I'm getting my situations in line to pay my debt on time. And a couple of situations has been a little late. National Debt Relief had a good program and I thought it was good to consolidate everybody. And I wouldn't have any situation where creditors would call me every week for the outstanding debts. When they'd call, I'd ask if NDR has spoken to them. The creditors almost hang up. NDR would take a portion of my monthly check out to pay creditors eventually, even though it's gonna be a period of years. Hopefully, I would be able to cut that down to two years.

I called AmOne for a loan to consolidate our debt. The gentleman I spoke with could not approve my loan request but advised he had someone who could help, and I was transferred to National Debt Relief. That was not what I really wanted to do, I was extremely against this but after speaking with my husband, we were kind of convinced this may be the only option we have at this time. I am still very nervous about this especially since they will not even contact my accounts for 3-6 months to begin paying on them. I need to build up funds so they have options to offer my creditors. I have spoken to other people about this and some say it's normal others are as concerned as I am. If I signed the agreement why can't they at least contact my creditors and advise them what we are doing? As for the service, the people are friendly, pushy but friendly. I just hope I haven't made a big mistake doing this.

Very helpful, excellent customer service. The representative made me feel comfortable. Very willing to help and gave very good financial advice. He had a listening ear and provide information that’s very useful. He is very patient and suggested multiple options for me to save money - explained the program very well.

It seems to be going good so far. They helped with finding the debt and all but some of the questions and all in the email contacts are not the best. Also the representatives that we spoke to to initiate this process spoke fast and didn't give much chance to write down the information when originally given it.

Everyone was very helpful and understanding to the situation. Very easy to set up. Quick and transparent. They made sure I understood every step of the way with no hesitation if I had a question about anything. Was disconnected at one point but very quick to call back and continue the process.

My experience with National Debt Relief has been going really well and I'm happy. I had a hardship and unfortunately, lost some work there and lost money. Then, my boyfriend at the time, his sister and I were all trying to rent a place together. Unfortunately, she bailed on us a month after and that was an additional burden on me and him because we only got that place assuming she would be there.
