This was much easier than anticipated. The customer service was phenomenal and provided concise, clear information with regards to their program. All their representatives were articulate and friendly. They were attentive and listened to my concerns. This has been a great immediate experience.

Both representatives were helpful and polite. Sometimes they spoke a little fast when reading script. There was a problem with Mr ** calling me. I believe that was on my end. Blocking unknown callers. He did say he would check with IT to make sure it was not a problem on his end.

The ladies I worked with, Maryam and Jazmine, went above and beyond to help me through the process. They are a "cut above" in my book. Maryam took her time through emails to answer my questions, make suggestions, and help me make an informed decision as to what my next financial step should be. She never made me feel pressured to sign on with NDR. She was always encouraging and continued to be a top-notch professional in all her conversations with me.

I was especially grateful for the second follow-up call. The first call to set up everything was a bit overwhelming - a lot of info. It was good to review and remember what was agreed upon. Both reps were helpful.

Excellent experience so far. I was hesitant to get started as I was not late yet but drowning in debt and could not see any way to get back on track after medical expenses and hoping to retire in a few years. Everyone made me feel at ease and there was no pressure just encouragement to make the right decision for me. Scared of letting debts get to a point of delinquent but would have been there soon as it was getting beyond paycheck to paycheck. There was no judgment just support!

Using National Debt Relief is easily one of my biggest regrets. First, the representative I spoke to initially blatantly mislead me on the effect using this service would have on my credit report/score. He told me it would drop, but then eventually come back up after 6-12 payments. This was not the case at all, and having consolidated accounts or charge-offs will harm my score for the next 5-7 years. Furthermore, my credit score still has not improved even after making over 20 payments. The monthly payments are set very high and seem to continue to be added. There are many hidden fees, and the sum of my prior deposits and scheduled deposits exceed the original agreed on amount. I would never recommend this service to anyone, and would strongly recommend either paying off the credit cards gradually, or by using a personal loan at a lower interest rate, both of which would not almost permanently ruin one's credit report.

I was nervous to do this but this process was quick and easy. And every question answered to put my mind at ease. If you want to feel in charge of your life again, I would do this. Thank you for making it quick and easy.

I wasn't sure what to expect. At first, I had doubts and uncertainty. But as the process developed, and I gained a better understanding of everything, I felt some reassurance that things could only get better at the end. All employees of NDR that I have had contact with, have been very patient and understanding. The experience is one I hope I don't have to repeat in the future. I was in debt and overloaded, and decided to work with National Debt Relief to stop my creditors from harassing me. They haven’t stopped harassing me, but things have gotten a lot better. I don’t answer their calls anymore. I’m leaving that up to NDR to negotiate a deal with them so I can get back on the right track. I’ve got a couple of large debts, one of them from a car I let go back after the flood. NDR hasn’t started on that one. But they’re taking care of the smaller ones first. I got about 48 months in the program, and going through it with them has been great and easy. The service has been good all the way. They act like they know exactly what they’re doing. They’re very knowledgeable and friendly. And if I have any question but I don’t ask for a certain individual, just about anybody that I talk to up there gives me the answers that I’m looking for. So, I’m satisfied.
