This was a surprisingly pleasant experience. My rep was very kind and patient with me and very upfront and descriptive of what I could expect from this program. He was never pushy or rude nor did he try to get me to do anything that I didn't want to. He simply listened to me and then used that information to guide me to my best options. She did a great job at explaining everything that was going to happen and going to be done. The only problem I had was that I'm hearing impaired and she talked a little too fast and I had to ask a couple of times to repeat herself. Other than that everything else was great.

Attempting to pay all of my debt in the time that was negotiated with NDR. I got myself in such a heavy debt in order to keep things moving like car expenses, medical expenses, caring for a sick parent, and other household expenses that kept piling up.

I don't get enough information from National Debt Relief. They should improve their communication. That's the only problem I have with them. I've been with them for about a year now and the payment plan was based on the monthly debt and not on what I had.

My experience was great, I was treated with great respect. Harry was very understanding when I told him what I had been going through just losing my mom and my dad been in the hospital for about a month and half just got out and my cousin just lost her mom my aunt and she just works at Walmart. Her car got reposed and house was behind and I paid it for her and it got me behind but I couldn't see her lose everything.

After a scam cost me all my money in November and I had to suspend my NDR program, I restarted it today. Both the rep who signed me up and the Welcome Call rep were excellent at what they did. My only negative is the Welcome Call rep talked a little too fast. Also, I cannot find an "Order Number" or NDR account number anywhere in the agreement.

The Welcome Call was well delivered by your C.S. Rep. She was very pleasant and easy to talk to. She Represented the Company well and made me feel secure in using your company to resolve my financial hardship.

I reached out to National Debt Relief because I want to get rid of my debt. My ex-wife used them as well. The enrollment process was quick and easy. I spoke to somebody and the process was partially online. However, I am not too happy at the moment. It seems like the process the settlement is dragging on. I'm frustrated with the constant phone calls from creditors. NDR has taken care of only two out of six accounts. It’s taking forever. They say it’s three to four months, but instead I'm up to six months now. They give you an account to watch, to see what’s working and what’s not. So far, they haven't started since before Christmas. I figured they had start settling things out, but they haven't. The cost is really minimal at the moment, but I don’t mind the cost. If they do stuff quicker, it would be understandable.

I needed help with my credit card debt. It was too much. We did a bunch of research online and National Debt Relief seemed like they were reputable and so I got their services. Ever since I started working with them I have been feeling that we would be getting out of debt. It's been great. Everything they've told me they'd do, they've done. They’ve already settled the debt on two cards for substantially lower than I thought, and they’re working on the other one starting now. They talk you through everything and their reps have been very knowledgeable and helpful. However, it will be good if they have an app where you can check your updates instead of doing that by going to a website. They were also a little aggressive on the payment plan. I would have liked it to be cheaper, but they got it done with the hole that I got myself into so I had to go with what they were suggesting.

I saw National Debt Relief on TV and I decided to take a test. Enrolling with NDR wasn’t difficult. I talked to my grandson and we talked it over. I have been working with them for about two months and the program will finish in a couple of years. NDR reps are calling and letting me know how it was working, although I hadn’t heard from them in a while. Some of the bills are still calling me and I’m going to talk to them about that. I will feel good when I'd get it paid off. Overall, I’m satisfied with National Debt Relief.

I like National Debt Relief's Better Business Bureau rating that's why I went with them. They negotiate debt payoffs. They create savings account for me to pay into for them to use that money to pay the debt off. The enrollment process was easy. They contacted me and basically did it all for me. They guided me through the process and anything that needed to be signed or any verbal conversations that I needed to have. The program has worked very well. I've got all my debt addressed at this point, except for one last account. Also, the interactions I have with the reps are great. They are very positive, polite and awesome. They also provide quick response time. One time, I called, got busy, had to hang up and they called me back.

I am old and I had bills that I could not pay. I saw National Debt Relief on TV and I wrote their number down and whenever I decided I gotta do something, I have it. I went with them and enrolling in their program was pretty bad for me because I'm not computer wise. I had to have a 12-year old kid do it for me. I have been with them for more than six months now and the program got rid of two of the bills so far but there are still two of them outstanding. I am also not happy with the 21% that they're gonna charge me. I'm trying to sell some property and if I sell that property, hopefully, I can pay their bill whole. But, the interactions I've had with the people that work at NDR has been very good and I'm satisfied now.

I've had five strokes and I’m in a walker, and I’m still going to therapy. I lost my job, so I had no income and they don’t think that I’ll be able to work again. All we have is a little Social Security. I’m doing credit card services with National Debt Relief and I started a little before I had my strokes. I thought everything would be under control, but it didn’t work out that way. I had to send National Debt Relief $571 a month, then add something as I get enough money where they can call a creditor and talk them down or work it out with them. Then, NDR calls me and says that they settled for this amount and they ask if I want to do it. At that point, I would tell them yes or no. This has been about four months and so far, we got two of the debts done. Most of the debts are $1,000 or over, but I can only send $500 a month.

I've worked with National Debt Relief in the past, and when I needed to do a debt consolidation, I called them and they got my information as far as the debt that I owed and the companies that I owed them to. There have been times where I felt a little pressured. For this enrollment, I had collector contact, debt relief, and they wanted to add them to the profile that I've had of companies that I owed to. They would then increase my monthly payments, so I told them that I didn't wanna do it that way. The person I was speaking to made me feel a little pressured, and he moved on right away. But otherwise, I felt that they were very supportive and knowledgeable. Overall, I'm very happy with the actual debt relief. I felt that they kept me informed and that they were very open to working with me as far as debt and financial situation.

The service has been great and I was impressed with the negotiator's understanding of the situation that I was in. I was very comfortable working with him. Also, the program got my debt down. We went through all the debt I had and it has been worked out from there. I only have two accounts left that are open and the rest have been resolved.

They even sent everything that we had discussed in an email form, so I could read it as well as talk to them directly over the phone. Going through the program took away stress. It was reassuring knowing that what I was paying was going towards getting rid of the debt and not just paying interest every month. It was something else going down. It was definitely helpful.
