The enrollment process has been very pleasant. Everyone I have spoken to has been reassuring and helpful. They have clearly communicated that this process will negatively affect my credit. The true evaluation will be at the end of the process. I greatly fear aggressive creditors pursuing legal action. That I would consider the worst case scenario. Hopefully it will not happen, but if it does, I have been assured the legal team for NDR will take care of it. This is a scary process, but the thought of never getting out of this debt and the thousands I am loosing in interest is even scarier.

I reached out to my dad and he had heard of someone having success through National Debt Relief's program, so I picked them. They made it super easy to sign up. Everyone has been super friendly and not overbearing, which is nice. They pick everything for you and you hardly have to think about it. They have wonderful customer service and the reps are professional and very patient when I have questions. I've been in this process with them for about two or three years now and they've been making great progress. I'm almost done with it. The payment plan is entirely reasonable and I hardly notice the cost because it's that beneficial. I just wish there would be a little more transparency about how much longer things are gonna take, like a visualization of where you are in the process. There is one on the website and it has been really wonderful.

Signing up with National Debt Relief was very easy and it was a very simple process. There was an interview and then, I had to go online. They gave me a timeframe of roughly a couple of years to get everything settled. I have quite a ways to go but there have been some settlements at this point. The reps knew what they were doing for the most part. I had some questions along the way and they were very helpful. Their customer service was wonderful and they were very empathetic to my situation. They tried to work with me as much as they could within their means but still tried to move things along as best as they could too. I would recommend them to someone else and I just recommended them to my mom. She recommended them to me a while back, but she fell out of the program. She called me and asked if I went through with NDR and I said yes. I also told her that she should try them again so, I think she's gonna sign up.

I had lost my job and I had debt. I didn’t see any way out of it. My husband suggested I consolidate it and I looked at the AAA scores and the Better Business Bureau. Then I called in to National Debt Relief and interviewed with Arthur. He said it seemed like a hardship to him. Then it was pretty simple to enroll. It took a little while on the phone but they’re always very responsive. If I have any questions, I can just call. They also send me e-mails with regular updates. Plus they've got everything laid down on the front page of the website and on my user profile. It's simple to read and to get a hold of someone.

Richie ** needs more training to learn how to be professional and polite or he will run off customers that's needing help to get rid of their debt. He is very aggressive and demanding when he is talking to you. I was trying to explain my credit to him and he would cut me off when I was talking and basically told me since I was not going to do it his way that this company could no longer help me. It wasn't until when he was about to hang up in my face, I asked to speak to his supervisor and then he put he on hold. Shelly ** listened to me as I explained my credit and why I did not want to add on credit card that was under my name. Shelley helped my husband and I with the remainder of the process and it went smoothly. Nicol ** was also a pleasure to work with to ensure all my information was correct and ensured we understood what we were signing.

I spoke to Jonathan and he walked me through the program and helped me to make a informed decision. I am very nervous and scared about going forward, but Jonathan took the time to assure me I was making the best decision for me being laying all out in black and white how long it would take me to pay it off otherwise. I just started. Sounds great if true but the second welcome call was completely unnecessary. I spent another 1/2 hr on the phone and it was a repeat of my original call. She read the same things I already signed. It was a complete waste of time.

They had the best reviews, so I went with them. I was incredibly satisfied. It was pretty much concluded the day that I decided to join.

National Debt Relief seemed to be more knowledgeable than other companies. I felt that I trusted them better so I went with them. Thus far, they have already resolved one of my credit cards. They say within four years I would be able to pay them off or make an agreement with the credit card company and I like that idea. The payment plan they set up for me has been reasonable and the amount that they're taking out from my bank account is comparable to what I was trying to pay off. However, they should not leave me wondering what's going on. It’s always good to call and make sure they’re on top of things. Still, I feel good that everything will be resolved.

I felt comfortable talking with National Debt Relief and although the enrollment process was a little tedious, we eventually got it done. I had an abundance of credit card debt that I needed to pay and I was on a three-year program in order to get rid of those. National Debt Relief would take the payment out each month and put it in the bank. But if I would ever decide I don't wanna complete it or move forward, the money is there. It's mine, not theirs.
