Everything and everyone I've dealt with so far with National Debt Relief has been exceptional. Jay ** made it a very easy process to begin with and answered any and all questions I had. Other representatives I spoke to, during my welcome call and prior, were all extremely polite, friendly and nothing but helpful. Looking forward to fixing my debt and starting fresh!

I love National Debt Relief. There are things I’m sorry about, but they said that they could do some things that I would like. The best part is, everything seems to be going fabulously. Using them was the right decision. I’ve had them for quite a while and the whole time, they have been taking care of my account. The negotiator told me that if I ever have any problem that bothers me or if I don’t like something, we would discuss it, but we never had to. I'm very happy with the process.

There’s so many fees. I basically paid almost my original debt amount back. NDR got most of my credit card bills lowered by a lot only to have to pay large fees to NDR. I’m finally out of debt. They make you think that you’re saving so much money working with them, but in my case I didn’t. I should have worked out a deal with my original creditors or used a different debt relief company.

We are very happy with our decision to become debt free and how easy it was to make this decision after discussing our issues and concerns with Diana **. She was very knowledgable with our concerns to continue with this program and we are looking forward to becoming debt free.

I researched all the debt relief companies, compared the reviews and selected National Debt Relief. Their services are excellent and they’re handling everything wonderfully for me. I’ve dealt with two different people on the phone and my experiences have been wonderful. They’ve gone above and beyond what I would consider average. Anytime I called them, they’ve been spot-on in getting me on the phone and answering any and all questions properly. And if I asked anything in writing, it was sent to me as fast as virtual posts would go. The only thing I don’t like about the program is that we go through a third party who takes the money out. I’m kinda old school - one company and one person. I don’t like multiple hands. They should get rid of that third party.

It started off great. Lot of information was passed on and communication was on a regular basis. But once we signed on, the communications slowed and we found out there was some wrong information given to us by our account rep. He told us to stop making payments, know the credit cards were somewhat new and we're supposed to make at least 6 months of minimum payment. That was a huge miscommunication as it could've cost us a lot. Seems the process has some gaps.

Taj and Christina were both amazing in helping us understand this process. I really gave Taj a run of for his money with the questions I asked and he helped us thoroughly comprehend the process. Excellent customer service and care! I am very impressed.

I was referred and actually connected directly to NDR from AmOne. NDR has been great at explaining the whole process and answering all my questions. The only thing I would say would be that one person said I could pick which accounts I could include and the other said I had to include all of the accounts over $500 balance.

I'm considering buying a home so I needed to get my credit score high. I had dealt with National Debt Relief 17 years ago and we had a good experience. This time they helped me pay off my credit cards, and during my enrollment process, they asked me the questions I needed, I sent them the information they needed and they got me into the system. They sent me some documents that needed to be signed, and I signed them. They explained the contract, which I agreed to initially, and everything is well.

Hello. I have just started to use your service and I am excited about the possibility of the savings and getting my debt clear however I find that the welcome call is not only tedious but unnecessary. It should be an optional thing not necessarily a mandatory requirement before we can begin the program because a great deal of the information is already covered with the person that signs us up with the program.

This process is very easy and safe and I feel completely free of my debt and not huge payment. I will be done in 3 years or less. I have over 5 thousand dollars in debt and with this, I can clear out my finances and hopefully get my credit good again.

I looked up National Debt Relief online and they were highly recommended. They didn’t seem to have any issues with the BBB. The enrollment process was easy and simple, and the negotiator seemed knowledgeable. NDR worked with me really well on the payment plan and we are in the middle of the program. One item has been resolved and two are getting worked on right now. The communication has been good and I usually get a phone call fairly quickly.

I told the enrolling person that I had been to court once and that the lawyer said he's familiar with debt relief programs and he would work with me and National Debt Relief to get this resolved. Now over a month later you still won't add the account. I did get a note that they would make an exception this time, but now you're going back on that, saying that person didn't have the authority. the whole point was to get this account added or I didn't want to do program. It would be nice if you could have someone assigned to my account so I don't have to talk to a different person every time I call in. Debt is personal and you don't seem to care enough to make a person feel comfortable with new person each time. I wouldn't recommend this program to anyone.

The overall process was satisfactory. I did have issues with the first representative following through with his part of the process. The representatives should not just read a script but have more knowledge of the options of the savings account so they are more prepared to answer questions.

I heard a lot about National Debt Relief from different friends. My daughter did the enrollment process and when I set it up in December last year, I was excited for the ball to start rolling. The reps were very good because after they asked for my information, they would call me and inform me if they got another offer from one of the companies. We would talk about it and set it up. So far, four of my accounts have settled and I still have five more accounts. They said I have anywhere from 18 months to two years left. Also, the payment plan is good. It was a 140 every two weeks and it works out good. I’m happy with the way the company is working with me and the creditors. My credit score went up 45 points and so far, the stuff their doing is excellent for me.

Everyone I have spoken to has been very nice and helpful. I've been taking care of my brother since the first part of the year and have just put my life on hold. I have had to take him to all of his Dr. appointments - he has had two surgeries, one on his broken ankle and the other on his eye lid (cancer) and is looking forward to 1 to 2 more on the eye lid. I tried to pay some of my bills but I just couldn't keep up. The stress is beginning to take a toll on me.
