I was very much interested in the commercial on TV when I saw it so I decided to sign up with National Debt Relief and see what they could do for me. The first person who helped me and got me started was very nice. He explained what would be happening then we got together and set a payment arrangement that I could be comfortable and satisfied with. I am not working full time and they went by my figure. They asked me if I thought I could do this or that then we came up with something in the middle.

I was not working and I was on disability, so I needed the services of National Debt Relief to help settle my debts. Somebody referred me to them. The cost for the service is worth the money and the payment plan works very well for me. They came up with a monthly payment that I could afford. They’re doing a good job and I like what they’re doing so far. The reps have been awesome and I’m pleased with their professionalism. They let me know all the details and the payments, and when a settlement is being negotiated. I would suggest to people who find themselves in a bind and find it hard to manage their bills to give National a call and see how this debt relief company could help them.

My experience with NDR was great! I feel relieved that I received honest, professional and sincere support to get my credit restored. I love that they gave me full transparency with the process with no doubt. I also liked that the process was reviewed again from the welcome call and all of my information was confirmed.

So far, the experience with National Debt Relief has been good. I had too many creditors and NDR was referred by someone who was already using them. The enrolment process was easy and I've had great interaction with the NDR reps. But in the last month and a half, two months, I haven’t heard anything from them. Also, their cost is a little high. I’ve paid NDR $600, which is the same as what I’m paying my creditors. Nevertheless, their program handles my debts for me, taking it out of the account and making sure it’s done, rather than me trying to manage 18 at one time. We got three accounts settled and I’m waiting to see what the next ones have in store.

I have National Debt Relief settling my debts for lower amounts as I had no better way of getting it resolved. Enrolling was an easy process and I felt confident that they would be able to pull it off. However, they don't keep me very well informed so I don't know where we are in the process now. My rep was informative and I was impressed with his knowledge. I wish I could keep talking to him because I liked him. My payment plan was a good one and I felt quite relieved. The program has given me enough money to live, whereas I was struggling before.

Both reps I spoke to took the time to fully explain their services and procedures and made sure all my questions were answered. They have various ways to reach out to them and many resources available. I haven't tried many of them but so far everything is easy to navigate.

At the time I sought National Debt Relief's services, I was having some issues with my credit and I wanted to try to get everything paid off. I’ve been hearing about them and a couple of advertisements on the radio, plus I saw ‘em online as well. I contacted them via email and phone, and their customer service is great. I was able to contact them directly and they were able to answer any questions I had with no problem. I'm into their credit repair/debt consolidation program for a year now and the program has been able to balance off some debt that I had, as well as bring some of those balances up. Then they based my monthly payment off of the balance that I had. Working with them helped balance everything out, and get moving forward on my credit. And if someone asks me about National Debt Relief, I'd tell them to try it out.

Start up - This part of the process was lengthy and crammed full of information, but required (lots of red tape). The people I spoke with were friendly and patient, which I appreciated (Being in this situation is enough to deal with, so dealing with grumpy people wouldn't work). My only (somewhat) complaint is the charge rate of 23%, it just felt a bit "lofty" to me, although (to be fair) I have no idea what efforts are required to make this debt relief happen! Being a loser is just expensive!

My debt was becoming more of a problem and I’m not able to get rid of any of it since I’m on a limited income. I liked National Debt Relief’s reputation and their reps were very professional. NDR contacts the debtors and try to work out a satisfactory deal that they come back to me with which I can either accept or decline. It's an ongoing thing and they have rectified a few of the accounts. I give them money every month and they're working as fast as they can with the amount of money that they have collected from me. It would be nice if the debt was all disappearing at the same time but NDR gave me a timeframe of up to two years. They were very thorough about what they expect to happen.

Just enrolled but thus far everything has been smooth, can't give any more information than what's given besides the enrollment process. The interest level on what I’m paying on everything was making it even worse, but I wasn’t making a dent in my debt, and the payments were overwhelming. I talked to smaller companies, but National Debt Relief was a lot more straightforward and they tried to explain everything in more detail. The enrollment process was easy and the program has gotten collections off my back. When they became aware of an old debt that popped out, they were able to negotiate that down substantially for me. However, they didn’t warn me that my credit was gonna take a hit during this process and it has gone up by about 45 points from when I started. I am now about a third of the way through the completion of the program.

But I didn’t realize it was gonna take that long. The payment plan was pretty good and NDR has helped take a load off me. They can help you out, but it may take a while.

National Debt Relief offered me a program where I still pay but they try to negotiate with the creditor to remove the high interest that I had. First, we talked about what I owed and then I gave the representative all the account information. Then I was told that for this program to work, I would have to be in bad debt so that they can go and do a negotiation with the creditors. If I’m paying, the creditors would not be motivated to try to come to a resolution. I had to stop any payments, not communicate with the people calling me and wait to be in bad debt. That was tough to do and because I was trying not to do that and I didn’t want to have to do that. It was stressful. I was hoping that they would put stuff together and do a payment.

I appreciate the professionalism from Carlos **. He never pressured me. This is a very stressful time and he let me take my time. I called a different firm last fall and they were constantly calling me. The welcome call (sorry I forget her name) was also professional. Thanks!

The debt relief negotiator always asks if I need any additional help for anything or is generally concerned about my financial status. I am happy with the progress that we have been making. The payment plan is more reasonable than paying all the credit cards. My credit report is not good, but other than that, it is okay. Working with National Debt Relief has lowered my credit cards.
