I need NDR's service because I have credit card debt. I signed up with a pretty much standard program where I make monthly payments over a specified amount of time and my debt will slowly get paid off. Enrolling was easy but understanding where I go from there has not been. Since signing up, I have received calls twice that a settlement has been presented and the first time, it was nice because it was just information that I had to agree to and they sent in the payment. But the next time, I was told about the settlement but NDR said they needed more money to be able to do it. I was not told upfront that they would randomly call and ask for extra money. I had to send in about $600 to be able to get that settlement to clear that card off but I told them not to ever do that again because it caught me. But when taxes came back I looked up and happened to have the money.

This was not an easy realization that I needed assistance with my debt. I decided to contact National Debt Relief to see what options I had. After speaking with Roy the decision was easy. He is very caring and understanding and takes the time to completely analyze your information and explain everything in detail. Roy made the process very easy. Thank you!

From what we read online, we liked National Debt Relief's responsiveness and their better reputation. They already settled a few debts that I had for under what they said they would do, and they worked with me when I had to change my monthly payment.

Firstly I didn’t trust NDR for no reason, But now I knew that I was totally wrong for my judgement on NDR. It is real. I have been late payments from 4 creditors by my in expected unemployment situation. I owed debt over $11,000 to the creditors for a few months and can't make minimum monthly payments which was over $600. But It was covered and I don’t have to worry about the debt no more. I Just have to make monthly payment less than half of the debt amount to special saving account under NDR’s program. I do really appreciate NDR for fixing my critical situation. I really am. I honestly have never used any credit counseling and debt relief services, but after a few people saying I should try one, I decided to. I did not know what questions to ask but everything sounded great. They had told me that my credit would suffer but I never knew I would have potential judgments against me and being threatened to garnish my wages. I also did not realize I would have to come up with additional money at times to pay off a creditor. What is the point of paying a slightly lower rate per month when all of a sudden I have to pull money out of nowhere. Which ultimately means my kids eat bread and cereal for dinner for another month until I have more money. I would NEVER reccomend them to anyone.

After that I spoke to two different representatives and they were both informative, helpful and courteous. NDR responded to me efficiently with emails and phone calls.

Enrolling for the program was nerve wracking and a relief all in one. They answered all of my questions, were patient with me and put my concerns at ease. I love that I'm in control of my funds and have to be contacted prior to them paying a creditor. My first experience following the initial inquiry submitted online was a phone call received on Saturday, September 15, 2018, from Roger **. It must have been my luck that Roger was working on his normal day off. Roger was extremely professional and helped to relieve my hesitance in discussing my sensitive information. Through a series of phone calls (both to and from Roger) and an exchange of email correspondence my account was started. As planned, Roger contacted me when he returned to work on Monday, September 17, and initiated the welcome process.

Enrolling with National Debt Relief's debt consolidation program for my credit card and my personal loans was incredibly easy. When I needed to contact the company one time, it was easy to get in touch with them. They even worked out a new payment plan with me when I got a new job that was on a different pay schedule. And I'm still paying less now than what I would have, trying to pay all the loans myself. So NDR's cost is fair and I've recommended them to people. I'm still in the middle of the program but a bunch of debts are already paid off and I've already seen my credit score go up.

The welcome call, I didn't even got her name. She talks really fast. At some point told her she was talking fast for me but that didn't make a difference. One important thing about customer service especially when you are working with Scripts, is to take your time and don't be like a robot. You, the rep, and the client are still humans and as humans, we want to feel the customer experience is unique and thoughtful.

I was having a hard time and was trying to consolidate my bills last year. I tried a couple of banks but I got denied because my ratio was so high risk. Then a mail from National Debt Relief came in and I called them. NDR would be cutting off half of my debts and I'm just paying the balance and not the interest. I'm on a very tight budget and I break down what I receive from my check but NDR has been very good and I pay them bi-weekly. NDR calls me every time they’re gonna settle and I agree with whatever they're gonna do. However, it would be helpful if I get an update to show how close it’s gonna be paid off. So, that way, I’d know when to retire. But that's just one thing. When they call, they're very courteous and they let me know how much the payment is and how much they’re taking off. I would recommend National Debt Relief.

At the time I was in a tight shoot, I looked at online reviews and National Debt Relief had better reviews. However, when they make payments I don't see the balance whenever I look at my account online. I make a payment every month and there is supposed to be a lot of money in there so if I'm paying $700 every month, they're paying two $300-payments but I don’t see any balance in there. That way, at least I know they have this much money and account the extra so they can negotiate some other creditors and I can get out of this mess.

I had a huge amount of debt from college things and credit cards. It was over $100,000 and National Debt Relief provided debt consolidation and debt settlements. They wrapped up all of my debts then I will pay a set amount over a four-year period of time. I was scared during the enrollment process but the reps were very good.

National Debt Relief has been wonderful and the reviews that I read about them were good. They were able to lower my monthly payments ‘cause I was in debt quite a bit. And I think the legal aid is gonna be very beneficial to me. I like the representative's willingness to help. If I’ve had to change some monthly payments, they’ve not had any problems with me doing that. They’ve been really understanding. Working with National Debt Relief has been comfortable and the cost has been good.

I wanted to get out from all the credit card debt. I went through various companies on the internet that deal with debt relief and I got shut down by everybody. Somebody told me to talk to National Debt Relief and I did. I told them my credit cards, my accounts and the amounts, and I signed some power of attorney paperwork to let them deal with creditors. The enrollment process was painless. The program is about three years and I’ve been doing this for a year now. So far, several accounts have been paid off and I'm working on the rest.

There's been a couple of debts National Debt Relief has started settling for me and they've been helpful on my payment plan. I don't feel uncomfortable working with them and I communicate with them mostly via email. Their services are a little pricey though.

I wanted to consolidate it and be able to pay it off because I wasn’t able to do it on my own with making multiple credit card payments every month. I googled National Debt Relief and did some research, and National Debt Relief seemed to have good reviews, so I went with them. They consolidated all my debt. I have an account that all my money goes into and they utilized that to negotiate with the creditors, which they have done quite well so far. The negotiator walked me through the entire process and explained everything thoroughly before I signed off on it.

I stopped National Debt Relief's service three months ago and I finally shut down bank accounts because they refused to not continue making withdrawals. I would call and tell them that there were no funds available at the time and I could not make those deposits with their withdrawals. But they said that those were already scheduled. It was a terrible experience and I wouldn’t suggest NDR to anyone else.

My husband's income got depleted and we needed to do something. The enrolment process to National Debt Relief was fairly easy and the program's cost seems very fair. I filled out the paperwork and got notified two days later. They said that they can help me and asked me to do this and that, then it was set and done. I've gotten phone calls from their reps and they had questions. Then they would help me as much as I could if I'm online. They said that they got me and they're taking care of it. Their program helped us get ahead and took some worry and stress. The program is expected to last for 36 months and, at this point, we still have a year with them. Working with NDR helped us see light at the end of the tunnel. They’ve been a wonderful company to work with, and if anybody said that they needed help, I would surely refer them to National Debt Relief.

I got myself overwhelmed with debt. Enrollment at National Debt Relief was a simple process. They took all my information and some time thereafter, let me know that I qualified. After that, they started working on settling my debts for me. They have been easy to work with. I follow my account online and on their website, it's easy to see what's going on and track how things have gone. Also, their reps would also call and let me know if they have come up with another offer, and let me know what it is, and either accept or I don't. They have also been helpful when I call. So far, I'm only down to two accounts with a little over a thousand dollars. I'm almost complete with the process. Overall, I would recommend National Debt Relief. Their service has been excellent.

Menwa and the lady that I talked with during the welcome call were both understanding and compassionate and very helpful. It made this so much less stressful. They were both very thorough and respectful and non-judgmental. Each of them walked me through part of the process step by step in the most professional of manners.

I am very disappointed with National Debt Relief due to what I consider horrible communication and updates on progress once they get you to sign up for their service and start making payments. The only communication I really receive from National Debt Relief are emails and letters trying to introduce themselves to me and gain my service. This is odd to me since I have already been part of the program 8 months already. With so much fraud out there I think it's crucial to have strong communication between parties. Just don't really feel comfortable with this company.

I wanted to do a consolidation program and National Debt Relief had good reviews and ratings and they also seemed legit. They provided me with debt consolidation relief. I signed up online and put my phone number. Then, somebody called me and talked to me and my husband, and figured out our income and every account that I wanted under the debt consolidation program. The rep explained the entire program and debts and they got me set up that day.

I was stressed out because we constantly paid our bill and kept our credit staying good, but we weren't going anywhere with the money. I kept paying, but I didn't see my bill dropping. I wanted to get something where I could be debt free. I read some reviews and talked to them on the phone and I felt comfortable with them. So I got National Debt Relief’s services. It's going help me in the long run, but it killed my credit and that sucks. We did a three-year program where we had 16,000 in debt and we pay monthly. We're about 75% done and it has been working really good.

The person who originally enrolled me was friendly, courteous and helpful... until I mentioned that I was reconsidering based on my conscience reminding me that I was breaking a contract and in effect stealing from the people (yes, corporations are people, too) that I had signed a pledge to pay back. He did his best to convince me that capitalist corporations are evil behemoths with no conscience of their own. Maybe he was right, but does that make my decision less wrong? He tried to convince me that they weighed the risk and know that this is going to happen in some cases and build it into their business - not realizing I am smart enough to know that, in so doing, they have no choice but to take it out on others of their customers, and, so, I am therefore a partial cause for their having to build in protections that actually necessitate them hurting others to survive?

I started out with an email to National Debt Relief asking questions about them. One of the representatives was able to convince me and I felt things were moving along but now I have to step into a court room. I put one of the local finance companies that I was with in the debt relief program and they kept harassing me that they wouldn't take it. NDR convinced me that the finance company would take it and that it was just a little har and they wanted some money. I then spoke to a manager from the finance company and he started being really aggressive and that he would take me to court because I wasn't being responsible with my actions.

Worried about credit rating, dunning letters, etc. The counselor helped, but still some concern. I am waiting to get the brochure and other in which will help me to better understand the program. I like working with National Debt Relief. They call me whenever something's up. They also decide when it's time to negotiate with the creditors and then they send how much cash I have in my account. Then they contact to ask and let me know that they are trying to negotiate one and if I agree to that then they pay them. With regards to the payment plan, they came up with a certain amount that they thought would take to cover all. It seemed fair and reasonable and I was able to negotiate with them to see how much I could pay at a time. I was hurt in one month then I called and asked them if I could pay half that time. They were very easy to work with and were very nice people too. I've talked to other companies over the years, thinking about doing different things. This is the only time I've ever done something like this. They were the least aggressive to let me decide what I wanted to do and what worked for me.
