24 hour compliance call - Thank you for your patience with the call quality! You conveyed all the information necessary and were not overly robotic. When we call we’re always on hold for the first 10 minutes until we get a representative. We give her a name or number who we are and they said, "We need to transfer you to another representative" to handle our account so on hold with that person for another 10 minutes. We wait that person can help us. We get transferred again and on hold for 30 minutes on the phone to where she can get some on the phone.

Thus far I am very pleased with the customer service and responsiveness! I am elated to have made this decision towards debt freedom. I look forward to this journey that has assisted me from filing bankruptcy. Thanks! Your reps are exceptionally patient and knowledgeable. This experience was pleasant because of your well trained and caring employees. Thank you so much. They made my mother feel like everything is going to be ok, when she was in a situation where she surely felt overwhelmed.

The initial call is the hardest to make. It takes about an hour or so and then you wait for approval and that is another hour so your nerves are racked during that time. The person helping me explained the process pretty well even though I had a good idea how it worked. It felt a little patronizing but at the same time it was reassuring that help was there and available. You will sign a lot of legal documents which is also nerve racking but it is needed. The most off put I felt was when the "legal services" were offered on the welcome call. I was under the impression they were included in all the fees already. It didn't drive my cost up but every little bit counts when depositing into your account for negotiation.

This is the first time I enroll to this kind of settlement. I feel so nervous during the enrollment process, but when I spoke to Mr. Paul ** and Karen (welcome call), they are excellent in explaining and guiding me throughout the process. As we goes through I feel some relief already. Thank you both of you!

Went very smoothly. About as painless as is possible considering it's about debts. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgable. There is a lot of repeated information which is good for some people, I'm sure, but is a bit time-consuming. That would be my only "negative."

National Debt Relief's service is very good. They answer fast all the time and are very respectful and helpful. I called a few days ago because I had questions, and they put information in my account and resolved my questions right away. They take bi-weekly payments from my account and it's very convenient. They take a little longer to stop the creditors from calling the customers, but they've already closed one of the accounts. I'm really satisfied.

A friend had a good customer service experience through National Debt Relief. She knows that they’re personable and they worked with her, so I went with them. They gave me a timeline of how long everything would take and it seems to be becoming so involved. So, it seems to be working and according to plan and what we had discussed. I'm making those monthly payments which definitely decreased the total I was paying for on a monthly basis now. It’s working for me. I had one time where I was not sure if I was gonna be able to make the payment on the date that I had picked and they explained that they could work with me and change this and change that. I was like they didn’t give up on me is what I felt like, and I like that. They were still there to help me.

After I signed up with National Debt, it wasn't what I thought it would be. I thought they would take all my debt and consolidate it into one bill. But it was not quite like what I thought it was. What they do is they take my highest debt and I have to build up savings. After I get so much into savings, they would send out a letter. Meanwhile, my other debt is getting further and further behind. I didn't know that in the beginning.

It's very easy to enroll in the National Debt Relief program. I've dealt with them mostly on the internet and when I've called them, their reps have been very cordial and nice. The cost of the program is good and they've been very helpful. I'm a year in and they've been doing a good job in settling with the debtors.
