Excellent service, answered every question I had in great detail. Very supportive, never talked over my head, always willing to explain, and let me know I am not in this alone by any means. Thank you to everyone that helped me.

My debt was becoming more of a problem and I’m not able to get rid of any of it since I’m on a limited income. I liked National Debt Relief’s reputation and their reps were very professional. NDR contacts the debtors and try to work out a satisfactory deal that they come back to me with which I can either accept or decline. It's an ongoing thing and they have rectified a few of the accounts. I give them money every month and they're working as fast as they can with the amount of money that they have collected from me. It would be nice if the debt was all disappearing at the same time but NDR gave me a timeframe of up to two years. They were very thorough about what they expect to happen.

National Debt Relief provided credit card release service for me. The enrollment process was simple and I felt very good about it. I’m still in the process and everything has been very good with the assistance I received as well as with my negotiator.

Just enrolled but thus far everything has been smooth, can't give any more information than what's given besides the enrollment process. All questions have been answered to my satisfaction except one question I have about funds withdrawn from my bank account which I will address prior to the date of withdrawal.

Staff was extremely professional, courteous, and informative. Able to answer all my questions. Both agents were extremely patient with me, as I am not knowledgeable as to financial matters. Just enrolled in the program. Very satisfied with the enrollment process. Very clear and concise counselor and program set up. Lots of variation to choose from, depending on the situation. Best decision to get back on track with your finances.

The interest level on what I’m paying on everything was making it even worse, but I wasn’t making a dent in my debt, and the payments were overwhelming. I talked to smaller companies, but National Debt Relief was a lot more straightforward and they tried to explain everything in more detail. The enrollment process was easy and the program has gotten collections off my back. When they became aware of an old debt that popped out, they were able to negotiate that down substantially for me. However, they didn’t warn me that my credit was gonna take a hit during this process and it has gone up by about 45 points from when I started. I am now about a third of the way through the completion of the program.

Very patient and detailed. Explained all the content of the agreement carefully and clearly at a time of my choice. Answered to all my questions and made sure I understood my responsibilities and what I will be expecting in the coming months post enrollment.

I was in a significant amount of debt and in maintaining my bills, I was not getting out of debt. I was struggling and did not have enough money to do other things so I needed some help. NDR had a significant number of positive reviews on google and on their own website. I read a number of them and compared them with a couple of other companies and their reviews, and NDR stood out.

I couldn't pay my bills on time and so I signed up with National Debt Relief. When I was looking at different debt relief companies online, NDR was the only thing that kept coming up as having all the stars ratings, all of the reviews and being accredited. Nothing else even looked like something I wanted to waste my time with. NDR's rep talked me through the process. We were on the phone and it seemed like forever. I felt really bad because it was late but he didn't seem to mind one bit. He portrayed he actually cared and that he was more than happy to help me. That made me feel at ease and I was extremely comfortable working with him. He also explained everything very well. By the time we got off the phone, I had no questions and I told myself I could work with them and breathe again thereafter.

I am a little overwhelmed at having to ask for help with my credit card debt. They are fast getting everything done in 2 day. They are thorough getting all the information needed quickly to help resolve problems to help get us ready for regaining our credit independence. The only concern I have was that they kinda scare you with all the legal issues that can happen. It makes you second guess if you are doing the right thing. I do not want to have to go to court. I do not want my personal life to be public.

I did a consolidation with National Debt Relief and the enrollment process was easy. However, I was about to cancel because it was going on seven months and still no creditors had come to an agreement. Then finally, three of them did but one of them still hasn’t and it’s been a year now. On the other hand, the negotiator was polite and he had told me how the process worked. But I didn’t realize it was gonna take that long. The payment plan was pretty good and NDR has helped take a load off me. They can help you out, but it may take a while.

I found it very easy and helpful to speak with rep Carlos ** as well as the welcome call rep. The program seems to be a good one. I believe in speaking with Mr. **, he helped me see this may be my best option at this point in my financial situation.

National Debt Relief offered me a program where I still pay but they try to negotiate with the creditor to remove the high interest that I had. First, we talked about what I owed and then I gave the representative all the account information. Then I was told that for this program to work, I would have to be in bad debt so that they can go and do a negotiation with the creditors. If I’m paying, the creditors would not be motivated to try to come to a resolution. I had to stop any payments, not communicate with the people calling me and wait to be in bad debt. That was tough to do and because I was trying not to do that and I didn’t want to have to do that. It was stressful. I was hoping that they would put stuff together and do a payment.

I wanted to get a better interest and pay my debts. I enrolled with National Debt Relief and their process was steady and efficient. Cost-wise, they were able to match what was available and it was reasonable for me to make that payment. It has been a year now and I'm almost done with the program. My interactions with their rep have been good as well. I call him and he gives me an update of what's going on. He also calls me when there is a settlement or an offer and asks if I wanna accept it. He's been very respectful and he listens to me. Everything has been good so far and I would tell my friends to go and call National Debt Relief.

They set up a payment plan and I’ve been paying that every month. It was gonna be for four years, so I took some money out of my retirement to accelerate the plan. So, I’m hoping that we’ll be done within the next six months. With NDR, I feel like I'm spending some money to resolve everything and ultimately save money. And I’ve been really happy with everything at this point.

I signed up with National Debt Relief over 1 year ago. Twice I have been served with papers threating court action twice. This resulted in me having to spend over $80.00 on money orders, sending papers by certified mail, spending extra money deposited to my account to pay to this creditor more money. I have faithfully contributed $400.00 per month to pay my credit card debt. NDR told me that the creditor Capital One Bank is difficult to deal with. That would indicate to me they should have been on top of these accounts. I have never had a judgment nor been served with court papers until signing up with NDR. I am less than pleased with their service or excuses.

I was choosing between National Debt Relief and American Debt Relief, and National laid their cards out in front of me and were very upfront with what kind of fees they were gonna take. With American on the other hand, I got this vibe that they were hiding something. On top of that, Nationals' success in testimonies were solid too. I gave them all my information and they looked up all of my debts. Then I filled out a big pack of paperwork and they started to ask how much my budget was.

Credit card debt led me to work with National Debt Relief but now, it's getting to be a medical debt too. I saw their commercial and talked to a rep, and I liked the company. They already paid off two or three of my credit cards and the payment plan is reasonable but we've only got 100 and some dollars for groceries left over each month.
