I think this process went smoothly and I was very happy with it. I feel you guys will help me get on the right direction. I went through some rough times dealing with all my debt last year and I am just glad to be getting back on track.

Very good explain and fast services, everything are clear, I had 5 credit cards and always I paid minimum payment and never finish, just they help me fix that amount for 51 mounts and save my life. Thank you for your help.

Be Very Careful... Document and record everything. They don't disclose everything and you find out as you go along which can cost you more. Even when you tell them you are not available for calls during specific hours they ignore it and your emails and call several times so they can give you more BS and patronize you. Do not trust what they tell you that's for sure.

The bills got out of control. Although I wasn’t behind and getting collection calls, I was just making monthly minimums. I was robbing Peter to pay Paul. We needed to consolidate and National Debt Relief had good reviews. I called in and the gal was very helpful. She walked us through everything and set up a payment plan. They asked me what my budget was and worked out the payment plan as far as time and length of payment.

Customer service is outstanding. Every individual I have had contact with has been extremely understanding, helpful, and empathetic. Being in a situation like this is never easy and it helps to feel like I have such great people on my side trying to make a difference.

So far this has been a very positive experience. Our agent was Daniel ** and he did an excellent job, answered all our questions, was extremely patient and pleasant. The actual program hasn't really started so we cannot fairly assess the process yet.

I just enrolled in this program as of yesterday. Normally when speaking with any kind of call center, the person you speak to is rude. Everyone I have dealt with seems to really care and anytime I needed to stop to ask a question, even the same one more than once, it was very pleasant. I'm not sure how this will go considering I just entered into the program, but excellent so far.

My experience has been nothing but a sigh of relief once everything was explained and a final set of deposits of a reasonable amount was determined, I gladly accepted their terms and help. It's going to be a long road to travel but it keeps me from having to file bankruptcy and gets the debtors off my back.

The initial experience to join National Debt Relief was fine but the welcome call was absolutely ridiculous. I told them I would call them but they kept calling for a "welcome call". It needed to be handled all in 1 call or by email. The welcome to the program call was basically reading it all back to me again from a script which was not needed.

I called in because I had received a letter from a creditor and needed to know if it was included in my debt. I got all my questions answered and the attitude from the agent was amazing. This kind of customer service is exactly what you want to have especially when trying to fix your debt.

Ricardo was really helpful. He answer all the questions and he explain step by step clearly. Also after all the process was done the welcome call explain one more time in details all the process. Overall I am very happy.

I was too far behind on my bills and I couldn’t keep up with them. I called National Debt Relief and they seemed like they were all good. Signing up with them was pretty easy. They walked me right through the whole process and they were pretty good. They’ve been setting up everything. I can go online and see what’s going on, and it’s a pretty good deal. I only have one payment a month now instead of eight or nine of them, and it makes life a little easier. Everything went pretty good.

I have tried calling many Debt Relief Programs but really felt secure with National Debt Relief, especially since I saw that they had excellent ratings with Better Business Bureau. It was so hard to start the conversation because I was so embarrassed at our credit but they really made me feel that everything is alright and they were there to support us every step of the way. It's just such a relief to know that soon everything will be in control.

Company is okay, very much like any settlement company out there these days, but they pay for most of their accreditation such as that A+ BBB rating to attract customers since they appear to be #1. Also, from what I understand, they take advantage of their employees. This company is the example of an old candy apple. Looks great on the outside, but rotten inside.

I only have one concern or complaint. My experience initially was fine, courteous and professional. On my drive home one afternoon I called to provide/confirm some information. The person that answered was not courteous nor professional. In fact, that person was condescending and rude. I ended the call by telling the young lady that I no longer wished to speak with her. Now, it was towards the end of a work day and people tend to not care as much. But after all, it's not a free service and made to feel like you're less than is the last thing a person needs during a crisis. National Debt Relief does provide a good service and follow through. I am hoping that my negative experience is not repeated upon someone else.

Everything is done quick and rushed. That's maybe good for business, but you are dealing with somebody's debt that is over $60,000.00. That person would like to know what is being done to get this settled. I wasn't really informed about the threatening calls that we will be receiving from the credit card company. Not sure how we are going to handle those. Hopefully we won't get sued either. We are not paying for the court fees, those will be on you.

I've lost hours of sleep due to stress of how to pay off these credit cards. The banks were of no help. And wasn't very successful with dealing with them and Diamonds International.

We went with National Debt Relief to consolidate our debt. The other providers never called and NDR did. Paul, the negotiator, was fine, and the program has helped a lot. The payments are auto-deducted, and they’ve already settled with a few of the debtors. National Debt Relief has taken a lot of weight off my mind about our debts.
