National Debt Relief is only a way out for the desperate who are in major credit card debt and while it's an immediate way out, what they eventually did for me after just several months with the program is they congratulated me with a qualification to transfer my account to Liberty Lending, where basically I was scammed into borrowing from them to pay off debt amount up front at a whopping 21% interest rate because of course, my credit was damaged from all the months I was working with National Debt Relief and not making monthly payments.

Everything was explained very carefully to me, everyone made sure I understood the process. It was a big help into getting me back on track. I appreciate everything, and Sheriza was great. I would gladly recommend this business to others.

My experience was very ensuring and all call to me were very informative. Diana my guide was so helpful with her answers and listening as to why I got into the situation understanding which would be the better option to solve my problems.

I looked up National Debt Relief online, found them and went with them. It was a 38 months program and I've been into it close to a year now. The negotiators would call me and tell me what’s been negotiated and I'd tell them yes or no. It would be nice if there was a set fee rather than them getting half of my money. But at least, my debts are getting taken care of. They’ve worked with me when I was going through hardship. Working with them has reduced my monthly bills. If somebody would need help, I would tell them about National Debt Relief.

I was trying to consolidate payments and pay off debt quickly so I reached out to National Debt Relief. The enrollment process was easy. It was quick to go through and efficient. I'm almost halfway with the program and all of their reps are really good. I talked to a couple of different reps and they were very helpful. They did consolidation of some credit cards and a lower monthly payment for me. They looked at what I could potentially afford based off of my current income. And when my family had an unexpected hardship, I was able to call in and they were able to lower my monthly payment to fit those needs and put it on the hardship program too, so that was great.

I expect this process to settle my debt as explained by the documents I've signed and the conversations I've had with NDR employees. I believe this will save money and enable me to clear my credit when my 32 month program is completed.

My husband and I will definitely recommend National Debt Relief to other people. The team member (Lindsay **) we spoke to at National Debt Relief was very accommodating. He was very knowledgeable in answering our questions. We felt he was also non-judgmental but try to understand the situation we were in. Was very detail and very efficient in helping us to understand the process. We feel that we are on the right track and we look forward to becoming debt free after a few years.

National Debt Relief was the first one that I reached out to. We had a discussion and they understood what my needs and concerns were. They also told me what their rules and regulations were. I understood them perfectly. The program has helped me put some money on the side that I wouldn't probably have already had because I still have gas, electric, and housing bills. I worked with a lady at National Debt Relief who told me to gather all the accounts that I need to work on. We received an account number, and then she told me that it would take six months to start paying off. The process was pretty easy. There was good communication, and the rep was very prompt in responding. The payment plan that they came up with was less than I was paying to all the different people. It was more manageable. I'm still working on the program, and everything so far have been very, very good. I'm very impressed with their service. I'm not as stressed since I started working with National Debt Relief. I'll be debt-free in three and a half years.

I had a friend that used National Debt Relief and she said that they did good. I lost my job, had a lot of credit card debts and I didn't want to do bankruptcy, so I reached out to them. They negotiated the debt that I have and got a lower payoff amount. I was looking at US Debt Relief but the monthly payment with NDR was gonna be just a little bit less and they were just gonna do the same thing. NDR gave me an amount the day that I signed up. I pay them $161 a month and within four years, everything is supposed to be clear. When the debt gets resolved, they call me to see if I approve of what they've done.

I had a lot of credit cards and I wasn't able to afford them anymore. They started to add up on top of my hospital bills. Enrolling with National Debt Relief went really smoothly. Even though my credit at this point is pretty bad, the rep helped me a lot and explained the whole situation. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Anytime I have questions, I feel like I have somebody that's actually watching my back and helping me out, not them trying to rush to get me off the phone. National Debt Relief helped us get out of debt with our credit card. There's one last one that we've been working with and we thought that we'd be out of debt within about four months. They've settled with the creditor but after I talked to them on the phone about this final settlement, I got an email saying that it's gonna be until September of next year. I don’t understand how that is happening because we already have the money in there. We had almost $10,000 in our savings with them and the settlement was only supposed to be $10,000. Overall, it has also taken about three years. We thought it was gonna be done in about a year and a half but it's been twice that long.

I'm diabetic and I'm doing dialysis. I got behind my bills and I wasn't working too many hours like I used to. National Debt Relief told me how much I could pay a month and it will take 28 months to pay my debt off. I've been in the program for about four months already. Their rep gave me some payment options as to which one to take and which one I wanted, and the way we worked right now came out good. Their rep said that they were gonna pay two of my creditors off. They made a deal with them on how much to pay it off. They were upfront and whenever something comes up or when they are able to make a deal, they call me and let me know what's going on and what we could do with the debt. Give NDR a call and explain to them what's going on and how much debt you're in. NDR will work with you and let you know what you can do.

Everyone I have spoke to are very kind and helpful. They took their time to explain everything I needed to know about the process and legal matters. The guy who helped me set up the initial claim was very thorough.

I really appreciate their help and support. If there is interpret in the company who can translate to a foreigner such as second language client would be pleased.

I want some old debts paid off and I enrolled with National Debt Relief's program. They were rated number one on Google. The enrolment process was fairly easy. However, I thought the negotiator lied to me and I was told differently than what the original percentage was, but I could still live with it. I've been with the program for six months now. The payment plan they set me up on was good however, I had a rough spot at work and I'm struggling, but they're working with me. I thought the program would go faster than what it is, but still, I'm satisfied with my experience with them.

I was on social security and was not able to handle debt. I learned that National Debt Relief was the best, and they worked towards making settlements with my debt. They tried to be accommodating, but it was really difficult for me. While I was with them, the payments were too high. It would leave me with $1 for the month to live on. I couldn’t handle the cost, so I went away from them. They did but one bill and said it was $400, but I felt they were also paid for their services.

I was with another company prior but I liked what National Debt Relief had to say. However, I'm having an issue with them now because they told me to stop paying my bills which I did, but then I was getting letters and phone calls. I called them last week to tell them that. I've had to ask them twice to stop taking the payments out of my paycheck because I'm going further in a hole as I'm making payments for bills that are part of my program. NDR's rep said that it was up to me to stop paying the other people. I told her that I had to work out a payment with them because they were calling me at work and I didn’t want the embarrassment. I don’t have any guidance and I want assistance. The rep just kept saying it's at my discretion to stop but my thing was, can they reach out to them? I'm frustrated and I'll probably end up going out of the program.

NDR's enrollment process was okay and wasn't difficult. They gave me options and I took the one with the highest amount that I thought I could afford. At the time I enrolled, they seemed to be the most reputable. I'm a little over a year into the program and it has reduced the amount of money I have to pay every month. It's a very slow process though, which I'm not happy about. I'm at least two years away from being out of debt. They've only done two of the three cards. I don't know if it's about them since we haven't put the money in. Also, I would like someone to call me and let me know what's going on. I don't think anybody has called me after I enrolled. I've contacted them by email and they've responded though.

NDR has consolidated all my unsecured debts into a monthly payment with a three-year repayment plan. They sent me a packet to enroll, I then filled out a form, and we went over it on the phone. I'm through my first year and this program has worked with me and for me. It took a lot of grief over constant phone calls and people trying to make demands that you couldn't make. The program also took a lot of the worries away for me as I'm someone who wanted to pay my debt and didn't see a way out of it, and they provided that. I also lost my husband and a son, and I just felt overwhelmed.
