So I went with them. I just had to get them my social security number and senior ID and they took care of the rest. The program I am on has been great for me. I also have no problem with the staff. If I call and need some answers, I get them, and they call me to let me know what's going on. I go on my email too to check on it so they don't have to give me too many calls. They are wonderful. I worked with a specific person in the beginning but now, whoever works with me is fine.

They were honest and compared all of my options in a truthful manner. I know it won't be super easy, but I need this option. I can honestly say that I am still VERY VERY nervous about doing this. Our only other choice was bankruptcy and that is an option that we didn't want to face. I hope the knot in my stomach goes away once this program gets rolling.

I was approved for a mortgage that I should not have been approved for because of my debts and it was rushed through and put me in a world of hurt after the closing of the house. It was a horrible time. I had been looking into debt consolidation with my credit card companies, but I wasn't getting anywhere with them. I was feeling desperate and called National Debt Relief. They called me back in 25 minutes. It was great. They told me that I'll be completely paid off within 48 months. They went with all of my creditors that I chose. So there were certain creditors that they left out. There were a couple credit cards that I kept on my own to pay off the bill and get done. They worked with all of them.

I couldn't pay my credit cards every month and a friend of mine referred me to National Debt Relief. I entered a consolidation program where I can only make one payment to all my creditor and it cut down my payments by half. The enrollment process was fine and their negotiator was helpful. We discussed setting up the payment plan over the phone and I was always comfortable with that.

I didn't know what to expect, but after speaking to Mr. Steve ** I could start seeing the light at the end of this dark tunnel because I was doing everything possible to stay a float with my one income for my household.

I spent about two hours on the phone to set up the account and I thought everything was going well. However, since that time, I have had nothing but trouble. My attachments are getting blocked by the their network and the online help has been useless. I cannot update some of the creditor accounts but the support people I contact don't know how to help. They can only suggest time-intensive items, like closing my bank account to cut off creditors (and legitimate account as well). I can't even find this alleged order number that I am supposed to use with the rating.

The only thing I would change so far is just more fluent English speaking customer service advocates. Other than that, the people I have spoken with seem very caring for the hardship that I am trying to work through and gave me ample opportunity to ask questions and told me how to get in contact with them should any arise. Based on the ratings and experiences from other people, we went with National Debt Relief for a consolidation and the experience has been good so far. I found them online and then did most of the enrollment over the phone. Whoever negotiates with the people asked me if I was gonna accept the offer. They told me what they were offering and what I would need to pay extra. Sometimes you gotta rob Peter to pay Paul and make it happen but I’m here to do and pay as much as I can afford. I wouldn’t be there if I can afford all of it.

NDR had all my financial information incorporated in my agreement which made the process much easier and faster. Everything was set out and the Customer service representative was there the whole way to explain all the issues. They let me know that I may be encountering some difficult times with creditors but they will be there to take over. Also, there may be a four or more month gap between my first escrow payment and my first settlement due to the time it takes creditors to begin collection action. I chose NDR because of its BBB rating's long history.

Everything appeared to go well. Your representatives speak way too fast when going over the agreement which makes it hard to understand sometimes. My temporary password to my portal account did not work but when I changed it I see there should have been a number which was not provided information.

When I had gotten into a bind with some credit cards and was looking at how I could get out of it, National Debt Relief was the best option. I did some research about NDR, and I liked the reviews I saw online. The enrollment process was easy and well explained. At first, I wasn’t sure that it was the route I was gonna go and had a lot of questions. They answered all my questions and gave me time to think about it. I called back three different times and had more questions before I decided what to do, and they were very understanding. They got me a loan through Liberty Lending to pay everything off so I’m out of the NDR program and just paying Liberty Lending now. I worked with NDR for less than a year and with them, my credit cards are paid off. They got me good settlements and settled with the credit cards companies. The cost was reasonable too for the quality. Working with them was a positive experience for me.

Been with the program for a year now and have half of my debt settles...yippee. What this program has taught me is to do it by myself. I have 9 creditors, a lot I know but all together had $15k in debt. That’s what’s required to start the program. I was SO relieved because I had been carrying all this sadness of debt for so long and I thought someone was actually there to hear me out, I was truly wrong. Not only did I almost get sued by one of my creditors already but they refuse to negotiate with any of my other ones until the two, yes they only settled two creditors, are paid completely. They didn’t take ANY stone taking out their fees though. So I’m now paying my highest owed creditor and the creditor that tried to sue me, leaving my other 7 creditors to go to collections and possibly lead to me getting sued again because I live in a state where the statute of limitations is 10 years so they can sue me until I’m 34!

My experience was good. There was a couple of things that were not told to me at first. Like the welcome call that had to be done before my account would be activated or my account would be deactivated. Also that it would take another 20 min on the phone to do this.

We had a tragedy and we racked up all of our credit cards. In the span of a year, we surmounted some debt. We researched National Debt Relief and they were the best as far as how much they would charge per settlement. We signed up with their consolidation program. However, the enrollment process was not that easy. Everything that we had, debt-wise, did not show up on our credit report. We knew there were a few things missing, but they had been sold to other companies. We were still getting phone calls a couple of months into the process with new debtors. So we had to continually add debt to our amount. And so, that brought up our monthly payment. But it wasn't NDR's fault that they didn't have all the information, it was all our fault.

I had a bunch of bills that came up which caused a tidal wave because other things just collapsed upon other things. There was no way to pay for any of it at that point. I looked around to look at the companies that I was aware of and with that, I chose National Debt Relief. They set me up with a pretty good program and enrolling was very easy. They call me or I call them and we have a conversation. They gave me some numbers and asked me to consolidate some of the information for them. It took three to four hours on the phone.

They were extremely helpful. They explained everything so I could understand it. They gave me phone numbers to call if I had questions any time. They had a welcome call to go over everything to make sure I understood everything. They made me feel so much less stressed.

The enrollment process has been very pleasant. Everyone I have spoken to has been reassuring and helpful. They have clearly communicated that this process will negatively affect my credit. The true evaluation will be at the end of the process. I greatly fear aggressive creditors pursuing legal action. That I would consider the worst case scenario. Hopefully it will not happen, but if it does, I have been assured the legal team for NDR will take care of it. This is a scary process, but the thought of never getting out of this debt and the thousands I am loosing in interest is even scarier.

They have wonderful customer service and the reps are professional and very patient when I have questions. I've been in this process with them for about two or three years now and they've been making great progress. I'm almost done with it. The payment plan is entirely reasonable and I hardly notice the cost because it's that beneficial. I just wish there would be a little more transparency about how much longer things are gonna take, like a visualization of where you are in the process. There is one on the website and it has been really wonderful.

Signing up with National Debt Relief was very easy and it was a very simple process. There was an interview and then, I had to go online. They gave me a timeframe of roughly a couple of years to get everything settled. I have quite a ways to go but there have been some settlements at this point. The reps knew what they were doing for the most part. I had some questions along the way and they were very helpful. Their customer service was wonderful and they were very empathetic to my situation. They tried to work with me as much as they could within their means but still tried to move things along as best as they could too. I would recommend them to someone else and I just recommended them to my mom. She recommended them to me a while back, but she fell out of the program. She called me and asked if I went through with NDR and I said yes. I also told her that she should try them again so, I think she's gonna sign up.

Then I called in to National Debt Relief and interviewed with Arthur. He said it seemed like a hardship to him. Then it was pretty simple to enroll. It wasn't until when he was about to hang up in my face, I asked to speak to his supervisor and then he put he on hold.
