Moses and Laurel were a tremendous help. They were patient and open. Although it’s their job to ensure the best customer care, they initially made me feel apart of the NDR family. I was nervous and embarrassed about reaching out to NDR, but after setting things up and after my welcome call, I feel more confident about my next three years.

I have more debt than I could handle so I Googled different debt settlement companies and National Debt Relief tended to be on the higher end of the list as the best ones. They have an easy enrollment process and I am a little over halfway my program. They are consolidating all my debt into one thing and their people reach out to the people that I owe money to try and reach a settlement. Whenever I shoot an email, they respond back. But it would be better if there is more communication from them just to let me know what and when it is happening.

I have credit card concerns and NDR is taking care of it for me. They are the best around, from what I’m told. The enrollment process turned out to be easy and I talk to the negotiator all the time. They got a very good program. I called them and told them what I had, and some information on the cards that I had. And so far, they’ve covered all of them. I hardly got any calls or anything from the credit card people. NDR made it a lot easier for me. I ain't so uncomfortable with everything that I had before. I'm very satisfied.

I just enrolled in the program. Everyone I worked with to set up my account were very helpful & courteous. I’ll admit I’m nervous about this whole process, but NDR seems to know what they are doing & are very professional. I like that you are not locked into anything & can cancel your plan for a minimal cost.

I was on debt, and I couldn't really figure it out by myself, so I saw what National Debt Relief was offering, and I figured I’d give it a shot. I got a lot of assistance. They walked me through everything that I needed to do to fix the problem that I was having. The enrollment process was a little intimidating at first. But other than that, it was good. So far, I’ve got everything pretty much taken care of. My credit’s better than it was before, so it did everything that I thought it would. I’m pretty much done -- there is another program they do through a lending company, so I’m in that right now. So, I just have to pay off a loan at this point.

I couldn’t get ahead with my bills. I did a Google search and National Debt Relief was one of the top two. They provided a good program which is more of a payoff, like debt negotiating. The only bad thing is your credit score goes down, but just for a little while, but it’s gonna go down anyway. I've been with them for 11 months now and it’s moving a lot quicker than I expected. And there is less stress. Everything else has been a really good experience. The payment plan is also a hell of a lot easier than trying to pay everything I was paying.

Yon was the rep that helped me with my account & he was professional, knowledgeable, cleared & pertinent to the information that I needed. Tamika the other rep that helped me the following day was also knowledgeable & professional on explaining to me the procedures I need to know about my debt consolidation.

The three representatives I spoke with were helpful, understanding and answered all my questions. I was a bit nervous on the process and they walked me through everything. The follow-up application phone call was thorough and went over everything again and answered a few other questions I had. Now hoping for the best. Thank you.

I wanted to pay off a lot of things I had on my debt. With National Debt Relief, I built an account with them and they dealt with my creditors so I didn’t have to, which was nice. We put all the debts that I had together that was eligible for the program. Each one that was over $500 I could put in there. They had me sign over a power of attorney so they could work with me. Once they got a deal for each creditor, they set up a payment plan based on a four-year thing. It was pretty steep, but I increased it, so I could pay it off sooner since I couldn't pay off all my debts through five different agencies.

My experience with both Ricardo ** who informed me how NDR works, and helped me with the application. Then I spoke with Edwin ** who welcomed me to NDR and the Success Team. Both gentlemen showed nothing but patience when I need clarification. They went over all the paperwork with me and made me feel comfortable in knowing I can contact them at any time with questions.

The service I received was beyond excellent and the professional manner of the two employees conducting the process was exceptional. They made me feel welcome to the program they were compassionate toward my personal situation which they really didn't have to do. I very much appreciate them both.

I think that relief is the key word in this situation. Financial stress is one of the worst feelings, turning normal people, and normal relationships upside down. Updated on 10/13/2020: The program that National Debt Relief set up was okay. There were some tough moments, but they kept with me through it. If I had questions or concerns, I would just call and I get a different person every time. They took care of my debt. I'm on a payment plan, and it's almost done.

My experience with National Debt Relief has been nothing but positive. Everyone I have talked to has been very helpful. The process has been a good experience and moved faster than expected. I feel better knowing that I don't have to worry about all of these creditors calling me for collection. I enrolled with Paul ** and he was very thorough and I was able to ask questions but then I had to talk to the next person in customer service. I think it was. I don't have any of the papers in front of me so doing is probably not going to make any difference. I have not had a chance to read all my emails but anyway it was a lady that I spoke to and she asked the same questions which Paul said she would do but she spoke very quickly and it seemed to actually take longer and by then my head was swimming.

National Debt Relief provided me with the service that could get my bills down to where I could afford to pay my bills off and without damaging my credit for a long period of time. Enrolling with them was really easy. They were able to put all my bills into one, as far as trying to get them all taken care of, pay it down. They got me split up on monthly payments and reached out to collectors on the settlement. At this point, they have satisfied two accounts. NDR said that they could get all my bills settled within six months but it had taken longer. Overall, I would like the timetable to be improved. I called back to see what was the hold up on it and they said that some of them takes longer than the other to settle. They could have updated me more of what they were doing instead of keeping me in the dark on what’s going on. Working with them had impacted my life. I was in a program that started to get my life back on track but it’s just slow.

We are just starting the process. So far, so good. The sign up has been relatively simple. The gentleman named Keith was very thorough and walked us through the process explaining and answering all of our questions. They were quick and sent all paperwork in a very timely manner.

I had a lot of debt and a lot of payments that I could not afford. I have been with National Debt Relief for a little over a year now and they have paid off a couple of things although not as low as what I thought they were gonna be paying things off at. They promised 50% or lower, but it wasn’t quite like that and their fees a lot higher than I expected. I am a little concerned about their cost because I did not understand their cost in the beginning. They had to take a percentage out of the whole gross that I owe but not the settlement amount. They have another 20% out of the gross and they say they settle at 50% but not quite that. So, if they are settling at 60% plus 20% of the gross goes to them, I'm paying around 85% or 80% of the whole debt anyway. It is really a slow process. Their fees were pretty darn high to where I'm wondering if I would have been way better off just paying it off myself, by negotiating with the companies myself.

I would definitely recommend the people that helped me through this troubling time in my life. I have already felt relief just by talking to someone that understands my situation. If I know anyone that is in this situation I would definitely recommend they call you.
