    My husband had cancer and he couldn't work. We lost 42,000 a year in income and we tried and tried to keep up with things but we had some extra medical bills and we ended up just putting payments on credit cards. We were in pretty bad shape and we decided to sign up with National Debt Relief. They would negotiate with the creditors and pay them off at a lower rate. But as soon as we'd say we accept an offer, they'd go in and take 21%. We thought they took that at the end but that'd be the first thing that would go.

    So when we enrolled, they made the process very easy because they didn't tell us everything. We put so much into our account but they didn't start negotiating. Right now, we have all these amounts charged off and they don't start negotiating until they're charged off. But they didn't tell us that at the beginning. They only told us that our credit was gonna be bad for a while but they didn't tell us that it was gonna be this bad. We knew it was gonna affect our credit but we thought they would negotiate with everybody upfront then go from there and start us on some monthly payments. Their reps tried to help and explained things but I could tell that there was no empathy. Also, there were things that we thought they should tell us because it was our money and our account, but they said they didn't wanna tell us until the end because then it'd surprise us. But we would just rather know.

    So far, they managed to pay off three of our debts out but we had to pay taxes on whatever the difference was. So, we don't feel like the program helped us. It's not the way to go and with it, you get into more debt. So, right now, we are trying to gather money so we can pay these debtors off on our own because we could give the 21% of 30,000 that NDR takes to the companies that we owe money to instead of them. We're selling our house to get money to try and pay off the debtors but we can't buy one because our credit's way below 600. Thank God I have a wonderful daughter and she's gonna let us live with her till we can get everything paid off and get our credit back up.

    I was too deep in debt and I was told about the debt relief program. And when I tried to get another big loan to pay off everything, I was told that this will be better than getting another loan. I've heard of other debt relief companies, but when I talked to National Debt Relief, they started counseling that they will help me. It was good and I felt a good vibe. They provided a loan to pay off credit cards. The enrollment process easy and understandable. I was able to understand what I needed to do. At this point, we're still working on my debt and I've paid off already two creditors and I still need four more.

    I've talked to different people at NDR and they all seem like good people. They talk to me and tell me what's going to happen. They know what they're doing. NDR is also good with my payment plan. They told me I could pay every month or every two weeks and they helped me out real good with the payments. The cost is awesome and life is getting a bit easier for me. One of the creditors had to sue me, but NDR is working on that. But other than that, everything seems to be going well. All I see are good reviews, I don't see bad ones. I've recommended NDR to my aunt and she's already working with them too. I also had a couple of other friends that told me what they're going through and I'll tell them about NDR.

    Welcoming call - It was a struggle for me to understand what she was saying for two reasons. Reason 1: the background noise was incredibly loud. I could hear a man talking to someone in the background and it was drowning out her voice. Reason 2: her voice was really low.

    Update on 12/13/2018: I had a few things that I couldn’t get down as far as interest rate but National Debt Relief has been having some success with quite a few things. I just started with them but so far, they've got three of my accounts lowered than half. I'm surprised at that. I'm able to get those out of the way and I hope it keeps going that way for the other ones. The only actual problem I had was that you had to have a checking account, and I didn’t before. I have PayPal and a cash card, and all money was going through there. But I had to find a bank. That was really the only hassle though. Otherwise, I feel comfortable working with them. Everybody has been nice and things are getting done. So far, I feel less stressed. I know things are getting taken care of so there's less for me to do. The cost is fine too and I've recommended them to people.

    I’m in the process of completing my program with National Debt Relief and I had a pretty good experience enrolling with them. So far, their program is working but there have been a few times that their reps called me about a deal and I got a high-pressure sales type telling me that I really should take it. But it didn’t make sense to take it. So, I wrote NDR a letter to tell them the experience. They were gonna charge me $25 each time payment was sent and when you added up all those fees, I'd be paying the original debt and a little bit more once they included their fee. It was simple math. Other than that, communicating with NDR's reps has been simple. You just call their number and you get someone. They're also reasonable when it comes to my payment plan and there had been times where I cancelled my bi-weekly scheduled payment.

    Our debt was piling up and at first, I hesitated going with National Debt Relief. I had actually signed up before but we canceled them. I was paying $500 bucks a month but it wasn't even making a dent. I was in such a pinch and National Debt Relief was more of a way to get out of debt. They described exactly how they work and so far, it's been to a tee. They also set up a payment plan as a sales pitch. They take a certain amount of money every month and that goes into a pot then they work with the creditors from there. They told me the program would take inside of three years but I was always encouraged to make additional payments to the pot. I've been with them for about ten months and so far, it's been good.

    The program was actually knocking the debt and I wasn't worried about getting more credits cards. The program is well worth it. It seems like they've cut every debt that I had in half. If you have a 20-grand debt, they could get rid of it for 10. You gotta pay them five but you're still not paying five grand. It's such a small price to pay to get your head back above water. Now, I'm gonna try and rebuild my credit. They said it would drop and I think it may have dropped a little bit but it's actually gaining momentum, which I didn't think was possible for the program.

    We applied for National Debt Relief and I was initially happy with David as he took our information. I was told we could opt out at any time without penalty. After thinking about it and reading online about the way this is done (let your accts go into collections) we decided we didn't want all of those calls, threats and possible lawsuits of not paying. I called the very next day to cancel. I talked to another representative that tried to convince us to stay on this program but was very respectful of the decision we made.

    I hung up and within minutes David ** called me from National Debt Relief and was very, very, very rude. His tone was loud and he was pushy. Not at all like he was when I was signing up. The true colors come out. I knew immediately that I was happy with my decision as I'm sure the future of being on the program was going to be constant stress. I can't speak to the program and its success but I can speak to the extremely rude and actually evidently mad representative David.

    I had too many payments going on so I sought National Debt Relief's services. I saw their ratings so I went with them. Also, they made it easier on the payments.     I was in debt and saw the commercial for National Debt Relief. I talked to a gentleman and then I went in because I was close by. It was really nicely explained to me and I felt comfortable with them. Also, people were saying their debts were reduced to half and that was what got my attention.     Updated on 06/02/2019: At this point, I'm very happy. National Debt Relief calls me when they're able to do something. They've taken care of 4 of my debts which I really appreciate. I just have two more to go and I'll really be happy. But I have one concern and I've been trying to address it with the bank who takes my money every month. They don't answer the phone. I get some computer and do all the things it tells me. Then it says they'll call me back, but they don't. They're charging me $95 for a service charge that could go towards my debt. National Debt Relief doesn't take that much. Why would Global do? I was told by National Debt Relief that there was no other charge other than the charge that was built-in to whatever they came up with. But as far as National Debt Relief goes, I'm very satisfied.

    My experience with National Debt Relief's enrolment process was good and I haven't had any issues with it. Their negotiators were also good and I just let them do their thing. I always get in touch with them if I have had any questions, but sometimes, I feel a little bit lost with some of the information that I get and forget what is even going on. I'm still in the process of completing their program but so far, whatever was set up in the beginning has been working well. They were able to also work with me when I had an issue where I wasn't gonna make a payment.

    My wife had recently lost her job so we had a big loss in income and that causes us to be behind up through bills fast. We had to seek debt relief services or file for bankruptcy. Everything I looked about them was positive too. The enrollment for the debt settlement service was easy. They listed my creditor with my account number, they asked what my salary was and what led me to this. The reps were friendly, easygoing and understanding. The payment plan is good as well. Nothing's in stone until you approved it, so they work with you best they can. I am still within the process but already 35% of getting my debtor paid. So, National Debt Relief has impacted my life very positively. They help me get some of the stuff paid off and my credit score is already going back up. I had recommended them to anybody.

    My mom had so many credit cards that the companies kept sending to her and the amount that she was paying in credit card debt was astronomical. She was making all of her payments and she was never behind on them but she was robbing Peter to pay Paul every time. Everything was going towards paying the credit cards. I went online and researched. I'm very big on reviews and I read all of them. I wanted to know what other people were saying about National Debt Relief and the reviews were pretty positive.

    Now my mom pays National Debt Relief monthly and then they pay her credit card debt. They've been taking care of the debts wonderfully and we're watching them drop off very quickly. The program enabled her to pay her bills with a much lower payment than what she is paying to them. She doesn't have that stress anymore. She can pay her bills easily and have money to live on. National Debt Relief made everything so easy and they're taking care of the situation like they said they would. So, I am very pleased and would recommend them to anybody. If you want your quality of life to improve and get out of the credit card debt, then National Debt Relief is the way to go. It affects your credit and I hate that that happened to my mom, but she overextended herself. I've read some really bad reviews on National Debt Relief as well but they're awesome so I hope all of their reviews stay positive. We're rather fond of National Debt Relief in this house.
