Everyone I have spoke to has be very informative. As well supportive in try to help me with my situation and I'm very grateful to National Debt Relief for everything. Could have asked to speak with a more helpful and understanding group of people to deal with.

NDR is the best in market. They dealt with me so professionally and accurate on all info. I had a call and my application was accepted and opened in less than 48 hours. Do not go for any other firms they all are scam.

My overall experience so far with this company has been absolutely outstanding! Everyone is so helpful and patient. They truly care about what’s best for me and it makes me feel very comfortable to work with them! I would recommend them to anyone I know that needs help with debt.

Your program is presented in a very professional way and so far I am very impressed. Only one suggestion... I believe each contact has many debtors to service so they tend to speak so quickly one cannot catch everything they are saying and they need to slow down with such important information.

I recently encountered a large amount of debt quickly due to a car accident and hospital bills. That added to preexisting debt I had been struggling to manage had me really overwhelmed. Instead of bankruptcy I took some advice and decided to look into debt consolidation. National Debt Relief helped take away a lot of my stress for me by being able to clump together everything that had been building up in a way that was easy to understand with a payment plan that at least can help me a see a light at the end of the tunnel again.

I had a wonderful experience getting started on becoming debt free. The agents I spoke with were very knowledgeable on the information provided to contact my unsecured debts so they would not harass me. The information initially was provided to me in a very speedy manner.

I called to get information on National Debt Relief and feel like I was pushed into doing something that I really wasn't comfortable. They make it all sound so positive until after you give the ok, and then that's when they tell you that using this will most likely significantly negatively impact your credit score and that creditors can still come after you, and you could even have legal action taken against you by the creditors. At one point, I even asked for additional time to consider and was treated like I was an idiot for asking for that, and told I had to do it that day or lose the chance of getting out of debt. They were very pushy, and did not truly have my best interest in mind.

Very helpful with completing the goal and getting a good rate for the person. Fast with the follow-up calls. Very to the point with the details of what will happen in your time with the program. Helpful with any questions.

The welcome call seemed script-driven and not very customer service. He assumed many things as he spoke and did not bother to clarify some items leaving me to follow his conversation as best as I could. His description of the legal portion left me having to wonder about some of the aspects I was told of earlier by Drew. The bi-weekly cost was different than agreed upon by Drew and myself when we first discussed this matter, so how and why did the cost change? His rapid fire speech left me at the start line and wondering again if this is the company I need to help me with my financial status. I heard him mention some issues which I could mail said docs to National Debt Relief but did not get any mailing address as he was moving so fast, I did not have time to jot things down nor have time to formulate my question. He did ask if I had any questions at the end, at which I was still trying to piece together the parts I did get.

Both Matthew and Kierra were very helpful during the entire process. They both left me with peace of mind. So far, I would recommend your service to anyone. I'm hoping to be debt free as soon as possible and have a better future!

I just signed with NDR 1-2-19, so far very pleased with the counselors whom I've spoken to. They have explained the program to me and provided me with copies of all our agreements. I can't seem to find an order number or client number, but other than nerves, I feel it will be a good solution to my debt problems.

National Debt Relief's reps made me believe their company was real. At the time, I didn't believe. I had already dealt with a few credit people before and nothing really happened. They didn't offer me debt consolidation which was what I preferred. Instead, they told me to stop paying the bills. I thought consolidation would be NDR giving me a loan to pay off everybody and I would be paying them the money back. That wouldn't affect my credit. Instead, they are negotiating a buyout price at a lower rate. The consultants whom I worked with were pretty helpful and they didn't mind answering questions. The cost they quoted was reasonable for my situation.

The enrollment was fairly easy and my interactions with their team members have been great. They're very knowledgeable. First of all Crystal Simpson was easy to work with and very patient with questions. Explained each step and explained when I didn’t quite understand. The second “follow up” call was not as “ smooth” as the initial. Sedona was harder to understand, except when I asked her to explain something... Then it seemed she took more time, didn’t sound as “bored” as when going over the last part of the process. I think with so much information for the client to absorb you should make sure there are staff that have “good telephone voices”. I’m still not sure if or when I am suppose to contact my creditors. Anyway I’m committed to doing this and grateful for these services.

The first worker, Mike **, slurred a lot of words together in his habit of speaking English, & I had to really concentrate & sometimes guess at what he said. I found that National Debt Relief is one of the top-rated companies when I did some Google research. I'm working with them and so far, they've helped settle at least 3 different debt accounts for about 50% of what was owed. I worked with whoever negotiator is available and everybody has been very professional. Everything has been very discreet and the situation has been treated very professionally. Also, the cost of service is very fair considering the results that they're gonna give and the amount of money that they're gonna save us in the end. It makes it worth it to pay for the benefits. I couldn't see the end of my debt before but now, I can see that eventually I'm going to be debt-free.

I have been very impressed with the ease of this process. I didn't think there was hope for my situation. I'm happy that I can now be on a better financial path. Everything was clearly spelled out for me and direct contact information was helpful and reassuring.

Straightforward, to the point, hopefully everything works out the way they hope for. If they can get out of debt and the timeframe that they told me which is three years, it will be a very very very good thing.

The funds aren't coming in like they used to when my husband was alive. I was looking for a company that would help us out and I went with National Debt Relief. They were the first one that responded to our needs. I called them and for me, the enrollment process was very easy. I had the debts all together, and I knew what I needed when we need it. We needed someone to take them over and to help negotiate with the creditors and see if they can reduce that debt and then make the payments. Now, the only thing that I didn't understand is the fee involved with National Debt Relief. The reduction and everything was $940 a month. At the time, I was able to afford it, and I'm still able to afford it, but we may have to change the date but I'm not sure of their fee for doing that.

The two individuals that my wife & I spoke with were very calm & reassuring. I hope that the process will be relatively quick & "painless". Compared to the last person we talk about your people were not pushy & not make us feel like unworthy people!

The call was very professional. All of the information given was very informative and very well explained. It is very helpful to be able to go over the paperwork over the phone and sign right away. Very helpful services provided.

I was not impressed with National Debt Relief. I was misled and I didn't realize what they really got and what was gonna be done. They told me that I would give them so much money a month and they would pay my bills. But I found out that they were not paying my bills. I'm paying $304 a month. They're collecting the money, and then later on, negotiate with somebody. And then, I have to come up with that money extra to pay the negotiation. I'm not happy about it but I don't have a choice. I got in it, so I'm just rolling things. I wouldn't recommend National Debt Relief to anybody. They should be more honest and upfront about things.

He made a scary, troublesome time of debt seem not as scary after all. All other representatives have been great as well.
