    I have been with National Debt Relief for seven months. My wife was running up a lot of debt on my credit card, and I needed to go get somebody. I wasn’t getting relieved when I signed up with them, but they’re doing a good job. I’m satisfied with what they’re doing. I told them how much I owed. Then they investigated how much it was, and told me I had to pay monthly $420 a month for 36 months. I agreed. They draft it out of my checking account every month. Their customer service call me every now and then, and tell me the progress they’re making. They've knocked a couple out already.

    I talked to a gentleman in New York, and he told me about what a good program National Debt Relief was. I liked the way he was talking. He was upfront and honest. As a result of that I decided to enroll to them. The gentleman overnighted to me some paperwork and I got everything filled out. We got everything settled through the mail. He said the program will take 36 months and I have been working with them for a year. They got all the companies to come down on my debt and they worked out a monthly payment program. Different people started calling me for updates and I appreciate it. My only disappointment is nobody is calling me in the last three months to let me know what was going on. Nevertheless, I'd tell a friend that NDR is a good program and they really help.

    I was not able to pay my bills that were due. I took a chance with National Debt Relief after reading up on them and seeing that they had good reviews. They are now negotiating with the creditors I owe from and so far, they have been successful. Normally, when they are in touch with one of my creditors and make some type of negotiation, they contact me. Then sometimes they will call just to see if I had any questions or any other creditors that I need to add. It's like a reminder for me because I've been so busy. Their negotiators have been extremely informative, helpful, and polite. The payment plan that I have is a little high but considering my debt balance, I'm working with it. Also, it's better than paying the creditors themselves. The money I pay NDR could be just for one creditor. With the number of creditors that I have, the cost is not bad.

    National Debt Relief provided service to lower the debt incumbency for three of my credit card accounts and they are working on one that is still pending. The NDR team was courteous, responsive to my questions and there was no pressure. I explained what my current budget was and they worked with me on that on the payment plan. It was temporarily increased to let me know they needed more. They also reduced it back when it was no longer necessary.

    The rep helped to try to explain the program and what I needed to do as far as making deposits. It has worked and I’m glad that something has started to happen because it took a while. When things started happening and I could see the progress that was made, I let them know that I was pleased about that. Working with NDR was a weight off my shoulders as far as having all that debt. I'm more out of debt than I'm in debt but I still need to ask to get advice from them. Right now, I have no credit and my scores can't go up so high because I'm not paying on anything. I have no hard or soft credit which is a negative, but at least, payments have been made.

    I needed money to get my credits square up. National Debt Relief was scored a B or an A in the Better Business Bureau, and so, I went ahead with them. The enrollment process was super easy, and they explained it to me. The guy that I first called, talked with, was super patient with me and answered all my questions. They gave me a breakdown of my bills and the payments, and the time frame of when they would be paid off. The rep took in all my information and it was like he knew how much I would be able to afford. They agreed to a payment plan and they asked me if it was okay before they go through with it. So I felt included with the whole process. I like the time frame that the rep was giving me too. Also, I had access to the money and I could cancel it out whenever I wanted to. I've as well called a couple of times and they were always very prompt and friendly with me.

    I was told it was gonna be about three years. The program is starting to pay off because I'm starting to get some credit card companies. I'm guessing that has to do with my credit score going up.     Was difficult to understand the representative. She has a slurred speech and went to fast. It felt uncomfortable the entire time. Maybe she was new and not sure of herself and I felt she may have been put on the job too soon. Not a good experience at all and I'm sure not for her either.     I was behind my bills and also trying to reduce on the fees and penalties and streamline my payments. National Debt Relief was recommended and they talked to me about my overall debt. They did an overview of it, informed me of the process, and talked about the monthly payments and signing up. The negative part was that when I started, I felt my credit wasn’t at the best place, but it got worse. I wish I had thought about it some more. It would be something where you're not trying to do anything with your credit in a span of a year to two depending on how long the program is because in that period, you're gonna have negative things.

    Also, I wish the program involved actually negotiating to take out the negative report on one’s credit after the negotiation because it's showing up as a write-off. And that still shows negatively if the program is incorporated with, “Hey, we will negotiate with your creditors, but we also have a program on the other hand that actually takes back negative report back on your credit so that way you're getting a balanced work.” So, I don’t think it's for everybody. Not everyone can handle going through that. Other than that, the reps have been knowledgeable. They tell me about the organization they've talked to and how much they were coming up with. And the cost has been good. I don't think it's bad because of the overall goal.

    We were just paying and paying and then not getting anywhere. NDR got all the interest lowered to get our debts paid for quicker. They are getting us closer to being out of debt.     When I wasn’t able to pay my bills, I looked around online and read some reviews and National Debt Relief seemed like they were okay. Enrolling with them was pretty simple, easy and quick. I was told though that it was gonna be such amount of dollars each pay period and a total amount of this and all the bills would be paid but then I have them coming back a couple of times saying that they got an offer from this one creditor and that it’s gonna take more money. They provided me with settlement service and getting things resolved. Enrollment with them was easy. So far, it has been positive as far as resolving a couple of my debts. It has proven to be excellent over time. Their staff has always been positive and helpful. With the exception of a couple of them, they’ve always been very sympathetic, flexible and accommodating.     I wanted to clean up my up my credit, get my points together, be in a position for other projects and straighten things out 'cause I got some things I wanna take care of. I'm getting a little older, and I don't wanna work the rest of my life. When I heard National Debt Relief over the radio, I called them. The guy and I talked, and what he said sounded good so I took a chance. They told me I can always stop if I wanted to so that's a plus. They're gonna help me get my debts in order.     Their negotiator was very good and did what they promised. I didn't really wanna do their second thing, but it looks like it's gonna work out in my favor. In terms of the payment plan, they take it out every other Thursday when I get paid so that makes it a lot easier. I've been in here one year so I haven't seen the benefit of it yet and I wanna see it on my credit score. But everything is gonna work out in my favor and I'm almost through with them. I'm just waiting they finish up everything within 90 days on this other thing then I'm gonna see if my score is gonna start rising or not.
