I was up to my eyeballs and drowning in debt after an extended period of unemployment and have just signed up with NDR to settle my high-interest credit card accounts. I did extensive research on debt relief and consolidation and chose NDR as they seemed to be the top-rated company out there to deal with this problem. Daniel ** did a wonderful job and Vanessa in the welcome call was a big help and addressed any questions.

Working with National Debt Relief in eliminating my credit card debt has been awesome. They are very knowledgeable on everything that's going on with the whole process and they're always there willing to help, no matter what time I give them a call day or night. I just started with National Debt Relief program. They gave me a better quote, they were quicker to respond and easier to work with. I was comfortable working with them and their process was easy. I talk to them by phone if I had additional concerns. The negotiator was really quick, fast and easy to communicate. Their customer support is fast. They call me whenever I needed to do something which is convenient and good. NDR helped get my credit score back up. I’d tell others that they should sign up with National Debt Relief too.

Frank was very nice, helpful and answered all my questions. My only suggestion is for him to not read/ talk so fast. It was hard to understand him a few times during our conversation because he was going so fast. Financial/debt information is confusing, if you're not financially minded, so when someone is speaking too fast it makes it that much harder.

The welcome I had was very well done. Yes, it was scripted but when reading all that legalese I guess it would have to be. The customer rep was able to answer my questions as we went through the document. I was following along online. The gentlemen that signed me up, Daniel, had done an outstanding job of preparing me for the call. We had several calls beforehand and that's where the majority of my questions were answered. Updated on 10/13/2020: The program that National Debt Relief set up was okay. There were some tough moments, but they kept with me through it. If I had questions or concerns, I would just call and I get a different person every time. They took care of my debt. I'm on a payment plan, and it's almost done.

My experience with National Debt Relief has been nothing but positive. Everyone I have talked to has been very helpful. The process has been a good experience and moved faster than expected. I feel better knowing that I don't have to worry about all of these creditors calling me for collection. I understand the process will be a lengthy process but I appreciate all of you that are helping me get out of debt.

So far so good. I first reached out just wanting to get infomation on how to get out of debt, first spoke to Gary and was very helpful took time to explain it all to me, helped me get signed up. Then did phone interview with Nancy just to go over everthing to make sure I understood it all. Both were so helpful and treated me with respect.

I enrolled with Paul ** and he was very thorough and I was able to ask questions but then I had to talk to the next person in customer service. I think it was. I don't have any of the papers in front of me so doing is probably not going to make any difference. I have not had a chance to read all my emails but anyway it was a lady that I spoke to and she asked the same questions which Paul said she would do but she spoke very quickly and it seemed to actually take longer and by then my head was swimming.

Since the start NDR has been very forthcoming with information in regards to the program. Sheryl has been such a pleasure to work with and has made the process really easy. Any uncertainty I had in regards to the program was alleviated by her professionalism and thoroughness/willingness to really help with my situation. National Debt Relief provided me with the service that could get my bills down to where I could afford to pay my bills off and without damaging my credit for a long period of time. Enrolling with them was really easy. They were able to put all my bills into one, as far as trying to get them all taken care of, pay it down. They got me split up on monthly payments and reached out to collectors on the settlement. At this point, they have satisfied two accounts. NDR said that they could get all my bills settled within six months but it had taken longer. Overall, I would like the timetable to be improved. I called back to see what was the hold up on it and they said that some of them takes longer than the other to settle. They could have updated me more of what they were doing instead of keeping me in the dark on what’s going on. Working with them had impacted my life. I was in a program that started to get my life back on track but it’s just slow.

We are just starting the process. So far, so good. The sign up has been relatively simple. The gentleman named Keith was very thorough and walked us through the process explaining and answering all of our questions. They were quick and sent all paperwork in a very timely manner.

I initially spoke with Pablo ** and he helped me set up my account for getting my debt paid off. He answered all of my questions with great detail. The lady (I can't remember her name) I spoke with during my Welcome call was very helpful also.

My experience was GREAT! I made the call not knowing what to expect being nervous if this is the right thing to do and when all is said and done I felt a sense of relief with the decision I've made.

Went smooth and simple. Always stopped and asked if I understood and if I had questions. Repeated anything I needed to hear again and clarified anything that I didn't understand. Asked if I needed further help setting up my login and told me if I had any other questions just give a call and they would help me.

We have been with National Debt Relief for a couple years now and they've been really good about everything. We still have a couple of years to go but everything is going fine so far.

I had a lot of debt and a lot of payments that I could not afford. I have been with National Debt Relief for a little over a year now and they have paid off a couple of things although not as low as what I thought they were gonna be paying things off at. They promised 50% or lower, but it wasn’t quite like that and their fees a lot higher than I expected. I am a little concerned about their cost because I did not understand their cost in the beginning. They had to take a percentage out of the whole gross that I owe but not the settlement amount. They have another 20% out of the gross and they say they settle at 50% but not quite that. So, if they are settling at 60% plus 20% of the gross goes to them, I'm paying around 85% or 80% of the whole debt anyway. It is really a slow process. Their fees were pretty darn high to where I'm wondering if I would have been way better off just paying it off myself, by negotiating with the companies myself.

I would definitely recommend the people that helped me through this troubling time in my life. I have already felt relief just by talking to someone that understands my situation. If I know anyone that is in this situation I would definitely recommend they call you.

Customer service was not pleasant. Didnt like questions from me when I called the welcome call center. Program is not user friendly. Example is where is my order number. I have had several emails sent to me and a few documents to look at. Where is the order number? Not clear what to do with certain signed documents like the Authorization to speak and negotiate document. What am I suppose to do with this? Mail it? Where? What address? With all of these issues, It's difficult to want to continue with program.

Explained everything well. Made me fully aware I know all that is going to happen. Also I am able to call if I need any further help. I know that all will not be easy. I plan on finishing the program in 48 months.

I was worried about the amount of debt that I had. And after looking at three providers online, National Debt Relief seemed to be the best. Signing up with their program was easy and fairly simple. The rep was thorough and moved fast, but he wasn't pushy. In addition, my interactions with him were smooth and he was easy to understand. Getting things up and running took just a couple of weeks. But they’re taking a while to get it all done and it’s been eight months now. I could use more communication with them. But so far, NDR has settled about half of my debts at good prices.

I had too much concerns regarding credit cards and NDR provided a hardship case. It got my credit cards down to where I’m gonna be out of debt here in a couple years versus I wouldn’t be out of debt in a long time. I'm a quarter along the way and they satisfied me each time. The payment is suitable for what I can afford. If a friend should ask I would tell them to go ahead and do the program with NDR.

I had a couple of medical issues and my credit card debt went a bit high. They explained everything in detail and I followed up with that. I got the debt negotiations from them and it has been really good. We are settling the last debt problem with the creditors. The negotiators worked very well. They were very explanatory and they detailed their work in how we can follow through on solving the issues. Working with National Debt Relief has helped and the stress level has decreased.

I overextended with credit cards and I thought National Debt Relief could help me get my debt down. Their rep seemed very knowledgeable. He was a very nice guy and I felt very comfortable talking with him. If I had concerns, I could call NDR any time and talk to them. I’ve suspended the program though. I just got served with court papers for garnishment on my wages. I’m gonna leave NDR and do something else. It just doesn’t seem to be working for me.

I had a good experience with NDR. I was in debt and I heard them on the radio. A rep from National Debt Relief called me and I talked to him. He then called me and said that I got approved. He told me not to pay any of the cards anymore. He also told me how much I was gonna pay every other week. As soon as they would settle, they would call me, give me the offer then I would accept it and we go from there. He would always call me for everything which was what I liked about it. The rep gave me a timeline that the debt relief would take 36 months. I'm into it for a year now and they've already settled some debts which increased my credit score big time. The payment plan is good and comparable to what I was paying before the program started but now, it’s actually going to a good cause so that’s a good thing.
