I was diagnosed with breast cancer, so I got into a financial bind. National Debt Relief was the first one I went through and I have heard good things about them. I went into debt consolidation with them but their rates were high and with people in my situation, it kinda sets the bar back. It was either that or bankruptcy. So, I wish that their rates were a little lower because they charge $600 per creditor which was way too much for the quality of service. Also, I’m not happy with the order that they choose the creditors. They say that some creditors are easier to work with, so they try to deal with the harder creditors. I’ve got creditors that are calling me that are willing to do a good offer and I wanna take it but they won’t tip on the hat. So, I’ve had to negotiate on my own and then remove them from NDR's list.

The personnel were very courteous, professional and thorough taking me through the process of enrolling. Filling out the forms was very pleasant as I was talked through while reading and answering any questions I had pertaining to the enrollment process.

When I lost my job, I couldn't pay my bills and feared I may have to file for bankruptcy. I found National Debt and it really changed things for me. They saved me money monthly and settled a lot of my debt. Everyone was so nice, understanding and helpful! They answered all of my questions and concerns and ended up offering me a loan option due to my timely payments and coming up with extra when asked. That made me feel so good after feeling so helpless and down after the job loss. I was improving and getting back on my feet. Making progress really gave me an accomplished feeling and I don't think it would have been possible without them. Thank you for helping me get my life back on track. In fact, I'm better than ever!

So far my experience with National Debt Relief has been wonderful. The associates are knowledgeable, very helpful and willing to try and do whatever they need to do work with you. Everything was very quick and easy. I also felt very safe and informed in making this decision.

My wife and I are going into our late 60s. We looked at our financial situation and I'm trying to eliminate as many bills as possible in a month because our debt was more than our income. I've heard about National Debt Relief on the radio and then at the same time, I was online looking at NDR. It sounded good and I saw that they have a AAA rating so I decided to go with them.

We had debt that was out of control and I needed help. We looked up companies and looked for their ratings. National Debt Relief is getting us through their program and making progress. We have monthly installments and then, they try to settle once our account builds up. We are over a year into it and we are getting the debt down. Every time I talk to the staff on the phone, they’re usually very helpful and try to answer my questions. So far, it has been a good experience working with them but sometimes, when I call, it’s hard to hear them. Other than that, NDR does help you, especially if you can’t figure out another way to handle your problem. They are very effective.

Trying to get a new start by paying off high interest credit cards so I can pay off medical bills. I would like to give my family a no stress if something were to happen to me as I am the sole provider for my family as well as my disabled daughter.

So far it's been a great experience. After many reviews of National Debt Relief, I feel confident in my decision to use their services. The staff is knowledgeable and very patient. My experience with National Debt Relief was not a good experience. When I called customer service no one knew what I was talking about, never got any paperwork about where my money was going and what and who got pay. I'm an old school person and I especially ask for copies of the paperwork... Never got a welcome booklet and when I decide to stop them for doing business with them and told them on the phone to "Stooop" taking money out of my Bank Account they didn't stop...and still they hadn't NOT "REPLACE MY MONEY" they were supposed to. Still working with the bank so they can REPLACE it. They send some E-mail when I keep asking for proof of paperwork.

I have put all my trust in this company and feel they can help me as this is a nerve racking decision. The people that I have spoke with have me encouraged me to make this decision. Very professional staff. My fingers are crossed and the trust is there to help me become debt free.

I had a problem with a bunch of accounts and I needed a company to help me with the collection agency. I saw National Debt Relief's commercial on TV and I called them. It was easy. They run your social security and they know how much you own and every single company. There were a bunch of questions and it took 20 minutes overall. You decide how much you wanna pay.

The reviews for National Debt Relief were pretty good so I decided to give them a try when I was overwhelmed with debt and doctor bills. I started working with them March of this year and so far, it has been going very well. They are doing a great job and their customer service is excellent. My impression with their reps was good and every time I called or reached out with a concern, they got back to me as soon as possible. They went off everything with me again when I was a little confused about how it worked so I was very impressed with them. It's a really good payment plan and so far, they've closed a few accounts and still working on them. They've been really helpful with me and my debt and people should give them a call and see how National Debt Relief can help them.

My mother-in-law was left with a lot of debt from her son, who had passed away, and we couldn’t help her. When I saw something online and on TV, I looked into National Debt Relief and I saw Better Business Bureau recommended them. It was fantastic. They put all her debts together and they were paying it. They took a lot of the weight off her shoulders because she was getting a lot of phone calls which made her very nervous. She always felt like she was gonna be out on the street. It also gave her more money to work with to pay her water and electric bills. She couldn’t even buy herself groceries and was using her credit cards badly. I have a debt consolidation program with National Debt Relief. I actually started with another company but once I found out how much they were charging me, I quit their service and came over to NDR. Their rep explained their process and fees and it sounded fair and honest than the last company I was with. And during the enrollment process, I told them what I wanted to do and gave them a list of all my creditors. They did the rest. Meanwhile, working with the negotiator was cut and dried. I didn’t do a whole lot of negotiation. After all, I don't have much say about it. All he did was lay out the program.

Calling National Debt Relief was necessary for me. And they made it go so smoothly, explaining all documents from start to finish! Last year, my husband did some research on debt relief companies and picked National Debt Relief. He had a great experience and things started flowing for him. Seeing how it rolled out, I decided to do it too, and it has gone very smoothly since. I had knocked some thousand dollars of debt that I was probably never gonna get to pay off if I had to pay just the minimum. Through NDR, I got my debts broken down, then they set me up on a payment plan and they pull the payments out of my checking account. And so in three years, I'll be covered. The creditors have also quit harassing me.

National Debt Relief walked me through the enrollment process step by step. I talked to the customer service people when they set up a payment plan type deal. Once everything was enrolled, it was like a monthly cost. Their service has been good. NDR takes everything and makes it into one payment. It was an easy process and they've made everything pretty easy. We had another friend that we talked to and they enrolled with NDR as well.

Enrollment was very easy with National Debt Relief. I found that they are better in the way they answer things and the way they communicate. They were also better in the way that they set things up. If I have a problem that seems rather strange, I call the team at NDR and they're very good with explaining things to me. They always answer right away and they're very nice and understanding. The quality of their service is wonderful. Working with NDR has helped me get rid of bills that I was having a hard time paying.

A couple of years ago, I was in a financial situation wherein I needed to do something because I didn't have cash flow with my paycheck per month. I have three credit cards and I'm currently almost $10,000 less in debt. Yesterday was my last payment. My credit score is going back up, so that's been very helpful. My mother has credit card debt. We did a bit of internet research and National Debt Relief had good feedback online. I really liked the person that we worked with to help us get set up. She was very helpful. She set out a program for her to be able to negotiate for her credit card debt. She looked at the numbers and she helped walk us through what the monthly payments would be, how the company would help my mom out, and within a few months, they were able to settle two of her accounts, so that was nice. It’s been straightforward and that’s what we appreciated. Everyone that we’ve talked to has been wonderful as well. Even the underwriters were really nice explaining things before settlement.

I was getting over my head with credit cards stuff and I didn't wanna file bankruptcy. I checked the internet and the ratings, and National Debt Relief was one of the top companies as far as debt relief. So I called them, and they pretty much told me exactly what it was all about. They sent me a packet where I wrote down everything and why I wanted to file on. They also sent me a booklet explaining everything. I faxed all the information to them, and according to the amount of what I've filed, they told me what my payment was gonna be per month.

I looked on the internet, read about National Debt Relief and I liked what they said better than the other one. The enrollment process with NDR was painless. They asked for my social security number and other information to prove my identification, a list of questionnaires, my hardship and a list of my debts. They took it from there and whenever I got an offer, they would contact me right away and make sure it was agreeable for me and I could afford to go that route. I'm about 60-some percent complete with the process. Since I entered into their program, my credit score has gone up.

There was a time when I had a lot of debt. I had gotten in over my head and I was unable to make my payments regularly. I went to NDR and thus far they've been doing a good job. I can call and get great service from their staff. Besides taking care of the people whom I owed my debt to, they also let me know when they pay off one of my bills. Recently, I called NDR because a creditor was trying to take me to court. NDR let me give them the date and their reps said they would try to get someone to help me. They've taken care of all my businesses and I haven't had a lot of creditors calling me since they took over. I highly recommend this company.

I was with Municipal Credit and their Money Management Program, and they refused to take Wells Fargo's card because it was too soon. I was having problems making payments to Wells Fargo due to the fact they were $13,000. They were requesting almost $300 monthly payment. I got hurt on my job, and the people at my job didn't want to pay me. The only little money I had, I had to try to get these credit cards fee, so I went with National Debt Relief for their service. They told me settling all my debts would take about two years. Once NDR opened my account and when I started getting some funds in, they take the payment right out of my account and put it in another account that's paying off some of the debt. The NDR reps call from time to time to update me on my debt and on what's going on. So far, as long as things are getting done, I am very grateful for that, because I could've been really jammed up here. Working with NDR's program has been good and everything has been all right.

National Debt Relief helped as far as how much payment I have. It's a lot cheaper than having multiple credit cards. When I enrolled with them, they asked how much debt I had, then they calculated my payment based on what I make. They weren't rude, and they've helped me save a lot of money. I've only been on the program for a couple of months and they've already closed down two of my credit cards. They said I'm on a five-year program but that's already two of my credit cards paid off. It's been a pretty good experience.

The first time I talked to National Debt Relief, it took more than an hour and a half because I had a lot of questions and concerns. I was really paranoid about it being a scam. But they were really nice and they made me feel comfortable. Every time I called NDR, it was a different person, but it was all smooth. It was a longer process than I anticipated, but my debt was high with my private student loans. They helped me and it fixed my debt. Working with NDR cut my student debt in half. I still have a couple of years to go when it comes to finishing it, but I’m definitely on my way, and way more than I would’ve been without NDR.

I was desperate about my credit debt and don't know how to resolve this problem till I receive an email. So I told myself why not to try, there's nothing to lose anyway. Glad I did apply cause now I feel the weight lift off my shoulder.

My husband and I had adopted a bunch of kids. We are old and stupid, living on social security, and we had drawn up a tremendous amount of debts. I don't know how it got out of hand, but we needed some way of giving something. National Debt Relief made arrangements to pay off about half of what we owed. In order to enroll, we had to list all of our monthly bills and our monthly income, and they set up what was fair for everybody.
