Good initial start to relieving my debt. People were great to work with without judgment. Was genuinely concerned with our problem and strive to assist us. Very easy to work with and gave us sound advice and how to start the program.

My experience could not have been better. Elijah ** was professional, patient and thorough. He took all the time I needed and answered all my questions. I appreciated that he took me through every aspect of the agreement. He has excellent phone presence and was very personable. I know I've made the best choice in going with National Debt Relief.

I spoke to a man by the name of Mr. Mark ** for approximately 2 hours or more, every time I came up with a negative reason why I should not get behind in my debt because I did not want my credit ruin he let me know how I was wasting money stressing myself out and need to get back on track with my finance with a positive reason why. I cannot stress the relief this man gave me, not to mention I am a customer who asked a dozen question and more. SO far the experience is great, when I complete my program I will do another review.

I was looking for a place that could help me. I saw National Debt Relief's advertising on the internet. I also looked at some other places, but I narrowed it down to NDR. The deciding factor was the way they presented themselves online and the way that their advertising was worded. I gave NDR a call and I was much happier talking to them than I was with the other company as far as the representative I spoke with. I was more impressed with the way they treated me, the explanation they gave me and the questions they answered for me. The other rep gave more like a statement of their abilities. I couldn't be happier with the program. I’ve also been very happy with the results I received and the kind of attention they have given to me.

We’re going through a very difficult time and needed some help. I didn’t know what else to do. I didn't wanna not pay the bills but I wanna be able to get them paid and yet be able to have a life. Seeing that National Debt Relief had the best reviews, I enrolled with them and it had been wonderful. The reps are all very helpful. They’re very warm whenever I talk to them, and they’re very knowledgeable. They’re assisting me in everything. When I have somebody send a letter or anything of that nature, they’re on it. I still have 2 or 3 years in the program and I really enjoy that they take care of business and they do what they say they’re gonna do. We’re getting bills paid and we’re getting things done so that’s awesome. I already have recommended National Debt Relief.

I feel that overall the experience was great. It's a lot to take in all at once. I'm nervous about getting calls but Steve and Monique were very informative. They didn't make me feel bad about having to do this.

I have to say it took me a bit to understand just how this all works but the very nice lady who was helping me took beer time and explained it all. I'm not sure if I'm really ready for this but her helpful advice and descriptions really helped me understand.

She was very polite and she explained things well. She took her time and did not rush me. If I didn't understand something she explained it to me in depth even if she had to explain it more than once.

I would like to thank Ari for his assistance in helping me to get my accounts settled with National Debit Relief in such as professional and timely manner. From the start of this process, I have been treated with nothing but respect and kindness by all parties I have spoken with throughout the initial setup of my program with Nat Debt Relief. So far so good! I have been introduced to the program through Matthew and welcomed via Shantel. Seem like good people. Hoping it's not a REALLY well laid out scam! I like that I have access to all accounts via portals.

I was having some financial problems with credit cards. The credit card companies were bothering me and I couldn't work with them. National Debt Relief provided a debt consolidation on my credit cards and the enrollment process was easy to do. I contacted them, gave them my name and number then somebody contacted me. I walked them through my problems and why I'm in debt.

After reading debt release are issues to address the concern I will list later. Please put all on hold. I for now and then I'll go back to the next episode. Please don't worry about me now. We are going through the process of making sure that we are able to make the payments over the course of the years.

Everyone who call or I call and talk with have been super helpful (I talk with three different people). They all were really knowledgeable and friendly. Throughout the whole process everyone made it clear that it was up to us if we want to go through with the agreed. I love how thoroughly everyone with the agreement terms and always asking if we have any question.

It was a very smooth process. Great communication all the way around. My experience in dealing with the National Debt Relief was fast and efficient. I had a problem with finding a company that can help with my problem with debt. I thought about bankruptcy however I'm am married and I didn't want to include him. In the back of my mind, I knew I didn't want that. Consolidation was the way for me. I got an email one day about debt relief and I thought that that was my answer. I went with National Debt Relief, they are amazing and so organized. They worked with me through email cause they knew I was busy and that would be the only way. I never had to wait for an answer back from them for more than 30 to 45 minutes was the longest for a reply. I'm excited to start to work with them.

The representative was very knowledgable on the phone. Helpful in answering all questions, although seemed bothered I had asked a question that she had already explained - even though there is a large quantity of information to take in at once. She also was very obviously reading a script, which removed a degree of personal touch from the nature of the call. This is more of an issue with the individual on the phone, not the company or the services they offer. Overall, very helpful.

Agent was great, explained everything to a tee. I felt comfortable in my decision after going over everything. I would recommend to anyone going thru a difficult time and don't know what to do. My initial call reaching Angel ** was professional, he was well spoken and very thorough. The "Welcome Call" however with Bianca was awful. I couldn't understand half of the call and acknowledged half of the call to just complete the call faster. I'm thinking once I complete the hefty to-do list I will feel some relief. I was in the hospital for a long time, and I used my credit cards a lot to get by. The next thing I knew, I was about to be in over my head. They gave me a deal which was a four-year plan as far as they figured out what I would pay monthly. They're getting things resolved really quickly. With the payment plan that they set up, one of the debts looks like a year and a half with $89 a month.

Updated on 03/02/2020: NDR answered a lot of the questions we had and gave us plenty of space to think about things. And once we were ready to make a move to use them things has been easy and efficient. We’ve settled a few of our bills and still have a few more, but it’s working out pretty well. They call pretty much every week. We also have access online to keep tracking everything that’s happening. If you have a lot of debts and you need help managing it NDR has some really good programs. Everything NDR seemed to do was really well as long as people stick with the program and make sure they’re doing due diligence on their end.

I am very pleased with my experience so far. Both ladies that helped me were very nice and helpful. I really appreciated their kindness and understanding. I never felt embarrassed or upset through the whole process. They explained everything so well, that it was easy to understand. Thank you so much for helping me get out of debt.

The counselors were very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and helpful throughout the whole process of getting me enrolled, informing me about the program, and during each of our telephone conversations. The counselors were extremely supportive and reassured me that I was making the right decision regarding contacting them and initiating the process to save money and decrease my debt. After speaking with the counselors I feel less stressed and definitely more confident that I made the right decision.

When I first called in, the first rep was really nice and I thought he was very helpful. However when the welcome call was done, I found that the first rep hadn't given me A LOT of information that was now a surprise. I felt blindsided a bit because the information not given was very important and would have made me think twice about working with them. After the welcome call, I did not feel good about it anymore and have since submitted a cancellation request.

I had a lot of credit card debts. I found NDR online then I researched them. They had a good rating with the Better Business Bureau, so I went with them. The enrollment was easy because they ran my credit and got all my bills. I was on the program for a little over a year and they got all my credit cards off my credit. But the process was slow. They could improve the way that they do things because when I was on the program, I was still getting threatening phone calls. If they’d be fast about contacting the people that they were supposed to contact, it’d have been a whole lot better.
