Your agent are very helpful and take the time to explain in detail. Especially Theodore ** who did the lion’s share of our contract. He is not only knowledgeable, but also very patient. As an older citizen, I appreciate your company's attitude of being helpful and explaining everything.

Your people were very helpful and explained the project and what all that would be happen if I did not follow through and how the law works and how the payments are made. Then in the end they show you how to rebuild up your credit again.

Staff was very courteous and helpful in explaining the National Debt Relief program and how it works. Even though my credit score may be lowered this is a better outcome for me to honor my debt to creditors. At the age of 70 and physical limitations I may only have a few hrs left to work as a waitress. So by joining NDR I can relieve me of meeting my obligations to creditors and incurring additional page fees and interest.

I have just entered the program, and as of yet I do not have any real time experience with the program. But from my introduction and welcoming to the program, I am very pleased and excited with my experience from the National Debt team.

National Debt Relief was highly recommended online and one of my other Marines had worked with them before, so I just went off of his recommendation. They were always very helpful and knowledgeable. Also, they were very accommodating with me on my schedule which was important because I didn’t have access to phones and internet where I work. And anytime they would call me during business hours, they would always be leaving me voicemails. They had me sign over a power of attorney so that they could deal with the debtors on my behalf. Then, they had me set up a savings account to put money into so that they could pull money out to be able to pay those creditors as needed. They looked at my credit, found everything that was in collections and they were able to work with me to get all of those creditors paid off.

I was starting to swim in debt and I didn’t have money for groceries. I didn’t have any kind of emergency money if something happened. I was about $70,000 in debt and I was robbing Peter to pay Paul. I saw National Debt Relief on Facebook. I also went to Consumer Affairs and I found that they had a really good reputation so I contacted them. I thought giving my creditors as much money as I could, given what their discussions with them or negotiations with them, would be better than not giving them anything at all. I spoke with a young man, to begin with, and explained to him what was going on. He took the information about what my debt to income ratio was. So he said that I definitely met the criteria for assistance. He explained what the process was and it was very smooth.

I would recommend National Debt Relief. I went online and checked out that they were ranked high. The enrollment was simple and so far, they've been good. They've been following up on the debts that I owe and I've already paid two of my creditors.

I was having a really hard time trying to catch up with a lot of my credit card debts. I would be paying off the minimum, then between the time that I would pay it off and when I would receive my paycheck, there was always an overdraft fee or some fees, so I was never really making any progress and I was always stuck. National Debt Relief was one of the first debt relief companies that I saw and they have been good to me. I had to print out a bunch of documents to sign, and it would let them know my financial situation. I talked to them about all the details about my financial situation, why I needed it and what I was trying to do to gain financial freedom.

I feel like I was given all the information necessary to make this a positive and successful experience. The representatives that I spoke with were amazing. I would definitely recommend this to a friend. I hope this will be the best choice and final step in my road to credit freedom.

UPDATED 08/07/2019: Now, we're about halfway into the program and it has been good. We give them so much money a month and they take care of the outstanding bills. We just have to pay our normal, everyday bills. If something comes up with one of the companies or they wanna make a deal, NDR would call to let us know what it is and see what we think. When we ask NDR, they tell us what they think. If the settlement needs a little bit more than what's in our account, they'll try to push the client's offer a couple of months so they can build it up or if we wanted to try to pay the difference, we could. They're very good and truthful. Plus, if we call them, they answer.

The staff that I have spoken to have been respectful and professional. This is a hard subject to talk about and they answered my many questions and gave me a sense of confidence that I can do this. Also, to know that they are there for me when I need them was a comfort.

I have a lot of credit card debt. I did a little bit of research on companies and it seemed that National Debt Relief was the best bet. I'm halfway through the consolidation process with them and it is working out really well. Their reps have been really helpful and they have answered all my questions either by phone or by email. I feel very good working with them.

It works!! We owned a business that when the economy went down we had to use credit cards to keep the business open during the slow time. Thinking we could pay off the credit cards in the summer but then the summer didn't get as busy as it normally would and we just kept getting into more and more debt. We got into $55,000 worth of debt and we would pay about $5000 a year in payments but didn't see much of a decrease in our principal balance. So I hear of this company and thought I'd give it a try because it couldn't make it worse that's for sure. We wanted to pay off our debt but, felt like we were getting now where. We have been with National Debt Relief for 2 years now and it has lifted so much stress off our backs and they have settled over 65% of our debt. They have been wonderful to work with and they take care of it all. They are amazing and have awesome customer service.

Overall, everything went fine. There were a few mistakes like my account number and birthdate that had to be corrected but the team communicates and responds promptly. The contract was corrected in a timely manner. So far the process has been easy.

Updated on 03/26/2021: At the very beginning when we were told to move all our contact information from the credit cards over to national debt relief’s phone number and email, I dragged on that for a week. That should be over emphasized. It would make people's lives easier if they get this changed immediately before they enroll or as they're enrolling into the program. It would relieve some of those angry phone calls from the creditors. Once I got it enrolled, I was not able to go in and change it on one of the credit cards, so I had to keep receiving the communication.

The representatives were very empathetic. They explained every detail of what to expect. They were patient and answered all of my questions. At the end of the enrollment process, I already felt a load had been lifted. Thank you National Debt Relief.

I have too much debt. I saw an ad from National Debt Relief on my computer and decided to use them. The enrollment took a week and a half and it was easy. They worked with me on my payment plan very well. My negotiators were also very informative and they explained everything. National Debt Relief is now doing my monthly payments and bargaining with my creditors and they are doing a fine job. They are a very good company. They have made my life a lot better and now I have less stress.

I got too many debts. In fact, I got a $10,000 credit card debt. I called National Debt Relief and their call center worked with me. The enrollment process was easy. I got something from a vendor that said we're paying it off. I faxed it to NDR and their reps confirmed it with an email saying they received it. NDR's reps are friendly and they get to the point. They don't waste your time. So far, we're halfway through and it's a slow process. My credit went downhill and I can't even get a loan now. I was 720 before it started and now, I'm down to 500. But they're working on some of our debtors.

Both Andrew and the gal I spoke to on the Welcome call have been wonderful to make sure I am well informed. Made sure I didn’t have any questions. I’m really glad I choose the company to work with for this.

I need NDR's service because I have credit card debt. I signed up with a pretty much standard program where I make monthly payments over a specified amount of time and my debt will slowly get paid off. Enrolling was easy but understanding where I go from there has not been. Since signing up, I have received calls twice that a settlement has been presented and the first time, it was nice because it was just information that I had to agree to and they sent in the payment. But the next time, I was told about the settlement but NDR said they needed more money to be able to do it. I was not told upfront that they would randomly call and ask for extra money. I had to send in about $600 to be able to get that settlement to clear that card off but I told them not to ever do that again because it caught me. But when taxes came back I looked up and happened to have the money.

This was not an easy realization that I needed assistance with my debt. I decided to contact National Debt Relief to see what options I had. After speaking with Roy the decision was easy. He is very caring and understanding and takes the time to completely analyze your information and explain everything in detail. Roy made the process very easy. Thank you!

I honestly have never used any credit counseling and debt relief services, but after a few people saying I should try one, I decided to. I did not know what questions to ask but everything sounded great. They had told me that my credit would suffer but I never knew I would have potential judgments against me and being threatened to garnish my wages. I also did not realize I would have to come up with additional money at times to pay off a creditor. What is the point of paying a slightly lower rate per month when all of a sudden I have to pull money out of nowhere. Which ultimately means my kids eat bread and cereal for dinner for another month until I have more money. I would NEVER reccomend them to anyone.

And I'm still paying less now than what I would have, trying to pay all the loans myself. So NDR's cost is fair and I've recommended them to people. National Debt Relief has been wonderful and the reviews that I read about them were good. They were able to lower my monthly payments ‘cause I was in debt quite a bit. And I think the legal aid is gonna be very beneficial to me. I like the representative's willingness to help. If I’ve had to change some monthly payments, they’ve not had any problems with me doing that. They’ve been really understanding. Working with National Debt Relief has been comfortable and the cost has been good.

I wanted to get out from all the credit card debt. I went through various companies on the internet that deal with debt relief and I got shut down by everybody. Somebody told me to talk to National Debt Relief and I did. I told them my credit cards, my accounts and the amounts, and I signed some power of attorney paperwork to let them deal with creditors. The enrollment process was painless. The program is about three years and I’ve been doing this for a year now. So far, several accounts have been paid off and I'm working on the rest.

I stopped National Debt Relief's service three months ago and I finally shut down bank accounts because they refused to not continue making withdrawals. I would call and tell them that there were no funds available at the time and I could not make those deposits with their withdrawals. But they said that those were already scheduled. It was a terrible experience and I wouldn’t suggest NDR to anyone else.

I have an account that all my money goes into and they utilized that to negotiate with the creditors, which they have done quite well so far. The negotiator walked me through the entire process and explained everything thoroughly before I signed off on it.

I had a huge amount of debt from college things and credit cards. It was over $100,000 and National Debt Relief provided debt consolidation and debt settlements. They wrapped up all of my debts then I will pay a set amount over a four-year period of time. I was scared during the enrollment process but the reps were very good.

However, when they make payments I don't see the balance whenever I look at my account online. I make a payment every month and there is supposed to be a lot of money in there so if I'm paying $700 every month, they're paying two $300-payments but I don’t see any balance in there. That way, at least I know they have this much money and account the extra so they can negotiate some other creditors and I can get out of this mess.

There's been a couple of debts National Debt Relief has started settling for me and they've been helpful on my payment plan. I don't feel uncomfortable working with them and I communicate with them mostly via email. Their services are a little pricey though.

Then a mail from National Debt Relief came in and I called them. NDR would be cutting off half of my debts and I'm just paying the balance and not the interest. NDR calls me every time they’re gonna settle and I agree with whatever they're gonna do. However, it would be helpful if I get an update to show how close it’s gonna be paid off. So, that way, I’d know when to retire. But that's just one thing. When they call, they're very courteous and they let me know how much the payment is and how much they’re taking off. I would recommend National Debt Relief.

I follow my account online and on their website, it's easy to see what's going on and track how things have gone. Also, their reps would also call and let me know if they have come up with another offer, and let me know what it is, and either accept or I don't. They have also been helpful when I call. So far, I'm only down to two accounts with a little over a thousand dollars. I'm almost complete with the process. Overall, I would recommend National Debt Relief. Their service has been excellent.

I am very disappointed with National Debt Relief due to what I consider horrible communication and updates on progress once they get you to sign up for their service and start making payments. The only communication I really receive from National Debt Relief are emails and letters trying to introduce themselves to me and gain my service. This is odd to me since I have already been part of the program 8 months already. With so much fraud out there I think it's crucial to have strong communication between parties. Just don't really feel comfortable with this company.
