It is so nice to be able to deal with Customer Service Representatives that are nice and very knowledgeable about the services that they offer. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is trying to get relief from the ongoing cycle of debt.

The people in the program didn't take up all of my time like other programs do. They were very professional, and they helped me understand the program. They also answered all of my questions. I would recommend this program to many people I know.

While this is only the beginning of my experience with NDR, I've been pleased to this point with my experience with each person I've interacted with. I like National Debt Relief's Better Business Bureau rating that's why I went with them. They negotiate debt payoffs. They create savings account for me to pay into for them to use that money to pay the debt off. The enrollment process was easy. They contacted me and basically did it all for me. They guided me through the process and anything that needed to be signed or any verbal conversations that I needed to have. The program has worked very well. I've got all my debt addressed at this point, except for one last account. Also, the interactions I have with the reps are great. They are very positive, polite and awesome. They also provide quick response time. One time, I called, got busy, had to hang up and they called me back.

I saw National Debt Relief on TV and I decided to take a test. Enrolling with NDR wasn’t difficult. I talked to my grandson and we talked it over. I have been working with them for about two months and the program will finish in a couple of years. NDR reps are calling and letting me know how it was working, although I hadn’t heard from them in a while. Some of the bills are still calling me and I’m going to talk to them about that. I will feel good when I'd get it paid off. Overall, I’m satisfied with National Debt Relief.

National Debt Relief is the best option as opposed to filing for bankruptcy if that is the only option. Great customer service and excellent approval rating. A great option to get out of debt quickly instead of paying the minimum monthly payments for your debts over a long period of time.

This is a hard and scary process but knowing that you have someone to guide you along the way makes you feel secure and hopeful. Everyone that I have spoken to from beginning to now are super friendly and helpful. I am old and I had bills that I could not pay. I saw National Debt Relief on TV and I wrote their number down and whenever I decided I gotta do something, I have it. I went with them and enrolling in their program was pretty bad for me because I'm not computer wise. I had to have a 12-year old kid do it for me. I have been with them for more than six months now and the program got rid of two of the bills so far but there are still two of them outstanding. I am also not happy with the 21% that they're gonna charge me. I'm trying to sell some property and if I sell that property, hopefully, I can pay their bill whole. But, the interactions I've had with the people that work at NDR has been very good and I'm satisfied now.

National Debt Relief came up when I googled them. I liked what they were talking about so I want to try them. The enrollment process is easy and their customer service is good. I have recommended them to my son.

I have debt on four credit cards and two of those four are really big while the other two are kind of smaller. So far, NDR has taken care of one big debt and one small one already. I just got a call and they've pretty much done everything for that, so I don't have to do anything other than make my payments. I am a talker... Brian whom I originally spoke with and helped me...was great. My welcome call today was alright but not very personable. Again, I am a talker... Apparently these people are to just stick to the script. I asked a question but she was not able to answer me apparently.

He really help me understand the process and what I’m going to be faced up against. I've worked with National Debt Relief in the past, and when I needed to do a debt consolidation, I called them and they got my information as far as the debt that I owed and the companies that I owed them to. There have been times where I felt a little pressured. For this enrollment, I had collector contact, debt relief, and they wanted to add them to the profile that I've had of companies that I owed to. They would then increase my monthly payments, so I told them that I didn't wanna do it that way. The person I was speaking to made me feel a little pressured, and he moved on right away. But otherwise, I felt that they were very supportive and knowledgeable. Overall, I'm very happy with the actual debt relief. I felt that they kept me informed and that they were very open to working with me as far as debt and financial situation.

I've had five strokes and I’m in a walker, and I’m still going to therapy. I lost my job, so I had no income and they don’t think that I’ll be able to work again. All we have is a little Social Security. I’m doing credit card services with National Debt Relief and I started a little before I had my strokes. I thought everything would be under control, but it didn’t work out that way. I had to send National Debt Relief $571 a month, then add something as I get enough money where they can call a creditor and talk them down or work it out with them. Then, NDR calls me and says that they settled for this amount and they ask if I want to do it. At that point, I would tell them yes or no. This has been about four months and so far, we got two of the debts done. Most of the debts are $1,000 or over, but I can only send $500 a month.

I had a very pleasant experience with this company and everything was explained to me very thoroughly. I'm excited about the outcome. This is going to be a huge step in clearing up my financial situation. I promise to monitor my progress and do everything possible to comply with the program to receive optimal results.

I was in a pretty bad situation and I needed to have my debt resolved. I got online to research debt consolidation and National Debt Relief was number one, so that was who I went with. The service has been great and I was impressed with the negotiator's understanding of the situation that I was in. I was very comfortable working with him. Also, the program got my debt down. We went through all the debt I had and it has been worked out from there. I only have two accounts left that are open and the rest have been resolved.

Updated on 01/30/2020: They were very thorough. They went over it a couple of times. They talked to me and my husband. That way, we all understood it. They even sent everything that we had discussed in an email form, so I could read it as well as talk to them directly over the phone. Going through the program took away stress. It was reassuring knowing that what I was paying was going towards getting rid of the debt and not just paying interest every month. It was something else going down. It was definitely helpful.

The call was very informative and she was patient with me and understanding as I was on the bus and it was the only time I had to do the call before going to work and she repeated things for accuracy as well as helped me with confidentiality as too sensitive information.

The staff that I've talked to so far have been very nice and very professional in what they do. They explained everything to me and they answered all my questions.

I was paying a certain amount every month but I wasn't able to keep paying it and so I wanted everything to be consolidated to a lower bill. I used National Debt Relief and working with them allowed me to have a stress-free mind. The enrollment was very easy and convenient and for the payment plan, they took into consideration the other bills I have. Their reps have answered when I called and they've helped me with how to get online to look at things. NDR's program has managed to give me the ability to pay the amount. I'm impressed with the speed of the process and I know that I can pay more to speed it up even more.

Updated on 06/18/2019: The biggest problem with this company is they are not trustworthy. Even worse, they are also poorly trained and will tell you something different every time you call. Whether their disorganization is due to poor training or a facet of their scam, is hard to tell. I worked with this company for a year. In that time, all three of my accounts have been charged off. For months, I was told that one of my accounts was resolved and payments were completed. However, as soon as I asked for a paid in full letter, all of sudden, it was NOT resolved. NDR had only paid one payment out of three. However, they had taken $1500 in fees over the past year & had accomplished nothing. This is taking money for a service you did provide, and even worse, lied about.

Everyone was amazing and very helpful. George was wonderful and did an amazing job making me feel comfortable and excited about the future. I feel that I will be out of debt and on a path to recovery and credit I can be proud of. George explained everything so I could understand. For the first time I understood all the legal lingo.
