    I only have one concern or complaint. My experience initially was fine, courteous and professional. On my drive home one afternoon I called to provide/confirm some information. The person that answered was not courteous nor professional. In fact, that person was condescending and rude. I ended the call by telling the young lady that I no longer wished to speak with her. Now, it was towards the end of a work day and people tend to not care as much. But after all, it's not a free service and made to feel like you're less than is the last thing a person needs during a crisis. National Debt Relief does provide a good service and follow through. I am hoping that my negative experience is not repeated upon someone else.

    Everything is done quick and rushed. That's maybe good for business, but you are dealing with somebody's debt that is over $60,000.00. That person would like to know what is being done to get this settled. I wasn't really informed about the threatening calls that we will be receiving from the credit card company. Not sure how we are going to handle those. Hopefully we won't get sued either. We are not paying for the court fees, those will be on you.

    I got myself in too deep with my credit. Then I fell upon financial hardship where I had some changes in my job status and income. I Googled debt relief or debt consolidation and National Debt Relief turned up as one of the top searches. I also read the reviews online and based on that and the fact that the reputation was there, I called them and spoke with their customer service person. He was very helpful and I felt comfortable to make the decision to hire them as a service.

    National Debt Relief has been really great to work with. They're good people and my enrollment went very smoothly. I spoke on the phone with the initial negotiator and he answered all my questions. He had a really good bedside manner and his communication skills were the best. The program is a little spendy, but in the long run, it is a forced savings fund for me that will resolve my issues in a relatively short period of time than I would normally do it. As I get in deeper into the process, I can see that the money pays for the service and is well spent for what I get. And I spent a little extra money to get the insurance benefit for the legal representation since I received a summons. So that little extra money I had to pay for the fees is paying off because I don’t have to worry about lawyer fees since it is covered.

    The program also forced me to take better control of my finances and feel more confident with my future decisions about my credit choices. It made me a better consumer, too. I'm about halfway through the program now and in about 40% on my debt resolution. I’ve got a long way to go, but we’re working to it. But I don’t like NDR's statements that show my account and charges, and what has been taken out of my savings account. That could be a little more descriptive because they’ve got things on there that says withdrawal and I don’t know what that withdrawal is for. Other than that, if you're in trouble like I was, I’d highly recommend NDR 100% because everything I’ve had experienced so far has been positive. Don’t waste time doing it. Just get it done.

    I had some loans that I couldn't pay and couldn't get consolidated so I went through National Debt Relief. I chose them because of recommendations and from doing online research, they also seemed to be highly rated. They provided me what the payment would be on my end and it was pretty much like, "Take it or leave it." The cost is good though. They ended up dealing with the creditors themselves, getting different pay-off amounts and working with them individually. I'm happy two of the things that I owed have been closed out. I'm at a point now where I'm looking at hopefully having something else come down the pipe and move the program faster.

    I actually reached out to them about a week ago to see where they were on making or accepting any other offers. And any time that I've called in or had questions, they've been answered.     After I bought a house, things started to snowball. I started having some mental health issues and I was using credit cards to help get us through a crisis situation that never seemed to go away. I also have some student loans that came out of deferment. So it was like this massive snowball effect that wasn't helpful. So I looked into National Debt Relief's services. They were really highly rated and it was was super easy to get enrolled. I just had to call, do an interview and turn over statements for what I was trying to consolidate and pay off. Then I agreed to my payment plans.

    I had just started when I had my first pay-off and there wasn't enough any account to actually pay off the creditor. So I had to make additional payments to get that one settled. When they settled the second one, I was worried I was gonna have to make additional payments. I called to ask questions about that. But other than that, my experience with them has been very minimal. I auto-draft and I know the payment is coming out every single month. They're right on time and they never take more than what was agreed on. My account looks like it's where it's supposed to be. It's also really my monthly outgoing so it's been a huge relief. National Debt Relief also offers an opportunity to get a loan and help rebuild your credit halfway through the program. But I didn't want to do that. I didn't care about my credit score and it will come back up on its own.

    Based on the way we have the program set up, we have a year and a half left. At this point, 50% of my creditors have settled and 51% of my debts have been settled. The program has definitely reduced the amount of debts. They have also gotten paid off much quicker than I would have done on my own and at a lower payment than what I was paying out to each thing. National Debt Relief estimates that you'll end up only paying 50% of the actual debt, which is a good number. Then they add their fees, which is a percentage of the debt settled. So you're paying a contribution based on that 50% mark that they really shoot for plus their fees.

    I’ve wondered how it's going to square up in the end though. I still owe about $5,000 and if they're really aiming for settling the 50%, the debt would come in to $3,000 on my tax returns. I would just dump that in there and pay it off. But what I don't know is if that includes their fees. That's the only part that’s really unclear to me. Otherwise, the program is also helping with my tax return. I can just pay off what's left. National Debt Relief has been incredibly helpful and easy, and if somebody feels like they’re in a difficult situation and they need the service, I would tell them to do it.
