Debt is something that I have struggled with and have been embarrassed to admit that I needed help. I’ve thought about seeking help before but had a really negative experience about 10 years ago so I was hesitant. The people that took care of me at National Debt Relief treated me respectfully, they were extremely knowledgeable, I could tell they were experienced with the conversations and I didn’t feel pressured or rushed in any way. I felt like I finally had someone on my side that was going to help me. I was looking at 30+ years of being in debt... no light at the end of the tunnel with that. We are having a really difficult time since I lost my job. I looked at our option and chose National. The sales guy I spoke with, Rhoee ** was kind, caring, funny, and good at his job. He spoke about National's way of getting us safely back financially. He made us comfortable and not pushed into anything we didn’t want to do. He made me feel like there’s a huge light at the end of the financial tunnel. The other folks I spoke and worked with at National were also all very professional and let's face it. If you need them you are in trouble financially. I just started working with them and am confident they will guide me back financially. Time will surely tell!

With a long list of things that had gone wrong in the past year and income being our hardest hit area this was a very relieving experience. I was doing my best to keep everything in order but finally came to a point where I couldn’t anymore. I was not at all happy with having to go this route, but the specialist I spent the next few days talking with, Kelli **, was very helpful, knowledgeable and made me feel like she genuinely cared for our situation. In fact, I truly think she does. When money gets tight and things aren’t going as you’d hoped, it is great to have a service like this available.

My daughter told me about the program, then I called the National Debt Relief for consult. They explained me about the benefits of the program that I can get after the payments are done and always to have communication with the National Debt customer service.

I was only not very happy that no one would talk about what kind of things it does to your credit. Made me feel uneasy. Other than that it seemed fairly straightforward with the process. Clearly, this program does take a hit on your credit, but the severity would be nice to know what we are getting into.

I needed to free up some debt and resorted to doing a debt settlement with National Debt Relief. It took a toll on my credit but I'm starting to see the light. I went over my finances with them at the start of the process and I was able to settle a few accounts. Now, I'm at about a third of the way and they’re working fine for me. Based on my debt, I pay a certain amount monthly and then any time there's an opportunity for a settlement, I speak with the NDR staff. I'm comfortable working with them and I've had good interaction with them opening up accounts and settling loose ends. There's a lot of behind-the-scenes stuff and there is still a large cost I'm paying to NDR, but if it gets me freed up, I’m happy with it.

My husband and I own our own company and it started going downhill at the time, and we didn’t want to get behind on stuff. We did some Google searches and we compared and contrasted some debt settlement companies, then we went with National Debt Relief. It has been a couple of years that we've been into their program and our interactions with their team have been okay. They provided debt settlement services with our credit cards. The payment plan that they set up for us seems to be helping a lot. Running a business is terrible, but we're fine, and working with National Debt Relief has helped.

I was in debt and I did not want to do bankruptcy. I did my research on the internet and looked at what people are saying because there’s lot of things out there that are scams. I sought the help of National Debt Relief and I enrolled to their debt resolution program with a payment plan. Everything was fine. They negotiate with the different companies and when they have new information, they give me updates. They’re very quick and thorough. They gave me timeline for each of my debt and I would assume I'd be done before the end of next year. So far, I’m very satisfied with the cost and I highly recommend them.

I gave them a call and from the get-go, the young lady that I talked to was phenomenal. She was very friendly, upbeat and positive as far as setting me on the right path within a year or so to have better credit. The enrollment process was very easy. It was the first phone call that I made and they were able to pull up all my information and gather any debts that were tied to myself. They started a game plan that same day. They sent me a couple of emails to verify and to sign any documents and review what we had discussed initially. It took about 48-hour turnaround time when I was all set up.

Contacted them due to my 32,000 in debt and they said that I could have that debt reduced by 50%, which was true but they fail to explain the ridiculous amout they charge you in fees. At the time I contacted them I still had a great credit score of over 700 but was barely getting by. Once I signed up with them they explained that I had to stop paying my creditors and let my accounts go delinquent, which in turn ruined my credit score.

Customer service representative explain the program good and was very detail and went step by step to where I was able to understand everything on the agreement. There was only one thing that I was not quite okay with is that they were not able to put all my credit cards which I will still be paying them with high interest.

I was in debt. I contacted National Debt Relief and had excellent interactions with their negotiators. I called them and we talked about the different credit card debts I had. They explained to me thoroughly what would happen and the procedure to let me know first what it would be like. The enrollment process took under an hour, then they sent me out the paperwork. They said it would take about two years to negotiate my debt and I am about five months in the program. I feel very comfortable working with my negotiator and I didn't feel nervous. He makes me feel at home talking to him and he has been very nice. If I have a question and I asks, he explained to me everything.

All of our questions were answered. Things were explained thoroughly and we were constantly asked if there were any questions. If we did have questions they were answered and explained if need be. The specialist was very patient and polite.

Updated on January 27, 2019: I have debt on four credit cards and two of those four are really big while the other two are kind of smaller. So far, NDR has taken care of one big debt and one small one already. I'm very impressed with that. And now they're working on the second of the bigger ones. I just got a call and they've pretty much done everything for that, so I don't have to do anything other than make my payments. I started the program in August and so far, the program has worked out really well for me.

My welcoming call and my enrollment process was very satisfying, I am fairly new to the process, so there is much I can say about it yet. But the representative Tiara ** who gets me started what very helpful with helping me understand. Thank you.
