I originally work with Ben ** who was amazing in making sure I knew everything that was involved in the program. When I completed the welcome call she was super patient with me and made sure that once again, I knew everything involved in the program. I am extremely excited to see what this program brings me and my family. We have been struggling for a while now and I know this program will really bring me some relief.

I was very pleased with the customer service, the level of information and quickness. They took their time to really educate me on the process. I am looking forward to seeing the results and my future financial state improving. They made the entire process very easy and simple. If you’re looking for professional and knowledgeable counselors, DO NOT use NDR! I have NO idea how they get the rating they do, but my experience not only got me placed in the troublemakers' office, but probably shortened my life by a few years thanks to the stress of dealing with such ridiculously undertrained personnel. I feel bad for them. Consistent incorrect information was given to me the entire time I was enrolled with the program. Took me, no exaggeration, 4 phone calls and 8 people to get a correct payout total and date. A balance and date to them doesn’t mean the same to you, trust me! 45 minute phone calls were the average, and if you’ve ever seen “Anger Management”, that’s how they roll. That doesn’t exclude Quality Control experiences.

When communicating with the representative, he was very knowledgeable and patient as he explained the program. Throughout the process he remained available for questions when we had them. One slight negative was the persistence in getting us signed up. Calling every day, multiple times a day. And the only other was a mix up on information verification that led to one day delay in completing the final forms. Overall, we feel a sense of relief knowing there is a plan in place and an end in sight. Thank you National Debt Relief!

A lot of information at one time, but I am excited to get out of debt. I am still sifting and sorting through the emails to try and make sure I am doing my part of the deal. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and professional. I wish I had better guidance on how to cancel automatic payments setup with my One Main creditor. I don't quite understand the legal aspect and the credit aspect, but I do feel that everyone has been honest and above board with me.

The staff is friendly and willing to explain the whole process and steps. Also they answer every questions that you might have. The online portal is easy to use and user-friendly. Every topic that was discussed was emailed to me for my records. Thank You!!!

I worked with Jeff who walked me through the process of the application and explained everything very professionally and efficiently. He really took his time and explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. On my Welcome Call, I spoke with Rosa who also took her time and explained everything. Both of these people made the process very simple and were very efficient and professional. I was initially very nervous about this and they both made me feel very much at ease.

The enrollment process with NDR was easy and everything was done online or on the phone. The program is approximately a four-year program in which they would negotiate with my creditors for a lesser payment of my credit card debts. So far, out of my eight credit cards, they’re currently paying three of them. However, for the fourth credit card, Discover, for some reason, I got a judgment on it and NDR couldn’t negotiate on that one.

I checked out National Debt Relief online and I didn’t see anything negative, so I enrolled with them. The process was easy and the person that I spoke with helped me right through it. I had some interactions with negotiators as well and they had all been positive. NDR was able to put my debts all into one package, so now it's a little bit easier for me to handle them. I've been in their program for two years and so far, the cost of their service has been good. Working with them also eased a lot of stress for me.

I tried to talk to my bank but they weren’t very helpful. I then found National Debt Relief online. When I originally called, I just explained my situation and they put catchphrases on it like a hot chip. So, I sent them my information and then they worked out all the numbers. That worked for me and that was it. In the beginning, I felt like I did not get as much information as I thought. Throughout the process, I have heard a lot of, “You should have done this", but I never knew I had to do that. Simple things like if they were working with somebody to settle my debt, one of them being my bank, they should never have told me I had to close my account and that became a real issue later on. Then, a year and a half ago, I had an instance where I was struggling to try to make the payments and somebody laughed at me. So, I ended up talking to a manager and got that straightened out. Ever since then, it has been pretty on the spot.

My friend’s wife used National Debt Relief and she just paid it off, so she’s ecstatic. When I enrolled with NDR, I was on the phone with them for over 35 minutes and it was completed. Their reps are professional, always courteous and they always give me a call to ask if I’m fine. If I don’t have time, they call me back. They told me how much it was gonna be a month and how many months it would take to pay off. I send them a certain amount a month, they negotiate with the credit cards, they come up with a number that’s fair, and then they pay one credit card off at a time. When that one is done, they put the money until the next credit card and on and on. I’m on the program for about a year now and I can’t wait for the next two years to be over. With NDR, instead of me accumulating interest over the years, at least the interest has stopped and I’m better off than when I started. I’m very happy with NDR. I recommend them to people in my own position.

I had a great experience getting my bills back on track and speaking with my rep. She had the best attitude and was extremely helpful! She went above and beyond to make sure my financial goals were to be met. 5 star service all the way!

I received the best customer service. Everyone involved in helping was very professional, courteous, and took time to explain everything I needed to know, and made sure I understood everything explained to me. I was informed of who would be assisting me, and given phone numbers I would need. I was able to understand because everyone made sure everything was clear to me.

It is helpful, but I still have few more questions unclear. I need better explanation for this article. I think you should let the customer know everything instead I have to ask for the information. I think that need individual assistance for every cases.

My experience was very straightforward. Shelley did a great job making sure that I understood everything as it related to the National Debt Relief program. She answered all my questions so that would be ready for my welcome conference call earlier today.

I thought the overall experience was satisfactory. We have phone reception problems here, which they worked with. So far I haven't been able to log into my account due to password problem, but I expect that to get ironed out.

The process at National Debt Relief is working for me and we're about seven months from being done. We’re getting rid of credit card debt. The fees and the payment are both high but we’re making it.

The reps of National Debt Relief are very easy to talk to. They're caring. They want to hear about your circumstances, are very good explaining things and are very good to follow-up with me. They don’t talk too fast. They explain whatever questions you have in a way that’s easy to understand, and I've been very pleased with my experience. They encourage me to look at my account on a regular basis and just see how things are going through your account. And if I'm not in my account once a month, they contact me and say, “We noticed you haven't looked at your account. Is everything okay? Do you need a new password?” They're very attentive and I find that very reassuring.

National Debt Relief is helping me work on paying off my credit. Mostly they were credit cards, and there is a little bit of medical stuff. They call on some of the people that I owe and negotiate with them. The program is going slowly but surely. The payment plan seemed a little bit too high, but it is what it is to get some of the credit down off of me.

This was real easy and the rep was very helpful. She explained everything and did not move forward until I told her I understand. Fast and quick for a reply and any question I had was answered. Made me feel like this program will truly help me.

So far my experience with National Debt Relief has been positive. I was a nervous wreck to reach out and start the debt relief process but after speaking with the great customer service reps at NDR I feel much more relaxed and informed about everything.

I had not been paying on a couple of credit cards and I wanted to resolve that debt. I went with National Debt Relief as I saw some good reviews about them while searching through Google. I went through a debt consolidation program with them and the enrollment process was quick and easy. I had a conversation with a gentleman and he broke down the process for me. He then set up a monthly payment plan that would work for me. This program made it easy for me to have one monthly payment and it was stress-free. The payment would go into one account where I don't have to worry about the people at NDR negotiating for me or on my behalf. They send me periodic emails, letting me know what debt they've negotiated, and if I agree to those terms or whatnot. Phone calls would work, but I see that in today's society, email is a lot more convenient.

Everyone I have come in contact with has been helpful and very nice. The instructions have been accurate and easy to follow. I also like the fact that we can adjust the payments to pay more or pay less, that it depends on the situation.

I was in a situation where I needed some help and National Debt Relief was the first one I heard about. I also saw that they are accredited by Consumer Affairs so that helped my decision. I enrolled in NDR's program and they had to get all the information about myself, what I was paying, all my bills as well as all my debt. I had to throw all my debt, where I was and give a number. They came out with a payment plan to pay them for so many years but it ended up saving me thousands of dollars. They do the interest rate reductions and getting that turned back in not consolidated, but I had to get rid of some of the interest that was accrued on some of the credit collected.

National Debt Relief is great. I tried other debt companies before and they weren't as thorough or transparent on the process. But National Debt Relief was very thorough about how the process would go and the method to the madness as far as the deposits, payoffs and negotiations. Also, they were very friendly. My payment plan is a bit on the high end and a little more effort could have been made, but it's coming through with what I came to them with so it's fine. Two accounts have been settled.

National Debt Relief is helping me settle my debt on multiple accounts, and we’re over halfway done. The enrolment process was just one phone call. It was quick and there was very little paperwork. When I started, I had some questions, and I read the reviews where people said they called, and they were kinda brushed off. And they didn’t do this form, they didn’t do that form. Then at the end of the review, it usually comes down to that person not making payments and wasn’t holding up the end of the bargain. So, I’ve not had that interaction with NDR. I’ve had positive interactions.
