Well explained and professional experience. We chose the debt consolidation to get out of our huge debt. We were so behind it wasn't even funny. National Debt Relief explained the program where we understood it completely. We were considering Bankruptcy and just had a bad feeling about it. So this is the route the we felt was our best scenario.

I found National Debt Relief's approach to assisting the client to be a layered systematic outreach to those of us who have not quite turned the corner to life after the funding mechanism to sustained middle-class life is severed.

National Debt Relief gave me a better rate on payments every month, and so far, they're the lowest one that I came across. I spoke to a rep over the phone and I gave her all my credit card info, and then they sent me documents to sign and we turned it back to them to start the process. I'm in a two and a half year program with them. I'm doing the payment plan that they gave me every 6th of the month. As that amount builds up, they start to get in touch with my credit card companies and make them an offer and see if they will accept it. And if they do, NDR normally reaches out to me through email, telling me that the company is willing to take the offer and how we're gonna pay it. I will decide if it's a good offer for me, and then I give them the okay. Without my okay, they don't take that offer. If I find that it's too much or it's a good deal, then I make that decision. So when I make the decision, they put it in and get it resolved.

The quality of customer service that I've received from NDR has been nothing short of outstanding. Every representative that I have been in contact with has been extremely polite and knowledgeable. The whole experience has let me feel at ease in knowing I picked the right company to get me back on track.

Since I am deaf, I used the Sprint ip relay to call the welcome call. Edmund ** took the call and took time to go through the whole process to make sure I understood what was going on and what I needed to do. I know the call took twice as long as it would with a hearing person but he was patient with the operator who was typing in text what he was saying so I could read and relayed back what I was typing to him. Edmund went through everything and even took time to answer few questions I had to make sure I understood.

He explain everything to me. We went over the debt, how much price each month. He read the agreement to me while I was following him on the computer. They call back today to check in everything is a go.

I was laid off in mid-2016, and had been unable to find new work in my profession as a telecommunications technician. I was very underemployed doing work with catering companies, but the work was poorly paid. I had to spend my savings to pay rent. Even with her regular income, she and I were making ends meet by using credit cards, and our debt ballooned out of control. This wasn't through frivolous spending, but simply the cost of living in California, and the cost of raising our 10 year old daughter.

I wanted to consolidate my debt, so I sought the services of National Debt Relief. When I did my research, NDR was one of the top debt consolidation companies that came up online. It was very easy to get started with them. The enrollment process took an hour. You just gotta fill out the application online, then they call and let you know if you’re approved or not, and you set up your routing number. But if I had other accounts and wanted to add them, they gave me a hard time doing that. Once I had a contract with them, they couldn’t add another account unless they had a whole deal.

National Debt Relief seemed like they could handle more of my debt than the other company could. They reached out to me and I've talked to them a few times. We talked a little bit about some of the settlements, and conditions that would happen during the program. They were pretty responsive, and they helped me understand some of the terms in their program. Everything went pretty well. NDR helped me set up a dedicated banking account for the payment plan. They're monitoring the credit served and they're pulling the money out, so it's working. I’ve had a couple of settlements already. Working with NDR has definitely helped lower the stress factor.

National Debt Relief is only a way out for the desperate who are in major credit card debt and while it's an immediate way out, what they eventually did for me after just several months with the program is they congratulated me with a qualification to transfer my account to Liberty Lending, where basically I was scammed into borrowing from them to pay off debt amount up front at a whopping 21% interest rate because of course, my credit was damaged from all the months I was working with National Debt Relief and not making monthly payments.

Everything was explained very carefully to me, everyone made sure I understood the process. It was a big help into getting me back on track. I appreciate everything, and Sheriza was great. I would gladly recommend this business to others.

I looked up National Debt Relief online, found them and went with them. It was a 38 months program and I've been into it close to a year now. The negotiators would call me and tell me what’s been negotiated and I'd tell them yes or no. It would be nice if there was a set fee rather than them getting half of my money. But at least, my debts are getting taken care of. They’ve worked with me when I was going through hardship. Working with them has reduced my monthly bills. If somebody would need help, I would tell them about National Debt Relief.

I was trying to consolidate payments and pay off debt quickly so I reached out to National Debt Relief. The enrollment process was easy. It was quick to go through and efficient. I'm almost halfway with the program and all of their reps are really good. I talked to a couple of different reps and they were very helpful. They did consolidation of some credit cards and a lower monthly payment for me. They looked at what I could potentially afford based off of my current income. And when my family had an unexpected hardship, I was able to call in and they were able to lower my monthly payment to fit those needs and put it on the hardship program too, so that was great.

I expect this process to settle my debt as explained by the documents I've signed and the conversations I've had with NDR employees. I believe this will save money and enable me to clear my credit when my 32 month program is completed.

I had a friend that used National Debt Relief and she said that they did good. I lost my job, had a lot of credit card debts and I didn't want to do bankruptcy, so I reached out to them. They negotiated the debt that I have and got a lower payoff amount. I was looking at US Debt Relief but the monthly payment with NDR was gonna be just a little bit less and they were just gonna do the same thing. NDR gave me an amount the day that I signed up. I pay them $161 a month and within four years, everything is supposed to be clear. When the debt gets resolved, they call me to see if I approve of what they've done.

National Debt Relief was the first one that I reached out to. We had a discussion and they understood what my needs and concerns were. They also told me what their rules and regulations were. I understood them perfectly. The program has helped me put some money on the side that I wouldn't probably have already had because I still have gas, electric, and housing bills. It helps me to take my time and to be able to get advice and counseling from them if I ever needed it. There were things I was thinking about doing or different ways and things I could do better. But they would be there to give me some options to the things I'm talking about.

I worked with a lady at National Debt Relief who told me to gather all the accounts that I need to work on. We received an account number, and then she told me that it would take six months to start paying off. The process was pretty easy. There was good communication, and the rep was very prompt in responding. The payment plan that they came up with was less than I was paying to all the different people. It was more manageable. I'm still working on the program, and everything so far have been very, very good. I'm very impressed with their service. I'm not as stressed since I started working with National Debt Relief.
