The enrollment process went smoothly and I had good interactions with their negotiator. The only thing is they don't give updates. They should update whenever they communicate, so we don’t go online and see the same thing for a couple of weeks until after something's been reached. The negotiator just says so and so has been reached and they're still on negotiations, just so we know where we are and it doesn’t stay stagnant.     I had a lot of debt and National Debt Relief was able to help me alleviate it. I researched a few other debt settlement companies and they gave me the best deal. I enrolled with them online, then I called up and gave the information over the phone. The enrollment process was easy and smooth. I talked to the negotiators on the phone and they were professional. I was very comfortable working with them and everything was cool. They explained everything fully and they would re-explain if I had any questions. Nobody ever got upset with me about asking more questions or figuring out what exactly was going on with their deal.

    I signed up for the program a year ago and at this point, I've got a couple more cards to settle and then I’ll be done. NDR has worked with me well. They took a look at my finances, debt and income, and everything I have. Then we worked out a deal to get what I could afford and start paying off the debt. Working with them has taken a load off me for sure. They helped out with my getting everything settled and right back in order. There was also a lot less stress in having to thin about the payments and missing payments all the time. NDR has always kept up their end of the bargain and that’s what I’ve always wanted. As far as what I was getting through them, they satisfied their end of the deal 100%. They're a good company and everything has been great with them.

    We had multiple credit card bills coming in that we couldn’t figure out how to manage. We also had a really low income so we looked online and saw National Debt Relief's information. Working with them was really comfortable and easy. They were all very polite and knowledgeable. When you call in with any questions or concerns, they assure you because they know what they’re doing and talking about. And they know how to explain it to you. Our rep was really good. He was really informative and extremely patient with us.

    We paid a set monthly amount and they reached settlements with multiple credit cards. They based the monthly on how much money we had coming in versus how much money we had coming out and how long we were going to enroll in the program for. They were extremely thorough. They asked about everything, from major bills, like rent and electricity, to how much money we were spending on gas and groceries.

    We’ve only completed 50% of the program, but unfortunately, at the end of next month, we are going to withdraw from the program. We have some other financial obligations that we didn’t have before. We’ve tried to renegotiate, but at this time, it’s not able to happen. We’ll probably contact again after the first of the year though. We were getting debts paid and saw NDR's benefits to my husband’s credit report. They also provided stress relief. We did not have to deal with the credit card bills and didn't have the creditors constantly contacting us.

    I was advised during the enrollment process and after signing a 6 page document that NDR would be acting on my behalf to settle my debts. Now, the next day, that is no longer the case. The documents that I signed yesterday I was giving NDR the authorization to call my creditors. Now, I need to sign a power of attorney??? This is after the fact. This was not reviewed on the telephone. I want out of this. Four to six months before NDR does anything? Now I am being told that my accounts need to go into delinquency. I was advised not to pay them directly. So you have me in the worst position. This program is not what you advertised.

    I was in a situation where I needed some help and direction, so I searched and I found that it was some concern that National Debt Relief has experience in. Their enrollment process was very smooth and very transparent. I understood all the problems that may come along and I was able to make an educated decision. I also understood that this is something that comes with a lot of responsibility in terms of making on time all that installments that I have to do for having enough money in the account so that NDR would be able to negotiate a settlement for me. That was explained to me upfront and they gave me an average of around 40 months to complete the program.

    Whenever I call, I get a good response from their reps. But for an existing customer who is at a certain stage of the negotiation, they could customize the call to be directed to a more experienced person that would save the time. Otherwise, it’s like going over the same details with a rep, then again going over the same details with that experienced person. So that second level of support should be available based on the stage of the program. Other than that, the program is going in the direction that I was promised and so far, I was able to take care of two accounts completely, so I’m happy.
