I just started with the process at National Debt Relief and their people were professional. They answered all my questions and made me feel assured. They've already settled two debts and working on a third one. I understand the program, however, I thought they reached out to everyone at the same time to let them know what they were doing, but that was not the case. NDR should tell the credit companies what they're doing so that those companies would know that I'm going through debt relief. One of the companies tried to offer me a solution before it got too out of hand, and it was almost tempting to fix it. However, I didn’t want to go any further into them because it has a reset of 90 days and 60 days debt to get. I asked them if they know about NDR. They said no and that they haven't been contacted yet. Other than that, NDR is good and I enjoy working with them.

Everyone was helpful and professional. My questions were answered, and I came away from the experience feeling confident that National Debt Relief will be able to help me settle my debt satisfactorily. Both of the people with whom I spoke seemed genuinely interested in helping me find a resolution.

I was a little iffy about joining this program, especially with my credit score dropping once I start. I thought to myself, although it might drop now, I have to think long-term; I know I rather pay make sacrifices now in order to get out of debt sooner, rather than 30 years from now with all the interest I have. The one thing that won me over is that they are 100% transparent. They tell you the ugly truth about my credit card debt, but they also help you find the best plan for you depending on your budget. They tell you how long it's going to take and advise you to, if possible, pay more to get out of the program sooner. I didn't give them 5 star because I don't know what the future holds, but it seems to be genuine customer service.

I was trying to clear all my debt and gave NDR a try. The process was easy from the beginning but going to the end I couldn’t afford to finish it. I also had to pull out. They were flexible on the payment plan. I was offered a loan from the other loan company so they can finish it faster but when they came back to me, the bargain was too much. I would have ended up paying more, and that was not what I was looking for. However, with the rest of the account that was done, it was really nice and done on a timely manner. They usually get a higher negotiation so they can go back and do it again. I’m hoping next time they can actually do a better negotiation. But NDR helped me get rid of a lot of the debts and I would recommend them.

I'm retired and on social security, and I had some expenses coming up. I needed to get stuff handled and National Debt Relief provided debt consolidation services for me. They have been negotiating the price down and making the payments for me, and I haven't been getting the phone calls. But I had to move and the expenses went up, and I dropped some payments. Described the various procedures and requirements well, and helped with the questions that I had. I did forget about one of my creditors which was not on my credit report, and I was told that I could send a copy of a statement from them to get them included. It was PayPal that was not on the list, and I was told that they were not included in my credit report, and that was why they were not added.

Updated on 03/23/2019: Enrolling with National Debt Relief was easy. The negotiators are doing a good job and so far, the program is helping me with four credit cards. It has gotten the payments down to where it’s all gonna be taken care of by June of this year. The payment plan is very easy to follow.

I have been treated with respect and honor by everyone I have dealt with at National Debt Relief. While they have taken a weight off of my shoulders and given me hope that I can correct the choices I made previously. I appreciate the change to try.

They have been super helpful and friendly. I'm still in the program and my payment plan is perfect. They did a really good job in meeting me where I felt comfortable enough that I could make the payment every month. I called National Debt Relief and they seemed to be a good deal. I liked the way they presented their service as well. Enrolling for the debt consolidation with the early pay-off program was very easy and I’ve been in it for about eight months now. I've only got one more debt left for negotiation out of 5. The NDR rep who worked with me was knowledgeable and has made me feel so good about what we're doing. Nothing is comfortable when you're dealing with your own money and trying to get out of debt but I felt comfortable enough. NDR is worth it. In fact, I’ve recommended them a couple of times already.

i just enrolled in the program. It sounds as though it will resolve my problem before it gets worse and misgiving me a chance to get a grip on a situation that may have gotten way out of hand with out having too file bankruptcy. I think paying a few years is better than 7-10 on your credit file. I'll look 6 months down the road. See where I am that will determine if I made the right move. So far so good.

The staff at National Debt Relief was very professional and efficient; make you feel at ease. Very quick and to the point. The paperwork was not hard to complete. They mostly did everything for you to get ready... thanks Debt Relief.

The reps that I work with at National Debt Relief know what they're talking about and they sound confident. But so far, I haven't really seen great results. They have resolved three debts but when I look at the statement, most of the money has gone towards their fees. The service is extremely expensive and certainly not worth the fees that they're taking out. If I didn’t work so many hours, I would probably look into doing these negotiations myself.

I had quite a bit of debt. I called several different companies and then decided to go with National Debt Relief since they sounded like the best company to go with. The enrollment process went smoothly. Moreover, the negotiators I work with were confident. And not only did they communicated well with me, they've also answered all my questions. In addition, they have been very flexible with my payment plan. Two months ago, I had a hard time so I've had to lower my payments. Since working with National Debt Relief, we're chipping away at my debt a little bit. They've worked with me well.

I like how National Debt Relief handles clients and how they connect and communicate with me. I had a good rapport with them and that was why I chose them. The enrollment process was good and very clear. And when I had a couple of concerns or needed a little more clarification, they were very patient. The agent that I was assigned to was pretty much like an assistant. It was easy to contact them. So I felt good about the process and the expectations.

My husband left his job, so we couldn’t pay our bills and everything plummeted. I looked up National Debt Relief on the Better Business Bureau website and they looked like a reputable company, so we went with them. They provide debt reduction service for us through settlements. I had to give them all the information for all of our credit cards and what the balances were. Then, they gave us an amount that it would be and there were no out-of-cost things. All of the money went towards that until they got a settlement and then we had fees. They took the total amount of debt that we had and then they based it on their averages of what they were able to settle them with with a specific company, and then they gave us an amount that they needed to reach the goals.

I have two disabled sons and one started having dementia. I went through a lot and I couldn't even get any help for him. So, I stayed home and I took care of him. My other son decided to move and I had to help him pay his deposit. I also had too many credit cards and I started getting behind. Then, my niece told me to call National Debt Relief and she said that they were nice but they charge too much. I called NDR and the gentleman who took my call was super nice. Everybody has always been super nice and I've gotten perfect service from them. It is worth to pay the little extra to get that service.

They were very informative along the process. It made me feel great and relax. I really understood the process and hopefully, I will resolve my problems with creditors along the way. Working with National Debt Relief gives me peace of mind. They seemed to have better options for my needs compared to the other companies, and after I went through their very simple enrollment process, they came up with a good option for my payment plan and helped me out. I could now get a better deal with the creditors, making the fees less, and a lot of interest charges has been removed. Plus, the creditors don't call and harass me anymore. So even if the cost is a bit high, NDR's service is worth it. They always give me updates when new offers from my creditors come and then they discuss it with me. We look at the options then they make suggestions, and so far, everything has been good.

The housing market crash in 2009 threw me behind on my credit cards. I tried to do a refinancing with Navy Federal but they wouldn’t do it, so I got online and saw National Debt Relief. The enrollment process was simple and clear. Then I dealt with a variety of people. They would call me whenever they made a deal with the company to let me know of the offer that they got and if I wanna proceed. I’d say yes or no and then they would take it from there. There are a couple things that I don’t quite know though until something happens, so I’m constantly monitoring the account. I know that NDR is working on it, especially with my Navy Federal accounts but I haven't made any payments on at least one of them. I'm wondering what the status is, so monthly updates would be helpful and would ease the mind a little bit.

National Debt Relief did a lot of advertising and they seemed to have a good rating. I was hoping of being able to combine some bills to get just one payment and it appeared that they were willing to help me out with the situation I need to be helped with. Initially, I started out making a $349 payment. I was making myself a decent money then. However, I don’t make that kind of income anymore but National Debt Relief is still trying to have me pay that kind of money every month to get an account built up, which is something I should do so they can settle with the creditors.

I was looking to get out of some debt and I saw National Debt Relief's ad online. They have a good rating in Better Business Bureau. When I enrolled, we talked about what all I had and what we needed to pay off. Then they set me up and it was really quick. NDR gets settlements for me and they have been really good about getting good deals. Their reps call me whenever I have an offer to settle a debt, then I talk to them about it and what it is gonna cost. I pay twice a month to pay the amount that they quoted me and it withdraws automatically to a savings account that they run.

Your tools look really handy. Im a little nervous about the negotiating process and the adverse credit while waiting to reach a settlement. We will see how it goes. One of my creditors said they wont work with you and it makes me nervous.

Enrolling with them was easy. They always say you can check your thing online, but being the age that I am, I’m not really a big one for doing stuff online. It might be better if they’d mail me a statement that I could see. Being with NDR has stopped people from calling us as much and has relieved stress. Their negotiators have negotiated three different settlements for us and we're about a third of the way done. They'd send us an email, we'd call them and they'd talk about what they had done. Then they'd ask if we approve it. If I had questions, I just called and asked them and they have always been efficient in calling me back. I’ve been very satisfied with my experience with NDR.
