The call finally arrived about an hour or so later. This woman sounded different because she was somewhat hard to understand and had a slight 'bite' in her personality. Now and then I felt she was talking down to me, but hopefully it was just my imagination.

After contacted few companies I decide to start working with NDR. Since the beginning three weeks ago spoke to Mr. Anthony ** regarding my debts concern, he was very patient with all my questions and answered in a very good manner, professional and give me a good results to start working with you. I starting the signatures yesterday and completing the program successfully. I also wants to thanks all the specialist that worked with me during this process. I know this is only the beginning. Thanks again to NDR.

Polite and very helpful. Pleasant and easy to talk to. Explained everything very well. I am a private person that encountered some hardship and therefore fell into behind on my bills. That's why I joined the program. My goal is to be debt free and to repair my credit, so I can buy a house in 2 years.

My experience with the sign up process was very pleasant. Kenny was very kind and understanding and thorough in helping me figure out what program I was eligible for. My Welcome Call Rep (I can't remember her name) was very polite and thorough in answering all my questions and explaining what I am to expect in the upcoming months and until completion of this program.

I went through a divorce and I was in the hospital for a week. I got behind on everything. I did some research and read some reviews and National Debt Relief had better reviews at that time. I then enrolled for their debt relief program and the process was easy to follow. They tell you upfront that the more money that you can put in your account, the better and the sooner that you can get the debt paid off. However, they were not as upfront with their fees and stuff that they take out of your account for themselves. I tried to get them to lower the payment because I'm not working. However, they told me that they can only do that for a short period of time and then they would have to go back to the regular.

We were making the minimum payments and not able to catch up with our debts so we went with National Debt Relief since they're based in Texas. During the enrollment process, I filled out some forms and gave a Power of Attorney to look through certain things. Everybody I've spoken to has been knowledgeable about everything that was going on and they were polite too. I was comfortable working with them and the cost to everything that I got was good. I've got about three months before I'm totally debt-free and I would suggest NDR to other people if they’ve got no other options.

Both Shawn ** and Terry ** explained the program and what I heard from Shawn was repeated by Terry so I don't feel like I'm hearing two stories. As I had some concerns regarding other debt companies, Shawn explained what makes NDR unique. Terry answered my questions and provided great information.

From the beginning of the process, all individuals I spoke to were helpful and supportive in this difficult decision-making process. Our specialist, Jennifer **, took her time going over every bit of the contract. Our bills kept piling up and the interests kept getting higher and higher. We almost couldn't pay the minimum payment, so we thought we needed to do something. A long time ago, we had gone with CCC and it worked, but we didn't know how to get in touch with them. NDR called us and what they told us sounded good. We told them what our bills were, and how much we paid. They worked out a payment plan for us. We're both on Social Security and do two payments. One on the third week of the month and one on the fourth week of the month with each payment at the same amount. They're gonna be paying off our debts in four years.

I was having credit card issues and at the time that I was looking, National Debt Relief met my needs. The enrollment was easy and they have been providing me with consolidation services for a couple of years now. Stress-wise, NDR has made quite a bit of difference and the service has been worth every penny. I make one payment to them every month and they’re taking care of all of my credit cards. My rep has been able to negotiate for me and I’ve been able to pay off several of my credit cards already. We’re working together to get the rest of them taken care of. But I ran into even harder times since I started with NDR so that makes things a little difficult. I could not make my payments for a couple of times but the fact that they would let me postpone my payments works out really well for me. If this service is something that you really need, use National Debt Relief.

I was trying to get control of my bad credit and National Debt Relief seemed to be the one with the best report. The enrollment process was very easy, and their reps have been very efficient. Then, the cost was within my budget range, too. But I wished I could pay more to get it done and over with quickly. Since being on the program, NDR has already paid off several of the smaller bills. They're now working on some of the larger ones. My credit rating has also gone up to almost 700 from 450. They have also helped me in getting collectors off my back. Once the companies are told that they are taking care of the accounts, I don't get harassed at all. It gave me a lot of peace of mind. I would recommend National Debt Relief.

I cannot recall the name who spoke with me on the phone, but he talked so incredibly slow and had me frustrated for how long it has taken. Need to take down to all important points to make the phone shorter.

However, it was difficult to stop my welcome call representative to ask questions in the middle of her call because she seemed to want to just get through with her report. A less mechanical welcome call with more stops in the report as well as a slower pace in presenting the report would probably create a better rapport with your clients. This is just a suggestion. Especially since many of your customers have reached rock bottom in their financial lives.

Calvin knew what credit cards needed to be settled and my total debt. He emailed me a debt inquiry with a breakdown of what my payment would be and for how many months.
