This process hasn't been an easy one for us. We went from having 850+ credit to below 600 due to a move, total house renovation, new roof, unexpected costs, etc... It's been a bit of a nightmare, but we're now on the road to becoming debt free again! Did take longer than quoted to get enrollment call. But so far I am happy with the service I have been given. Now I hope to get some good settlements on my accounts to clear up my credit. I was explained. If all goes as well as it was explained I really should be debt free other than student loans in a year and a half.

Updated on 07/30/2024: I was happy with National Debt Relief. They took care of my bills and when I had problems not being able to pay, they worked with me. I was able to see how much progress was being done, how much they were able to consolidate with the people that I was consolidating with. They were able to help me out with a situation that I was going through and I didn't have to worry about phone calls coming to me. I was able to go about my business, do my job, and able to put this money in this account that they wanted me to put in so they could pay these people off. I just finished the program in May with money left over and they sent it to me right away. It took a while, but right now, I'm debt-free.

So to clear one thing up, I am not up buying maniac. I got into trouble with credit meeting life’s expenses: car breaks, food, school supplies, etc. I got in a jam quickly and there was a lot I did not want to do, for example the credit cards shuffle. Get a no interest bearing card and move my debt. Anyhow, I did a bunch of research on debt relief programs and National Debt Relief seemed to be on the “top of the heap”. They did everything quickly, the attention was great, they answered all my questions. I just hope they help me in the same way to solve my debts. They have very trained agents in Spanish to help you, I am very grateful to them.

Patrick was good to work with and once I asked him to talk slower, he did. The woman who called with welcome call, talked S-L-O-W when I asked her talk a bit slower because I couldn't understand. It was in a very rude way, and she sped up shortly after. I also said it was not something to congratulate me for given this is not something I'm proud of. Clearly she was quickly reading through the script and continued to congratulate me. It all just made my experience more painful.

The ladies that I spoke to today was very helpful and understanding for me to know what is the right thing to do. The two ladies knew what they were talking about and knew the right way to help me out of my problem.
