Being new to the process I was scared about how things would work, but after speaking with the customer service I was put at ease. Overall the experience has been outstanding. When setting up my account all went well until the welcome call and that rep was rude and condescending. If I could have signed up without dealing with her all would have been wonderful but her attitude left me feeling very negative about the whole process and the company she represented.

Our service representative was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. By providing legal backup, I feel confident in pursuing debt settlement. By taking over the negotiations with my creditors, the harassing phone calls have stopped and has allowed me to focus on getting out of debt for good.

I felt comfortable with National Debt Relief. They estimated what the payoffs would be. I pay them so much a month and they are paying things off. I’m very pleased. My payment plan is very fair and much easier to do. I have an excellent negotiator who is very helpful. Whatever question that I had, National Debt had an answer or several answers for. I've been in their program for five months and I still have about 15 months to go. Working with them, there is relief that I’m not having to deal with some of the people I had to deal with before.

We had high amounts of credit card debt due to hospital and medical bills. We had too much going out and I wanted to get out of debt. My daughter gave me National Debt Relief's number and we got hold of them and got everything started up. We talked with them over the telephone and they sent some stuff through the mail. Our negotiator was understanding and easy to get along with. He explained everything nicely. We were given a four-year timeline for the process and we've made progress so far. Working with NDR was a good idea. It's nice trying to get out of debt again.

Such a wonderful experience, very well knowledgeable representative, you feel like you can trust them! They take the time to make sure you understand everything and if you have any questions or concerns they are there to make sure everything is clear and your questions is answer perfectly.

Very helpful and informative. My only complaint is the representatives talk too fast. It's hard to keep up with what they are saying thus difficult in understanding everything fully. However, when I asked questions, they were very eager to answer and give me feedback on my understanding.

After 8 very long, frustrating months of getting nowhere with other customer service reps & managers, making multiple phone calls with no advancement to show from it & eventually losing our ability to bank with HVFCU which we have been with for over 10 years, finally in November 2018 during another frustrating phone call to find out why this account still hadn’t been touched at all, I had the pleasure of being transferred to Ola.

It's very easy to enroll in the National Debt Relief program. I've dealt with them mostly on the internet and when I've called them, their reps have been very cordial and nice. The cost of the program is good and they've been very helpful. I'm a year in and they've been doing a good job in settling with the debtors.

I thought Daniel ** was extremely nice and explained everything well. The success welcome caller Angel was very nice also, at time she talked pretty fast but was extremely nice also. I was extremely grateful that you were able to extend our payment plan a few extra months.

My experience was fine. No problems to report. The wait for the phone to be answered was way too long. 15 to twenty minutes or so. Then I called back the first time was ten minutes. I hung up and called back and was placed on hold so that my info could be pulled up. I didn’t like that either, but the people who I spoke with made everything right.

National Debt Relief seemed to make everything easy and the monthly settlement offer that they gave me was something that worked with my budget. It made sense. We did a 39-month program and they would have been right on in that estimation but I ran and came across a little bit of money. I gave them a lump sum to help facilitate my situation faster so I can get out of debt and look forward to rebuilding my credit once I was out of the program. It’s been almost three years now and I’m coming up on the end. I’m hoping to get my last settlement offer and be done by the end of the month.
