The program started out great and once everything was settled with a payment plan, I was basically ignored. I have opened 4 customer tickets over the past 4 months and even called asking for an update on the account and each ticket is closed month after month with no response and they didn't know on the phone either. This wasn't an issue while they were making money on the agreements; but after that you are on your own if anything changes.

I am so relieved and grateful I made this call. Feels good to have an advocate helping me through this so I can get back on track. The customer service was nothing short of incredible. I was never made to feel silly, irresponsible, or ashamed. I have been the victim of a horrible situation and if it weren’t for this service and these wonderful people - I just don’t know what else my family would do.

Great. Just a little awkward and made me question the legitimacy a little when asked for touting and account number. Maybe if the phone number was always the same number, or if it would be at all possible to not give sensitive information over the phone.

I was in debt and made a random call to debt relief companies. The one who picked up the call, Wallace from National Debt Relief, explained their service so well and made me feel like they could help me. With the way he spoke to me, I was like, “I should give this a shot,” because I was in doubt that they could help. He said that at least I should be working and also, if possible, I should be persistent about me paying off the bi-weekly deduction as it would help me get my credit score back. He made me feel like everything was under control.

I'm in debt and couldn't afford to pay it all so I sought the services of National Debt Relief. They seemed legit and not like a scam. The enrollment process was very easy. They just gave me the monthly payment after they went through the people and got a settlement for what I have to pay. And then, I just pay it off slowly. The payment plan was definitely working for me. The rep was very helpful too. The response time that I got back from asking any questions was good and the quality of their service was outstanding. I'm about to complete the program. Next month, I should be able to pay off everything, and I’ll be back to living life regularly. I don’t have to take a check to pay a check.

National Debt Relief's enrollment process was easy with their guidance. If I had questions, they answered them and they were very nice about it. I had a really good experience. The team at NDR are always available and very professional. I was really nervous at first because I wasn’t sure if it was all gonna work, but they assured me it would be fine and that they are always there if I have any questions. They are doing a great job and a lot of my debts have been settled already.

They made the not so fun process at least bearable by being friendly and there to answer any questions. I truly appreciated them not judging me and making me feel at ease throughout the application process. I look forward to the process and becoming debt free.

While making one of the scariest calls of my recent life (handling my bills), I found Gary to be extremely friendly and understanding. Not only did he support me through the process, but he explained what the outcome would/could be and how I can resolve this without further embarrassment. Although this process was quite lengthy time wise (A few hours on the telephone for the past two days) I am sure the outcome will be well worth the time spent. The people at National Debt Relief are very helpful and knowledgeable about what they're doing. They always follow through and are always on time. They were also flexible and they worked with me when I needed to skip a payment. I am enrolled in their debt settlement program and they were able to work with the creditors and give me a lower credit price to pay. And it's convenient that NDR has an escrow account that I can put money into. My payment plan is a little high but I understood that these guys need to be paid off, so I was willing to go for it and do it. I've had to cut back on a lot of things including food and gas. But my goal is when the payments are done, I'll be relieved and it'll be a big help. I have about five cards that need to be paid up. I got two paid up so I'm about a third of the way through. When you put in a request for service, their turnaround time is very quick, so I'm glad I stuck with them.

I had some things that came up and I was not keeping up with the payments. I gave National Debt Relief a call and everything worked out. Their enrollment process was quick and easy. I gave them all my information as far as my finances go and they figured out what was the best payment option that I can afford. NDR consolidated everything into one payment. That has helped out quite a bit and was being able to work with me. I've been a year and six months in their process. My negotiator was really good to talk to. He explained everything and I didn’t have to ask him a lot of questions. He communicated with me through emails and phone calls. I was really comfortable discussing my needs and concerns. I'd recommend NDR to my friends.

Callers honor time and state how long the phone call will take up to 15-20 minutes which was exactly how long it took. There is a lot of information to consider, but the team is extremely helpful and ready to see financial freedom for you.

I haven’t begun the program yet, so I can’t comment on how the program works, I will say the two people, Michael and Viola that I’ve spoken to were very informative and kind, they were upfront with how things works, about the fees associated with the program and how long it will take and if you finish early.

Two people I've been dealing with, Al ** and Maria, were clear, kind, patient, understanding, efficient and thorough. I couldn't have asked for anybody better. They each answered every question, listened to my every concern, calmed down my anxiety, and gave me room to breathe and think.

My only problem during the enrollment process was gathering loan agreements with my current debtors. I had long standing accounts and my Initial loan agreements were either thrown away or lost by me so finding them or contacting the debtor to request them was difficult. Other than that, I feel the program is extremely well put together and thorough. Everyone I talked to was very courteous and well-trained.

So I went with them. I just had to get them my social security number and senior ID and they took care of the rest. The program I am on has been great for me. I also have no problem with the staff. If I call and need some answers, I get them, and they call me to let me know what's going on. I go on my email too to check on it so they don't have to give me too many calls. They are wonderful. I worked with a specific person in the beginning but now, whoever works with me is fine.

I spent about two hours on the phone to set up the account and I thought everything was going well. However, since that time, I have had nothing but trouble. My attachments are getting blocked by the their network and the online help has been useless. I cannot update some of the creditor accounts but the support people I contact don't know how to help. They can only suggest time-intensive items, like closing my bank account to cut off creditors (and legitimate account as well). I can't even find this alleged order number that I am supposed to use with the rating.

NDR had all my financial information incorporated in my agreement which made the process much easier and faster. Everything was set out and the Customer service representative was there the whole way to explain all the issues. They let me know that I may be encountering some difficult times with creditors but they will be there to take over. Also, there may be a four or more month gap between my first escrow payment and my first settlement due to the time it takes creditors to begin collection action. I chose NDR because of its BBB rating's long history.

Everything appeared to go well. Your representatives speak way too fast when going over the agreement which makes it hard to understand sometimes. My temporary password to my portal account did not work but when I changed it I see there should have been a number which was not provided information.

When I had gotten into a bind with some credit cards and was looking at how I could get out of it, National Debt Relief was the best option. I did some research about NDR, and I liked the reviews I saw online. The enrollment process was easy and well explained. At first, I wasn’t sure that it was the route I was gonna go and had a lot of questions. They answered all my questions and gave me time to think about it. I called back three different times and had more questions before I decided what to do, and they were very understanding. They got me a loan through Liberty Lending to pay everything off so I’m out of the NDR program and just paying Liberty Lending now. I worked with NDR for less than a year and with them, my credit cards are paid off. They got me good settlements and settled with the credit cards companies. The cost was reasonable too for the quality. Working with them was a positive experience for me.

Been with the program for a year now and have half of my debt settles...yippee. What this program has taught me is to do it by myself. I have 9 creditors, a lot I know but all together had $15k in debt. That’s what’s required to start the program. I was SO relieved because I had been carrying all this sadness of debt for so long and I thought someone was actually there to hear me out, I was truly wrong. Not only did I almost get sued by one of my creditors already but they refuse to negotiate with any of my other ones until the two, yes they only settled two creditors, are paid completely. They didn’t take ANY stone taking out their fees though. So I’m now paying my highest owed creditor and the creditor that tried to sue me, leaving my other 7 creditors to go to collections and possibly lead to me getting sued again because I live in a state where the statute of limitations is 10 years so they can sue me until I’m 34!

My experience was good. There was a couple of things that were not told to me at first. Like the welcome call that had to be done before my account would be activated or my account would be deactivated. Also that it would take another 20 min on the phone to do this.

We had a tragedy and we racked up all of our credit cards. In the span of a year, we surmounted some debt. We researched National Debt Relief and they were the best as far as how much they would charge per settlement. We signed up with their consolidation program. However, the enrollment process was not that easy. Everything that we had, debt-wise, did not show up on our credit report. We knew there were a few things missing, but they had been sold to other companies. We were still getting phone calls a couple of months into the process with new debtors. So we had to continually add debt to our amount. And so, that brought up our monthly payment. But it wasn't NDR's fault that they didn't have all the information, it was all our fault.

I had a bunch of bills that came up which caused a tidal wave because other things just collapsed upon other things. There was no way to pay for any of it at that point.
