I want to compliment Ms. ** on her patience, professionalism, attitude, and knowledge of the program. She spent a lot of time with me on the phone and I probably caused her to leave late on Thanksgiving eve. She never tried to hurry me or pressure me and was a joy to work with.

National Debt Relief is fantastic. I have had a very traumatic time and they have been very understanding and right on top of everything. They call right back when I call them. I have five accounts and we have settled almost all of them. There is a payment schedule that will go on for a few years and we are still gonna be dealing with them. They also took care of some litigation. I got summons and the fees that I pay every month went into a legal fund and they have a lawyer in the region. Plus, they answered the summons in court and the banks that would drop and that we want to settle. I'd recommend National Debt Relief to anybody. They have been great and they take a good fee. Part of the fee is broken down to a monthly payment. If a debt has to be settled with reasonable terms, then NDR’s quality is fair for the money I’m paying.

I needed help with my overall debt to income ratio and I heard the best things about National Debt Relief. Enrolling with them was straightforward. I gave them my debt and personal information and then they ran a credit and background check. They then gave me an offer of what they can do. Initially, they set the plan and it was set forth towards a monthly payment, then they wanted me to make a couple payments on that monthly payment which worked a lot better for me.

I was very pleased with my experience. The reason for four stars instead of five is because the process could have been more streamlined. It would be easier to be transferred to the welcome call rather than making it two separate calls. The people I spoke with were amicable and pleasant.

The whole process was very time efficient and easier than I expect. The customer service was exceptional. He was very clear and walk me through everything steps by steps. I liked that he uses such an easily followable vocabs and explain them to me very well to where I can actually understand it. My whole experience was amazing!

This is good for me and as many who want to pay off their debt. The customer service representatives are very helpful in explaining to you all the details you need to know. I am happy finding help to pay off my debt through National Debt Relief.

They have helped me so much. Gave me a relief each month to come. They were easy to talk to and get information to. Anytime I have needed them they have returned my call. They have every aspect cover. I would recommend this to anyone that has no other way out of debt. It can all be set up in just a few days if you can get all of your stuff together.

National Debt Relief put my credit cards together and set up a payment plan with my creditors. I let them know what I had for debt and what my monthly budget was, and then we moved on from there. It was pretty simple to set up. Anytime they were able to strike a deal for me, they let me know by emailing. If I didn't respond soon enough, they called me. Anytime I had any issues, like if I start a month for a payment, they were great to deal with. I like that with all of their customer service people, the communication was always very simple and easy. If I had a question I wanted answered, I'd call them and I'd have an answer almost immediately. The cost wasn't expensive and what they provided was way more valuable than what they charge. If I ever find myself in that situation again, which hopefully I don't, I'm definitely gonna call them.

I needed to get rid of my excessive credit card debt and National Debt Relief seemed like a reputable company that had been doing it for a while. They gave me a timeline of about three years and they have already negotiated some good settlements with my credit card companies and I've been paying that off. I had to pay a little more than I expected to pay the debt off faster than I had hoped but it was a better deal than I would've otherwise had. NDR definitely helped in terms of not having to deal with the credit card companies who would call and harass me. NDR has been a pretty good service so far and I feel very comfortable working with them.

Anthony was very helpful. He explained all of my options as was very patient with me considering I was having problems getting logged into my computer. Anthony was willing to stop and explain all of my questions. He was very nice and helpful.

I was told upon starting the program that I would never have to pay more a month than I was originally quoted. Now I’m paying an additional $112 a month on top of my original payment. Please beware of this! Update: A member of National Debt Relief reached out to be due to a bad review that I had left on a different website. After speaking with him and telling him how I was treated and jerked around he was to ask if they could do anything for me as far as lowering some fees to make up for the troubles. I just received a phone call back from them and I got a big NO. They wouldn’t do anything at all to help me out even after lying to me and putting me in even more of a financial strain than I was before. Plus I felt completely pressured and uncomfortable and apparently they do not care how they treat or take care of their customers. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. LOOK ELSEWHERE PLEASE!

Sada was very nice and explain the program. Glad I enroll because I was confused and hopeless. Now I see a rainbow at the end of the dark cloud hovering above my head. I've learn my lesson concerning debt, loans and credit cards. When I finish the program I want to get my credit score up and live debt free.

I first tried to get a personal loan to consolidate my credit card debt, through AM One. I did not qualify for a personal loan but they recommended that I try the national debt relief. NDR's reps also tell us what's going on and they keep us updated when there's info. They're quick, very formal, and give us all the information. The only thing is, the whole program itself is really long. But if somebody needed it, NDR is a very good place to go.

I set up the program with them online and once I'm on the program, calls from the debtors were stopped and I haven’t received any statements from them. They haven’t bothered me at all. National Debt Relief took over my debts, and they negotiated much lower rates than I could do on my own and kept me to a payment plan that I can work into my budget. Enrolling was super easy. I filled out an application, they got all the information from me, sent me a packet and had to sign a couple of forms. By that point, it was already up and running so it was good. Everybody's been super friendly, understandable and to the point. They usually resolve any question right when I talk to them. They gave me a monthly number upfront, and the first number didn't work. They had everything in terms of what they could do, and they were pretty flexible in bringing it into what my budget could handle. I had been going back and forth with creditors over some time, trying to negotiate some stuff down and I couldn't do it on my own. I was very impressed with what NDR was able to do in such a quick amount of time.

Once I signed up with National Debt Relief, I talked to their reps and we agreed to take an amount out of my checking account to pay off my creditors whom they negotiated with. Every two weeks, they would take out the money and put it in an account in my name which they had access to for the creditors. They answered all the questions I asked them and they really helped me.

I just signed up and so far everything has been explained very well. My caseworker Mark has been very helpful. The man that called to finish my welcome phone call was nice and informative but he kept letting a slight laugh out that was off putting due to the situation.

Surely, this is the exact reason most people look to take out a debt-consolidation loan? To free themselves from the crushing burden of crazy interest rates. After being referred to National Debt Relief, the people we spoke to were calm, courteous, and carefully explained why another loan wasn't our best option. We are now enrolled in the program, and hope for results as fast and efficient as the sign-up process was.

Being in my mid-20s and in as much debt as I was in, I figured that I had to do something. I tried enrolling with National Debt Relief and it was a very easy experience. It needed quite a bit of information, but nothing that took hours to complete. Since signing up, I've gotten a lot of my collections taken care of and a little bit over half of my debt has been reconciled already. That's been a very big plus for me 'cause I'm watching my credit report get cleaned up and my credit score starting to be affected in a positive way. During the process, I get a notification through email about one of my debts having an offer as well as an option to approve the offer amount. That makes it easier for me. If for whatever reason I don't have access to email, I get a courtesy call from National Debt Relief. Overall, I'm extremely happy with NDR's service.

I enrolled with National Debt Relief over the phone and they sent me paperwork to sign. I also gave them access to my social security. I'm trying to get debt-free and with all my debt, they said that paying it off could take three years. I started this year and I like the program so far. Two or three of my debt have already been settled. My interactions with the staff are straightforward and I only talked to them on the phone when they need me. I came across National Debt Relief while doing some research on the web. I considered other processes, but whenever I gave NDR a call, they went through all the details and it wasn't like putting everything on one loan versus leaving it as is or putting everything into a different type of debt. So, I signed up with their program and they mentioned that it would take a year and a half to two years.

My wife and I were way over our heads. We made phone calls to creditors, but they didn't wanna work with us. They wanted their whole amount or it was, "I'll see you in court." We were also starting to get some phone calls, so, at that point, I told my wife that we needed to do something. I started looking at debt relief and researched about it. I got a few checks on the internet and I felt comfortable with National Debt Relief. They sent over some documents for me to sign, then I signed and sent them off. I told them which accounts needed to be handled and they wanted anything with the balance higher than $500, so I included all of those. We had heavy credit card debt and we gave them all the information through email and faxed back and forth. They provided a debt reduction program and we are around 10 months into it now. They are handling my debt fine. They've already paid off quite a bit for us already, and not just the small ones.

I applied for National Debt Relief's debt consolidation program for my credit cards. I told them my different accounts and they told me how long it would take to pay them off. And then, they sent me a welcome letter. The negotiator who helped me sign up with NDR, John, was friendly and he made the process easy. He told me what my total payoff was and asked me if I could make that monthly payment. I am impressed with their customer service, but I wish their reps didn't read off a script most of the time. In addition, they should not have general answers for everything. If I were to ask them a question that isn't part of the script, they would never give me an answer.

Updated on 06/23/2023: I am so happy to be resolving all of my debt with NDR program. The process has been very easy to follow, my debt specialist, Israel ** was amazing. He walked me through everything. Answered any questions I had. He made sure I understood everything before moving to the next step. My payment plan is something I can afford.
