Very professional and personable. They listen to your needs and work with you to resolve your own criteria, situation. They will answer all questions that you might have and go over in detail the fine print. It's nice to see a business that goes over everything to make sure you understand what needs to be met from you the client. Would highly recommend.

I had a great initial experience with Vanessa and Andrew. They were both so assuring and clear about the entire process. This is a new process for me so it is kind of intimidating but these two reassured me the whole way.

I only have one concern or complaint. My experience initially was fine, courteous and professional. On my drive home one afternoon I called to provide/confirm some information. The person that answered was not courteous nor professional. In fact, that person was condescending and rude. I ended the call by telling the young lady that I no longer wished to speak with her. Now, it was towards the end of a work day and people tend to not care as much. But after all, it's not a free service and made to feel like you're less than is the last thing a person needs during a crisis. National Debt Relief does provide a good service and follow through. I am hoping that my negative experience is not repeated upon someone else.

Great explanation of what the company was doing to help resolve my credit issues and improve my credit score. Quick responses and clear understanding. I now feel comfortable in being able to manage my debt with one payment. Representative took the time to walk through documents to ensure I understood everything.

Very professional and very willing to help. All resources are clear and to the point. I would recommend NDR if anybody needed help with their debt. The counselor that I was working with was very professional and made sure that I fully understood the entire process.

Very user friendly website and personnel (Jonathan was my service rep who set up my account). He walked me through all the steps of the program and process, patiently and professionally. He also answered all of my questions clearly and competently. The Welcome Call procedure was also a seamless process and reviewed the program thoroughly again. I have mixed emotions regarding the potential success of the program, but I plan on participating and pray that National Debt Relief and their experienced negotiators will work honestly and diligently on my behalf to resolve my debt!

I was in financial predicaments for some years ago when I mentioned to one of my Church members and the person introduced "National debt Relief " into my life and of a truth God in heaven used them as a tools to assist me out completely from the debt and now I am a debt free person. I was undecided at first and Jonathan was the rep. I decided to apply again and Rhoee was very helpful. They were both expert in their field.

Everything is done quick and rushed. That's maybe good for business, but you are dealing with somebody's debt that is over $60,000.00. That person would like to know what is being done to get this settled. I wasn't really informed about the threatening calls that we will be receiving from the credit card company. Not sure how we are going to handle those. Hopefully we won't get sued either. We are not paying for the court fees, those will be on you.

I was very pleased with the service I have gotten from NDR. Jonathan was fantastic in taking the time to make sure that I understood everything that was going to happen with the process of the program. As soon as I was able to talk to a representative I felt that he was willing to help me and being able to get out of the financial hole I'm in is really important to me. They seemed to want to help and explained every aspect of the process very well. I also like that they go over every part of the contract with you so that you don't feel overwhelmed when reading over it yourself.

I've lost hours of sleep due to stress of how to pay off these credit cards. The banks were of no help. And wasn't very successful with dealing with them and Diamonds International.

We went with National Debt Relief to consolidate our debt. The other providers never called and NDR did. Paul, the negotiator, was fine, and the program has helped a lot. The payments are auto-deducted, and they’ve already settled with a few of the debtors. National Debt Relief has taken a lot of weight off my mind about our debts.

They worked with me on what I could afford every month, which was cool. NDR's staff is also polite and they help me as much as they can. I get the answer I'm looking for. I send my money and withdraw my account and I see the numbers go down. I'm still making payments but the program already eliminated some of my debt and that has helped me a bit.

Talked a little too fast and acted like wasn't really interested in her job. Didn't really give time for questions, I had to interrupt just to ask. Wasn't as polite as I would hope for and all her sentences just ran together like reading a script.

The enrollment process was easy and the program has decreased my payments. It's top with the monthly bills so, I'm just working to get it paid off so I won't have that bill. We’re halfway through the process and their reps have been very helpful when I call. However, I knew that I make $200.50 every two weeks and I was thinking where that money went because my savings isn't growing. I didn't know they took a certain percentage off each credit card. Other than that, the cost is good. If I didn't have the service, I would be paying a lot more.

I had some loans that I couldn't pay and couldn't get consolidated so I went through National Debt Relief. I chose them because of recommendations and from doing online research, they also seemed to be highly rated. They provided me what the payment would be on my end and it was pretty much like, "Take it or leave it." The cost is good though. They ended up dealing with the creditors themselves, getting different pay-off amounts and working with them individually. I'm happy two of the things that I owed have been closed out. I'm at a point now where I'm looking at hopefully having something else come down the pipe and move the program faster.
