Was very helpful, one suggestion was a little too fast speaking. I would suggest having slowed down a little bit. I understand you guys are trying to get as many customers in as many calls in at a time but when you are to fasten a phone you can't understand everything. My original phone call with Duane ** was wonderful. He was nice, informative and professional. He informed me there would be a 24 hour follow up call and asked when would be the best time for them to call back. I told him the next day afternoon since I had a 3 week old newborn and we typically were busy and napping in the mornings. I’m not sure if people didn’t read my profile or what but I received 3 separate phone calls over the next 12 hours (one of which was after 5pm on the day of my initial call). The agents I spoke to with the 24 hour follow up call was very cold and not as friendly or personable as my initial encounter.

Everything went well during the process and she was very helpful and answer all my concerns and gave me all information I needed, she was patient and easy to understand. She followed by explaining everything that she had on hand and steps that would follow.

I have made the best discretion I have ever made. I really did not know what I was going to do. My Sissy told me to check National Debt Relief out, the very same day I got a letter in mail from the company telling me the very same thing my Sissy told me. Then the communication stopped, and my checking account gets debited with an amount $60 over my last estimate, and not a figure I can live with, but I am unhappily stuck with. Do not trust them, and do not believe them, they must work on a percentage basis.

Had a great experience. Issac ** and the team was great and very helpful. Sometimes you feel very nervous when you call these places and I wasn't at all. Issac made me feel very comfortable during the whole call and gave me all the information that I needed. I just did my welcome call and again she was great. The people here can really make you feel at home with all this and trying to get your debt handle which is what we need. Very happy that I made the choice to go with National.
