I was very emotional during the whole process and cried a great deal. Steven and the other woman I talked to were very patient and waited out my tears and emotional outbursts. Thanks to the team for all they did.. This is not the solution I wanted but they helped me see it was the only one available to me now. The enrollment experience was smooth and helpful. The welcome call was trying. I had to ask the rep to speak slower twice. He was speaking so fast I could not understand him, he was running his words together. He seemed to be trying to get through the call as fast as possible. He still talked to fast and was impatient.

I was drowning in debt and I found NDR. Their customer service reps were great but then they made enrolling sound easier than it was. I thought I had enough debt but it turned out I didn't. I was $500 short of having enough since it was $10,000 to be able to join their program. But NDR was able to get all my collectors from calling me. Also, they were able to settle most of my debts for about half of what I owed my creditors. However, their reps told me that I was entering a two-year program. Now, it has been almost three years from starting their program and I am struggling to get them to settle two of my accounts. It seems like NDR will never settle them and they're always asking for more money.

Stephen ** of National Debt Relief was very professional, clear, and concise. He pointed out how I could save and reduce my debt in a reasonable amount of time by enrolling in the National Debt Relief program. He made a very strong case as to why this was a better option for me in getting my finances under control so that my credit score would improve over time. I did feel a little rushed as he went over things rather quickly. I would have preferred he took a little more time to allow me to digest the information as it was a lot to take in, although I did understand everything. Enrolling with NDR wasn't difficult since at the time, I was already considering bankruptcy and I had all my information. I liked how NDR's customer service reps were willing to help me. They said that through their program, they'll negotiate on my behalf. If I was in jeopardy of being sued, they would have a law firm that would help me. They were saying how they would speak to my creditors and negotiate my debt for me. That was helpful 'cause I didn't have to worry about anything and I had more self-security. I had 12 debts and NDR has already settled seven of them. They worked with the higher balances first and the ones they have to settle now are the smaller ones.

Calvin was extremely knowledgeable about the products as well as compassionate. He listened to me tell him how and why I am in debt. He was nonjudgmental and respectful. Even when I went on and on. He never seemed hurried or distracted. He has to be one of the best salesmen there. I would absolutely recommend my family and friends to your program just because of him.

I researched National Debt Relief as far as how they stacked up against the five major companies, and they seemed reliable, so I went with them. Their customer service was very nice and very helpful. I had a gentleman on there that stayed with me until he was certain that I understood everything that was going on and that it was correct. I found out later on that not everything was covered.

We tried a different company before but we felt like they were not legitimate. So, we canceled it and then a few months later, I was overwhelmed. After much thought and never ending nervous system I reached out to NDR for help. My debt kept growing and growing in the wrong direction, my interest rates were so high that only 1/8 of my monthly payment went towards my actual debt. I was getting nowhere fast, I started getting loans in order to pay my monthly bills, and guess what, just a temporary fix and only made my situation worse. I needed a life line and NDR is that for me. Even though I'm new to this, I already feel a sense of hope. My credit score was getting lower and lower not because I didn't pay my bills but because my credit ratio was out of wack. In other words my credit cards were maxed which meant higher payments and higher rates. It was time to do something and quit this roller coaster debt.

I just want to say that the two agents who assisted me were very nice and very knowledgeable. They explained every aspect of the program and made sure that I understood. I look forward to participating in this program and becoming debt-free. Thank you so much.

The guy I had on my call was TERRIBLE!!! He read his stuff in a sing-songy manner and it was worse than fingernails on a chalkboard!
