The operator was loud and I could tell she was getting frustrated that she had to repeat herself, due to me not being able to hear her. I did want to hang up and not continue. I don't know if that was just her trying to make me hear her or being rude.

I am newly enrolled in the program and am happy so far. The client representatives were knowledgeable, thorough, patient and understanding. I am very pleased with the professionalism and kindness of the NDR Debt Specialists, Analissa and Karen. I was having some trouble making some payments, so I had to find a way to find help. I did some research and I found out that National Debt Relief is the number one company in the US, so I went with it. During the enrolment process, they told me the pros and the cons and they were totally pleased to answer all the questions that I had. I really felt trust and chemistry with them. The negotiators negotiate with the company and they call me when they find what they think is a good deal. Then, I have around one or two weeks to answer if I’m okay with it. I’ve been in the program for six months and I just finished paying my first credit card. We just did that this month and it’s really helping me out.
I’m really satisfied by now and I feel really good about the overall process. They have given me a really good deal. When I enrolled in the program, I was paying almost $900 monthly, but now, I’m paying around 350. I see where the money goes, how much money I have left, and how much money I have been given. The cost is okay. They don't charge a lot of money and I see that they are doing a really good job, so I’m happy about it.
I would recommend National Debt Relief. However, the first thing that I would tell someone is to try to seek another option of getting away from all the debts. I would tell them to be sure that they want to take this step because it’s not an easy option. I would tell them to try to see if they can work with some more money, but if they cannot stop spending, it is not right to get with a debt institution because it is not a good idea. But if there is no other way and they need some help like a debt company, National Debt Relief is number one.

I was falling behind on a lot of my credit card bills and I was trying to catch up, but I was unable to because I had lost my job. I was referred to National Debt Relief by a friend who was satisfied with them. I talked to a representative and did everything over the phone. He ran everything that needed to be run and we went from there. He worked fast. He explained the program to me and everything was very clear. The cost is very affordable too. They're willing to work with me on my circumstance. My program will take 36 months and I’ve been with them for a year now and have only 11 more online payments left. My score has been going up and I'm happy with it. NDR works pretty well. My sister is trying to sign up with it and she should be doing it with them in about two weeks.

We had a lot of credit card and other debts that we wanted to clear up, but needed help in spreading them out, and the calls to stop. We did some research and decided National Debt Relief was the best option for us. We've made arrangements to settle two or three of the accounts. Offers were made and accepted, and we're making payments on that. Others are still sitting there, waiting for offers. We had to pull out an account out of the program because they sent us to a collection lawyer and they were threatening garnishment. We made an arrangement with them directly, so that that wouldn't happen.
National Debt Relief contacted us by email when a company accepted the payoff agreement. They also contacted us to see if we were in agreement with that. Once we accepted it, then NDR set up the payment plan. I've called in NDR's helpline a couple of times and sent them information on when we get demand letters, and they were helpful. I wanna clear up the debt as fast as possible. But sometimes, we don't get a whole lot of communication. It would be helpful to know where things stand and NDR could send a monthly update on where all the accounts are. But overall, working with them lowered the anxiety of having all those debts just sitting there that we couldn't take care of but wanted to. It's an alternative to having to declare bankruptcy.

Everything was very easy. They were not judgmental on the phone and helped the process. I was worried they would be like whoah we can't help you but they were just like okay, this is what we need to do. Everyone has been very helpful. A major burden has been lifted after struggling for months. I know this will take time but I did not want to file for bankruptcy. I have tried to negotiate with some of my creditors but to no avail.

National Debt Relief seemed to be the only company that has legitimate reviews to be trusted with my money. Their enrollment process was easy. I'm on their debt consolidation program where they took over the accounts, do the negotiations, and handled the payments. I just make my deposits, and they handle it. It’s like I'm hands-off.
NDR got about 50% of my stuff resolved, and I’ve only been in within them in about a year. My negotiators are always very polite and any questions that I have, they always find the answer. They're really straightforward. They don’t waste my time. Working with NDR is making my life better. My credit score’s going up and people aren’t calling me. So, a lot of stress had been relieved. Thanks to NDR. Go for it. Don’t waste another day.

I looked National Debt Relief up online and they had good reviews from what I saw. I filled out paperwork and agreed to the funding of a savings account. My debts were overwhelming and they provided negotiation to reduce debt with the creditors. So far, the program has been good. Two of the debts have been settled and I am waiting on three more. The staff at National Debt Relief has been great. They call me with any new information. When I call in, they answer right away and answer any questions I have. I’ve been most impressed with their honesty and they are good at breaking down the information because sometimes the numbers can get confusing. I feel very comfortable working with them.
I was telling them how much I was paying just the minimum, which was not getting me anywhere, and they calculated the term payment, which was gonna help me through the program, and it ended up being less than what I pay for the minimum. The actual cost of their program in relation to the quality of the service is good. After calculating, I ended up saving some money, although not as much as I would like. Still, they handle all the calls from my creditors and I don’t deal with any of them, which I like. Those who are feeling overwhelmed with debt should National Debt Relief a call and see what they can do for them.

I was highly in debt with credit card, which was then around $13,000 and National Debt relief helped me out. I read the reviews and they're considered the best one. The enrollment was very simple and very straightforward. They asked me for basic information and if I wanna throw out more money to settle the accounts faster. Afterwards they asked me if I had any questions. Their customer service is pretty good. They provided me with standard settlement program. They worked with my creditors and settled three accounts already.
NDR worked with me. I asked for a day to pay once a month, and they allowed me. They also allowed me to change it so they're very flexible. NDR allows me to pay for rent. It allowed me to pay for my wedding as well. They helped me a lot. So go with NDR because they settle your debts and then you're debt-free. And then you can start over and not make the mistakes again.

The representative was cold, sounded like he was reading off a script (which I’m sure that happens). He got extremely pushy towards the end of the call. He took my debts personally. He was trying to force my husband and I to included the Capital One account and kept pushing. My husband told me multiple times that’s not something we’re going to do. I understand your company is trying to get sales and/or commission. I don’t have a problem with that. What I have a problem with is the demeanor and tone of your agent is rude. I really wish that he wasn’t getting credit for this account. I called back after hanging up on Shomari and spoke with another rep and he was told he could not handle the account and that the lead would do it.
My recommendation as a recently employed manager of 50+ agents at a call center is that you train your agents to come off the script with some personality. Also to not take the debtors debts personally like they are their own. To also not be forceful. Ultimately, your company is trying to do business and I’m trying to use you to resolve my problems. I was close to not using National Debt for the one reason of having a rude rep. Fix that. I’m sure y’all are as good as your BBB rating says you are.

Great experience in enrolling in the program. Igor made it very easy to understand. I've never done anything like this and was very scared. He walked me through it. I have medical debt that I didn't even know was on my credit and Debt Relief is including this also and it will be paid off during this process.

I was having problems paying back whatever loan I had because I was sometimes just working two or three days. The NDR rep Jason was very direct and the payment plan was good. The overall cost was excellent compared to other places. I'd recommend them anytime, which I have. They're something you can relate to and depend on overall.

I didn’t have enough money to pay all my bills, so I reached out to National Debt Relief. They're working on getting all my bills consolidated into one payment and getting the amounts down so I can get them paid off. So far, NDR has relieved a lot of stress. They answered all my questions, gave me advice and helped me to understand the program. The rep I dealt with was very kind and considerate. However, the interaction has been pretty sparse lately. At first, I was getting a call every week and now I haven't got a call in a month. I wish they could’ve got more of my bills together but it's going one at a time. They established a payment that I could afford, and it saved me $600 a month.

The interest in my credit cards was too high and I couldn’t keep up with it. I couldn't pay it once it got to 20 or 30% interest. I did a bit of research and National Debt Relief was the first one that came up on the internet. The enrolment process was fine and the negotiators that I worked with were good. They said they were protecting me from collections, like taking me to court, but, at the end of the day, they told me that I have to go with this option and that would protect me from people still being able to take me to court. I thought they were supposed to be protecting me, but they said that they really can’t do that. Some company or bank gave me a credit with a really high interest to pay them all off, then I have to pay National Debt Relief, which I didn’t really want to do because I feel like I’m paying interest again, and it’s 22% interest.
I’m still on the other program for another three months and it is supposed to be seamless, but I didn’t quite understand and I thought it was a bait and switch thing. The banks are all making money and we are not. I was okay until the bank called me a week and a half ago negotiating with me. I don’t wanna have to worry about people calling me and trying to collect from me. If I take this loan, then I can pay them all off and I don’t have to worry about that part anymore. However, all the banks are in cahoots with each other.
I told National Debt Relief that the interest rate with the bank was high and that they were supposed to help me get out of debt, but they told me that my credit score wasn’t very good. I said that I just stopped paying all my bills for how many months so they can negotiate because that was what they told me I had to do. However, my credit is poor and I’m getting punished for my credit being poor, although that was the way I had to do the process. I couldn’t pay a lot of the credit cards in the long run and it was way more than what I ended up paying. I couldn’t stick with National Debt Relief, but they were saying, “Well, they might come to try to collect now,” and I say okay. A bank gave me a loan with the same kind of payment structure. The payment is a bit more a month and they are charging interest, but it doesn’t end up being more.

My bills were almost what I make per month because my student loan payment went way higher than we were expecting it to go. That pushed us over the top, and we can’t get out of those. So, I looked online and tried to find a highly recommended debt relief company. I then got enrolled into National Debt Relief’s program where they try to get my debts to a reduced amount and pay them off. We started two years ago, I gave them a list of all my creditors and what I owed them. Now, I have already paid off some of them. A lot of other ones are almost paid off too. In two more months, I’ll have three more creditors paid off.
I was told how much it would cost per month if we are to do the program over four years, and I pay quite a bit per month. But it’s still a lot less than what I would be paying if I was paying those creditors the regular amount. National Debt Relief’s staff tries to help me out as much as possible. Sometimes they make a deal with a creditor and they might need me to pay a little extra per month. If I can’t pay extra, I tell them and they try to find a way to make it work. Majority of the time, they can. There was a couple of times though that they were not able to make it work without the extra payment per month, so it has taken me a little bit longer than what it would take some other people.
It was also explained to me in the beginning how much I would be paying for their service, and the nice thing is that I don’t have to pay them until they make a deal with a creditor. So, I’m not paying National Debt Relief a monthly fee. I pay them after they do the work. Then after they make a deal, I could see what the progress is and how close I am to paying off each creditor. In the long run, my bills are gonna get taken care of as I work with NDR. It’s also better than not being able to answer my cell phone whenever I get a call because I’m worried that it’s a creditor. That’s why with that I would only answer a phone if I recognize the number. I recommend NDR. I feel comfortable working with their staff, and they haven’t steered me wrong yet. They’re kinda even-keel, not overbearing, and I don’t feel like I’m talking to a debt relief place. I haven’t finished their program yet, but from what I’ve been doing so far, it has been working for me.

I was out of work for a couple of months, and I got behind on my bills. I was on Google and I saw that National Debt Relief was highly rated. They're helping me consolidate all my debt in one payment, and then work out settlements with my creditors. The program that I'm in works to cut my payments down, and it’s helping me get out of debt a lot faster than I would’ve gotten by just paying the minimum amount on all my card.
My debt relief negotiators are open and upfront. They send me an email every time they had worked out a resolution. NDR's process has been fairly easy and painless. Everything went smoothly. Considering how much that I had and how much my monthly payments were, my payment plan is very reasonable. It’s a great value. Every time I call in, the people at NDR have been awesome. They answer all my questions and treat me like I’m actually a person. It's good service.

My credit score was a bit low and my wife and I were thinking about what we can do. We saw a few ads and we gave National Debt Relief a call. They gave us the best options and we went with them. National Debt Relief talks to all of the creditors that we owed and see if they can come to a conclusion on any and all debts we have with them, like a settlement. The enrollment experience was quite simple. I just told NDR what was going on. They asked me which accounts we needed help with. They took all the information and said that they would see what they can do for us, and it took about half an hour total time on that. It was like talking to a lawyer. They couldn't help me if I didn't give them all the facts.
The National Debt Relief negotiators send updates like, "This is this is the account number. This is the amount that they initially wanted, which we got down to this right here. What do you guys think?" And we would tell them if it is a good thing or a no go. Then, they would tell me the monthly payment and as long as we are still making payments to National Debt, they can all get the payments down. They tell me how much I will pay for each month and if it fluctuates, they would tell us, "Approximately this timeframe, it's gonna be this much. It could be higher or lower, it doesn't really matter. So, the endpoint would be approximately, this month here will be this amount and you should be done with them." Sometimes, it takes a little while and sometimes it is a bit short, but they explain what is going on and what they are doing.
Although there are still a few more accounts in limbo that NDR is taking care of, they have settled with quite a few of them so far. For the accounts that they worked with, my credit is down. They broke it down and it doesn't matter who we are talking to. It's not always the same person, but they have the account and it is not a big deal. So far, I have no complaints and I have recommended National Debt Relief to a few of my friends.

I'm in debt and so I reached out to National Debt Relief. They explained everything to me sort of basic. I like things basic. I don’t like things to be explained in the complicated form and they did it the basic way, so I could understand what I was getting myself into. So, it was precise. The only part for me that's lacking is the process time in which they take to resolve whatever debts you have with your creditor. That part is under par. It takes a little bit long for me. It can take up to six months but I got some of my debts resolved in three months. I'm having a great experience with them, so far, and my credit's going up. I would recommend National Debt Relief. They treat me well.

I like it. They help me do things I can’t do on my own. Cause I’m always busy. The people have been very helpful and they make you feel very comfortable about allowing them to help you. They explain everything as many times as you may need them to... I think they charge a little too much for the services. I do. But as long as my situation is being handled I’m not going to complain... I had three credit cards and I had quite a bit of money on them. I saw National Debt Relief's ad on TV and I looked them up online, and they were the number one debt relief company so they were reliable. I called them to get information, and we went over the credit card companies and the amounts on each credit card number, and how much I had. Then they checked out the information and came back to me with an amount that would be charged per month for about 40 months. They set up the monthly amount as something that I could afford to pay, and they reduced the debt on the credit cards by about 50%. It was quite satisfying.

I needed to catch up on bills and rebuild my credit, and my mom told me that National Debt Relief was good. The enrolment process was good but the wait time in trying to contact the collections people to work out a deal was a little concern. The representative from NDR was very helpful though and he explained the process very well. I’m trying to pay some of the debt myself because it’s gonna work a little faster if I do it, but I see progress with NDR. They said that it was gonna take 18 months to get it all paid off and I already closed out two accounts so far. The service is good and I would recommend NDR to friends if they were looking to get out of debt.

I call once a month and am told that someone will get back with me and that never happens. There was a time when I lost my job and had a lot of credit card debt. I asked National Debt Relief's reps whether or not it would be a charge-off on my credit report if I went with their company and they settled debts for me. That time, their reps told me that it wouldn't be. However, when they settled with a credit card company and they had it as a charge-off, their reps told me that there was nothing they could do about it.
Also, I got a collections letter from another credit card agency that I have to send to NDR. At times, I feel they're not really working on my debts because they should have been asking questions before I get such a letter. They know that all my payments are late or are going to be late. Still, NDR has settled two or three of my debts. Whenever they have a deal, a rep calls me or sends me an email and I call them back. Furthermore, they charge me $416 a month which is cheaper than what I was paying before. I'm glad that they settled my Discover bill which was a big deal. Though I didn't have enough to cover it, NDR went ahead and paid it. Now, they're not going to bother with anything else until I've caught up.

I got a solicitation from National Debt Relief and when I called them, I was impressed with what they said they could do. So, I went with them and I was quite happy that a couple of things have been paid off and negotiated. I wasn't happy about it destroying my credit totally but it was either that or going down. I’m trying to get my credit better and I was trying to find out how to consolidate my credit. I’ve been behind, and National Debt Relief is helping me consolidate and pay on time. Everything’s been going good. The customer service keeps in contact with me with everything that’s going on with my credit, and then they keep me on top of everything. I had a revolving debt that didn't seem to end despite the fact that I was paying over half of my salary towards way more than the minimum for each of the credit cards that had a balance on. It has been that way for years now. It was then that I decided to call a debt relief agency to consolidate my debt and make large payments, twice a month, in the savings' account this decent and credible agency, National Debt Relief, set on my behalf to start negotiating with the involved CC companies in order to settle my debt for good a little over a year. I am currently going through the process and it seems to work perfectly. I wish I had done much earlier, but it is never late. I definitely recommend NDR to make your debt-free dream come true!

There was a time when we weren't making any progress in paying my debts. I wanted to consolidate everything and upon doing some research, I found that National Debt Relief had the best reviews. The program freed up some of my income and some of my debts were already settled within about six months. And 50% of my debts were settled. It is about another year and a half to two years, but if I can get raises in my job, it would be less than that because I can provide more money monthly.
It was a really good experience. I got contact information and I got questions answered when I had them. Someone is always ready, willing, and able to help me, so I have no complaints. I have a little more financial freedom and I'm stress-free. I'm less stressed now than I was before. Freeing up finances is a help all around. It helps me with my family and in my job. And it makes me a better manager because I can spend money on my staff and things. So, overall, the productivity of my life has been increased. National Debt Relief is awesome. They are very helpful and I will recommend them to anyone.

I was in a large amount of debt and I had some personal issues that came up so I wasn’t able to adequately pay that debt before it got out of control. I got in touch with National Debt Relief to start settling the debt because I knew it was going to get to a point to where I won’t be able to pay. I saw that National Debt Relief had the best reviews so I called them up, they took information about my hardship and debts, and they put together a plan for me that I agreed to.
The negotiator that I worked with was very positive throughout the enrollment process. I was given a timeline that was shorter than what my timeline would have been if I continued to pay my debts. The amount that I was going to pay in minimum versus what I'm paying in the program is about half, so I see savings on my end. My month-to-month expenses are quite a bit just for that. It's a net negative cost for me and I get a service that is getting me out of debt. I have made progress with the program and National Debt Relief has been working very hard to get my debts settled in a quick fashion. It's a very good program and it does what it said it will do for you.

My stress levels had gotten so bad my anxiety had me borderline mental breakdown, I called National Debt Relief and they were able to help me out, finally someone to help me after I had made the mistake to help others until I was too far in debt. I felt such a sense of relief knowing that I had a game plan in motion, no more worrying about trying to make at least the minimum payments, my debt was not reducing at all. I was barely keeping up actually. I was already behind on most of my accounts. Now instead of spending 30 years struggling to make just minimum payments I will be making just one monthly payment and I will be finished in about 3.5 years. My debt program has not started yet. I notified the company by email I changed my mind and that I’ve chosen bankruptcy. It’s cheaper ($2000 to their $7400). They will not accept my decision and continue calling and emailing even after being told not to do so in writing. Hopefully my attorney can stop this on going issue. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone especially to those that change their minds.

Had other forms to complete for program and had other family issues with kids felt pulled in different directions by rep and family obligations, no understanding. I had some excessive debt and had experience with another company but I wasn't satisfied. Then, National Debt Relief came recommended to me. I just told them my account numbers, what I had, and they took care of it. They figured out what I owed and what they thought they needed per month to make it work. They keep me informed and they're cooperative. Right now, I’m still working on it and I have about three more years to go. NDR is worthwhile and I highly recommend them.

I was having a hard time paying debts especially the interest and a friend of mine told me about National Debt Relief. Their enrollment process was easy but it was hard because it is done via cell phone and I’m not really good with gadgets. I worked with my friend’s representative, Andrew. I asked him and he helped me with it. But the rep I spoke with the first time kept bugging me. I was told to write my phone number and address and to return the stubs and not to answer when called.
At first, I thought that by enrolling, NDR will assume the credits and I will be paying them so that the creditors will stop bugging me. Instead, they explained that I will be paying and I'll just keep putting money in the bank. Then, they will wait for my money to be enough in the bank and pay the creditor. NDR’s program lessened a little of my burdens of having debts but my problem is because I am a caregiver, there are times that I do not have work and lately, my paycheck was moved to the volunteer. So, I’m working for two months now for two days a week. When I spoke with somebody last time and I asked how much more months to pay, he told me I have 26 months left. I mentioned that I was out of work this time and I am having a hard time again for it is more than $500 a month which is not a small amount.
I always put money in the bank and I never get delayed. It is very hard to let ends meet because my husband is disabled and I am the only one who is working so I would like to ask if there is a way to negotiate a bit more. That aside, I am recommending my friend to National Debt Relief as he is not satisfied with the company he got. National Debt Relief has to keep up the good work because it is hard to trust consolidation people.

National Debt Relief's enrollment process was easy. I did some paperwork online and gave them the debtor information. Then, they worked out the payment plan so that I could afford it. My rep was good at her job. She was very helpful and I was very comfortable communicating with her. She answered everything satisfactorily. Working with National Debt Relief has made me less stressed, which is a big help. I'm halfway through my program and when I get in touch with someone, they get back to me.

When contacting Debt Relief for changes to account it was days before contact was returned and when I needed help returning funds I got multiple stories before the funds were returned to my checking account. On 10/29 I requested a change in the amount they plan on pulling from my bank account on Friday 11/2 and no one has emailed me in regards to my request of changes I want to make to the information.
