Everyone was so nice and very helpful. I did not feel judged or confused at all when explaining my financial hardships. This is an excellent service and my only regret is that I didn’t sign up sooner. Both representatives answered all of my questions with confidence.

The cusstomer service agents that I spoke with were extremely helpful. They explained my options and explained all forms to me. Time was taken to go over page after page of the documents. I was given telephone to the people I needed to reach. I was also told that I had the option to opt out at any time.

I do not know my order number. I have been treated with respect and dignity. Thank you for that. The process was explained fully and all questions I asked were responded to quickly. I am not very good with words so I just want to say thank you again.

My experience with National Debt Relief has been very good. From the first time I called, the associate was very helpful and informative. He did not get mad when I asked a question and he explained everything where it was understandable.

The first person I spoke with that assisted me getting started was very helpful step by step. The second person welcoming was knowledgeable but lacked guidance skill overwhelming me with several emails stressing me. I had to call customer service for help.

The person who originally enrolled me was friendly, courteous and helpful... until I mentioned that I was reconsidering based on my conscience reminding me that I was breaking a contract and in effect stealing from the people (yes, corporations are people, too) that I had signed a pledge to pay back. He did his best to convince me that capitalist corporations are evil behemoths with no conscience of their own. Maybe he was right, but does that make my decision less wrong? He tried to convince me that they weighed the risk and know that this is going to happen in some cases and build it into their business - not realizing I am smart enough to know that, in so doing, they have no choice but to take it out on others of their customers, and, so, I am therefore a partial cause for their having to build in protections that actually necessitate them hurting others to survive?

I started out with an email to National Debt Relief asking questions about them. One of the representatives was able to convince me and I felt things were moving along but now I have to step into a court room. I put one of the local finance companies that I was with in the debt relief program and they kept harassing me that they wouldn't take it. NDR convinced me that the finance company would take it and that it was just a little har and they wanted some money. I then spoke to a manager from the finance company and he started being really aggressive and that he would take me to court because I wasn't being responsible with my actions.

Very clear, helpful, and polite service. I am glad I found them, only starting my new journey and I’m excited I found a great company for assistance. I have spoken with a few of their representatives and everytime I deal with them it’s an easy conversation.

Worried about credit rating, dunning letters, etc. The counselor helped, but still some concern. I am waiting to get the brochure and other in which will help me to better understand the program. Overall, the counselors helped a lot, but this is all new to me. They are very knowledgeable. We will see how this goes.

Well, I am just getting started, but I have been impressed thus far! My sales agent was extremely knowledgeable about the credit reporting industry and made me feel comfortable in knowing I was doing the right thing. My credit rating was not in the toilet yet, but with 8 almost maxed out cards trying to stay afloat, it was on a downward spiral. This was my only way out. I truly believe that!

National Debt Relief was the most cordial so I decided to go with them and so far, they have been attentive. Also, their feedback is prompt. Whoever they designate, they contact me with the information and I'm very comfortable working with them. They've settled accounts and have done a good job.

I like working with National Debt Relief. They call me whenever something's up. They also decide when it's time to negotiate with the creditors and then they send how much cash I have in my account. Then they contact to ask and let me know that they are trying to negotiate one and if I agree to that then they pay them. With regards to the payment plan, they came up with a certain amount that they thought would take to cover all. It seemed fair and reasonable and I was able to negotiate with them to see how much I could pay at a time. I was hurt in one month then I called and asked them if I could pay half that time. They were very easy to work with and were very nice people too. I've talked to other companies over the years, thinking about doing different things. This is the only time I've ever done something like this. They were the least aggressive to let me decide what I wanted to do and what worked for me.

National Debt Relief did a great job of keeping the stress of collectors off of me. Unfortunately, I had a couple of creditors that filed lawsuits against me, but their legal team was very good at handling those situations and was very attentive to my questions. I probably saved about $4,000 in their program. I did have one Credit Union that charged me legal fees on top of my debt with them and would not settle. My only advice to anyone who enrolls in this program is to be wary of settling with local credit unions. Some say they don't settle, and some really do mean it. If they mean it, it could cost you more money than what you already owe them now. I am glad that I enrolled in the program. No more credit cards for me! After my last creditor is paid off, I will be debt free!

National Debt Relief has been wonderful. They allowed me to make payments on my credit cards. I called them and then they called me back and explained further how they do different things for different people. They told me what they proposed to do for me and I got them all my payoff information. I filled out my application and they combined everything together. In a day or two, I waited until the process was complete and they started taking $145 out of each month by check. They talked to the credit card companies and settled some of my debt and they’re working on the rest of them.

National Debt Relief was the best debt service I found. I have credit card concerns and the process of enrolling with them was easy. I was trying to get caught back up on stuff and get out of debt, so I looked online and went with National Debt Relief. They are helping me with consolidating my debt. I had tried to do a loan with one of the other companies, but they didn’t approve my loan application. The enrollment process with National Debt Relief was all online. Up until last month I did not know what debt relief was. I have owned my home for 35 years, I have never paid a bill late, never behind on anything, I was 28 when I bought my home, Sept. 11, 2017 hurricane Irma caused over $40,000 in damages not including my attorney's fee. I had too many debts so I researched different companies and NDR had good reviews. The enrollment was very good. They explained everything and they have done everything they said they were gonna do. They’ve gotten a huge amount of the total down. The plan was supposed to take two years, but now it’s down to less than that. I am completely satisfied so far with the service, the representatives and the relief the program really does offer. I was so worried about my situation, having my two young grandsons moving in for me to care for, me not having started my job yet, I was sick to my stomach, and drowning in bills I could not pay. Now I am able to care for my grandsons, buy them food and clothes they need, where before, I actually was going to food closets for help with groceries and clothes!

We had some hardship and National Debt Relief helped out with getting rid of some of the larger debts. A lot of personal friends say not to do this and that it's a scam. But I don’t think it is. I started on 8/2 of 2017 and my enrolled debt was $22,000. My active debt was $15,000 and NDR resolved it. That makes $6,873 currently. So out of my six, they have 50% solved. NDR would get ahold of me when they've negotiated or reached a settlement with the companies. I would either get it in an email or a text then I would go look at my account. It shows me what's pending and I see everything there. They would also tell me to call them back and if they couldn't get ahold of me, then I would call them.

So far, we are having a good experience. They call every couple of months and tell us what got done, and what's the credit card that they are paying. The other debt relief company that we got a few years ago when we had the same financial difficulty had a really high price. Whereas NDR has a very reasonable price that we can afford.
