I was making payments on my debts, a little over the minimum, but my balance wasn't going down very much, due to a high interest rate. I received in the mail an opportunity from National Debt Relief, to lower my payments and get debt free. I am glad that I decided to pursue it. The associates who set up my account were very knowledgeable and professional. However, I am new to this type of debt resolution and I am very worried and afraid about all it entails. Before creditors start realizing that I am enrolled in NDR, it's scary to me that they are not getting paid or hearing from me. Just my anxiety, I guess.

The lady I spoke to spoke quickly but clearly. I was able to get through the call in a timely manner. At one point, I either misheard her or she misspoke, and when I asked her about it, I felt she was a bit rude, but otherwise, it was professional.

We just finished the welcome call and so far we feel really very good about this. Called another company initially but got a weird feeling about them. Turns out, had we gone with the first company we would have risked losing our secured loans through our credit union which Naya here explained to us. We had no clue! They answered all the questions I had and made sure I knew and understood the whole process. The welcoming process of this program, made me feel secure and have hope. There were no surprises and no extra fees. So far they are great.

I don't think I ended up saving any money in the end. I began the program with 3 debts totaling $13,800 and settled with $8,700 which is great. BUT there is a $3k fee to participate in the program, and in order to pay off the settlement amount I was told the best route was to take a loan through an affiliate company with an interest rate of 23.46% APR. In addition my credit score dropped significantly because of closing my credit cards AND not making payments on them for 9 months. There is also a W9 given at the end of the year for forgiven debt taxes owed. In my case this amount is just around $400.

So far so good. Welcome call was a little too quick for me and had to repeat several things. Very scripted. So several things I needed to have repeated but only were repeated back to the script. Other than that I wasnt aware of the $12 a month legal fee.

I recently enrolled into one of the programs and I am very satisfied and pleased of the great customer service I received and the knowledge and professionalism that the representative gave me when I had questions. I feel very relieved and secured about the decision I made.

My husband and I are having our 6th child and I am in college and can't get a part time job until the baby is born. NDR made it so easy for us to start our relief program and free up enough money that we can afford to live on one income.

The only very minor issue is that you all talk so fast on the telephone, being from the South it was difficult at times to clearly understand what was been said (LOL), other than that the experience was good. Everything was explained well and reviewed to make sure that the program was understood.

When I asked for help with my credit card debts, I was promptly answered. The representative walked me through the process, asking questions to guide me. I was told what I needed to do. I was reassured every step of the way. If I had any questions I was given a number to call.

I saw the ad in my email and dialed the number provided; I had no prior information about the company. The representative told me what was best for my situation. He was courteous, answered all of the questions that I asked him and explained the pros/cons of this program. I had adequate time to think about it and as he had explained all of the written information in the agreement before I signed. I look forward to a successful end of this program.

Finding yourself in this position is never easy. Having that weight on your shoulders and not knowing if it will disappear can be agonizing. Working with Jaison was straightforward, less stressful, and liberating than I anticipated. Knowing that there is someone working behind the scenes on your behalf as a barrier is also helpful.

I saw National Debt Relief's ad online somewhere, then read about them and some reviews and used them because of the reviews. They asked me about my situation, how much debt I had, how many different accounts, and what type of debt it was. Then, they said that they could work with those banks and told me exactly step-by-step what to do when dealing with a bank with multiple calls if the bank was gonna try to transfer to a debt relief company or a collection company. They told me what not to say and what to say so that I don't put myself in a bind. The enrollment process was fairly straightforward and quick. They're a company that wants your business and once they get you, they wanna get you in there and make sure that you don't go anywhere else.

I saw the commercial on TV and signed up with National Debt Relief. During the enrollment process, the reps let me know all the stuff I had to do and the papers I had to sign. I would call and they would tell me that they were negotiating. The first three went pretty quickly and I don’t know why they hanged up on the last. Actually, I refused one of them. I just couldn't pay what they wanted at the time. So, they resubmitted it, and it took forever for them to come back and agree. I was comfortable with the process although quite naturally, when you get involved with something like that, you have your doubts if it was legit. But it went smoothly and I was satisfied with it.

Everything was explained in great detail and all questions were answered well. All information was given through email also so you identification was well protected. Felt very comfortable with this whole experience. I am looking forward to being debt free and in charge of my finance again.

The agent was very informative and explained what was going to happen. They answered all of my question professionally told sent me email in an email details to the set my account online and the payment to be made. The follow up call the next day was very detailed.

She should be taken off the phones immediately and retrained or reassigned to another position in my opinion. If I had any other option, I would have cancelled this agreement based on my conversation with her and she will no doubt cost you future clients. When they named their company National Debt Relief, the empahsis for me, was in the word relief, for sure! I have been struggling trying to make my credit card payments on time, but I have like 5 different cards between my spouse and I, and with bank deposits sometimes taking extra time over the weekends, it seems like I was always falling behind and ending up in the red both with my creditors and my checking account. However, I wish I was aware of the possible impact on checking accounts when the credit card for enrollment is associated with the same institution prior to registration! I was having financial difficulty and I wasn’t sleeping at night because I wanted to pay my debt but I just couldn't. I saw National Debt Relief on TV and I liked it. I called them right away and I was happy with it. The enrollment was easy. They were really nice. There was one lady that I was very satisfied with when she talked to me. They made an arrangement with the creditor. They made a deal and gave me the amount. The program worked for me because I got one amount to pay. It was half compared to what I was paying before. My bill was taken care of. National Debt Relief helps people. Everything is good.
