Experience with service people was excellent. They were always very responsive and clear, making sure we understood all of the details. Phone calls and emails received were always timely and individuals were courteous. I would recommend National Debt Relief to anyone considering obtaining help with extensive debt issues.

When I made the decision to change my debt scenario, I never dreamed that I would find a company that was so honest and clear in how they could help. This experience has been uncomplicated and put me at ease.

Overall I was impressed with the whole experience. The only thing I would soften was the follow up interview where they verify the contract details. The perception that it had been a long day (my perception) and she sorta rushed through the script and really was'n't receptive (I'm sure she was unaware) of a sense of impatience on her part (just a little). Anyway, the whole perception of putting your financial credibility in someone's hands in a compressed time frame can be a bit "rattling". Maybe a little more hand holding in the final run through (as needed) would be in order.

I think the experience is very positive and others should do it. I appreciate the work of hard work the folks that work with me today. They were very prompt and courteous and kind. Very impressed. I'm a little nervous because I am a new client but I do feel a positive outcome. Thank you.

The agent was very nice. She took her time and explained the whole process to me. She made sure I understood by asking if I had questions throughout the call. The agent also offered to help me stop setup my online account if I needed help.

So far all is well, everyone has tried to be kind, informative and patient, spent plenty of time gathering all the information needed. We spoke to James ** for most of the evening hours into and past supper time, I felt that he was very dedicated to helping us and completing the task no matter how long it took to get us through the information we had.

The representatives explain everything very thoroughly and are very compassionate and helpful. You are treated with care, not like a number. The process is not exactly simple, but they make it easy and guide you the whole way. I liked how they put the numbers out there for you to see what you are actually paying between different options and the choice is ultimately yours.

My experience was very positive. NDR representatives were very helpful and professional. All aspects of the program were explained to me completely. I don't like that it will be 4-6 months before payments will begin. Would hope creditors would be contacted before then.

I was trying to get control of my bad credit and National Debt Relief seemed to be the one with the best report. The enrollment process was very easy, and their reps have been very efficient. Then, the cost was within my budget range, too. But I wished I could pay more to get it done and over with quickly. Since being on the program, NDR has already paid off several of the smaller bills. They're now working on some of the larger ones. My credit rating has also gone up to almost 700 from 450. They have also helped me in getting collectors off my back. Once the companies are told that they are taking care of the accounts, I don't get harassed at all. It gave me a lot of peace of mind. I would recommend National Debt Relief.

I was having credit card issues and at the time that I was looking, National Debt Relief met my needs. The enrollment was easy and they have been providing me with consolidation services for a couple of years now. Stress-wise, NDR has made quite a bit of difference and the service has been worth every penny. I make one payment to them every month and they’re taking care of all of my credit cards. My rep has been able to negotiate for me and I’ve been able to pay off several of my credit cards already. We’re working together to get the rest of them taken care of. But I ran into even harder times since I started with NDR so that makes things a little difficult. I could not make my payments for a couple of times but the fact that they would let me postpone my payments works out really well for me. If this service is something that you really need, use National Debt Relief.

Our bills kept piling up and the interests kept getting higher and higher. We almost couldn't pay the minimum payment, so we thought we needed to do something. A long time ago, we had gone with CCC and it worked, but we didn't know how to get in touch with them. NDR called us and what they told us sounded good. We told them what our bills were, and how much we paid. They worked out a payment plan for us. We're both on Social Security and do two payments. One on the third week of the month and one on the fourth week of the month with each payment at the same amount. They're gonna be paying off our debts in four years.

I cannot recall the name who spoke with me on the phone, but he talked so incredibly slow and had me frustrated for how long it has taken. Need to take down to all important points to make the phone shorter.

I spoke to both Charles ** and Nancy **. Both were incredibly kind, soft spoken and patient. I felt like my situation and my family truly mattered to them and they helped to reassure me that everything was going to be ok. I cannot express how much these 2 kind people helped me in my time of crisis.

Initial contact with Mr. Terrance ** re: any assistance available due to loss of income to household and mounting services fees. His response was supportive of applying with National. He made the impossible seem do-able. Sincere Thanks for his professional manner and "Can Do" attitude.

The gentleman I talked to today was very patient and was very helpful with all the questions I had. I am disabled and I become so stressed I have severe panic attacks. He handled the call very calmly. I spoke to Diane the other day and she was very impatient with me and kept sighing and saying she needed to go because her shift was done. I had a full blown panic attack. Luckily my husband came home and was able to finish the call with her. She was very impatient with me and it was awful resulting in a bad panic attack. I really enjoyed working with this company. They were very supportive and understood my situation especially Anwar and Gloria. However, it was difficult to stop my welcome call representative to ask questions in the middle of her call because she seemed to want to just get through with her report. A less mechanical welcome call with more stops in the report as well as a slower pace in presenting the report would probably create a better rapport with your clients. This is just a suggestion. Especially since many of your customers have reached rock bottom in their financial lives.

I contacted National Debt Relief this week. I spoke with Calvin **. He seemed abrasive. He gathered all my information and went over my total debt and other expenses. Calvin knew what credit cards needed to be settled and my total debt. He emailed me a debt inquiry with a breakdown of what my payment would be and for how many months. Upon emailing back and forth, I decided I wanted a more understanding and caring representative because I should not feel bad for reaching out for help. I had even asked for a female representative. I received a phone call back from Oz. He assured me that Calvin would not be contacting me and he would handle my information.

The company seems very thorough and they also want to help you improve your credit score. This company is really about financial freedom. Talking to one of the representatives for the first time was very relieving. Although I was currently doing debt relief for Lending Club, going with this company seems to be the better route for me.

I was behind in credit card debt and loans and I needed to get out of it. I read reviews online and National Debt Relief was a top-rated company. They provided me with a debt settlement program and I'm more than halfway through. It will end close to the first of next year. Payment-wise, everything has been working with the other companies to get my settlements taken care of and it has been great. NDR settled a $2,000-loan and the payment plan was excellent and easy. I love working with them. It's an awesome company and I would recommend them for sure.

Debt is something that I have struggled with and have been embarrassed to admit that I needed help. My husband and I own our own company and it started going downhill at the time, and we didn’t want to get behind on stuff. We did some Google searches and we compared and contrasted some debt settlement companies, then we went with National Debt Relief. It has been a couple of years that we've been into their program and our interactions with their team have been okay. They provided debt settlement services with our credit cards. The payment plan that they set up for us seems to be helping a lot. Running a business is terrible, but we're fine, and working with National Debt Relief has helped.

I needed to free up some debt and resorted to doing a debt settlement with National Debt Relief. It took a toll on my credit but I'm starting to see the light. I went over my finances with them at the start of the process and I was able to settle a few accounts. Now, I'm at about a third of the way and they’re working fine for me. Based on my debt, I pay a certain amount monthly and then any time there's an opportunity for a settlement, I speak with the NDR staff. I'm comfortable working with them and I've had good interaction with them opening up accounts and settling loose ends. There's a lot of behind-the-scenes stuff and there is still a large cost I'm paying to NDR, but if it gets me freed up, I’m happy with it.
