I liked the way the customer service explained the process and how your team was going to help me. What I need to do in order to get out of debt. Also how they contact me and left voice messages when I was not available to pick the call.

I was looking for some debt consolidation and I got National Debt Relief online. The enrollment process was okay. Once I filled out the application form, I submitted it. And then, I gave them all the credit cards and the balances. They tried to look at how much I can afford monthly and then, they tried to spread it out over two years. They have a website where I can keep track of how every credit card is then paid off month by month and how much is left. The people at NDR are professional. Once I made the monthly payment that they’re asking for, they pay on my behalf. Everything is standard. They send a notice by email or by mail about the amount of money they are paying to the creditors. So they have a fairly standard operation which they do really well.

Excellent and fantastic job in helping me to explain about the program. The analysis of the debt is quickly obtained and verified. Michelle did a fantastic job in helping me understand about the program. Thank you so much for being there for me.

Everyone I talked to was very empathetic and knowledgeable. I didn't ever feel like I was being talked down to. I was in debt and one of my friends had gone to a different company. I researched the company and they charge less but they were not as good as National Debt Relief. National Debt Relief had the best reviews and I thought they were number one in the country. I went with them because of their trustworthiness with their clients, the way they treat them and the way the debt is settled. I made a good choice and I’m very satisfied. Their service is excellent and I like it. They always get in touch with me via email or call and they tell me what’s going on. They’re also very professional. They try to help me save money in any way and I was satisfied with how they worked with me on my payment plan. It has been nine months since I started with them and six out of 11 accounts have already been settled. Life has been much easier for me and I will recommend National Debt Relief to everybody who is in my situation.

My account manager was super patient with me while I worked through the process over the course of a few months that included multiple calls and explaining the process and answering all questions. All representatives were very professional and followed up in timely manner.

I tried to get out of debt so I sought the services of National Debt Relief. They provided me with a settlement program and they’re helping me get my debt paid down. Their staffs are excellent. I'm impressed with how far they go to help me. They picked the payment plan for me and went according to my income versus my debt and how much I owe, and that’s what I pay every month. The cost of the program was kinda high for me but at least, it’s helping me out. Working with them has taken a bit of stress off of my life. I would recommend National Debt Relief.

I will be very honest. I was extremely satisfied and amazed by the service that Clinton has provided throughout the enrollment process. However, the experience over the Welcome call with Montrice was very disappointing. I had no room for questions, as she was upset with a very negative tone that I should just end this call and talk to the enrollment agent again. I was really impressed until this call. My experience with the program thus far has been excellent. The first woman I talked to that helped me set everything up, Vanessa was super helpful. I couldn't accept most calls because my cell reception where I live is terrible so we communicated via email. The second person I was able to speak to on the phone and she explained the steps of the program and answered any questions I had available.

We were way in debt and we have two little kids. We’re both teachers in Oklahoma and our teachers are not paid well, and we were struggling with that. I've turned on the radio and heard about National Debt Relief. I thought this might be something that we needed to try and we did it. I was overloaded with credit debt. My wife had become disabled and we lost her income. We had to rely on credit cards heavily to try to stave off things and that just compounded the problem. All of my available money was going out to debt and I wasn’t able to save any money. Both my wife and I were trapped. Eventually, I got to a point where my debts exceeded my income. For a couple of years that I was making full payments on everything, I was paying mostly the interest and the debts just kept growing. In the past, I went bankrupt and it absolutely ruined my credit and my name. When I had gotten into this situation, I didn’t want to go bankrupt again but thought it was my only real option.

From start to finish NDR has made this as easy and stress free as I could've ever imagined! We're so happy to have this stressful period of our lives finally behind us! Both reps we talked to were extremely knowledgeable and easy to understand and a joy to deal with.

The process of application is simple, upfront and completely directed in an informative manner by Debt Relief Personnel. Through the entire process personnel ask that you understand all that is being explained to you and if not understood they will take the time to make sure you do understand before proceeding forward in the process. They make sure you know that there might be an initial credit impact in the first 1-3 months until settlements can occur with the payments you agreed to are building up in a special account set up in your name. The process of insuring that you understand is repeated again after initial completion as an added measure to ensure that you completely understand the program you are agreeing with in NDR. I feel that the company is doing all that is possible to keep me informed and has a reputation that former clients were satisfied with the outcome of their situations.

National Debt Relief was terrible. They never communicated with my creditors. They said that they usually don’t communicate with the credit unions until I have served a percentage of debt where they can negotiate with. They never said that from the get-go or I never would have gone with them. Then I got served papers and now I’m being sued. At first, NDR said that they communicated with everybody but the guy told me that they never communicated with them. After I got served papers, NDR started to communicate but it was already too late at that point. I’m gonna get a lien put against my property now and I might be getting divorced because of this. I thought I was handling it the right way and it thoroughly went the wrong way. Everything’s a mess right now. I made the wrong choice with National Debt Relief and I’m done with them.

The people were very helpful and caring and tried very hard to help me and put me at ease with this program. They went into detail about the program and even went over all of my options with me so that we could determine which one would work best.

My husband passed away. We had a lot of debt and I can’t pay it. I signed up with National Debt Relief's program to reduce the bills and they take money out of my paycheck every two weeks. So, that way I can pay off my debts. However, it’s not working out too good because I really don’t like the program. When I called and I asked questions, they never seemed to know the answer to anything. I've been asking if they could send me a list of everything I owed, which ones were satisfied, which ones still needs to be satisfied, and what’s the amount that they negotiated and I feel like I got the runaround. I have called a couple of times and I’m not really happy with it.

I called National Debt Relief to get information and the girl I talked to walked me through everything. We got the whole process going. Then once things officially got started, when there were offers the process has been done through email. I pay NDR a certain amount once per month and then that’s the money that’s being used to pay off different debt agreements. They’ve helped me in getting a reduced debt.

It wasn't bad by no means and maybe stuff I didn't get because there was SO MUCH INFO for someone with the problems that I have. Either way, everyone seemed nice and when ask questions I didn't know all the info. I really want to go through it all again to double taken.

National Debt Relief had better ratings and compared to the other companies, they take the lowest money out of my pocket. I was not able to pay my credit card before and NDR is doing monthly payments to pay that down. Now, I’m not robbing from Peter to pay Paul every month.
