Updated on 08/08/2019: When I was researching how I can get help with my credit card debts, I stumbled upon National Debt Relief. They were the only company I found, but I did some research and I heard good reviews so I decided to try them out. I couldn't pay off my credit cards every month, so I might as well get some help. When I told Chase about it, they gave me a hard time in the beginning. At first, I was skeptical and worried, but NDR reassured me that they work with Chase. Chase is just a bit hard to work with sometimes because they’re so strict.

The agent and service members were very helpful and answered all my questions. They ensured I understood what the program details were and the help that is available during the length of my program. They helped me feel more secure in the process which is stressful.

Both individuals I spoke to were prompt in dealing with my case. They were kind and respectful of my financial situation. They answered my questions with accuracy. Reduced any stress surrounding my debt with facts and figures to help me on making the best decision for me.

I reached out to National Debt Relief for consolidation. I've talked with several individuals from NDR and I'm happy with it. I gave my debt information and they worked with them. We completed one and we're resolving three right now - and one still enrolled. I gave them an option to deal with the accounts instead of them hitting me with these large numbers that were impossible at the time. I always hear about what I owe and how these companies had to collect in full. It was impossible. I'm working with National, and it's not possible to pay it all at once, so they make it more reasonable to work with. They lowered the payments. Credit is easy to get and once you're on the negative end of it, it's kinda hard to get out of it so NDR was a big help. I would highly recommend them.

I was without a job for a while and I got divorced too, which contributed to increasing my debts. I decided on calling National Debt Relief after hearing that they're good. They also have reviews at the Better Business Bureau and Google, and everybody says that their program works. They offered me a program wherein they can consolidate or reduce all my debts to 40% or less and I would have to pay just $100 on a bi-monthly basis. I got enrolled and I had to make some selections at the beginning, but the process was quick.

I’ve gotten myself in debt more than I can handle, and then I decided to give NDR a try because I was stressed and depressed about my financial crisis. I feel so much better and relieved that some of this heavy burden will be lifted off my shoulders... I had been trying to get out of debt for at least a year and had been paying more than the minimum balance required, but I was not seeing a dent in what I owed. I got financially in debt with credit cards. I looked National Debt Relief up on Better Business Bureau, looked up their site and read what they had to offer. I felt better with NDR than some of the other companies, so I went with them. The rep whom I worked with explained everything well enough to me. I was told what their reps would do and that the process could take 24 to 36 months. They said they would keep me informed if anything comes up. Now, I am about 43% complete with the process and they've settled several of the accounts already. If my friends ever have financial problems with their credit card, I would recommend National Debt Relief, just for the fact of what they've done for me.

Edward, my account contact was so extraordinarily patient with me. He answered every question directly. He was sympathetic and honest when addressing my concerns and my panic in accepting the fact that I KNEW I needed help. He was strongly stating the truth but was not pushy.

I had gotten over my head in credit card debt while being a stay at home mom to my 3 kids. My husband overtime and bonuses had dried up and we had come to depend on them to make ends meet. I had credit card concerns as well as debts that I needed to pay off. I called National Debt Relief and enrolled with them. Thereafter, they've been taking the 16th month out of my check and paying off different debts and credit cards. I've been in the process for over a year and my reps have been very nice. They have negotiated some of my credit cards and long debts for me. I would refer friends to them.

Great customer service. Both reps were very knowledgeable and professional. The reps made me feel very at ease with the process and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I was very pleased with my encounter. Since I have never considered a debt consolidation option before, this was very helpful.

I hurt my back and I was missing a lot of work, which led to back payments. First, I was with another company and they didn’t calculate the payments right. I couldn't put money in the bank but my money was disappearing. They were supposed to lower my payments but it got way out of hand. So I got in contact with National Debt Relief from a guy I work with. I just called NDR and told them my hardship story and they accepted me. I filled out some paperwork and provided them with check stubs to see what I was making. And then, I just had to put my initial and sign the papers then send them back.

Your people were very helpful and explained the project and what all that would be happen if I did not follow through and how the law works and how the payments are made. Then in the end they show you how to rebuild up your credit again.

Staff was very courteous and helpful in explaining the National Debt Relief program and how it works. Even though my credit score may be lowered this is a better outcome for me to honor my debt to creditors. At the age of 70 and physical limitations I may only have a few hrs left to work as a waitress. So by joining NDR I can relieve me of meeting my obligations to creditors and incurring additional page fees and interest.

I was starting to swim in debt and I didn’t have money for groceries. I didn’t have any kind of emergency money if something happened. I was about $70,000 in debt and I was robbing Peter to pay Paul. I saw National Debt Relief on Facebook. I also went to Consumer Affairs and I found that they had a really good reputation so I contacted them. I thought giving my creditors as much money as I could, given what their discussions with them or negotiations with them, would be better than not giving them anything at all. I spoke with a young man, to begin with, and explained to him what was going on. He took the information about what my debt to income ratio was. So he said that I definitely met the criteria for assistance. He explained what the process was and it was very smooth.

I was having a really hard time trying to catch up with a lot of my credit card debts. I would be paying off the minimum, then between the time that I would pay it off and when I would receive my paycheck, there was always an overdraft fee or some fees, so I was never really making any progress and I was always stuck. National Debt Relief was one of the first debt relief companies that I saw and they have been good to me. I had to print out a bunch of documents to sign, and it would let them know my financial situation. I talked to them about all the details about my financial situation, why I needed it and what I was trying to do to gain financial freedom.

National Debt Relief was highly recommended online and one of my other Marines had worked with them before, so I just went off of his recommendation. They were always very helpful and knowledgeable. Also, they were very accommodating with me on my schedule which was important because I didn’t have access to phones and internet where I work. And anytime they would call me during business hours, they would always be leaving me voicemails. They had me sign over a power of attorney so that they could deal with the debtors on my behalf. Then, they had me set up a savings account to put money into so that they could pull money out to be able to pay those creditors as needed. They looked at my credit, found everything that was in collections and they were able to work with me to get all of those creditors paid off.

I would recommend National Debt Relief. I went online and checked out that they were ranked high. The enrollment was simple and so far, they've been good. They've been following up on the debts that I owe and I've already paid two of my creditors.

I feel like I was given all the information necessary to make this a positive and successful experience. The representatives that I spoke with were amazing. I would definitely recommend this to a friend. I hope this will be the best choice and final step in my road to credit freedom.

UPDATED 08/07/2019: Now, we're about halfway into the program and it has been good. We give them so much money a month and they take care of the outstanding bills. We just have to pay our normal, everyday bills. If something comes up with one of the companies or they wanna make a deal, NDR would call to let us know what it is and see what we think. When we ask NDR, they tell us what they think. If the settlement needs a little bit more than what's in our account, they'll try to push the client's offer a couple of months so they can build it up or if we wanted to try to pay the difference, we could. They're very good and truthful. Plus, if we call them, they answer.

I have a lot of credit card debt. I did a little bit of research on companies and it seemed that National Debt Relief was the best bet. I'm halfway through the consolidation process with them and it is working out really well. Their reps have been really helpful and they have answered all my questions either by phone or by email. I feel very good working with them.

It works!! We owned a business that when the economy went down we had to use credit cards to keep the business open during the slow time. Thinking we could pay off the credit cards in the summer but then the summer didn't get as busy as it normally would and we just kept getting into more and more debt. We got into $55,000 worth of debt and we would pay about $5000 a year in payments but didn't see much of a decrease in our principal balance. So I hear of this company and thought I'd give it a try because it couldn't make it worse that's for sure. We wanted to pay off our debt but, felt like we were getting now where. We have been with National Debt Relief for 2 years now and it has lifted so much stress off our backs and they have settled over 65% of our debt. They have been wonderful to work with and they take care of it all. They are amazing and have awesome customer service.

Updated on 03/26/2021: At the very beginning when we were told to move all our contact information from the credit cards over to national debt relief’s phone number and email, I dragged on that for a week. That should be over emphasized. It would make people's lives easier if they get this changed immediately before they enroll or as they're enrolling into the program. It would relieve some of those angry phone calls from the creditors. Once I got it enrolled, I was not able to go in and change it on one of the credit cards, so I had to keep receiving the communication.

The representatives were very empathetic. They explained every detail of what to expect. They were patient and answered all of my questions. At the end of the enrollment process, I already felt a load had been lifted. Thank you National Debt Relief.

I got too many debts. In fact, I got a $10,000 credit card debt. I called National Debt Relief and their call center worked with me. The enrollment process was easy. I got something from a vendor that said we're paying it off. I faxed it to NDR and their reps confirmed it with an email saying they received it. NDR's reps are friendly and they get to the point. They don't waste your time. So far, we're halfway through and it's a slow process. My credit went downhill and I can't even get a loan now. I was 720 before it started and now, I'm down to 500. But they're working on some of our debtors.

I have too much debt. I saw an ad from National Debt Relief on my computer and decided to use them. The enrollment took a week and a half and it was easy. They worked with me on my payment plan very well. My negotiators were also very informative and they explained everything. National Debt Relief is now doing my monthly payments and bargaining with my creditors and they are doing a fine job. They are a very good company. They have made my life a lot better and now I have less stress.
