National Debt Relief is helping me work on paying off my credit. Mostly they were credit cards, and there is a little bit of medical stuff. They call on some of the people that I owe and negotiate with them. The program is going slowly but surely. The payment plan seemed a little bit too high, but it is what it is to get some of the credit down off of me.

This was real easy and the rep was very helpful. She explained everything and did not move forward until I told her I understand. Fast and quick for a reply and any question I had was answered. Made me feel like this program will truly help me.

They explained their program to me and what they hoped to accomplish with me to get debt free! Sometimes life happens and credit is there for a reason. I am so thankful for National as this will give me a new start and I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

The only thing I can say so far is that everyone has had lots of patient with me, trying to explain to make me understand how things work. So I'm going to let them do their job. Hoping that it will have a happy end.

Excellent service, fast response, and accurate info. Keep the good service up! It would be good if your site could have a "Fee" column next to the "Settlement Amount" column to save human resources. Poor design of your survey forms.

So far my experience with National Debt Relief has been positive. I was a nervous wreck to reach out and start the debt relief process but after speaking with the great customer service reps at NDR I feel much more relaxed and informed about everything.

I had not been paying on a couple of credit cards and I wanted to resolve that debt. I went with National Debt Relief as I saw some good reviews about them while searching through Google. I went through a debt consolidation program with them and the enrollment process was quick and easy. I had a conversation with a gentleman and he broke down the process for me. He then set up a monthly payment plan that would work for me. This program made it easy for me to have one monthly payment and it was stress-free. The payment would go into one account where I don't have to worry about the people at NDR negotiating for me or on my behalf. They send me periodic emails, letting me know what debt they've negotiated, and if I agree to those terms or whatnot. Phone calls would work, but I see that in today's society, email is a lot more convenient.

Everyone I have come in contact with has been helpful and very nice. The instructions have been accurate and easy to follow. I also like the fact that we can adjust the payments to pay more or pay less, that it depends on the situation.

They went beyond and helped me with my credit issues and talked me through it 100% and were always there to answer any questions! I went through a huge hardship in life! And they were here to help me fix it and get through it!

It was a lot easier than I thought it would be. Both men were very personable, answered my questions clearly, and were very helpful. Scott went through the agreement carefully and answered questions completely. I had him change the agreement three times but he showed no irritation or objection and cheerfully made the changes.

National Debt Relief is great. I tried other debt companies before and they weren't as thorough or transparent on the process. But National Debt Relief was very thorough about how the process would go and the method to the madness as far as the deposits, payoffs and negotiations. Also, they were very friendly. My payment plan is a bit on the high end and a little more effort could have been made, but it's coming through with what I came to them with so it's fine. Two accounts have been settled.

I was in a situation where I needed some help and National Debt Relief was the first one I heard about. I also saw that they are accredited by Consumer Affairs so that helped my decision. I enrolled in NDR's program and they had to get all the information about myself, what I was paying, all my bills as well as all my debt. I had to throw all my debt, where I was and give a number. They came out with a payment plan to pay them for so many years but it ended up saving me thousands of dollars. They do the interest rate reductions and getting that turned back in not consolidated, but I had to get rid of some of the interest that was accrued on some of the credit collected.

I had a good experience and I got all my questions answered. Everyone was pleasant in answering all my questions and I look forward to working with them and getting my debt resolve and then finally be debt free.

Good at keeping us informed at paying off Credit cards with low monthly payments. Our monthly payment is a very fair amount considering the amount we would be paying out on all the credit cards at one time. Thank you very much for your help!

National Debt Relief is helping me settle my debt on multiple accounts, and we’re over halfway done. The enrolment process was just one phone call. It was quick and there was very little paperwork. When I started, I had some questions, and I read the reviews where people said they called, and they were kinda brushed off. And they didn’t do this form, they didn’t do that form. Then at the end of the review, it usually comes down to that person not making payments and wasn’t holding up the end of the bargain. So, I’ve not had that interaction with NDR. We had a lot of credit card and other debts that we wanted to clear up, but needed help in spreading them out, and the calls to stop. We did some research and decided National Debt Relief was the best option for us. We've made arrangements to settle two or three of the accounts. Offers were made and accepted, and we're making payments on that. Others are still sitting there, waiting for offers. We had to pull out an account out of the program because they sent us to a collection lawyer and they were threatening garnishment. We made an arrangement with them directly, so that that wouldn't happen.

The representative was cold, sounded like he was reading off a script (which I’m sure that happens). He got extremely pushy towards the end of the call. He took my debts personally. He was trying to force my husband and I to included the Capital One account and kept pushing. My husband told me multiple times that’s not something we’re going to do. I understand your company is trying to get sales and/or commission. I don’t have a problem with that. What I have a problem with is the demeanor and tone of your agent is rude. I really wish that he wasn’t getting credit for this account. I called back after hanging up on Shomari and spoke with another rep and he was told he could not handle the account and that the lead would do it.

I didn’t have enough money to pay all my bills, so I reached out to National Debt Relief. They're working on getting all my bills consolidated into one payment and getting the amounts down so I can get them paid off. So far, NDR has relieved a lot of stress. They answered all my questions, gave me advice and helped me to understand the program. The rep I dealt with was very kind and considerate. However, the interaction has been pretty sparse lately. At first, I was getting a call every week and now I haven't got a call in a month. I wish they could’ve got more of my bills together but it's going one at a time. They established a payment that I could afford, and it saved me $600 a month.

The interest in my credit cards was too high and I couldn’t keep up with it. I couldn't pay it once it got to 20 or 30% interest. I did a bit of research and National Debt Relief was the first one that came up on the internet. The enrolment process was fine and the negotiators that I worked with were good. They said they were protecting me from collections, like taking me to court, but, at the end of the day, they told me that I have to go with this option and that would protect me from people still being able to take me to court. I thought they were supposed to be protecting me, but they said that they really can’t do that. Some company or bank gave me a credit with a really high interest to pay them all off, then I have to pay National Debt Relief, which I didn’t really want to do because I feel like I’m paying interest again, and it’s 22% interest.
