I worked with another debt consolidation company before and left them to work with NDR. Going through the process was stressful. Even the payment that I had was high. But it’s just really important and a good choice to do. For two months, I went down a little bit on my payment though ‘cause I had extra stuff that I had to pay for but then it came back up. Overall, it all seems to be going smoothly and I’m almost done with it. It feels like a great relief and I feel very proud of myself. I've had a great experience with them and the results that I got were very satisfactory. I would recommend National Debt Relief.

So far, everything is working good with National Debt Relief. I remember doing it with them years ago and I didn’t stick with it. They started the process, but I was younger and got a little paranoid when all the bill collectors started calling and threatening. I ended up paying my bills again. This is the second time I went through along with the whole process. They were always emailing and calling. So, they were good with that. At this point, I’m all done as far as settling. The process moved a little faster than I thought it would. So, that was a good thing. My credit score plummeted. I was in the 7s, then after that, I was at 4. Now, it’s going up a little. That’s just how it goes as far as credit. It definitely goes down regardless of how you try to go about it. And it takes time to rebuild it.

I was recently in contact with NDR to see if they could help me reduce and eliminate my debt as I felt hopeless and out of options aside from bankruptcy. Talking with Jason immediately made me feel at ease and hopeful because he was extremely compassionate and understanding. We created a plan to get me out of debt very quickly and I am so grateful that they gave me a chance and guidance to fix this problem when no one else would. When I came across the invite to checkout NDR I decided to take advantage of it. I have been interested in looking into debt relief/consolidation for quite some time, however, when I tried the credit card company made me feel stupid and I didn't follow through because that company tried to withdraw $1000.00 off my cc before doing anything. NDR was highly recommended to me. I went with them and enrolling was really easy. I filled out the application and they called me back and sent me the information I needed to sign. They called me again and we went over the contract. Since then, every time one account closes, they’ll call and send me my information. I'll either agree to it or not and then they would call me again. From there, we'll go to the next account that they can get settled.

I've had a good experience with National Debt Relief. The enrollment process was easy and straightforward, and the service is very good. They are always prompt to picking calls, almost zero wait time and there’s no time lag for solving issues so they’re quick to solve them. Asked Google who were the top debt relief programs and National came up. Spoke to Lawrence **. He was very helpful and explained everything to us. Let us know that it would lower our score more but at this point it really didn't matter because already so low. He told us due to our circumstance with our illness we would be consider a hardship case.

There are several debt relief companies out there and I had already signed up with one, but I always kept looking. It’s like insurance, you always gotta keep shopping for it. The process was a bit long and drawn-out, but how the system works was explained and as far as how the program has been working, everything has been going as planned.
