    I'm in debt and so I reached out to National Debt Relief. They explained everything to me sort of basic. I like things basic. I don’t like things to be explained in the complicated form and they did it the basic way, so I could understand what I was getting myself into. So, it was precise. The only part for me that's lacking is the process time in which they take to resolve whatever debts you have with your creditor. That part is under par. It takes a little bit long for me. It can take up to six months but I got some of my debts resolved in three months. I'm having a great experience with them, so far, and my credit's going up. I would recommend National Debt Relief. They treat me well.

    I like it. They help me do things I can’t do on my own. Cause I’m always busy. The people have been very helpful and they make you feel very comfortable about allowing them to help you. They explain everything as many times as you may need them to... I think they charge a little too much for the services. I do. But as long as my situation is being handled I’m not going to complain... Before debt relief, I was paying my bills every week when they were due every month and I would always clear out my checking account but because I always wind up having to use my cards over and over, it wasn’t really helping me.

    I had three credit cards and I had quite a bit of money on them. I saw National Debt Relief's ad on TV and I looked them up online, and they were the number one debt relief company so they were reliable. I called them to get information, and we went over the credit card companies and the amounts on each credit card number, and how much I had. Then they checked out the information and came back to me with an amount that would be charged per month for about 40 months. They set up the monthly amount as something that I could afford to pay, and they reduced the debt on the credit cards by about 50%. It was quite satisfying.

    I needed to catch up on bills and rebuild my credit, and my mom told me that National Debt Relief was good. The enrolment process was good but the wait time in trying to contact the collections people to work out a deal was a little concern. The representative from NDR was very helpful though and he explained the process very well. I’m trying to pay some of the debt myself because it’s gonna work a little faster if I do it, but I see progress with NDR. They said that it was gonna take 18 months to get it all paid off and I already closed out two accounts so far. The service is good and I would recommend NDR to friends if they were looking to get out of debt.

    I was VERY satisfied with my experience until the end when I have been trying to close the account. I put extra money in back in May to clear thing up faster. AND HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM YOU. I call once a month and am told that someone will get back with me and that never happens. If anyone ever asks I will tell them to be careful when dealing with your company because, I feel like now that you are not getting any money from me (monthly) I was out put on the back burner.

    There was a time when I lost my job and had a lot of credit card debt. I asked National Debt Relief's reps whether or not it would be a charge-off on my credit report if I went with their company and they settled debts for me. That time, their reps told me that it wouldn't be. However, when they settled with a credit card company and they had it as a charge-off, their reps told me that there was nothing they could do about it.

    Also, I got a collections letter from another credit card agency that I have to send to NDR. At times, I feel they're not really working on my debts because they should have been asking questions before I get such a letter. They know that all my payments are late or are going to be late. Still, NDR has settled two or three of my debts. Whenever they have a deal, a rep calls me or sends me an email and I call them back. Furthermore, they charge me $416 a month which is cheaper than what I was paying before. I'm glad that they settled my Discover bill which was a big deal. Though I didn't have enough to cover it, NDR went ahead and paid it. Now, they're not going to bother with anything else until I've caught up.

    I had a revolving debt that didn't seem to end despite the fact that I was paying over half of my salary towards way more than the minimum for each of the credit cards that had a balance on.     I was in a large amount of debt and I had some personal issues that came up so I wasn’t able to adequately pay that debt before it got out of control. I got in touch with National Debt Relief to start settling the debt because I knew it was going to get to a point to where I won’t be able to pay. I saw that National Debt Relief had the best reviews so I called them up, they took information about my hardship and debts, and they put together a plan for me that I agreed to.

    The negotiator that I worked with was very positive throughout the enrollment process. I was given a timeline that was shorter than what my timeline would have been if I continued to pay my debts. The amount that I was going to pay in minimum versus what I'm paying in the program is about half, so I see savings on my end. My month-to-month expenses are quite a bit just for that. It's a net negative cost for me and I get a service that is getting me out of debt.     I made a lot of bad decisions when I was younger and in using credit cards. I was falling behind on my payments and I lost my job. After four or five years of being backed up on my credit card payments, it was just a matter of time. My payments were more than my income at one point. The enrollment experience with National Debt Relief was easy and they provided me with debt consolidation, which I needed at the time. The National Debt Relief negotiators were very helpful. They were very kind, very straightforward, and transparent. NDR collected all the accounts that I currently had and then they gave me a number or range.

    The program freed up some of my income and some of my debts were already settled within about six months. And 50% of my debts were settled. It is about another year and a half to two years, but if I can get raises in my job, it would be less than that because I can provide more money monthly.

    It was a really good experience. I got contact information and I got questions answered when I had them. Someone is always ready, willing, and able to help me, so I have no complaints. I have a little more financial freedom and I'm stress-free. I'm less stressed now than I was before. Freeing up finances is a help all around. It helps me with my family and in my job. And it makes me a better manager because I can spend money on my staff and things. So, overall, the productivity of my life has been increased. National Debt Relief is awesome. They will not accept my decision and continue calling and emailing even after being told not to do so in writing. Hopefully my attorney can stop this on going issue.     I was having a hard time paying debts especially the interest and a friend of mine told me about National Debt Relief. Their enrollment process was easy but it was hard because it is done via cell phone and I’m not really good with gadgets. I worked with my friend’s representative, Andrew. I asked him and he helped me with it. But the rep I spoke with the first time kept bugging me. I was told to write my phone number and address and to return the stubs and not to answer when called.

    At first, I thought that by enrolling, NDR will assume the credits and I will be paying them so that the creditors will stop bugging me. Instead, they explained that I will be paying and I'll just keep putting money in the bank. Then, they will wait for my money to be enough in the bank and pay the creditor. NDR’s program lessened a little of my burdens of having debts but my problem is because I am a caregiver, there are times that I do not have work and lately, my paycheck was moved to the volunteer. So, I’m working for two months now for two days a week. When I spoke with somebody last time and I asked how much more months to pay, he told me I have 26 months left. I mentioned that I was out of work this time and I am having a hard time again for it is more than $500 a month which is not a small amount.

    I always put money in the bank and I never get delayed. It is very hard to let ends meet because my husband is disabled and I am the only one who is working so I would like to ask if there is a way to negotiate a bit more. That aside, I am recommending my friend to National Debt Relief as he is not satisfied with the company he got. National Debt Relief has to keep up the good work because it is hard to trust consolidation people.

    I was in debt which brought tears to my eyes on a monthly basis. I paid for myself to get my Master's, and then I have put things on my credit cards, with an 18% interest rate on one card, and I've been trying to pay them off. We also had a baby, and though my husband is now in a great position, he had no work then. Our debt started at only $15,000, but looking at the numbers on our credit cards, it might have been a million dollars when we started working with National Debt Relief last summer.

    I went online, not knowing this was a thing until I saw some ads, and I started looking. I googled debt relief and National Debt Relief was one of the first ones that came up. Having read people’s reviews online, I called NDR. I was then not yet 100% going with them, but with the reviews plus how the rep handled that initial call, I ultimately decided on doing it. The guy explained every detail to me and he reassured me that they were gonna get me help. And then I just cried to this very nice man on the phone. He was so great and it was like I needed somebody that day to tell me that it was gonna be okay.

    It was also really nice that they gave me all the information I needed, so as soon as I got off the phone with that gentleman, I sat down and went into each of my credit card accounts. I changed the addresses to NDR’s address as well as the phone numbers to NDR’s. It’s a pre-emptive set up, and they gave me all the tools to try and get the relentless credit card companies to not hound me as much as they want to.

    NDR then worked with me to get a monthly payment amount that was reasonable based on what I could do at the time. Then when they got to an agreement with one of the credit card companies, they would tell me that we would need to get the payment in by very specific dates. And as long as we were able to do that, then the debts would be resolved. We skipped one payment, though, around January. But other than that, we've been able to make that minimum payment every month for the past year. NDR takes a percentage for the fees, which I completely understand now that I've gone through the process.

    I was feeling great because we weren't in a year yet into this program and two of the credit cards have already been settled. The next one to get settled would be the biggest one, so I was really excited. But then Capital One filed a lawsuit against me over $6,000 worth of credit card debt and so I used NDR’s legal services as well. Then just last week, I got a call from the lawyer that they have filed the paperwork needed. It has given me a bit of peace of mind seeing how involved NDR has been in this whole process. It's suffocating in such an anxiety-ridden way being in so much debt, but every interaction with NDR makes me feel like I'm not alone, that this isn't something I need to be ashamed of and that they were gonna help me – and those simple things give me a self-esteem boost. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

    I have too much debt and I don't have enough money to pay every month. I’m also on a fixed income. National Debt Relief was supposed to negotiate with the creditors and work out a payment schedule and reduce the amount of my debt down. But they’ve only completed about 27% of creditors and they cited I do not enough money on my account. They’re also the ones that set the amount of money to be in my account, so I’m not happy with them. But I’m in for a penny and for pound now, so I have stuck with them. Also, the only thing I can do is call the customer service rep and talk to them. They don’t have a whole lot of information other than what’s on their website and you have to jump up and down to get to talk to a supervisor. There are also notes that will enlighten you as to what’s been going on but the customer service reps don’t have access to those.

    The website’s fine and it kind of shows you where you’re at, but it doesn't say who they’re talking to. My credit rating has just gone in the trash completely. Granted it’s all my fault for getting in that most, to begin with, but they were supposed to help me out of it and so far, I don’t see a whole lot. They need to be more realistic about submitting the estimates for what it’s gonna take to get me out of debt. And I also felt that once they get their hooks into you, they abandon you early. They walk you through the process and you sign a whole bunch of papers. But to me, they’re a little short on communication and reliability. They say they cut my bills that I was paying every month in half but I want to be very realistic about that.

    The cost kind of matched their service. They also looked at my debt and they looked how much I owed. And they came back with a figure that I was gonna pay to them for four years and then I would be out of debt. But the problem is they contacted the creditors but they’re not doing much to negotiate with them. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn’t do it with them. I would advise everybody to be wary because if it’s too good to be true, usually it almost always is.

    I had a lot of debt that was getting to be overwhelming, so I needed somebody to help me get under control. My husband listens to ESPN radio in the morning and National Debt Relief advertises with them. My husband listed down the phone number, I called them, we talked and got everything situated. I've only been in the program since April and they've already paid off one of my debts for me. They sent me a text message when they said they had a settlement offer, so I called them back. They're always great on the phone and they always send a follow-up email. I get paid every two weeks, so the money comes out of my account automatically. Financially, it has saved me a lot. It was hurting my credit in the beginning, but as things were getting paid off, my credit was going back up and I was happy about that.

    I'll be finished with all of the settlements by the middle of 2020. It was supposed to be longer, but because the settlement that NDR got was lower than what they had anticipated, it's gonna end quicker for me. I'm thankful because my son starts college in 2021. I'm preparing myself now, but I'll have more time in a year to be able to suck away a lot more money than I already am. I highly recommend them.

    I have owned a timeshare since the 80s. Then the timeshare sold and said that I had to buy new points. So the timeshares were put on my credit card and I could not make the payments. I'm a widow and I have a limited income. I had tried other routes before National Debt Relief, like getting out of the timeshare through timeshare releases, but none of that worked out. So National Debt Relief was my desperation. I did a little bit of research on them and they had a rating from the Better Business Bureau. I decided that they were for real, not just somebody after your money and wouldn't do any good. So I called and talked to them.

    The enrollment was very easy. I did all the talking by phone then they mailed me what I needed to fill out. I filled everything out and they called, walked me through the steps and set up the account. I had to fill out a form that told all of my expenses and what my income was then we agreed on an amount that I could pay. I was not to make credit card payments and what I would have been paying is the amount they are taking out of my checking account and putting in their account. Then they contact me to get my approval anytime any negotiations are made. So everything has been up and up. I'm also not hearing anything from the credit cards. National Debt Relief is dealing with them.

    I had been making payments but I couldn't keep that up when I had another credit card. So they had paid off some but unfortunately, the credit cards that are left are the two that have that timeshare on there. And they're not wanting to settle. I had a couple of others that had smaller amounts on it. I had two that they put the $16,000 on. One had $10,000 and one had $5,000. I've been in the program for about a year and a half now, and they estimated it would take three years. The program does ruin your credit score but I'm 71 years old and my house is paid for. I'm not really gonna look for credit for anything and hopefully, I'll have time to build it back if I need it. But if someone is in the same situation and you cannot get out of it in any other way, then working with National Debt Relief would be better than the bankruptcy.

    I had also called the credit cards and told them that I wanted to cancel. All I have now is the debit card through my bank. Not only did it take care of that, it has taught me I don't need the credit cards. So it has been a learning experience for me in a positive way. If I don't have that money in the bank to use my debit card, I don't buy it. National Debt Relief has helped and they've done a very good job. I've been happy with the way things have been handled and whatever they take out as their cost, it's worth it. They are always positive and keep me from getting discouraged. I've been very pleased with them and I couldn't have asked for anything better.

    I needed help with the credit card companies and National Debt Relief was the best recommended. I investigated all the other companies and they looked the best, so I decided to go with them. I gave NDR all my information and from that, they decided which ones to pay off first, which were the minimum and which ones to pay off later. They basically made deals with the insurance companies to lower my payments. They took into consideration what I could afford and how long the program would be and they tried to minimize the length of the program but it was a large sum and I haven’t completed the program on my end. The bills have been paid though and I've got another three years left.

    NDR needs to keep the credit card companies from taking hold of the client though. I had trouble with one of the clients trying to contact my lawyer because I was in the middle of a divorce and they weren’t supposed to be doing that. NDR said that they shouldn’t have been contacting me or anybody else about getting repaid. But once I let them know about it, they took care of it. NDR was professional, pleasant and easy to deal with.

    I had financial issues and one of my family members lost employment so I sought the services of National Debt Relief. I looked at their ratings and they were more flexible as they were less than the amount of what the other companies charge. They helped me with my current credit card debts. NDR started doing very well and they worked with the easier ones. Then, they started slowing down. They paid off some of the debts and I’m still making payments but it is not going anywhere. I have a total of 10 accounts and they have cleared out four.

    I call the staff at National Debt Relief to get information or I go online. They are very nice when I speak to them and they give all the information that I need. But they are not forthcoming with calling you ahead of time to give you information. I find that they are taking longer on giving me more information on the other ones that I have to settle. I ask them questions in order for them to be more detailed. Also, the cost is a bit expensive. I pay them a fee from what I paid them but I did not know that most of the money that I pay them is for their fees for making the arrangement. I’m paying the fees now until the end of the year which could have been going towards the program but I was not aware that the fees come out after the first debt was settled. Nevertheless, National Debt Relief works with me to get my debts completed. They have been good so far.
