to people.

In this overwhelming process I had the help of Marvin ** and David ** helping me. They were patient and thorough and I am happy to have had them here to answer all my questions. It makes me feel better knowing I have people like them to help me in this process.

I’m in the process of completing my program with National Debt Relief and I had a pretty good experience enrolling with them. So far, their program is working but there have been a few times that their reps called me about a deal and I got a high-pressure sales type telling me that I really should take it. But it didn’t make sense to take it. So, I wrote NDR a letter to tell them the experience. They were gonna charge me $25 each time payment was sent and when you added up all those fees, I'd be paying the original debt and a little bit more once they included their fee. It was simple math. Other than that, communicating with NDR's reps has been simple. You just call their number and you get someone. They're also reasonable when it comes to my payment plan and there had been times where I cancelled my bi-weekly scheduled payment.

His voice was so soothing too that it made it easier for me to make this step.
