Was difficult to understand the representative. She has a slurred speech and went to fast. It felt uncomfortable the entire time. Maybe she was new and not sure of herself and I felt she may have been put on the job too soon. Not a good experience at all and I'm sure not for her either. It made the process take way longer than it should have, about an hour which we told it would take 15 to 20 minutes.

I have been dealing with the payment of my accounts for a long time. I made personal loans to get out of them but they did not work. I feel that all I earn is to pay and I stress a lot. Too early to really know. A little skeptical. Would have like to be able to get full info about what needs to be done with closing accounts with card companies and what to expect with my banks accounts. Was told to go to bank and close accounts. Not a good idea as it cost 30 dollars for each account.

We were just paying and paying and then not getting anywhere. NDR got all the interest lowered to get our debts paid for quicker. They are getting us closer to being out of debt. The payment plan was pretty good. It kind of strapped us several months where usually, before the end of the month, we’re pretty low with money. Their rep was very nice and made me feel more secure in what we were doing. NDR has paid off a few of the things and we don’t get phone calls anymore. We’ve been doing it about a year, then after that relief.

I was behind my bills and also trying to reduce on the fees and penalties and streamline my payments. National Debt Relief was recommended and they talked to me about my overall debt. They did an overview of it, informed me of the process, and talked about the monthly payments and signing up. The negative part was that when I started, I felt my credit wasn’t at the best place, but it got worse. I wish I had thought about it some more. It would be something where you're not trying to do anything with your credit in a span of a year to two depending on how long the program is because in that period, you're gonna have negative things.

They cleared a few debts. I only got one left, which was the biggest one. Once I'm done with them, I will only have the basic debt -- my home and my car. Well explained and professional experience. We chose the debt consolidation to get out of our huge debt. We were so behind it wasn't even funny. National Debt Relief gave me a better rate on payments every month, and so far, they're the lowest one that I came across. I spoke to a rep over the phone and I gave her all my credit card info, and then they sent me documents to sign and we turned it back to them to start the process. I'm in a two and a half year program with them. I'm doing the payment plan that they gave me every 6th of the month. As that amount builds up, they start to get in touch with my credit card companies and make them an offer and see if they will accept it. And if they do, NDR normally reaches out to me through email, telling me that the company is willing to take the offer and how we're gonna pay it. I will decide if it's a good offer for me, and then I give them the okay. Without my okay, they don't take that offer. If I find that it's too much or it's a good deal, then I make that decision. So when I make the decision, they put it in and get it resolved.

The quality of customer service that I've received from NDR has been nothing short of outstanding. Every representative that I have been in contact with has been extremely polite and knowledgeable. The whole experience has let me feel at ease in knowing I picked the right company to get me back on track.

Since I am deaf, I used the Sprint ip relay to call the welcome call. Edmund ** took the call and took time to go through the whole process to make sure I understood what was going on and what I needed to do. I know the call took twice as long as it would with a hearing person but he was patient with the operator who was typing in text what he was saying so I could read and relayed back what I was typing to him. Edmund went through everything and even took time to answer few questions I had to make sure I understood.
