I called National Debt Relief, as a last ditch effort, to keep from filing for bankruptcy. I spoke with Cathy, and she was nothing but kind, patient, informative, and understanding. It was a lengthy call, but well worth the time. After finishing with Cathy, I made a second call, to finish the process, and spoke with Frank. Aside from having the best phone voice ever, he was helpful with answering new questions and updating some important information. I am so grateful for their help, and am looking forward to being debt free!

Had received info in the mail but threw it away. A friend told me about NDR and I listened. Thankful that I called. Kyle and Ed were wonderful thru every step of the process. I look forward to working with you and resolving our debt.

National Debt Relief has been very professional, with a very transparent yet quick and efficient program. Our representative Marcus was very professional and very informative. The welcome call was efficient and transparent as well, on of being very friendly and informative.

Super easy to get started and finally feel like I can breathe a little easier for the first time in a long time. They are extremely upfront on what the entire process consists of and what will happen and not happen going forward. They were very nonjudgmental and it was a huge relief as it is an embarrassing situation to be in (at least for me) and actually ask for assistance on rectifying a situation I managed to get myself into.

The call went great. The representative was very nice and very helpful. She explained all the details of the program to me and also covered important information with me as well as explaining the various phases of the program. She answered all of my questions. Went very well.

The person I spoke to was pleasant and gave me a lot of vital information. He was concise and made me feel welcome. I received most of this info in my initial call, however, he gave me more things to think about.

Danny was great. He helped me get started in the program and answered all my questions. Rose helped me with my welcome call and it was perfect. She went into all details for me and made me feel up to date with everything. I've had a great experience and can not wait to be debt free with your help!

People were super helpful and patient even though I had to drive to nearby internet access. They stayed on the phone with me while I did. I just want to get rid of my debt, and I think this is a good choice.

Updated on 02/20/2021:They've done a wonderful job. They have always stayed right on top of it. Any questions I've had, they've answered them right away. Things worked out great. Working with them has taken a lot off my mind and got rid of a lot of worries.

Both Rachel and Nancy help me to get started with your program, and were very efficient in getting me all the information in a timely manner. I was able to fully understand how this program works in order for me to pay off my debts.

The two men I've worked with throughout this process, Kizabi ** and Ed **, made it easy to begin working toward becoming debt free. My questions were answered and the steps were laid out in a manner that is easy to follow.

I just moved and everything got out of hand. I enrolled in National Debt Relief's program and have been with them since October 31st. It’s a four-year process. They’ve gotten one debt paid off and they're paying off three more. There's one that they’re going to find out and discuss how to pay off as being agreeable to both in writing. From what I saw last time I looked, if this one that they’re discussing right now gets in writing and everybody approves it, this will be 40% of the debt. There is like 25% of it already paid off. I’ve recommended National Debt Relief to two people.

So far the representative have been very helpful and patience in answering my questions. I am just beginning the process and look forward to complete financial freedom with NDR. My initial contact, Mr. ** was very clear and concise. HE was very helpful with all the questions I had from the very beginning.

I feel your Welcome Specialists should be more trained not only reading what the program is about but be prepared to take on any questions your Client may have, truly listen to their questions/concerns, have some empathy for those new in the program such as myself and always be kind instead of judgemental. That would bring more ease to New Clients stepping something new like this debt relief program.

I had a great experience with National Debt Relief. I lost my job and sought them out. I had also used them a long time ago for a very small amount when I was in my 20s. It was not near what I was dealing with now. The enrollment process was simple and reassuring. The reps were great. They always answer questions and everybody is patient. They always gave me the chance to talk. Plus, I didn't feel embarrassed.

Customer service was super. Thank for the help so far. I'm finishing to start my process and Mona and Armani are great. Right now hoping the help is as good as I think it is. It is a relief for help with these interest on these credit card.

These people had a lot of patience to explain everything to the best of their knowledge. I was very afraid to take this step and Chad ** made me feel a lot betters don't know if I ever going to fell at ease, because this will take a lot of effort on my part, and the paperwork is exhausting. Also the process of creditors calling me is going to be very hard, but, I did not have any choice.

I couldn’t pay my bills and I read reviews on National Debt Relief. I gave them a call, asked them a bunch of questions and made my decision right there. During the enrollment process, I just had to give them my creditor information and then go through how much money I make on a monthly basis, and what my debt-to-ratio is compared to my income. The rep was very helpful and I was comfortable working with him. I told the reps at NDR my situation and how much debt I was in. I couldn’t afford the payments and I did not want to declare bankruptcy, so they told me what they could do for me. So, it was good. They knew whenever I logged in to my account and checked it. Then, whenever I have questions, I always call and they gave me an answer on whatever I asked.

Upon my initial phone call customer representative was very respectful and understanding. Very understanding of my needs and willing to assist in ways to help me get things taken care of in a timely manner. I would recommend to my friends and family if they need it.

I felt Gloria could have taken a little more time going through the material even if it was a repeat. My only complaint was the exorbitant amount of emails (Reminders daily) made the process seem pushy. Also, a little perturbed by the repetitiveness of information, I don't feel the welcome call is necessary. Everyone was delightful and doing their job, but it was a waste of time, as I had already read the contract.

It was very easy and straightforward to get started. They were helpful with answering all my questions concerning the debt relief situation. The staff seemed to really care about your situation. A credit report was ran, then they asked simple questions. They go over everything with you and answer all question that you have concerns about.

The program that they provided me with was very well-done and very considerate of my needs. The enrollment process wasn’t very hard. I talked to them on the phone, they figured out monthly, what I needed money-wise. They just said, “This is how much you can afford to pay given what’s your budget.” They calculated everything, dog food, clothing. And then, set up how much I would pay and told me it would be about three years to get me out of debt. And it's been very helpful.
