When speaking with the customer service rep regarding starting on the program, he was extremely helpful. He understood my situation and was very eager to help me get from out from under the mound of debt I was under. The customer service rep who called me to do my welcome call was very knowledge about my situation and help me understand what was going to happen with my creditors.

Excellent customer service, transparent. For what they do, their program and their employees are very informative and they truly do advocate for their clients. They take steps to minimize effort on the part of their clients without hiding any step along the way. However, debt negotiation for debt settlement was not for me personally, so I ended up canceling my enrollment in the program.

While dealing with a hard time the team of individuals that assisted me very professionally and friendly. While my experience was great I do have to add that the communication was difficult at times. I started with Almas. He was so thorough from the beginning to the end. He walked me thru every step from beginning to the end. He stayed with me on the phone to make sure I was able to understand I was doing. Toya completed the process and I was really feeling like I had made the right decision.

Poor communication. I felt like they did not care. I sent them faxes and they didn't acknowledge that they received them and they weren't showing on my account. Whenever I had questions, I felt like I was being misdirected and misinformed.

I read reviews online and I saw good ones about National Debt Relief. I reached out to them and they were very helpful. The enrollment process went smoothly and I had good interactions with their negotiator. The only thing is they don't give updates. They should update whenever they communicate, so we don’t go online and see the same thing for a couple of weeks until after something's been reached. The negotiator just says so and so has been reached and they're still on negotiations, just so we know where we are and it doesn’t stay stagnant. But everything else is fine and we've had a couple of close outs that were good.

I had a 20 minute discussion today with a lady at National Debt. I received 2 summons regarding CC debt. She continuously spoke over me and when I requested to speak with the attorney, she acted like she never heard it.

Was very shaky at first as I have only heard of debt consolidation especially for this with very bad credit and financial standing. So far my experience has been great. I am hopeful that it will continue to be great, that I will get out of debt, and that I can move on with my life and make better financial choices. I'm a little worried about this not working, but my choices of how to get out of debt are limited so here we go.

I will state that NDR has helped me to pay down and even pay off some of my debt. However, I am starting to receive surprise judgments from creditors who I thought were on my list for payment. When I attempt to get NDR to do something about it, it appears my call gets outsourced and I get nowhere fast.

The people I spoke with were very helpful and understanding. Very nice group of people that work with you. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and patient with the questions I had, they were able to answer with no hesitation. I highly recommend them in helping you get out of debt.

I was advised during the enrollment process and after signing a 6 page document that NDR would be acting on my behalf to settle my debts. Now, the next day, that is no longer the case. The documents that I signed yesterday I was giving NDR the authorization to call my creditors. Now, I need to sign a power of attorney??? This is after the fact. This was not reviewed on the telephone. I want out of this. Four to six months before NDR does anything? Now I am being told that my accounts need to go into delinquency. I was advised not to pay them directly. So you have me in the worst position. This program is not what you advertised.

I was in a situation where I needed some help and direction, so I searched and I found that it was some concern that National Debt Relief has experience in. Their enrollment process was very smooth and very transparent. I understood all the problems that may come along and I was able to make an educated decision. I also understood that this is something that comes with a lot of responsibility in terms of making on time all that installments that I have to do for having enough money in the account so that NDR would be able to negotiate a settlement for me. That was explained to me upfront and they gave me an average of around 40 months to complete the program.

You guys are great. I wish I would of found you guys sooner. The service was ABSOLUTELY hands down the best customer service I ever had. The help I get is so amazing and everything is great. They help come up with a plan to pay off my debt.

Was good person. Talked super fast. When asked question was knowledgeable but talked little too fast and not really clear sometimes. Also was late on appointment and took longer than was told. Overall good. Also wasn’t able to complete form since was driving. When enrolling was told debt relief helps between 4-6 months but then was told take 4-6 months for settlement.
