National Debt Relief provides debt settlement for me. They took it out every check and put into almost like a savings account for me. I'm about halfway done the program. If I have any questions, the reps are always really good about finding out exactly the right answer for me. And if there's something going on like a settlement, they're good about calling me and letting me know right away so I can accept those terms. They're always really friendly. Also, I'm really satisfied with the cost. It saves me a lot of money. Working with NDR has taught me a lot because I used to feel like I was drowning in it like there was no way out and now, it almost feels like I'm normal again.

The representative I spoke with was very understanding and nonjudgmental. He encouraged my being proactive and taking care of myself and my family. Wasn't sure what to expect when I enroll in this but after talking to the lady on the welcome call, I felt a bit more secure of where my financial situation is going. All of my questions were answered and the program was explained in depth. I wish I had called sooner. Very helpful, they explain everything clearly and in a friendly manner. I had overextended myself and wanted to get my debt cleared up and be back on good financial ground. I kept getting mails from National Debt Relief so I researched them and I saw a lot of places that they were number one. They had really good reviews. Enrolling with them was easy. Their reps asked a lot of questions and I answered them. The cost is a little high but not excessive. So far, two of my debts were cleared and I have three years left in the program. I like that there’s somebody available 24/7. However, you don’t work with the same person all the time. It would be a more personalized experience if you work with one counselor all the time. It would be easier as far as being comfortable and familiar. But I can see how it would be difficult on their end because that person could be on the phone all day long with customers and not be able to get any work done, and the person needs a day off. Overall, my experience with them has been good.

I had a lot of bills and I knew that I couldn't pay them all off. Somebody at work went through National Debt Relief and liked them, so that person gave me NDR's information and I went with them too. Getting set up with NDR was fairly easy. I gave them my social security number and they looked stuff up. I also gave them my address for them to send bills to. The customer service really wanted to help me out and they always got right back to me when they needed to. So far, NDR has been doing really well and they've definitely been making progress. I pay so much every two weeks and I've already gotten three of my bills paid off. I've got more bills coming out and I can't wait to get my debts paid. NDR is reasonable and they're one of the best debt settlement companies.

I first spoke to Qwan who was very helpful in explaining the various points of the program. He was detailed in his explanations of which debts I could include in the program and why. He was pleasant to speak with and very professional. Within 24 hours, I spoke with Jamie at the welcome center. She was great. Jamie helped get my account setup and helped me log onto the website for the first time. She explained the Get Legal Security plan in detail and even how I could add another account to the program if needed. Jamie was very pleasant and had a great sense of humor. I have enjoyed getting started in the program and I feel that I have made the best decision for my situation. I would recommend this to a friend. NDR has made me feel welcomed and confident.

Staff were very kind and easy to talk to. I was very nervous about calling but the experience was very positive. All of my questions were answered and the program was explained in depth. I wish I had called sooner. I am looking forward to being debt free.

Updated on 4/16/2019: I’m only in the first couple of months but NDR has already paid off two of my loans, so that’s good. They were able to get things done so well, so quick. They knocked off more than half the interest of one specific card. It's really impressive that they were able to do that ‘cause I would have never been able to. The payment plan that they set up is definitely doable for the amount of debt we had. I really appreciate that there is a person out there that actually understands getting into hard times and that there’s a program out there to be done. We had a fire in May of 2017 and that was really hard. It brought all of this debt on. The insurance companies didn’t immediately pay, so we were out of nothing. We had to live in a hotel for almost a month or two. I really needed help at that point.

Everyone was so helpful. From the very start each and every person I talked with was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend National Debt to anyone in need of help. I look forward to being debt free so I can sleep at night and not worry.

I was in debt, and I still don't have a steady job to be able to keep up with the payments. I decided to go to National Debt Relief's program and their customer service was more upfront about what they wanted to do with my account. The service so far has been good. Anybody who takes a call there gives me the answer that I'm looking for. So far, they've been very helpful. But there were a couple of things that they told me that haven't happened. Like they will take care of my accounts in six months. It has been seven months now and only two of them have been negotiated with the company. When I called the rep and asked him what happened to the other ones, they said they didn't have enough funds to negotiate anymore for now until I get done with the two that they are working on.

Both Evelyn and Nathan were very helpful and explained everything in detail and answered all my questions in detail. I am very pleased how they took whatever time was needed to make sure that all my concerns and questions were answered.

It was a long, ordeal but I am sure it is well worth the time. Nathan ** was very helpful with the process and helped me feel safe in going forward with the program. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the man from the Welcome line, but he did a nice job. I have problem with hearing some men's low voices; this made it hard to understand him at all times but he always repeated whatever I needed to hear. The real time for rating the program will be in four to six months when something has begun to happen and again when the thirty months are up and all is good.

This was a tough decision for me but the people I talked to from NDR made me feel secure in my decision. I had to be convinced a few times that this was a good decision for me and I thank your trained professionals for helping me.

Updated on 04/04/2024: I did the program to pay off our credit card debt and completed it in four and a half years. Every time I called, the reps at National Debt Relief were nice and took care of whatever I needed. If we had a month that we couldn't make that payment, they handled it. They sent something asking if I had considered a loan to get my credit score up which I didn't want to start with but other than that, I would recommend it if people are in that situation. It really helped us out and it's such a great feeling to not have any credit card debt.

I had so much overwhelming debt that I was trying to resolve on my own. I had run out of options. I found NDR online and called. They were so helpful and got me set up quickly. Great customer service! They talked me through every part of the process to make sure I understood and helped me choose my best option. We even discussed budgeting strategy and in 2 years, I’ll be able to do what I could not do by myself in 10!

My fiancée enrolled with National Debt Relief for herself a few years ago and they had done well for her, she will be finished next month for her last account and then, she will be completely freed up.
