I was not impressed with National Debt Relief. I was misled and I didn't realize what they really got and what was gonna be done. They told me that I would give them so much money a month and they would pay my bills. But I found out that they were not paying my bills. I'm paying $304 a month. They're collecting the money, and then later on, negotiate with somebody. And then, I have to come up with that money extra to pay the negotiation. I'm not happy about it but I don't have a choice. I got in it, so I'm just rolling things. I wouldn't recommend National Debt Relief to anybody. They should be more honest and upfront about things.

My wife and I have had a terrific experience so far with this company. Jakeith ** was the first to reach out to us and did an excellent job explaining the company and the steps we needed to take. He made a scary, troublesome time of debt seem not as scary after all. All other representatives have been great as well.

The lady was not very nice, nowhere NEAR as nice as the initial lady who opened my account was. Her name is Theresa. The welcome call woman talked too fast. She was very abrupt. When the program was explained to me, the negotiator was crystal clear on what the program was and how it would affect me. I was very comfortable with them. I told them the truth and they were well-versed with this type of situation. If I had any more questions and concerns, I would either scan a document that I might have received or I would send an email. They would get back to me within 24 hours and they usually put it in writing exactly what I need to do or don't do. I'm getting great service from them so far. I’m having a hardship. I was with a company for 10 years, then they closed, and I’ve been working two or three jobs trying to make ends meet. On top of that, after working two or three jobs, it's still not enough to pay the bills. National Debt Relief has been around and has been providing an outcome for people that had a setback or hardship. I checked and my scores are improving. NDR is negotiating with the creditors and the creditors are not harassing me every hour and hour like they were before.

I have been with National Debt Relief for seven months. My wife was running up a lot of debt on my credit card, and I needed to go get somebody. I wasn’t getting relieved when I signed up with them, but they’re doing a good job. I’m satisfied with what they’re doing. I told them how much I owed. Then they investigated how much it was, and told me I had to pay monthly $420 a month for 36 months. I agreed. They draft it out of my checking account every month. Their customer service call me every now and then, and tell me the progress they’re making. They've knocked a couple out already.

They took the time to explain everything in great detail. They answered any and all questions I had and made sure I was fully informed on everything. I would highly recommend using them if needed. Thank you for your time and patience.

I talked to a gentleman in New York, and he told me about what a good program National Debt Relief was. I liked the way he was talking. He was upfront and honest. As a result of that I decided to enroll to them. The gentleman overnighted to me some paperwork and I got everything filled out. We got everything settled through the mail. He said the program will take 36 months and I have been working with them for a year. They got all the companies to come down on my debt and they worked out a monthly payment program. Different people started calling me for updates and I appreciate it. My only disappointment is nobody is calling me in the last three months to let me know what was going on. Nevertheless, I'd tell a friend that NDR is a good program and they really help.

As I would try to ask questions, I seemed to distract the agent from her script. It seemed to irritate the agent. The agent was knowledgeable but not thorough with her responses to me. Good follow up and follow through! The reps who contacted me were very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I’m at a point where I can no longer keep up with the surging debt I’ve accumulated. I was not able to pay my bills that were due. I took a chance with National Debt Relief after reading up on them and seeing that they had good reviews. They are now negotiating with the creditors I owe from and so far, they have been successful. Normally, when they are in touch with one of my creditors and make some type of negotiation, they contact me. Then sometimes they will call just to see if I had any questions or any other creditors that I need to add. It's like a reminder for me because I've been so busy. Their negotiators have been extremely informative, helpful, and polite. The payment plan that I have is a little high but considering my debt balance, I'm working with it. Also, it's better than paying the creditors themselves. The money I pay NDR could be just for one creditor. With the number of creditors that I have, the cost is not bad.

Pamela deserves kudos for such enthusiasm and caring and the feeling of being genuinely interested in my status. She was very knowledgeable about her job and seemed happy to help. You can tell she is smiling on her side by her sincerity and focus on task. She goes above and beyond.

I had some credit card debt that was just difficult to pay down. I was basically just paying the interest. Seeing good reviews online on National Debt Relief, I got in over a year ago and went through a fairly easy enrollment process. My program is for two and a half years, so I'm about halfway now, and NDR has settled about half of my accounts as well. In the beginning, it hurt my credit score, but that was expected. As of now, I'm trying to recover from taking a hit from the initial part of the program but overall, I've had a good experience with NDR.

Response to my inquiry was very quick. All of the details about what NDR does were explained thoroughly. Risks were discussed realistically. My situation was accessed and I was accepted into the plan. The enrollment process was quick, and a follow-up call was given the next day.
