Now, they are helping me just fine. They've been great all the way across the board. I make one payment instead of several payments with all the different accounts I have, so it freed me up from the get-go. I read about National Debt Relief, saw the information, and when I called, I felt comfortable dealing with the person I was talking to. I have the actual debt relief program. They took on three car dealers that I had problems with and we are working on it now to alleviate the situation. We are at two settlements and waiting on the third one. The first person I talk to didn't help me at all. She told me to go bankruptcy. Then a guy emails me. He contact me and help me to get where I need to go. He work with me. He got me a monthly payment plan which I can afford and in 42 months I will be sent free.

I had to go out of work and I am on the long-term disability. I applied for a consolidation service with National Debt Relief and the enrollment seemed very simple and straightforward. They just asked questions and my pertinent bills and I gave them that information. There's been a couple of times when I've not been able to make it. It seems to be a little bit aggressive for me, but they have worked with me.

I had a big debt. I’m not working right now, I’m on disability, and I have all these other things going on that I cannot afford to pay my credit card. National Debt Relief looked more efficient and trustworthy as compared to other companies, so I reached out to them and they are taking care of my debts right now. They seemed concerned about helping me. They were really professional about how to enroll and they spoke to me about the program and I agreed on it. I needed to let them know how much I owed and then they would work in behalf of what I owed. They have a bank and they take out the money from my bank account. They’re still making arrangements with the other credit cards but I already paid three of them. The payments are affordable and I’m happy with the program at this point.

But the girl who helped me sign up was very nice. She was explaining it to me that after so many times, I finally got it. The associates have been very friendly, helpful, and thorough in explaining the process and answering any questions I had. I am newly enrolled to the program so I can’t speak for the final negotiation results, but they have been honest about the companies that they could not add to my account because these companies historically would not work with them - so the ones I was able to enroll I am confident I will see results with.

The welcome call came on Monday, August 6, 2018. Tameka was the caller who reviewed everything with me and answered my questions. My only suggestion would be to slow down while reading the information to me. It is a lot of information to take in at once and a little slower delivery would have helped.

I was very much interested in the commercial on TV when I saw it so I decided to sign up with National Debt Relief and see what they could do for me. The first person who helped me and got me started was very nice. He explained what would be happening then we got together and set a payment arrangement that I could be comfortable and satisfied with. I am not working full time and they went by my figure. They asked me if I thought I could do this or that then we came up with something in the middle.

So far, the experience with National Debt Relief has been good. I had too many creditors and NDR was referred by someone who was already using them. The enrolment process was easy and I've had great interaction with the NDR reps. But in the last month and a half, two months, I haven’t heard anything from them. Also, their cost is a little high. I’ve paid NDR $600, which is the same as what I’m paying my creditors. Nevertheless, their program handles my debts for me, taking it out of the account and making sure it’s done, rather than me trying to manage 18 at one time. We got three accounts settled and I’m waiting to see what the next ones have in store.

I have National Debt Relief settling my debts for lower amounts as I had no better way of getting it resolved. Enrolling was an easy process and I felt confident that they would be able to pull it off. However, they don't keep me very well informed so I don't know where we are in the process now. My rep was informative and I was impressed with his knowledge. I wish I could keep talking to him because I liked him. My payment plan was a good one and I felt quite relieved. The program has given me enough money to live, whereas I was struggling before.

At the time I sought National Debt Relief's services, I was having some issues with my credit and I wanted to try to get everything paid off. I’ve been hearing about them and a couple of advertisements on the radio, plus I saw ‘em online as well. I contacted them via email and phone, and their customer service is great. I was able to contact them directly and they were able to answer any questions I had with no problem. I'm into their credit repair/debt consolidation program for a year now and the program has been able to balance off some debt that I had, as well as bring some of those balances up. Then they based my monthly payment off of the balance that I had. Working with them helped balance everything out, and get moving forward on my credit. Start up - This part of the process was lengthy and crammed full of information, but required (lots of red tape). The people I spoke with were friendly and patient, which I appreciated (Being in this situation is enough to deal with, so dealing with grumpy people wouldn't work). My only (somewhat) complaint is the charge rate of 23%, it just felt a bit "lofty" to me, although (to be fair) I have no idea what efforts are required to make this debt relief happen! Being a loser is just expensive!
