Updated on 03/23/2019: Enrolling with National Debt Relief was easy. The negotiators are doing a good job and so far, the program is helping me with four credit cards. It has gotten the payments down to where it’s all gonna be taken care of by June of this year. The payment plan is very easy to follow.

I have been treated with respect and honor by everyone I have dealt with at National Debt Relief. While they have taken a weight off of my shoulders and given me hope that I can correct the choices I made previously. I appreciate the change to try.

I was way in over my head in debt and I got National Debt Relief's debt settlement services. They had a good overall rating when I was looking through different options. They have been super helpful and friendly. I'm still in the program and my payment plan is perfect. They did a really good job in meeting me where I felt comfortable enough that I could make the payment every month. Working with them has been very good and it has given me a little bit of wiggle room to have some spending money and not have everything go to bills.

Chris was very helpful and explained the entire process. He was very pleasant to talk to. All other staff I have dealt with were also helpful and easy to talk to. They walked me through the process in great detail.

I called National Debt Relief and they seemed to be a good deal. I liked the way they presented their service as well. Enrolling for the debt consolidation with the early pay-off program was very easy and I’ve been in it for about eight months now. I've only got one more debt left for negotiation out of 5. The NDR rep who worked with me was knowledgeable and has made me feel so good about what we're doing. Nothing is comfortable when you're dealing with your own money and trying to get out of debt but I felt comfortable enough. NDR is worth it. In fact, I’ve recommended them a couple of times already.

The representative was very helpful and pleasant to speak to. Call taker was very professional when speaking with me and was able to answer my questions in a very polite and graceful way. If all the calls are this way, then this will be a pleasant experience.

i just enrolled in the program. It sounds as though it will resolve my problem before it gets worse and misgiving me a chance to get a grip on a situation that may have gotten way out of hand with out having too file bankruptcy. I think paying a few years is better than 7-10 on your credit file. I'll look 6 months down the road. See where I am that will determine if I made the right move. So far so good.

I received an email stating that offers had been taken off of the table because I hadn't responded within a day's time! I was told that you all called, but the numbers were not familiar as they had been in the past... I had quite a bit of debt. I called several different companies and then decided to go with National Debt Relief since they sounded like the best company to go with. The enrollment process went smoothly. Moreover, the negotiators I work with were confident. And not only did they communicated well with me, they've also answered all my questions. In addition, they have been very flexible with my payment plan. Two months ago, I had a hard time so I've had to lower my payments. Since working with National Debt Relief, we're chipping away at my debt a little bit. They've worked with me well.

I like how National Debt Relief handles clients and how they connect and communicate with me. I had a good rapport with them and that was why I chose them. The enrollment process was good and very clear. And when I had a couple of concerns or needed a little more clarification, they were very patient. The agent that I was assigned to was pretty much like an assistant. It was easy to contact them. So I felt good about the process and the expectations.

The reps that I work with at National Debt Relief know what they're talking about and they sound confident. But so far, I haven't really seen great results. They have resolved three debts but when I look at the statement, most of the money has gone towards their fees. The service is extremely expensive and certainly not worth the fees that they're taking out. If I didn’t work so many hours, I would probably look into doing these negotiations myself.

My husband left his job, so we couldn’t pay our bills and everything plummeted. I looked up National Debt Relief on the Better Business Bureau website and they looked like a reputable company, so we went with them. They provide debt reduction service for us through settlements. I had to give them all the information for all of our credit cards and what the balances were. Then, they gave us an amount that it would be and there were no out-of-cost things. All of the money went towards that until they got a settlement and then we had fees. They took the total amount of debt that we had and then they based it on their averages of what they were able to settle them with with a specific company, and then they gave us an amount that they needed to reach the goals.

I have two disabled sons and one started having dementia. I went through a lot and I couldn't even get any help for him. So, I stayed home and I took care of him. My other son decided to move and I had to help him pay his deposit. I also had too many credit cards and I started getting behind. Then, my niece told me to call National Debt Relief and she said that they were nice but they charge too much. I called NDR and the gentleman who took my call was super nice. Everybody has always been super nice and I've gotten perfect service from them. It is worth to pay the little extra to get that service.

They were very informative along the process. It made me feel great and relax. I really understood the process and hopefully, I will resolve my problems with creditors along the way. I will recommend this program to others. It will help them as well as me to get back on track with resolving their debts.

Working with National Debt Relief gives me peace of mind. They seemed to have better options for my needs compared to the other companies, and after I went through their very simple enrollment process, they came up with a good option for my payment plan and helped me out. I could now get a better deal with the creditors, making the fees less, and a lot of interest charges has been removed. Plus, the creditors don't call and harass me anymore. So even if the cost is a bit high, NDR's service is worth it. They always give me updates when new offers from my creditors come and then they discuss it with me. We look at the options then they make suggestions, and so far, everything has been good.

Debt led me to seek the services of National Debt Relief and they provided me with debt relief services. When I enrolled in their program, they got my info. The interactions that I've had with the negotiators have been good and I'm comfortable working with them. I'm impressed that all has been professional with the reps that I worked with. They told me what my payment plan was going to be. The cost has been good, considering the quality of the service. I’ve been working with National Debt Relief for a year and a half and I’m still in the process of completing the program, but it has helped relieve my debt so far and the ongoing customer support that I have received from them has been good. I’ve been happy with my experience and I would tell people that National Debt Relief has a good program.

The housing market crash in 2009 threw me behind on my credit cards. I tried to do a refinancing with Navy Federal but they wouldn’t do it, so I got online and saw National Debt Relief. The enrollment process was simple and clear. Then I dealt with a variety of people. They would call me whenever they made a deal with the company to let me know of the offer that they got and if I wanna proceed. I’d say yes or no and then they would take it from there. There are a couple things that I don’t quite know though until something happens, so I’m constantly monitoring the account. I know that NDR is working on it, especially with my Navy Federal accounts but I haven't made any payments on at least one of them. I'm wondering what the status is, so monthly updates would be helpful and would ease the mind a little bit.

I was completely impressed with their service. They were professional and courteous, but at the same time, they went out of their way to understand my problems and to make me feel comfortable with the decisions that I was making. They explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. They put all of my worries to rest. They were the best news I have had in a long time.

I was looking to get out of some debt and I saw National Debt Relief's ad online. They have a good rating in Better Business Bureau. When I enrolled, we talked about what all I had and what we needed to pay off. Then they set me up and it was really quick. NDR gets settlements for me and they have been really good about getting good deals. Their reps call me whenever I have an offer to settle a debt, then I talk to them about it and what it is gonna cost. I pay twice a month to pay the amount that they quoted me and it withdraws automatically to a savings account that they run.

National Debt Relief did a lot of advertising and they seemed to have a good rating. I was hoping of being able to combine some bills to get just one payment and it appeared that they were willing to help me out with the situation I need to be helped with. Initially, I started out making a $349 payment. I was making myself a decent money then. However, I don’t make that kind of income anymore but National Debt Relief is still trying to have me pay that kind of money every month to get an account built up, which is something I should do so they can settle with the creditors.

Your tools look really handy. Im a little nervous about the negotiating process and the adverse credit while waiting to reach a settlement. We will see how it goes. One of my creditors said they wont work with you and it makes me nervous.

We were making the minimum payments and not able to catch up with our debts so we went with National Debt Relief since they're based in Texas. During the enrollment process, I filled out some forms and gave a Power of Attorney to look through certain things. Everybody I've spoken to has been knowledgeable about everything that was going on and they were polite too. I was comfortable working with them and the cost to everything that I got was good. I've got about three months before I'm totally debt-free and I would suggest NDR to other people if they’ve got no other options.

I went through a divorce and I was in the hospital for a week. I got behind on everything. I did some research and read some reviews and National Debt Relief had better reviews at that time. I then enrolled for their debt relief program and the process was easy to follow. They tell you upfront that the more money that you can put in your account, the better and the sooner that you can get the debt paid off. However, they were not as upfront with their fees and stuff that they take out of your account for themselves. I tried to get them to lower the payment because I'm not working. However, they told me that they can only do that for a short period of time and then they would have to go back to the regular.
