Both Angelica and Evelyn were exceptional with the level of customer service they provided. They made me feel like what I personal issues I am going through will get better. They were kind, thorough and understanding. And best yet, when I had to call Angelica back I never ever got a voice mail (I only spoke to Evelyn once but I imagine she is the same way!:)) Promote both of these folks, they deserve it!

My experience with signing with National Debt Relief has taken a great burden from me. I feel now I can get my credit card bills paid in due time and have relief from the worry of how I would ever get them paid. The NDR staff member that helped me was excellent, kind and very helpful.

Customer service was very good and everything was thoroughly explained. The only thing that should be changed is when they say that on the first of the month money will be withdrawn from your account because that makes it sound like that’s the day your payments are due.

We were needing help to consolidate are loans to make a one payment, monthly payment. We are very happy and pleased to have someone in our corner that can help with are situation. I was in debt which brought tears to my eyes on a monthly basis. I paid for myself to get my Master's, and then I have put things on my credit cards, with an 18% interest rate on one card, and I've been trying to pay them off. We also had a baby, and though my husband is now in a great position, he had no work then. Our debt started at only $15,000, but looking at the numbers on our credit cards, it might have been a million dollars when we started working with National Debt Relief last summer.
I went online, not knowing this was a thing until I saw some ads, and I started looking. I googled debt relief and National Debt Relief was one of the first ones that came up. Having read people’s reviews online, I called NDR. I was then not yet 100% going with them, but with the reviews plus how the rep handled that initial call, I ultimately decided on doing it. The guy explained every detail to me and he reassured me that they were gonna get me help. And then I just cried to this very nice man on the phone. He was so great and it was like I needed somebody that day to tell me that it was gonna be okay.
It was also really nice that they gave me all the information I needed, so as soon as I got off the phone with that gentleman, I sat down and went into each of my credit card accounts. I changed the addresses to NDR’s address as well as the phone numbers to NDR’s. It’s a pre-emptive set up, and they gave me all the tools to try and get the relentless credit card companies to not hound me as much as they want to.
NDR then worked with me to get a monthly payment amount that was reasonable based on what I could do at the time. Then when they got to an agreement with one of the credit card companies, they would tell me that we would need to get the payment in by very specific dates. And as long as we were able to do that, then the debts would be resolved. We skipped one payment, though, around January. But other than that, we've been able to make that minimum payment every month for the past year. NDR takes a percentage for the fees, which I completely understand now that I've gone through the process.
I was feeling great because we weren't in a year yet into this program and two of the credit cards have already been settled. The next one to get settled would be the biggest one, so I was really excited. But then Capital One filed a lawsuit against me over $6,000 worth of credit card debt and so I used NDR’s legal services as well. Then just last week, I got a call from the lawyer that they have filed the paperwork needed. It has given me a bit of peace of mind seeing how involved NDR has been in this whole process. It's suffocating in such an anxiety-ridden way being in so much debt, but every interaction with NDR makes me feel like I'm not alone, that this isn't something I need to be ashamed of and that they were gonna help me – and those simple things give me a self-esteem boost. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

National Debt Relief came up when I was googling how to consolidate credit cards. It was number one and I also liked their reviews. I signed up with their three-year program. I have four credit cards that I couldn't pay, but I can afford it now and take care of it. They considered my budget and asked about how much I could afford and it worked. So far, things are working with NDR. They have done three arrangements with my credit cards this year. So, I've been talking with them for five times and our interactions were clear. English is not my first language, and they were very nice trying to explain things to me. Their service has been good so far.

I have too much debt and I don't have enough money to pay every month. I’m also on a fixed income. National Debt Relief was supposed to negotiate with the creditors and work out a payment schedule and reduce the amount of my debt down. But they’ve only completed about 27% of creditors and they cited I do not enough money on my account. They’re also the ones that set the amount of money to be in my account, so I’m not happy with them. But I’m in for a penny and for pound now, so I have stuck with them. Also, the only thing I can do is call the customer service rep and talk to them. They don’t have a whole lot of information other than what’s on their website and you have to jump up and down to get to talk to a supervisor. There are also notes that will enlighten you as to what’s been going on but the customer service reps don’t have access to those.
The website’s fine and it kind of shows you where you’re at, but it doesn't say who they’re talking to. My credit rating has just gone in the trash completely. Granted it’s all my fault for getting in that most, to begin with, but they were supposed to help me out of it and so far, I don’t see a whole lot. They need to be more realistic about submitting the estimates for what it’s gonna take to get me out of debt. And I also felt that once they get their hooks into you, they abandon you early. They walk you through the process and you sign a whole bunch of papers. But to me, they’re a little short on communication and reliability. They say they cut my bills that I was paying every month in half but I want to be very realistic about that.
The cost kind of matched their service. They also looked at my debt and they looked how much I owed. And they came back with a figure that I was gonna pay to them for four years and then I would be out of debt. But the problem is they contacted the creditors but they’re not doing much to negotiate with them. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn’t do it with them. I would advise everybody to be wary because if it’s too good to be true, usually it almost always is.

My overall experience with National Debt Relief has been nothing but great! I was a little hesitant at first doing this program but everyone I came into contact with was patient with me, explained everything to me in a way in which I could understand, and everyone was so helpful and nice. Although I am still a little nervous because this is my first time working with debt consolidators and I am one to at least keep up with the minimum payments of my bills, I look forward towards being debt free and starting my life over financially for the better!

I was very satisfied with the explanations I received in regards to my credit card balances and how to get them resolved. I was told how to inactivate certain balances scheduled to be taken out in the coming days. Overall I'm so far pleased with the response from the NDR team.

Although I just got into the program, the staff was great in helping me to understand each step of the way. They reassured me that they would be there all along my journey of becoming debt free. They compared what I would be paying if I kept paying the minimum wage versus them negotiating my debt with my creditors. The team was very helpful and professional. Gave the incorrect rate at 18% but in the end it's really 25%. All else was OK. This program offers a lot of information and allows you to read all documents/offer before making a decision.

I had a lot of debt that was getting to be overwhelming, so I needed somebody to help me get under control. My husband listens to ESPN radio in the morning and National Debt Relief advertises with them. My husband listed down the phone number, I called them, we talked and got everything situated. I've only been in the program since April and they've already paid off one of my debts for me. They sent me a text message when they said they had a settlement offer, so I called them back. They're always great on the phone and they always send a follow-up email. I get paid every two weeks, so the money comes out of my account automatically. Financially, it has saved me a lot. It was hurting my credit in the beginning, but as things were getting paid off, my credit was going back up and I was happy about that.
I'll be finished with all of the settlements by the middle of 2020. It was supposed to be longer, but because the settlement that NDR got was lower than what they had anticipated, it's gonna end quicker for me. I'm thankful because my son starts college in 2021. I'm preparing myself now, but I'll have more time in a year to be able to suck away a lot more money than I already am. I highly recommend them.

National Debt Relief kept all the creditors off my back. I'm about three-quarters of the way through their program and we were able to consolidate three of all my unsecured loans and got them down to half of what I owed. Every time I've had a question or a problem, they've been able to answer my questions or take care of the problems. So far, everything has been going smoothly. They've got a great quality of service and I would recommend them to a lot of people.

My husband was not able to work anymore because of his health, we couldn't pay our bills, and I’ve also been taking care of my sick mother. I was overwhelmed, I couldn't handle my debts on my own and my brother is helping me with all of this. He went online and saw that the National Debt Relief's ratings were good. They told me how much they needed in order to take care of what credit cards I got. They wanted a list of my credit cards, and they figured out how much the debt was, how much they were gonna take out of the bank account and how long it was gonna take to pay them off. We haven't completed the program yet, there's still a lot to go because I still keep getting bills in the mail. But working with them has been really good as I don't have to worry about paying the bills.

I have owned a timeshare since the 80s. Then the timeshare sold and said that I had to buy new points. So the timeshares were put on my credit card and I could not make the payments. I'm a widow and I have a limited income. I had tried other routes before National Debt Relief, like getting out of the timeshare through timeshare releases, but none of that worked out. So National Debt Relief was my desperation. I did a little bit of research on them and they had a rating from the Better Business Bureau. I decided that they were for real, not just somebody after your money and wouldn't do any good. So I called and talked to them.
The enrollment was very easy. I did all the talking by phone then they mailed me what I needed to fill out. I filled everything out and they called, walked me through the steps and set up the account. I had to fill out a form that told all of my expenses and what my income was then we agreed on an amount that I could pay. I was not to make credit card payments and what I would have been paying is the amount they are taking out of my checking account and putting in their account. Then they contact me to get my approval anytime any negotiations are made. So everything has been up and up. I'm also not hearing anything from the credit cards. National Debt Relief is dealing with them.
I had been making payments but I couldn't keep that up when I had another credit card. So they had paid off some but unfortunately, the credit cards that are left are the two that have that timeshare on there. And they're not wanting to settle. I had a couple of others that had smaller amounts on it. I had two that they put the $16,000 on. One had $10,000 and one had $5,000. I've been in the program for about a year and a half now, and they estimated it would take three years. The program does ruin your credit score but I'm 71 years old and my house is paid for. I'm not really gonna look for credit for anything and hopefully, I'll have time to build it back if I need it. But if someone is in the same situation and you cannot get out of it in any other way, then working with National Debt Relief would be better than the bankruptcy.
I had also called the credit cards and told them that I wanted to cancel. All I have now is the debit card through my bank. Not only did it take care of that, it has taught me I don't need the credit cards. So it has been a learning experience for me in a positive way. If I don't have that money in the bank to use my debit card, I don't buy it. National Debt Relief has helped and they've done a very good job. I've been happy with the way things have been handled and whatever they take out as their cost, it's worth it. They are always positive and keep me from getting discouraged. I've been very pleased with them and I couldn't have asked for anything better.

I needed help with the credit card companies and National Debt Relief was the best recommended. I investigated all the other companies and they looked the best, so I decided to go with them. I gave NDR all my information and from that, they decided which ones to pay off first, which were the minimum and which ones to pay off later. They basically made deals with the insurance companies to lower my payments. They took into consideration what I could afford and how long the program would be and they tried to minimize the length of the program but it was a large sum and I haven’t completed the program on my end. The bills have been paid though and I've got another three years left.
NDR needs to keep the credit card companies from taking hold of the client though. I had trouble with one of the clients trying to contact my lawyer because I was in the middle of a divorce and they weren’t supposed to be doing that. NDR said that they shouldn’t have been contacting me or anybody else about getting repaid. But once I let them know about it, they took care of it. NDR was professional, pleasant and easy to deal with.

Enrolling with National Debt Relief was easy. Their rep, Al, was helpful, knowledgeable, and clear on what was going on. I just gave them my credit card information and then they set up a good payment plan. NDR made it easier to pay off debts.

I had financial issues and one of my family members lost employment so I sought the services of National Debt Relief. I looked at their ratings and they were more flexible as they were less than the amount of what the other companies charge. They helped me with my current credit card debts. NDR started doing very well and they worked with the easier ones. Then, they started slowing down. They paid off some of the debts and I’m still making payments but it is not going anywhere. I have a total of 10 accounts and they have cleared out four.
I call the staff at National Debt Relief to get information or I go online. They are very nice when I speak to them and they give all the information that I need. But they are not forthcoming with calling you ahead of time to give you information. I find that they are taking longer on giving me more information on the other ones that I have to settle. I ask them questions in order for them to be more detailed. Also, the cost is a bit expensive. I pay them a fee from what I paid them but I did not know that most of the money that I pay them is for their fees for making the arrangement. I’m paying the fees now until the end of the year which could have been going towards the program but I was not aware that the fees come out after the first debt was settled. Nevertheless, National Debt Relief works with me to get my debts completed. They have been good so far.

I got into debt, and my sister was using National Debt Relief and it worked out for her so I reached out to them. Their negotiating has been pretty good for us. I'm always working so whenever something is updated, they usually call me up and get my approval. That's the way I've been doing it, and it's been working out so far. I needed some help to get my credit cards paid off. NDR went over what my outstanding bills were and went from there. They took payments right out of my bank account every month and got me out of debt. The rep was very helpful, very wise and explained everything very well. She was very patient with me and I felt very comfortable with her. I’m very pleased with NDR. So get information about NDR and go for it if you have any outstanding credit cards. I recently decided to get debt relief with NDR. I am a senior and live alone. I have been living in fear about my financial situation for quite a while. It felt great to have a company to help me through this crisis and eventually educate me later in how to prevent this happening in the future. The NDR rep. Joseph ** was very patient with me and listened to all my concerns and questions! That was key for me because I am highly sensitive.
After deciding that NDR was the right way to move forward I needed to talk with another rep, "David" who went over all the documents again to confirm what I was committing to. This experience was a wee bit uncomfortable and I felt unnecessary, as I already had signed and initialed all documents! I felt that Mr. ** was extremely thorough in explaining all the documents with me. It felt tedious with "David" and he seemed a bit impatient, at times. His job required that he read all the documents paragraph by paragraph. So, often it felt robotic listening to him. He did not seem to like being interrupted to ask questions and just wanted to get through it. His job must be completely borrowing and unrewarding for him.

My dad was researching different things and he found National Debt Relief which seemed to be the best one. When I enrolled, they asked a whole bunch of questions and I had to give them my credit card information, how much debt I have, and which cards. Everyone was really nice, which is always good, and I can call any time if I have questions. I feel comfortable working with them too.
National Debt Relief negotiate with my credit card companies to lower the amount that I have to pay off my credit cards. We agreed about how long I wanna be paying so that I was comfortable. We pay every month and then usually when the credit card settles, I have to save more if there isn't enough money in my account just to settle by the date that they got approved. I had three credit cards and right now, we’ve settled two of them. They’re just working on the last one. The cost of their service is good because I don’t have to do anything. They also take care of everything and the credit card companies don’t call me. I have already recommended them to people.

When I started talking with National Debt Relief's reps over the phone, they were really personable and easy to deal with. They were very transparent as I well. We gave them automatic credit reports and they were able to pull up all of my debts. Thereafter, we came up with a plan that fits my budget. Thus far, they've settled half of my account at less than 50% of what those debts were. Anytime I have a question, I always get an American-based rep who is very easy to talk to.
I like NDR's customer service. They've got it down to where I feel like the most important person in the world no matter how little or big my issue is every time I called. However, I don't hear from them unless I contact them or if there's something new with my account. It would be nicer to hear from them once a month or so, just as an update. Nevertheless, their program is excellent. The cool part is I only have to pay a monthly fee which is less than what I was paying for the minimum payments for my creditors. I would refer them to everybody who needs their service. It's the easiest thing anyone will ever do. Keep it up NDR.

I was in a financial struggle and I wanted to get my affairs in order. National Debt Relief takes out X amount of money and they work with my creditors to get the best deal we could to get the stuff paid off. I told them I wanted to settle things in the shortest amount of time. So, my payment is like $500 something. They closed out a couple of debts and I have two left to go.
My husband became suddenly disabled though. I defaulted for five months, and when I started getting back on track now, I'm having a hard time getting my creditors back on track with me. I'm trying to get NDR to settle a debt right now and it doesn't seem to be going very well. I'm wondering because I have almost $2,000 in the account with NDR. I had two creditors left to settle and at this point, one of them I could just about pay off but it's not being settled. Other than that, my negotiators have been great. They're very sweet and kind. I have no problems talking to them and they're always able to answer all my questions. I would encourage others to consider NDR's service.

I went into this process very wary. I got into a financial situation because I believed in a program that seemed "too good to be true" and was. I was afraid that this program would get me into a worse situation. However, to my surprise and relief, the employees at National Debt Relief allayed all my fears and gave me some peace of mind in this otherwise extremely stressful time in my life. I spoke with Joe. He explained to me that he was told by the underwriters that I need to make good faith payments to the payday loans. Then I spoke with Kathleen. She told me, "Do not pay the payday loans good faith payments" and also told me there was a possibility I would lose my furniture from Rooms To Go. I have emailed Joe but I have had no response.

I had a bunch of different debt relief companies calling me and this was the only one I answered. I'm glad I did because the customer service is amazing. They worked in a timely manner and answered all my questions in a way that was easy to understand. I was scared to commit to a program like this because I was scared of ruining my credit, but they made me feel a lot better about my decision and relieved a lot of stress I accumulated over time from all of my debt.

The agents were very knowledgeable about the product and spent a lot of time explaining the program. I did get mixed messages concerning what happens to my credit score and if I will have a worse score at the end of the term or a better score. This information needs to be addressed because not only does one want to be debt free, but without a good credit score, there are few options in life for advancement plus higher interest rates. Beyond this issue, everything else was straightforward and clearly explained.

About the most stress-free experience with any large financial agreement we have ever had. Everything is transparent and in plain English. Very difficult to understand what the caller was explaining/reading. I finally just didn't bother to listen after having her repeat herself several times. Very disconcerting. "Welcome Call". I'm much more nervous about the process than I was before the call. I'll just have to see how it goes.

This company goes above and beyond for their customers. I've been with them for over 1 year now, and want to give my feedback. Not ONCE have I ever been enrolled with a company that has actually cared about my success in the program as much as National Debt Relief. Every single person I talk to is incredibly helpful, and not only that, they are HAPPY to help! It's a breath of fresh air! The program they offer is a complete stress remover if you are going through any type of financial hardship like I was when I had suddenly become unemployed. After looking at others reviews I decided to give it a shot and my goodness am I blown away.
After a year in the program, they have helped me take care of multiple accounts that I wasn't able to maintain prior, and they answer any questions I have very thoroughly. I would absolutely recommend this company and program to anybody struggling financially with credit, they are an absolute lifesaver. I'm not sure what their business model is, but it seems they keep their employees happy because they are always so genuine and sincere when I speak with them.

I was hesitant to enroll in a program like this due to there being much bad publicity concerning some of the companies in this business.
