Johnathan ** was excellent! Courteous, kind and answered all my questions even if I had already asked them. I am excited to be able to start getting out of debt! I finally decided that barely swimming wasn't good enough, and I don't want to be paying on this debt for 30 years. NDR is helping with that!

All staff that I spoke with National Debt Relief have been very good and very informative about my new account. Staff were very detailed about all my information and how to make changes to each of my credit card accounts. The welcome staff were very friendly and informative.

So far my experience has been good. The people at National Debt Relief will explain everything to you if you don't understand what they are telling you and if you want to call them with questions they will help you with a answer to a problem.

Everyone has been great in talking to us. I know that I can call anytime to get help with what we are doing. Both people I have spoken to seem to know their stuff and that makes this much better for me.

National Debt Relief did a great job of keeping the stress of collectors off of me. Unfortunately, I had a couple of creditors that filed lawsuits against me, but their legal team was very good at handling those situations and was very attentive to my questions. I probably saved about $4,000 in their program. I did have one Credit Union that charged me legal fees on top of my debt with them and would not settle. My only advice to anyone who enrolls in this program is to be wary of settling with local credit unions. Some say they don't settle, and some really do mean it. If they mean it, it could cost you more money than what you already owe them now. I am glad that I enrolled in the program. No more credit cards for me! After my last creditor is paid off, I will be debt free!

National Debt Relief has been wonderful. They allowed me to make payments on my credit cards. I called them and then they called me back and explained further how they do different things for different people. They told me what they proposed to do for me and I got them all my payoff information. I filled out my application and they combined everything together. In a day or two, I waited until the process was complete and they started taking $145 out of each month by check. They talked to the credit card companies and settled some of my debt and they’re working on the rest of them.

I was trying to get caught back up on stuff and get out of debt, so I looked online and went with National Debt Relief. They are helping me with consolidating my debt. I had tried to do a loan with one of the other companies, but they didn’t approve my loan application. The enrollment process with National Debt Relief was all online. I had to send them information and then they handled everything. Their negotiators have been very helpful whenever I talked to them. Any time that I’ve had an issue or a question, they've tried to make things easier for me.

Up until last month I did not know what debt relief was. I have owned my home for 35 years, I have never paid a bill late, never behind on anything, I was 28 when I bought my home, Sept. 11, 2017 hurricane Irma caused over $40,000 in damages not including my attorney's fee. After 1 year I ended up settling for $16,000, repairing only half of the damage took all of my savings and for the first time I was forced to use all of my credit cards to repair enough of the damage so I could live in my home, I still have a long way to go. I spent a month researching for some type of help. After a lot of research & speaking with several companies, National Debt Relief was kind, took a lot of time explaining how it works, and for the first time since the hurricane I felt like there was hope.

I had too many debts so I researched different companies and NDR had good reviews. The enrollment was very good. They explained everything and they have done everything they said they were gonna do. They’ve gotten a huge amount of the total down. The plan was supposed to take two years, but now it’s down to less than that. I’m probably gonna get it done within a year because they could knock it down so fast. The payment feels tight to make, but I couldn’t be any happier. I’m not as stressed as I was and I haven’t taken out a second job, which I thought I was gonna have to do. I would recommend National Debt Relief.

From the initial phone call, NDR was extremely professional, compassionate and empathetic to my issue. Initial call went over program details making sure I understood any risks, if any, associated with the program. Follow up calls solidified my understanding of the program and benefits they provide. I am in the program and have been lied to nonstop. They withhold information and will not provide copies of settlement agreements to me. They have now put me in a worse position where I am paying more and it will take me 5 years to be debt free. Because of them not only am I drowning in debt and likely to not be able to ever get out but I was also denied to become a foster parent by the state. They have ruined my credit and not done what they promised and now I am being kept from being able to adopt in the future and have a family. Not only are they costing me money but they are taking away the only chance I have as a single woman to be a mom and they are keeping a child in need of a loving safe home from having one.

I am completely satisfied so far with the service, the representatives and the relief the program really does offer. I was so worried about my situation, having my two young grandsons moving in for me to care for, me not having started my job yet, I was sick to my stomach, and drowning in bills I could not pay. Now I am able to care for my grandsons, buy them food and clothes they need, where before, I actually was going to food closets for help with groceries and clothes!

We had some hardship and National Debt Relief helped out with getting rid of some of the larger debts. A lot of personal friends say not to do this and that it's a scam. But I don’t think it is. I started on 8/2 of 2017 and my enrolled debt was $22,000. My active debt was $15,000 and NDR resolved it. That makes $6,873 currently. So out of my six, they have 50% solved. NDR would get ahold of me when they've negotiated or reached a settlement with the companies. I would either get it in an email or a text then I would go look at my account. It shows me what's pending and I see everything there. They would also tell me to call them back and if they couldn't get ahold of me, then I would call them.

I had to get my finances straight and I’ve heard good things about National Debt Relief. So I reached out to them and people that I’ve worked with were all very nice. Having NDR has given me a little bit of stress relief and I would recommend a friend to give them a call.

We had a financial difficulty, so I searched online and see which company had a better rating and I picked National Debt Relief to help us with our credit cards. So far, we are having a good experience. They call every couple of months and tell us what got done, and what's the credit card that they are paying. The reps I work with are nice and helpful and every time I call they answer all our questions. The other debt relief company that we got a few years ago when we had the same financial difficulty had a really high price. Whereas NDR has a very reasonable price that we can afford. We're satisfied with them, so I will definitely recommend them to anybody I know that has the same problem that we have.

I was in a lot of credit card debt. My son saw National Debt Relief on TV and he said that I should sign up for that. I had very good interactions with the rep of NDR. He gave a reasonable amount of time and a reasonable way to pay it back. They set up a payment plan and the first year was really tough but they’ve adjusted the payment lower. I’m already a year and a half in the program and I'm making pretty good progress. I'm very fortunate to be able to do that. I’ve paid off five of my credit cards and I’m satisfied that they’re doing their job because no one’s calling and harassing me. They’re dealing directly with National Debt Relief. I would recommend NDR. They are timely and the money that they collect stays mine until I tell them to pay someone. So it’s not like I’m giving away the money.

I got way over my head with my debts and I decided on working with National Debt Relief to get rid of them. Getting enrolled in the program was easy and it has helped me out. I'm about a third of the way through the process and we've been getting rid of some things, but I was having a hard time with some. I've been with National Debt Relief for six months and I pay $600 every month but I don’t see results. Things are slow and I'm still waiting. But I'm even not sure what's going on. I don't know who I need to talk and I am confused. The creditors are in my back right now and they've sent me their letter for the courthouse. But the NDR guys don't want to do anything. When I called in, it was at night and the guy told me I had to call in the day.

I have had a lot of debt for a long time that I hadn’t even attempted to pay back. I’ve been living with my mother for years because she’s ill and I realized that once she dies, I would have no credit whatsoever. So I decided to go ahead and tackle it. I checked out National Debt Relief's website and they seem so much more legitimate than some of the others. The way that they’re backed up financially sounded good and solid to me.

We are getting old and we have a pile of debt which we want to get off our hands before we try to retire. When we signed up with National Debt Relief, the process was very simple. We answered basic questions and then we gave them an okay to go ahead, check the credit and assume everything that was going on. NDR got all of our debts and they’ve been making bids to all the people that we owe money to in order to pay less than what we actually owe.

My Senior Specialist, Atif **, was polite, articulate, patient and very thorough in answering all of my questions. He went as far as I think possible in putting me at ease in this very distressing situation. Since I have just begun with this company, I can only hope my experience remains as positive throughout the process.

The agents were super nice. They were very patient with me. I enjoy speaking with them. They were very informative and knowledgeable. They made me feel better about what I was having to do. It was embarrassing to share my financial problems with a stranger, but they were very understanding.

I decided to go with National Debt Relief as I was in over my head in credit card debt and was paying out all my cash into credit card payments every month. NDR provided me with a Debt Settlement program. The payment plan was exactly what I needed and wanted at the time. There was a couple of occasions where I skipped the monthly payment and the people at NDR were more than willing to accommodate. They were friendly, personal and never made me feel horrible for being in debt. Working with NDR has impacted my life to be less stressful.

The payment plan they gave me was good and cool. I'm still in the program, but my life is now a lot better than when I had the damn credit cards.

We had a bad hurricane in this neighborhood and my house was flooded so I needed help. Plus, some of my money went to the repairs and my insurance didn't wanna pay. National Debt Relief was a really nice company and they tried to help me out. Enrolling was pretty easy as well. I talked to their rep and I told him my situation. I was very honest and he got all my bank account information. At the time, I had Bank of America trying to sue me and I didn't know I was getting sued. So, the negotiator wrote me a bunch of letters. Thereafter, they made an agreement with BoA and talked to a lawyer. They told me BoA can't sue me anymore thereafter. Overall, I like NDR's service. Their reps were all nice and called me every day to keep me updated. My overall experience was very good. I've talked to others about what would they do if they were in trouble and told them about National Debt Relief. They are a nice company.

I just started with the process at National Debt Relief and their people were professional. They answered all my questions and made me feel assured. They've already settled two debts and working on a third one. I understand the program, however, I thought they reached out to everyone at the same time to let them know what they were doing, but that was not the case. NDR should tell the credit companies what they're doing so that those companies would know that I'm going through debt relief. One of the companies tried to offer me a solution before it got too out of hand, and it was almost tempting to fix it. However, I didn’t want to go any further into them because it has a reset of 90 days and 60 days debt to get. I asked them if they know about NDR. They said no and that they haven't been contacted yet. Other than that, NDR is good and I enjoy working with them.

My questions were answered, and I came away from the experience feeling confident that National Debt Relief will be able to help me settle my debt satisfactorily. I was a little iffy about joining this program, especially with my credit score dropping once I start. I thought to myself, although it might drop now, I have to think long-term; I know I rather pay make sacrifices now in order to get out of debt sooner, rather than 30 years from now with all the interest I have. I was trying to clear all my debt and gave NDR a try. The process was easy from the beginning but going to the end I couldn’t afford to finish it. I also had to pull out. They were flexible on the payment plan. I was offered a loan from the other loan company so they can finish it faster but when they came back to me, the bargain was too much. I would have ended up paying more, and that was not what I was looking for. However, with the rest of the account that was done, it was really nice and done on a timely manner. They usually get a higher negotiation so they can go back and do it again. I’m hoping next time they can actually do a better negotiation. But NDR helped me get rid of a lot of the debts and I would recommend them.
