Anthony ** handled everything in a very timely manner and was extremely professional during the entire enrollment process. He responded to my emails very quickly and made me feel confident that my personal information is safe with this program. He went through the final steps of enrollment in detail, but was concise enough as to not drag it out. I am really excited about being debt free and while this program is not a loan, which means it is not a quick fix, there is no interest; and everything is included in my payments and I have confidence that they have the means to handle any issues that could arise during negotiations, etc. My Welcome Call representative, Guadalupe, I believe is her name, was also very professional and very quick when reading through everything which is great for me because I am always working! If you are considering taking a loan out to consolidate credit card or any other debt I strongly suggest applying for this program first.

The call was very informative and she was patient with me and understanding as I was on the bus and it was the only time I had to do the call before going to work and she repeated things for accuracy as well as helped me with confidentiality as too sensitive information.

The first steps of the program are extremely easy to complete. NDR pulled my credit report and told me they could help with 7 accounts. Making the minimum payments on these 7 cards would cost $38,000, I'm set up to pay $274/monthly until NDR negotiates a settlement and the debt is absolved. There is no penalty for paying extra, to get through the program quicker. The Debt Relief Kit provides helpful scripts when dealing with creditors. I contacted NDR yesterday and my account, my online profile, and a great feeling of relief. I have major medical problems and will end up on Social Security Disability in the future.

National Debt Relief is a good company. They're very reasonable to work with. The enrollment process went smoothly. They gave me a timeline and a quarterly rate for it. The staff that I've talked to so far have been very nice and very professional in what they do. They explained everything to me and they answered all my questions.

I was paying a certain amount every month but I wasn't able to keep paying it and so I wanted everything to be consolidated to a lower bill. I used National Debt Relief and working with them allowed me to have a stress-free mind. The enrollment was very easy and convenient and for the payment plan, they took into consideration the other bills I have. Their reps have answered when I called and they've helped me with how to get online to look at things. NDR's program has managed to give me the ability to pay the amount. I'm impressed with the speed of the process and I know that I can pay more to speed it up even more.

Updated on 06/18/2019: The biggest problem with this company is they are not trustworthy. Even worse, they are also poorly trained and will tell you something different every time you call. Whether their disorganization is due to poor training or a facet of their scam, is hard to tell. I worked with this company for a year. In that time, all three of my accounts have been charged off. For months, I was told that one of my accounts was resolved and payments were completed. However, as soon as I asked for a paid in full letter, all of sudden, it was NOT resolved. NDR had only paid one payment out of three. However, they had taken $1500 in fees over the past year & had accomplished nothing. This is taking money for a service you did provide, and even worse, lied about.

Everyone was amazing and very helpful. George was wonderful and did an amazing job making me feel comfortable and excited about the future. I feel that I will be out of debt and on a path to recovery and credit I can be proud of. George explained everything so I could understand. For the first time I understood all the legal lingo.

Easy process, usually I hate being on the phone, but the process was step by step stress free. I would recommend this service to anyone struggling with debt due uncontrolled circumstances. I look forward to being debt free in three years instead of thirty.

I enrolled with $10,000 credit card debt. I got sued. Destroyed my credit. I fired them for the 3 credit cards' debt $8047. I repaid over $9k. Plus I have the lawsuit for $3450 for a credit card that had a balance of $2700. In total enrolled initially with less than $10,000, I will be paying $12,450 which is $2,400 more plus destroyed my credit. It's a SCAM. They charge you a percent on the original balance and default on your loan. You pay more. It's a SCAM.

Keith was very informative and helpful. He made the process quick and painless. He explained to me all the details and what would happen. Also discussed different options. Confirmed multiple times that this is the route I wanted to take. Confirmation call rep. was efficient and confirmed all info.

I read the reviews online saying National Debt Relief was good. I'm about halfway through the process with them and they've been helping me greatly so far. Everyone is really friendly and very helpful every time I talk to them on the phone. National Debt Relief works but I wish my monthly deposits were a little lower.

I looked into consolidating all the debt so I can pay them off. My parents have used National Debt Relief before and they were very successful so I worked with NDR as well. The customer service is excellent and the reps are helpful and effective. Whenever I have a question or an issue, they're very willing to help and communication is great. I started paying off different credit cards already, so it works really well.

During enrollment, they went over all my financial debt, looked at my credit score and looked at my credit history, and laid out an option for me. I liked it and I took it. The rep I work with is understanding and calming. And working with NDR has made it easier for me and my family to pay my other responsibility of bills, utilities, and everything else. They’ve always kept me in the loop and never made a decision without my approval. All my debt got relieved into one payment and it all got reduced down and I should be done by the end of the year.

After National Debt Relief claimed to have settled each of my debts, and I graduated from the program, I received a summons from one of my creditors, which stated I was being sued for the unpaid balance! I reached out to National Debt Relief about the matter, and they claimed that they would look into it for me, and they did, but never got back in touch with me. I called them back and asked what was going on on their end, and they said that there was a filing error, and they were missing documents from the creditor. They said that they would resolve the issue and get back with me, and they've since disappeared. I've now had to involved my own attorney, and when I clear up the matter, I intend to alert my state attorney about National Debt Relief, and my experience with them.

I have been with NDR for some time now. Trying to get my debt in order, due to a medical and financial hardship while pregnant got myself in this loop of debt. With the company I recently noticed on my statements that each time I call to speak with a representative I'm being charged $12.95?!? You're helping people settle debt and you are charging them for seeking assistance as far as a question goes?!? On already paying a monthly service fee, a fee percentage on the debt that is paid off! I don't understand how you can charge a person to ask a question over the phone, there is a service request online but they always ask you to call in for further assistance what I understood is just to give the comp at a heads up before your call reaches them. Nowhere on the contract is it specified that if you call to ask a question you pay a fee. Surely this is going against consumer rights as bad business conduct.

I was hesitant to go through this process at first but after speaking with Vanessa ** my specialist a second time I decided to go through this process. She did a very good job at answering all my questions and concerns. So far everything was explained well to me and I guess in a few years we shall see the end results.

National Debt Relief provides debt settlement for me. They took it out every check and put into almost like a savings account for me. I'm about halfway done the program. If I have any questions, the reps are always really good about finding out exactly the right answer for me. And if there's something going on like a settlement, they're good about calling me and letting me know right away so I can accept those terms. They're always really friendly. Also, I'm really satisfied with the cost. It saves me a lot of money. Working with NDR has taught me a lot because I used to feel like I was drowning in it like there was no way out and now, it almost feels like I'm normal again.
