I had credit card debt and when I looked up consolidations, National Debt Relief was the first one that came up. I gave them my information and they called me back. My interaction with their reps was excellent and they got half of my debt already resolved. The payment plan is reasonable and I would recommend National Debt Relief.

I was too deep in debt and I was told about the debt relief program. And when I tried to get another big loan to pay off everything, I was told that this will be better than getting another loan. Update on 12/13/2018: I had a few things that I couldn’t get down as far as interest rate but National Debt Relief has been having some success with quite a few things. I just started with them but so far, they've got three of my accounts lowered than half. I'm surprised at that. I'm able to get those out of the way and I hope it keeps going that way for the other ones. The only actual problem I had was that you had to have a checking account, and I didn’t before. I have PayPal and a cash card, and all money was going through there. But I had to find a bank. That was really the only hassle though. Otherwise, I feel comfortable working with them. Everybody has been nice and things are getting done. So far, I feel less stressed. I know things are getting taken care of so there's less for me to do. The cost is fine too and I've recommended them to people.

In this overwhelming process I had the help of Marvin ** and David ** helping me. They were patient and thorough and I am happy to have had them here to answer all my questions. It makes me feel better knowing I have people like them to help me in this process.

I’m in the process of completing my program with National Debt Relief and I had a pretty good experience enrolling with them. So far, their program is working but there have been a few times that their reps called me about a deal and I got a high-pressure sales type telling me that I really should take it. But it didn’t make sense to take it. So, I wrote NDR a letter to tell them the experience. They were gonna charge me $25 each time payment was sent and when you added up all those fees, I'd be paying the original debt and a little bit more once they included their fee. It was simple math. Other than that, communicating with NDR's reps has been simple. You just call their number and you get someone. They're also reasonable when it comes to my payment plan and there had been times where I cancelled my bi-weekly scheduled payment.

I was unable to pay credit cards and I needed help. My situation had gotten to the point where it was either I get debt relief services or file for bankruptcy. National Debt Relief showed the best ratings. Their enrollment process was really easy. I just called the number and they started everything up, and the reps would email me every step of the way. They told me what my price would be and it was lower than what I would be paying altogether if I was trying to continue. They helped me pay off my credits better, and the amount is lower through every agreement they've gotten with each credit card. The cost of their service is very good and they've been handling things very well.

Our debt was piling up and at first, I hesitated going with National Debt Relief. I had actually signed up before but we canceled them. I was paying $500 bucks a month but it wasn't even making a dent. I was in such a pinch and National Debt Relief was more of a way to get out of debt. They described exactly how they work and so far, it's been to a tee. They also set up a payment plan as a sales pitch. They take a certain amount of money every month and that goes into a pot then they work with the creditors from there. They told me the program would take inside of three years but I was always encouraged to make additional payments to the pot. I've been with them for about ten months and so far, it's been good.

I only recently signed up with this program but so far the representative I worked with was very patient and very helpful. He made me feel very comfortable with the process and explained everything clearly along the way. We applied for National Debt Relief and I was initially happy with David as he took our information. I was told we could opt out at any time without penalty. After thinking about it and reading online about the way this is done (let your accts go into collections) we decided we didn't want all of those calls, threats and possible lawsuits of not paying. The agents were too aggressive and impatient. The negotiation process seemed too long. Agent appeared to be upset when I told him I was cancelling the arrangement. I did not feel like I would have been protected from my creditors sufficiently.

I tried two other companies but they would do one payment a month while NDR would do two payments a month. Updated on 06/02/2019: At this point, I'm very happy. National Debt Relief calls me when they're able to do something. They've taken care of 4 of my debts which I really appreciate. I just have two more to go and I'll really be happy. But I have one concern and I've been trying to address it with the bank who takes my money every month. They don't answer the phone. I get some computer and do all the things it tells me. Then it says they'll call me back, but they don't. They're charging me $95 for a service charge that could go towards my debt. National Debt Relief doesn't take that much. Why would Global do? I was told by National Debt Relief that there was no other charge other than the charge that was built-in to whatever they came up with. But as far as National Debt Relief goes, I'm very satisfied.

They were very professional and helpful. I appreciate their commitment to help people and recommend them. They were highly recommended by the BBB and had the lowest rates of any Debt Counseling company. Karen and Eli were outstanding and guided me through the whole process.

I always get in touch with them if I have had any questions, but sometimes, I feel a little bit lost with some of the information that I get and forget what is even going on. They were able to also work with me when I had an issue where I wasn't gonna make a payment.
