    I wanted to seek help before I claim bankruptcy since I was not seeing ahead and I didn’t wanna touch my mortgage. I was looking online and National Debt Relief had the best reviews for debt consolidation. The first time I talked to the rep from NDR, it was professional. He called me back, read me over what the process was gonna go through and what it would be like for me. Right now, my credit’s gonna look bad, but then towards the end, it will be all paid off. If they were gonna negotiate somebody, I would either get an email or a call from someone to let me know what the negotiations were gonna be like. I always check online on National Debt Relief what’s going on and what’s pending. Everything has been awesome and great.

    I have three credit cards that are still pending that still haven’t got any feedback from the companies yet but they have gotten two out of the five already resolved. I pay a monthly sum based on the debt and they have been very flexible with the payments. I’m still making that payment towards them which is paying off my other cards. So far, working with NDR has been good and I have recommended them to my sisters.

    I had credit card debt and when I researched National Debt Relief, they had a good rating. They’ve been working on debt relief for me and so far, the experience has been very good. They sent me a packet and then, they followed up on it. I’ve never had something like that happen before and I was a little confused in the beginning, but the more I read up on it, the more I looked at the program and the way it has unfolded so far, I’m beginning to understand most of it. Still, they could work more on communication.

    The interactions with the negotiator was quite well and we had no problem. We discussed the situation, and made it clear what they were going to do and what was going to happen. I was very satisfied with his explanation. The payment plan fits the budget and although it was a little bit more than I wanted, in order to get out of debt, that was what I was counting on. A lot of the medical bills were charged because that was the only way we would get through it and the reason why we had problems at the end making the payments to the creditors. It’s only been less than a year and we’re only about a third into the program. So far, NDR seem to do the job and they’re taking care of things. I have absolutely no complaints. It’s a good way out and people should try it. I would highly recommend it.

    My experience with your staff was amazing. I was uneasy because you can never be sure what company is going to really help. I did voice, jokingly, some of that concern and Angel was very supportive and understanding and made feel more comfortable with the whole process. My welcome call was the same, the woman I spoke to (unfortunately I forgot her name) was amazing and very down to earth and understanding.     When I retired from the military, I bit off more than I could chew and I felt bad about the decisions that I made with my credit card. My wife looked at various companies but her friends had a good report about National Debt Relief. I liked the idea of them helping me pay my debt and not having to pay the full amount. What I would pay is still less than what I would owe after everything is said and done, if I was to pay what I'm supposed to.

    The NDR enrollment process took about 45 minutes on the phone and just me giving them our information. Then, they’d call me if they wanna settle and I just contact them. If I can settle, we do. If not, then they give me so much time to pay the excess. I’ll be a year in the program in January and I don't feel like I'm as concerned about my future as I was. Now, I don't owe 5 separate people. I owe one and that makes such a difference when trying to pinch pennies. We've already paid off four debtors. There was one that was a high-dollar amount and another one which is a lower dollar amount. We are 40% done now money-wise and 50% of the creditors were paid off. I'm glad a company like NDR is there to help me.

    National Debt Relief gave me a better rate on payments every month, and so far, they're the lowest one that I came across. I spoke to a rep over the phone and I gave her all my credit card info, and then they sent me documents to sign and we turned it back to them to start the process. I'm in a two and a half year program with them. I'm doing the payment plan that they gave me every 6th of the month. As that amount builds up, they start to get in touch with my credit card companies and make them an offer and see if they will accept it. And if they do, NDR normally reaches out to me through email, telling me that the company is willing to take the offer and how we're gonna pay it. I will decide if it's a good offer for me, and then I give them the okay. Without my okay, they don't take that offer. If I find that it's too much or it's a good deal, then I make that decision. So when I make the decision, they put it in and get it resolved.

    It took me a couple of months to build that equity into my saving account. I have five credit cards that need to be resolved. NDR already resolved two of them, and one of them is in the process. Whatever payment I'm making and whatever division my credit card company make, NDR works with me and the credit card company to make sure that every transaction is successful. They keep me updated with whatever offer is coming in. I have no issue with them so far. Everything is perfect. It's a great experience and I would most definitely recommend them to anyone in the future.

    Since I am deaf, I used the Sprint ip relay to call the welcome call. Edmund ** took the call and took time to go through the whole process to make sure I understood what was going on and what I needed to do.     I called upon National Debt Relief to help me get back on track. After receiving threatening letters from a creditor I prayed for help and applied to NDR. The morning I submitted an inquiry online, a few hours later I received a phone call and then an email which I gladly responded to from Sheryl **. That was Saturday 12/8. She then answered my email and we spoke on the phone on Monday 12/10 where she helped me ALL day with the application process and step 1 in the enrollment plan.     I was laid off in mid-2016, and had been unable to find new work in my profession as a telecommunications technician. I was very underemployed doing work with catering companies, but the work was poorly paid. I had to spend my savings to pay rent. Even with her regular income, she and I were making ends meet by using credit cards, and our debt ballooned out of control. This wasn't through frivolous spending, but simply the cost of living in California, and the cost of raising our 10 year old daughter.

    Debt consolidation companies were unwilling to work with us because of our debt-to-income ratio, but that we should call them back when we had two incomes. What the hell?! He waled us through the process, and stayed with us each and every step of the way. And when our intake was complete and we were handed off to NDR customer service, the first thing that they did is verify all of our information so that we knew we had been handed off properly. How about that for customer service! We now have financial peace of mind, we know exactlt how much we will be paying every month, we have a budget, and when we complete the program in about 4 years, we will be able to rebuild out credit with the assistance of NDRs credit repair consultations.     I wanted to consolidate my debt, so I sought the services of National Debt Relief. When I did my research, NDR was one of the top debt consolidation companies that came up online. It was very easy to get started with them. The enrollment process took an hour. You just gotta fill out the application online, then they call and let you know if you’re approved or not, and you set up your routing number. But if I had other accounts and wanted to add them, they gave me a hard time doing that. Once I had a contract with them, they couldn’t add another account unless they had a whole deal.

    At this point, I’m half way through the process. Right now, they've consolidated some of my debts and majority of the accounts than I owed on had lower settlements on them. The staff at NDR have been friendly and I've felt very comfortable working with them. They're there from Monday to Friday and they've been willing to help me out as much as possible and keep me informed. Also, the cost of their program in relation to the quality of service that I've gotten is fair. By working with NDR, I was relieved of stress when it came to collectors calling.

    National Debt Relief is only a way out for the desperate who are in major credit card debt and while it's an immediate way out, what they eventually did for me after just several months with the program is they congratulated me with a qualification to transfer my account to Liberty Lending, where basically I was scammed into borrowing from them to pay off debt amount up front at a whopping 21% interest rate because of course, my credit was damaged from all the months I was working with National Debt Relief and not making monthly payments.

    In hindsight, I could have challenged this decision, but at the time, I was still in desperate, get out of making high monthly payments mode so I agreed. What I'm left with now is a 3 year loan at 21% interest where I barely make a dent in the principal balance. And while the monthly payment is about $200 less than I was paying directly to cards, which would have taken me much longer than the 4 year loan with Liberty Lending, I find it dishonest that this is National Debt Relief's solution to helping people in debt, desperate enough to fall for it.

    If you have any other solution to solving your debt problem, do your research before committing to National Debt Relief, who is obviously in an agreement with Liberty Lending to take desperate credit card debt holders from one bad debt to another slightly less bad debt they're locked into for several years with a high interest rate--just another form of predatory lending. If you have high debt, which will take you a while to pay on your salary, they will just turn you over to Liberty Lending so they can slap you with a high interest rate on a debt loan and they won't keep you on the program which you can make payments at a lesser interest rate.

    I was trying to consolidate payments and pay off debt quickly so I reached out to National Debt Relief. The enrollment process was easy. It was quick to go through and efficient. I'm almost halfway with the program and all of their reps are really good. I talked to a couple of different reps and they were very helpful. They did consolidation of some credit cards and a lower monthly payment for me. They looked at what I could potentially afford based off of my current income. And when my family had an unexpected hardship, I was able to call in and they were able to lower my monthly payment to fit those needs and put it on the hardship program too, so that was great.

    I had a friend that used National Debt Relief and she said that they did good. I lost my job, had a lot of credit card debts and I didn't want to do bankruptcy, so I reached out to them. They negotiated the debt that I have and got a lower payoff amount. I was looking at US Debt Relief but the monthly payment with NDR was gonna be just a little bit less and they were just gonna do the same thing. NDR gave me an amount the day that I signed up. I pay them $161 a month and within four years, everything is supposed to be clear. When the debt gets resolved, they call me to see if I approve of what they've done.

    I thought that they were gonna negotiate all of them at one time and make a payment to all of them. Instead, a smaller payment is paid off one at a time. They've resolved two in making payments and one of them should be paid off. They had a third one that I can't approve because they wanted more money and I couldn't do that. I won't approve that because I won’t be using them if I had the money to pay it. They still got 10 more accounts to deal with. It was good interacting with their rep but since I got enrolled, I haven't heard from him. When I called, it's whoever answers the phone and then, they would tell me what I need to do and where we're at. I'm spending less on debts right now. I don't know it saves me a month but it saves me a bit.

    I had a lot of credit cards and I wasn't able to afford them anymore. They started to add up on top of my hospital bills. Enrolling with National Debt Relief went really smoothly. Even though my credit at this point is pretty bad, the rep helped me a lot and explained the whole situation. Everyone was super nice and helpful.     We are in a lot of debt and we needed to do a consolidation type thing. My experience with National Debt Relief has been really good. They were very helpful in getting us signed up and they’ve been very helpful in trying to get settlements going for us. Interactions with their reps have been good so far. I wished that it was a little bit cheaper, but that’s not their fault. It has become less stressful since working with NDR ‘cause all I have to do is make sure that there’s money in my account on those times of the month, and they take care of the rest.

    I think this program will put our worries over the substantial amount of doubt we have at ease. I like the idea of paying it off instead of settling and then opening another line of credit to pay that settlement debt. Each person I have spoke with has been easy to understand, patient, polite, and a joy to talk to. At times I needed to use email communication and they welcomed that route also.
