My son got sick in November and then fell on a T-post and split his leg up really bad in April. I was stuck with a $4,600 deductible and 20% of $61,000, and it overwhelmed me. I tried keeping up but my credit cards were maxed it was unsustainable with the medical bills. National Debt Relief added up all my credit card debt and the loans I had taken out, and they gave me a monthly installment. They said this usually goes on for about anywhere from two to three years, and they work with the collection agencies and pay them off. They've already settled two personal loans and they've gotten two or three of the credit cards taken care of. I get an email from them occasionally stating that they've settled a debt, then I accept and they go on. Even when the creditors first started calling, I gave them the number to Debt Relief. It's been hassle-free for me. I know that NDR settles for a little less than what was originally owed, but it's better than bankruptcy.

Pleasant experience, would recommend to anyone having financial problems. Great customer service and things explained very thoroughly. This program will help me and my family greatly. Looking forward to getting out of debt. This program sounds great and they make it easy to achieve financial freedom.

The rep I dealt with was well-educated on the company itself and he explained everything well and I understood everything. Their customer service support is also good. They always answer on time. A co-worker of mine used National Debt Relief and I’ve been using them for nine months. They consolidated all of my debts and got me lesser payments. The rep would either call me or send me an email and I would accept it. They told me that there is no cost for the service. Whatever that’s coming out of my checking account, that goes into an escrow and when I’m done with the program, whatever’s left, I get back. One time, I called to switch a payment date and I asked the rep if I had any payments coming up to which she said no. After I agreed, she told me that I had a payment after the day that I changed it to and that annoyed me. Nevertheless, they have settled five debts already and this program has made me feel like a huge weight have been lifted off my shoulders.

A friend told me about National Debt Relief and I have been with their program since September. I'm very satisfied with them. Their program is like 50-50. I paid $250 a month but when they got the settlement, they asked for so much payment on a certain amount of time. But it was not bad. Also, I have finished off two settlements. My debt over the years has piled up and I was getting nowhere with minimum payments. I researched National Debt Relief online and they were on top in the many different resources I checked. Now, they are helping me just fine. They've been great all the way across the board. I make one payment instead of several payments with all the different accounts I have, so it freed me up from the get-go. I could have a sense of freedom, and I already have more money that I can utilize now because I'm not dumping all my money in all those different accounts and payments. I had a big debt. I’m not working right now, I’m on disability, and I have all these other things going on that I cannot afford to pay my credit card. National Debt Relief looked more efficient and trustworthy as compared to other companies, so I reached out to them and they are taking care of my debts right now. They seemed concerned about helping me. They were really professional about how to enroll and they spoke to me about the program and I agreed on it. I needed to let them know how much I owed and then they would work in behalf of what I owed. They have a bank and they take out the money from my bank account. They’re still making arrangements with the other credit cards but I already paid three of them. The payments are affordable and I’m happy with the program at this point.
