However, after further research and review with the National Debt Relief team, I feel confident and well informed this program is the best choice to become debt free! National Debt Relief helped us get out of debt with our credit card. There's one last one that we've been working with and we thought that we'd be out of debt within about four months. They've settled with the creditor but after I talked to them on the phone about this final settlement, I got an email saying that it's gonna be until September of next year. I don’t understand how that is happening because we already have the money in there. We had almost $10,000 in our savings with them and the settlement was only supposed to be $10,000. Overall, it has also taken about three years. We thought it was gonna be done in about a year and a half but it's been twice that long.

I had some credit card debts that were high that I needed to get help with. I like National Debt Relief's reputation and I wanted to resolve my debt problems the right way, so I signed up for debt consolidation with them. The reps were lovely and easy to work with. I even expected things to take a while but they easily managed my expectations very well. They have provided excellent service. NDR has taken a lot of the stress away from knowing that I don't have to deal with the collectors and don't have to take care of the debt myself. I would recommend National Debt Relief to others.

I'm diabetic and I'm doing dialysis. I got behind my bills and I wasn't working too many hours like I used to. National Debt Relief told me how much I could pay a month and it will take 28 months to pay my debt off. I've been in the program for about four months already. Their rep gave me some payment options as to which one to take and which one I wanted, and the way we worked right now came out good. Their rep said that they were gonna pay two of my creditors off. They made a deal with them on how much to pay it off. They were upfront and whenever something comes up or when they are able to make a deal, they call me and let me know what's going on and what we could do with the debt. Give NDR a call and explain to them what's going on and how much debt you're in. NDR will work with you and let you know what you can do.

Everyone I have spoke to are very kind and helpful. They took their time to explain everything I needed to know about the process and legal matters. The guy who helped me set up the initial claim was very thorough.

Both ladies were very thorough with explaining everything and making sure everything was in order. Kellie made sure all things were in order for my paperwork to be processed and approved. Karen, I do believe that was her name, confirmed everything that Kellie did and the other legal aspect of the paperwork.

Chris was excellent. He kept appointment times, made sure I was clear about all aspects of the program and very importantly to me did not make me feel like something was wrong with me for having the debt issues we are facing but focused on improving the situation for our family.

I want some old debts paid off and I enrolled with National Debt Relief's program. They were rated number one on Google. The enrolment process was fairly easy. However, I thought the negotiator lied to me and I was told differently than what the original percentage was, but I could still live with it. I've been with the program for six months now. The payment plan they set me up on was good however, I had a rough spot at work and I'm struggling, but they're working with me. I thought the program would go faster than what it is, but still, I'm satisfied with my experience with them.

I’ve just started with the National Debt Relief and I can honestly say it will be a challenge. So far the customer service has been very helpful with the explanation and gist of it all. What the NDR program is all about and how they operate has been fully explained in detail. I was on social security and was not able to handle debt. I learned that National Debt Relief was the best, and they worked towards making settlements with my debt. They tried to be accommodating, but it was really difficult for me. While I was with them, the payments were too high. It would leave me with $1 for the month to live on. I couldn’t handle the cost, so I went away from them. They did but one bill and said it was $400, but I felt they were also paid for their services.

NDR's enrollment process was okay and wasn't difficult. They gave me options and I took the one with the highest amount that I thought I could afford. At the time I enrolled, they seemed to be the most reputable. I'm a little over a year into the program and it has reduced the amount of money I have to pay every month. It's a very slow process though, which I'm not happy about. I'm at least two years away from being out of debt. They've only done two of the three cards. I don't know if it's about them since we haven't put the money in. Also, I would like someone to call me and let me know what's going on. I don't think anybody has called me after I enrolled. I've contacted them by email and they've responded though.

I was with another company prior but I liked what National Debt Relief had to say. However, I'm having an issue with them now because they told me to stop paying my bills which I did, but then I was getting letters and phone calls. I called them last week to tell them that. I've had to ask them twice to stop taking the payments out of my paycheck because I'm going further in a hole as I'm making payments for bills that are part of my program. NDR's rep said that it was up to me to stop paying the other people. I told her that I had to work out a payment with them because they were calling me at work and I didn’t want the embarrassment. I don’t have any guidance and I want assistance. The rep just kept saying it's at my discretion to stop but my thing was, can they reach out to them? I'm frustrated and I'll probably end up going out of the program.

I'm through my first year and this program has worked with me and for me. It took a lot of grief over constant phone calls and people trying to make demands that you couldn't make. The program also took a lot of the worries away for me as I'm someone who wanted to pay my debt and didn't see a way out of it, and they provided that. I also lost my husband and a son, and I just felt overwhelmed.

Ivori ** did an amazing job helping me through this. She was so kind and friendly. She is doing great work! The man I spoke with for my Welcome Call did an excellent job as well. He walked me through everything I needed to know and was polite.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer, so I got into a financial bind. National Debt Relief was the first one I went through and I have heard good things about them. I went into debt consolidation with them but their rates were high and with people in my situation, it kinda sets the bar back. It was either that or bankruptcy. So, I wish that their rates were a little lower because they charge $600 per creditor which was way too much for the quality of service. Also, I’m not happy with the order that they choose the creditors. They say that some creditors are easier to work with, so they try to deal with the harder creditors. I’ve got creditors that are calling me that are willing to do a good offer and I wanna take it but they won’t tip on the hat. So, I’ve had to negotiate on my own and then remove them from NDR's list.

The personnel were very courteous, professional and thorough taking me through the process of enrolling. Filling out the forms was very pleasant as I was talked through while reading and answering any questions I had pertaining to the enrollment process.

We had debt that was out of control and I needed help. We looked up companies and looked for their ratings. National Debt Relief is getting us through their program and making progress. We have monthly installments and then, they try to settle once our account builds up. We are over a year into it and we are getting the debt down. Every time I talk to the staff on the phone, they’re usually very helpful and try to answer my questions. So far, it has been a good experience working with them but sometimes, when I call, it’s hard to hear them. Other than that, NDR does help you, especially if you can’t figure out another way to handle your problem. They are very effective.

When I called customer service no one knew what I was talking about, never got any paperwork about where my money was going and what and who got pay. I'm an old school person and I especially ask for copies of the paperwork... Never got a welcome booklet and when I decide to stop them for doing business with them and told them on the phone to "Stooop" taking money out of my Bank Account they didn't stop...and still they hadn't NOT "REPLACE MY MONEY" they were supposed to. Still working with the bank so they can REPLACE it. They send some E-mail when I keep asking for proof of paperwork.

I have a debt consolidation program with National Debt Relief. I actually started with another company but once I found out how much they were charging me, I quit their service and came over to NDR. Their rep explained their process and fees and it sounded fair and honest than the last company I was with. And during the enrollment process, I told them what I wanted to do and gave them a list of all my creditors. They did the rest. Meanwhile, working with the negotiator was cut and dried.
