Enrolling was a very positive experience. I talked to a few debt relief specialists and they were willing to work with me to help devise a plan for the sudden financial hardship I find myself in. Things were going fine and then, suddenly, I found myself in the beginnings of financial floundering. Now I have a plan and the program and things are looking up. I have no doubt it will be hard in the beginning but all of the people I spoke to were very positive that things would work out and they even re-ran my numbers and came up with a lower payment for me to make. The National Debt Relief program helped me pay off some things and it was nice paying off some debt. Any interactions were done privately and they were all pretty decent. They were very thorough on the phone with me. For every option, they explained everything in detail. Enrolling was fairly easy as well.

I called National Debt Relief and they told me they were gonna look into all my debt. They did some type of credit check and right away, they told me that I could go ahead and do the program. It was super easy and they settled about seven credit cards. But I got a call a couple of weeks ago and they wanted me to go with this other lender. He wanted to pay everything off right away and I would still have the same payments that I was doing with National Debt Relief. They called it a graduating program. I went with it. They said that National Debt Relief is gonna talk to the rest of lenders and if they settled, the other lender knows an excess amount of money that they're gonna let me borrow.

I have been with NDR now since December 2018. At the time I was unemployed or our house sale fell through so times were tough. I spent a good bit of time reading reviews, etc... My experience has been completely opposite of those who have written reviews online. We brought about 70k of debt to the table because of losing significant income and being a bit irresponsible. They negotiated the first amount from 30k down to 16k. Add another 6k for their fee and I'm down 6k from where I was. It took another year and the threat of being sued for them to negotiate the second one. This was 24500.00 and the negotiated amount was just over 29k, plus a 2500.00 fee. So now I owe more than when I started on these to loans.

I loved the communication with the two people who answered me by phone, they were very professionals and I felt very safe with them. I felt very trustworthy to expose my economic situation with you. I think they are a good company that help us with our situations.

Walked me through all the details and helped me understand any grey areas. My designated counselor on my case, Sofia, was very helpful and fluent with the information she was providing me. I feel much more comfortable about my debt knowing that I will have it paid off 10 times sooner!

NDR had an unexpectedly quick response time. The person we were working with also made sure to connect via email during longer wait periods. The service has been great. They have taken the time to make sure we understand and answered questions without frustration.

I was with NDR since 2017. Things seemed fine and actually settled an account after about 3 months. After that everything became difficult and things started happening. The second account they agreed to a settlement with seemed good once again. They set up 3 payments (which I asked just to pay them lump sum) and the company took first 2 payments then reversed the 3rd payment. I was able to find out that NDR paid the company late so that voided the agreement. It took me many calls and speaking to the creditor directly to figure that out after making a complaint on Consumer Affairs. I then cancelled my program because NDR couldn't not tell me what happened. I soon was served by my creditor and they were attempting to sue me. I called NDR back and said only way they could help me is if I was re-enrolled in the program. So having no other option I enrolled back in.

My phone call was very detailed. Representative took her time and explained everything. When the call ended, I felt confident. I feel that I made the right decision going with National Debt Relief. I'm ready to do this! Thank you so much.

My husband and I got into too much payday loans and we were unable to keep up with everything. I had a whole gob of debt that I needed to get paid off. I enrolled with National Debt Relief and the process was different. I talked to the rep over the phone half the time, and through emails the other half. Right now, they’re pulling money out of my checking account, saving it and paying off all of my credit cards one at a time. It would have been nice, however, if National Debt Relief would’ve explained things that are in their hidden fine print that they have neglected to tell us. They don't tell you that they claim all this stuff as extra income and they’d have to take it out on your taxes. Even if it’s in their underlying contract, they shouldn’t hide things from people.

National Debt Relief has been a way to get back on track and get my payments on schedule. When I was incarcerated for 18 months, all my bills got behind, and I was just overwhelmed. So I called National Debt Relief to try to get myself back to where I was before. NDR contacts the people I owe and they come to an agreement. Then they take the money out of my account every month and pay the people off. I don’t have to worry about making all the individual payments. They took care of it for me. It's one less thing I have to worry about, but I also know that I'm working on my credit at the same time. I can focus on doing other things I need to do. Slowly, my credit score is starting to increase. It's slowly starting progress, and that helps.

My experience with representatives from National Debt Relief was great! They explained the process and paperwork associated with resolving my debt issues in terms I understood. I had a couple of credit cards opened. There were a couple of emergencies I had, so I had to use those cards. I had payments here and there and I just wanted to have a single payment. I researched about National Debt Relief and felt more comfortable with them than the other companies. I signed up with NDR's debt settlement program. They have good customer service. The rep who I worked with was great. She helped me with all the questions or any concerns I had. Also, the payment plan was fantastic. Working with National Debt Relief has helped me a lot. I was able to save more money. Everything has been going great and I would recommend them.

Our house was built in 1991 and it was starting to go down, and I didn't have the money to have it fixed up. I also got behind on some of my credit cards. I tried four or five companies and I found out that some of them had more against them than it was worth trying to go through them. I had gotten something in the mail from National Debt Relief, and I thought I would give it a try and see. The reps are nice, but they don't keep you informed if something is paid off or not. They just told me to keep putting money in the bank and they would handle the rest of it. Still, it was easy to get enrolled. A lot of creditors haven't been writing me like they were before I got with NDR.

I was trying to pay off some credit cards. I have good credit and I didn’t like the idea that I owed. So when I got back on my feet, signing up with a settlement program was one of the things I wanted to do and try to get things done. Some people say a settlement is not as good as paying them off but I wanted so good to face it and get it done.

National Debt Relief had the commitment to have my debt resolved in a matter of four years. Signing up for the program was an easy process. The payment plan was manageable and it was less than what I was having to manage with individual creditors. When one has debt concerns, it's a little uncertain but National Debt Relief has been very wonderful to work with. I hear from them every time they make a settlement with the creditor and there's a periodic check-in. There's also a web portal that I could constantly see how the program is being managed on my behalf. I had four accounts that went into the program and I'm now down to my last one. The program has been very successful and easy.

I had put too much on credit cards and the minimum amount was all I could make. That wasn’t getting it because the interest charge often was more than the minimum payment. I called Debt Relief and the terms that I was quoted seemed doable. Signing up was okay except it was a little rushed. I didn’t have a computer at the time, and I had to borrow one to set up to complete the enrollment process. Also, I don’t think I was told that I was gonna have to report the debt when the creditor settled. That amount was gonna be reported to IRS as income, and it put me over with the tax changes this year. I had to pay back because of that increased income reported.

So far my experience has been excellent! I have no complaints. People are friendly. I didn't feel like a bad person for having my debt. I was able to explain my situation. The process of setting up is well worth it. I feel relieved already.

Joseph ** was the person I talked to first and I have to say I have called just about every year at least once and have never felt comfortable enough to take the leap of faith with debt consolidation. Joseph answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with any decisions I was making. He didn't hurry me at all. He even called back to make sure I wasn't having any second thoughts and to ask if there was anything more he could do for me to help make my decision either with NDR or without. He made it clear I did not have to make a decision this moment and if I was not comfortable or sure on what he was saying I could talk to someone else if need be. He was quick to answer every question and was so polite and patient. Once I decided to take the leap, everyone I talked to from that point on was just as friendly and made me feel like I really did make the right decision.

The program started out great and once everything was settled with a payment plan, I was basically ignored. I have opened 4 customer tickets over the past 4 months and even called asking for an update on the account and each ticket is closed month after month with no response and they didn't know on the phone either. This wasn't an issue while they were making money on the agreements; but after that you are on your own if anything changes.

Great. Just a little awkward and made me question the legitimacy a little when asked for touting and account number. Maybe if the phone number was always the same number, or if it would be at all possible to not give sensitive information over the phone.

I was in debt and made a random call to debt relief companies. The one who picked up the call, Wallace from National Debt Relief, explained their service so well and made me feel like they could help me. With the way he spoke to me, I was like, “I should give this a shot,” because I was in doubt that they could help. He said that at least I should be working and also, if possible, I should be persistent about me paying off the bi-weekly deduction as it would help me get my credit score back. He made me feel like everything was under control.

I'm in debt and couldn't afford to pay it all so I sought the services of National Debt Relief. They seemed legit and not like a scam. The enrollment process was very easy. They just gave me the monthly payment after they went through the people and got a settlement for what I have to pay. And then, I just pay it off slowly. The payment plan was definitely working for me. The rep was very helpful too. The response time that I got back from asking any questions was good and the quality of their service was outstanding. I'm about to complete the program. Next month, I should be able to pay off everything, and I’ll be back to living life regularly. I don’t have to take a check to pay a check.

National Debt Relief's enrollment process was easy with their guidance. If I had questions, they answered them and they were very nice about it. I had a really good experience. The team at NDR are always available and very professional. I was really nervous at first because I wasn’t sure if it was all gonna work, but they assured me it would be fine and that they are always there if I have any questions. The people at National Debt Relief are very helpful and knowledgeable about what they're doing. They always follow through and are always on time. They were also flexible and they worked with me when I needed to skip a payment. I am enrolled in their debt settlement program and they were able to work with the creditors and give me a lower credit price to pay. And it's convenient that NDR has an escrow account that I can put money into. My payment plan is a little high but I understood that these guys need to be paid off, so I was willing to go for it and do it. I've had to cut back on a lot of things including food and gas. But my goal is when the payments are done, I'll be relieved and it'll be a big help. I have about five cards that need to be paid up. I got two paid up so I'm about a third of the way through. When you put in a request for service, their turnaround time is very quick, so I'm glad I stuck with them.

I had some things that came up and I was not keeping up with the payments. I gave National Debt Relief a call and everything worked out. Their enrollment process was quick and easy. I gave them all my information as far as my finances go and they figured out what was the best payment option that I can afford. NDR consolidated everything into one payment. That has helped out quite a bit and was being able to work with me. I've been a year and six months in their process. My negotiator was really good to talk to. Two people I've been dealing with, Al ** and Maria, were clear, kind, patient, understanding, efficient and thorough. I couldn't have asked for anybody better. They each answered every question, listened to my every concern, calmed down my anxiety, and gave me room to breathe and think.

My only problem during the enrollment process was gathering loan agreements with my current debtors. I had long standing accounts and my Initial loan agreements were either thrown away or lost by me so finding them or contacting the debtor to request them was difficult. Other than that, I feel the program is extremely well put together and thorough. Everyone I talked to was very courteous and well-trained.
