I have credit card debt and I saw a lot of commercials with National Debt Relief. So, I went with them. I spoke with someone from them a couple of times to get some information about their program and got some information in the mail so I could read about it as well. They also explained to me the process of what was allowed to be included in the program and what wasn’t, including how the program was structured, how I would pay to an account, and the amount I would have pay into it. They also explained that they would be negotiating for me to get discounts on what I have to pay.

Both Rubin and Amber were wonderful. Went over everything and answered questions. They made sure I understood everything. All the legal and tax issues were discussed, as far as I can imagine. I think everything was thoroughly covered. They clarified all places issues that I found confusing.

The process was quick and simple. Made it easy for me every step of the way. Made sure I understand the process for every step. They explain everything in detail. Great people to work with and it’s just the beginning.

I had a really great experience with both Alma ** and the woman that I spoke with during my welcome phone call (I forgot her name). They were truly amazing. Extremely thorough and I didn’t feel rushed. When I interrupted them to ask questions they were incredibly gracious about it and always answered them well. I left both phone calls feeling well informed on the decisions I am making. I also really loved not feeling like I was being judged for getting myself into this situation in the first place. You all are amazing, thank you.

Ava was very professional. She went through every question I had and eased my concerns. She called right on time when she said she would, her patience, empathy and concerns made me comfortable to go on with this. The welcome call representative was extremely professional as well as knowledgeable.

I've done similar debt relief matters on my own in the past, including raising my credit score approx. 120 points. Though my efforts worked, this took a really long time to do, plus I was making more money than with my job. With NDR, I'm excited to begin tackling my debt a second time, but at a faster rate. This company is very helpful and patient and I am looking forward to working with them and completing my program, I highly recommend using this company if you are struggling to pay debts and need a way out, they have many different options to help your situation and they put you before they put themselves.

So far, so good. The Customer Services representatives have been very understanding and helpful. The process appears to be simple and I am looking for forward to a smooth process in becoming debt free. I also like having the option of legal counsel in case it should be needed.

Both reps were professional and considerate. They answered my questions patiently and clearly. I felt they were dealing with me personally. The young lady might have spoken a bit too fast but I am a senior citizen, and slightly hard of hearing.

I had just moved out to Virginia on military orders. And I had a lot of debt that was piled up, and I was getting sunk under. I wasn't really gaining a foothold on my actual debt amount with the payments I was making. So, I wasn't really getting anywhere. I was just like give and take. And then, I heard about National Debt Relief through the radio. I gave them a call and talked to a lady for 45 minutes on the phone. She was very informative and explained to me the whole process and how it works. I decided to do it because I knew that I wouldn't have a chance to use my credit cards anymore because the program closes all your accounts. So, when you do this, it helps. And then, it consolidates it into one payment. So, I'm not trying to pay four different payments each month. It's one main payment or split in two if I want to. So, it's made it easier to manage.

My experience so far has been great. All of the associates are very helpful and professional. I searched a lot of companies and this one seemed to have the best results and after speaking to the associates I feel comfortable that they will be able to deliver results.

The folks at National Debt Relief were very polite and helpful with my application and the directions for the whole process. Hopefully this helps get me in the clear with my bills and back on track with my finances. I'm glad that a much lower amount will be able to pay my account balances.

The individual that called in reference to Welcome me to the program went a little fast. If she can slow down and explain more; this would be helpful. She was thorough and reviewed the program with me. She did provide all needed information to understand the program from beginning to end.

I love everything that National Debt Relief does. They are hitting a home run. Every time I call, everybody knows my situation and has either the right or wrong answers. But at the end of the day, I’ve basically $20,000 of debt and I’m down to $5,000 in less than a year. The only downside to it is that I'm gonna have to rebuild my credit score because we let everything go delinquent, which I get, but in order for NDR to work the deals that they do and to get the payoffs that they get.

Working with the professionals at National Debt Relief (NDR) to help me resolve my credit issues was great. I was looking for a one-stop-shop solution to consolidate my debts and to make payments in a timely and fast manner. I looked at some ratings online and people's feedbacks. I liked National Debt Relief's rate. Working with them has given me confidence getting my credit back to where it used to be. It also has given me peace of mind at night knowing that I don't have thousands of dollars of debt hanging over my head and that it's actually being resolved and it's being resolved in a very timely manner.
