    A couple of years ago, I was in a financial situation wherein I needed to do something because I didn't have cash flow with my paycheck per month. I looked into National Debt Relief and I was contacted immediately. I felt that the service was personalized and their reps were professional. Since going with them, NDR has been very awesome in negotiating to get some of the credit card debt that was really high to be much much lower. They got balances down to a reasonable amount.

    Thus far, NDRs reps have been very prompt with communication, both through email and phone calls. When there was a creditor who was trying to collect and they were trying to work out a settlement, the reps were very good about communicating with me immediately so that we could decide what's gonna work best for my program. Being with NDR has given me peace of mind. Right now, I don't have an extended credit line, but I've been able to survive. It was an important financial step in my personal life.     My mother has credit card debt. We did a bit of internet research and National Debt Relief had good feedback online. I really liked the person that we worked with to help us get set up. She was very helpful. She set out a program for her to be able to negotiate for her credit card debt. She looked at the numbers and she helped walk us through what the monthly payments would be, how the company would help my mom out, and within a few months, they were able to settle two of her accounts, so that was nice. It’s been straightforward and that’s what we appreciated. Everyone that we’ve talked to has been wonderful as well. Even the underwriters were really nice explaining things before settlement.

    It was a bit daunting in the beginning, but their rep did a great job of breaking down everything, and she’s still available even I know she had a client who just called her. It’s a very personable process, and I think that’s what’s good. It’s not like you’re just calling an 800 number, and this person won’t be around in a year. I actually called her two years later and she was still there.

    I was getting over my head with credit cards stuff and I didn't wanna file bankruptcy. I checked the internet and the ratings, and National Debt Relief was one of the top companies as far as debt relief. So I called them, and they pretty much told me exactly what it was all about. They sent me a packet where I wrote down everything and why I wanted to file on. They also sent me a booklet explaining everything. I faxed all the information to them, and according to the amount of what I've filed, they told me what my payment was gonna be per month.

    After about six months of being with them, they were able to start making payments with my creditors and to the set of payment rates. It's just been about a year and a half that I've been with them, and I'm very happy. They’ve been really, really nice. There was only one person that I talked to that misinformed about some of my withdrawals with my account. When I told another representative about it, she said they would never talk to me in that way and never set that up. It was putting more stress on me than what it should be, and I told them I would never pay more per month than what was negotiated. But the rep straightened it out real good. I didn’t have to make a payment for one month to get me back on track, and it was pretty nice.

    The service is great. They text or call me, and then they text me with whatever agreements that they make and the payment arrangements, and tell me the amount that's gonna come out of my monthly payment. They also give me a list of all the withdrawal dates that's gonna happen. They stay right on top and lets you know exactly what's going on with your money. They've done me very well. It'll be about three years before I'd get out of my debt according to them. It could be sooner, but it took a lot of stress off of me. I would highly recommend National Debt Relief to anybody who has a problem with debt.

    I went unemployed for a while and had a bunch of credit card debts. It was getting too much. I looked on the internet, read about National Debt Relief and I liked what they said better than the other one. The enrollment process with NDR was painless. They asked for my social security number and other information to prove my identification, a list of questionnaires, my hardship and a list of my debts. They took it from there and whenever I got an offer, they would contact me right away and make sure it was agreeable for me and I could afford to go that route. I'm about 60-some percent complete with the process. Since I entered into their program, my credit score has gone up.

    I would usually call NDR and the reps would tell me what was going on, what they agreed and what the percentage of the debt got erased. The negotiators were a team and they don't just say yes without my approval. They would call me up and then send me a copy of what they needed down on the payment plan and then how much the monthly fee. Usually, if it's over a year, they would take the money out within the six months and have an account for me. So, I don't have to worry about anything. I'm comfortable working with NDR and it has taken a lot of stress out of my life. The quality of their service is well over the cost. NDR is an A+ company to help people through in times of need.

    There was a time when I had a lot of debt. I had gotten in over my head and I was unable to make my payments regularly. I went to NDR and thus far they've been doing a good job. I can call and get great service from their staff. Besides taking care of the people whom I owed my debt to, they also let me know when they pay off one of my bills. Recently, I called NDR because a creditor was trying to take me to court. NDR let me give them the date and their reps said they would try to get someone to help me. They've taken care of all my businesses and I haven't had a lot of creditors calling me since they took over. I highly recommend this company.

    I was with Municipal Credit and their Money Management Program, and they refused to take Wells Fargo's card because it was too soon. I was having problems making payments to Wells Fargo due to the fact they were $13,000. They were requesting almost $300 monthly payment. I didn’t have enough money for the other creditors and they are calling and harassing me. Municipal Credit Union has been harassing me as well.

    I tried digging into other places to see if I could get the Wells Fargo account in. I signed up with National Debt Relief's program and they took Capitol One because they already sent me to court. They settled it already because Capitol One sent letters to National Debt Relief, and they try to get to that creditor as soon as possible before it escalates to something else. But NDR haven't solved all my creditors. They only say that if I don’t have enough money in my account, they cannot get to them.

    NDR came forward and settled my Wells Fargo account. They knocked it down to $4,000 from $13,000. I have to pay $386 for nine months while neglecting other creditors. I got happy when that happened but then, I had to fill a 1099 form to solve the problem if the IRS attacked me. I give NDR a monthly payment of $498. I asked them where it was going and they told me that they removed $386 because of the settlement that they negotiated with Wells Fargo. Then they told me that I have to put $200 more so they can negotiate with the other creditors.

    National Debt Relief helped as far as how much payment I have. It's a lot cheaper than having multiple credit cards. When I enrolled with them, they asked how much debt I had, then they calculated my payment based on what I make. They weren't rude, and they've helped me save a lot of money.     I got hurt on my job, and the people at my job didn't want to pay me. The only little money I had, I had to try to get these credit cards fee, so I went with National Debt Relief for their service. They told me settling all my debts would take about two years. Once NDR opened my account and when I started getting some funds in, they take the payment right out of my account and put it in another account that's paying off some of the debt.     The first time I talked to National Debt Relief, it took more than an hour and a half because I had a lot of questions and concerns. I was really paranoid about it being a scam. But they were really nice and they made me feel comfortable. Every time I called NDR, it was a different person, but it was all smooth. It was a longer process than I anticipated, but my debt was high with my private student loans. They helped me and it fixed my debt. Working with NDR cut my student debt in half. I still have a couple of years to go when it comes to finishing it, but I’m definitely on my way, and way more than I would’ve been without NDR.

    I was very skeptical during the first year and a half into the program because that was about how long it took before anything got negotiated. I needed to save up a certain percentage of my debt in order for NDR to truly start the negotiation process. So, it gave me a lot of anxiety for the year and half, because I was making $760 payments for that amount of time but nothing was being done. I felt like I was paying blind. The one thing that made me feel better was that NDR would send me things with lawyers and things showing me that they are a legitimate business. Once I saved the amount of money they needed from me, the process started moving a lot quicker. All of the promises that were made were successful. The payment plans worked out fine. I'm still paying $760 a month and that is very high, but the end goal was that I would be debt-free by the time I was 30. So, that comes with the price essentially.

    My husband and I had adopted a bunch of kids. We are old and stupid, living on social security, and we had drawn up a tremendous amount of debts. I don't know how it got out of hand, but we needed some way of giving something. National Debt Relief made arrangements to pay off about half of what we owed. In order to enroll, we had to list all of our monthly bills and our monthly income, and they set up what was fair for everybody.

    The people I worked with seemed knowledgeable and they answered the questions that I asked. I checked and it seemed like NDR had a good program. Besides, everything I read about them, and whoever negotiated with, they send a book and you fill in all the stuff and they help you if somebody calls and is not happy. You can let them know. Home Depot did not care to participate and so they had sold the debt. The people that bought the debt called and I called National Debt Relief and gave them the information.

    They contacted the people, and it is being worked out as $100 a month. It ended up being about half of what we would have had to pay and being paid forever since there is no interest involved in this. In addition, the bank let me know every month so I can go online and see what comes out and what's being paid. When they agreed to this Home Depot fiasco, they sent me a, “Did I agree to this settlement that they had worked out with the people?” and I agreed, and printed it up, and everything just seems above board with it.

    So far, we're about halfway through the program. We've been doing it for almost two years now and they just take out the money every month and they pay out what needs to be paid out. Since working with National Debt Relief, they made us not have to worry about trying to get out of the mess we made. We would’ve not been able to survive if we keep trying to pay everybody, and this kept us from being in litigation. And so, they made our life easier. While we still owe money and we're still paying it, but not the price we were having to pay before.

    I needed help with my overall debt to income ratio and I heard the best things about National Debt Relief. Enrolling with them was straightforward. I gave them my debt and personal information and then they ran a credit and background check. They then gave me an offer of what they can do. Initially, they set the plan and it was set forth towards a monthly payment, then they wanted me to make a couple payments on that monthly payment which worked a lot better for me.

    Everybody that I spoke to was kind and courteous, and they helped me in any way they can. They communicate with phone calls and e-mails. They also have a webpage but I don’t get on that often. They consolidated my debt and worked with the lenders and the program has cleared up some of my debt. They are still working on the mass majority of it but it’s going the way it should be going.     National Debt Relief is fantastic. I have had a very traumatic time and they have been very understanding and right on top of everything. They call right back when I call them. I have five accounts and we have settled almost all of them. There is a payment schedule that will go on for a few years and we are still gonna be dealing with them. They also took care of some litigation. I got summons and the fees that I pay every month went into a legal fund and they have a lawyer in the region. Plus, they answered the summons in court and the banks that would drop and that we want to settle. I'd recommend National Debt Relief to anybody. They have been great and they take a good fee. It was pretty simple to set up. Anytime they were able to strike a deal for me, they let me know by emailing. If I didn't respond soon enough, they called me. Anytime I had any issues, like if I start a month for a payment, they were great to deal with.     I needed to get rid of my excessive credit card debt and National Debt Relief seemed like a reputable company that had been doing it for a while.     I was told upon starting the program that I would never have to pay more a month than I was originally quoted. Now I’m paying an additional $112 a month on top of my original payment. Please beware of this! Update: A member of National Debt Relief reached out to be due to a bad review that I had left on a different website. After speaking with him and telling him how I was treated and jerked around he was to ask if they could do anything for me as far as lowering some fees to make up for the troubles. I just received a phone call back from them and I got a big NO. They wouldn’t do anything at all to help me out even after lying to me and putting me in even more of a financial strain than I was before.     I was in debt, and the moment I was desperate and needed help, I decided to work with National Debt Relief. I set up the program with them online and once I'm on the program, calls from the debtors were stopped and I haven’t received any statements from them. They haven’t bothered me at all. In terms of payment plans, they withdraw it from my bank account. They said that it would be for two-and-a-half years that I would be in debt with them, and I've been working with them for a year in April.

    When I started with them, they sent me to Michael. Working with him was like being with business people when they want the business of somebody else. They’ll sweet talk and say everything the person would wanna hear. I felt comfortable at first but after I accepted and did all, they transferred me to another person and I haven’t heard from that person since then. So, I’m not satisfied.     National Debt Relief took over my debts, and they negotiated much lower rates than I could do on my own and kept me to a payment plan that I can work into my budget. Enrolling was super easy. I filled out an application, they got all the information from me, sent me a packet and had to sign a couple of forms. By that point, it was already up and running so it was good. Everybody's been super friendly, understandable and to the point. They usually resolve any question right when I talk to them. They gave me a monthly number upfront, and the first number didn't work. They had everything in terms of what they could do, and they were pretty flexible in bringing it into what my budget could handle. I had been going back and forth with creditors over some time, trying to negotiate some stuff down and I couldn't do it on my own. I was very impressed with what NDR was able to do in such a quick amount of time.

    Once I signed up with National Debt Relief, I talked to their reps and we agreed to take an amount out of my checking account to pay off my creditors whom they negotiated with. Every two weeks, they would take out the money and put it in an account in my name which they had access to for the creditors. They answered all the questions I asked them and they really helped me.

    During the process, they notified me when they've negotiated with a creditor and gotten a settlement offer. They contacted me through email and asked if I want to accept the offer which they really lowered. Furthermore, the cost is upfront. It was nothing until they'd negotiated. Still, it was 15% of what I owed. They negotiated everything at least 50% down. It's a big relief, out of my hair. People should call NDR if they need help. It's a lot better than bankruptcy because debtors owe their creditors. Debtors created the bill and sometimes, unforeseen circumstances arise such that they can't pay their creditors. For that, I recommend NDR 100%.
