    The program started out great and once everything was settled with a payment plan, I was basically ignored. I have opened 4 customer tickets over the past 4 months and even called asking for an update on the account and each ticket is closed month after month with no response and they didn't know on the phone either. This wasn't an issue while they were making money on the agreements; but after that you are on your own if anything changes.

    I was in debt and made a random call to debt relief companies. The one who picked up the call, Wallace from National Debt Relief, explained their service so well and made me feel like they could help me. With the way he spoke to me, I was like, “I should give this a shot,” because I was in doubt that they could help. He said that at least I should be working and also, if possible, I should be persistent about me paying off the bi-weekly deduction as it would help me get my credit score back. He made me feel like everything was under control.

    The enrollment process was a bit hard since I didn’t have time and then they had to send some things I had to sign. The program worked 50% for me because I started this eight months ago and I'm still not 50% through. I thought that I would be more than halfway at this time, that I would be a little closer but I'm not and that was the disappointment I had with NDR. My creditors have been calling me that they could reduce the debt themselves. I was thinking about stopping it with NDR or just going ahead. It's not the process I thought but at least I'm getting there.

    When joining a debt relief company, it's like your credit score has to start building up again. I have a bad credit score and when I joined NDR, I don’t have to think about that. Hopefully, it gets better. NDR went very good and anytime I get a misunderstanding or I don’t understand anything, they talk to me nicely and they have their time to explain everything. They give me peace of mind and they deal with my creditors. Before I was picking up my phone every time because my creditors were calling me but now, I don’t have to do that anymore. Their quality of service is 100%.

They just gave me the monthly payment after they went through the people and got a settlement for what I have to pay. And then, I just pay it off slowly.     National Debt Relief's enrollment process was easy with their guidance. If I had questions, they answered them and they were very nice about it. I had a really good experience. The team at NDR are always available and very professional. I was really nervous at first because I wasn’t sure if it was all gonna work, but they assured me it would be fine and that they are always there if I have any questions. They are doing a great job and a lot of my debts have been settled already.

    They took the monthly expenses into consideration, so we came up with what I could afford, and it has been working out. I was even furloughed and couldn’t make one of the payments, but they waived it and picked it back up. I said that I didn’t know when I was gonna pay it again, but they worked with me on that as well. I got into all those debts trying to help out my son in getting him an apartment. I had two households for a year and I explained it to NDR, and they really helped me out. NDR has been great and working with them was better than getting a loan consolidation per se. It works.

    The people at National Debt Relief are very helpful and knowledgeable about what they're doing. They always follow through and are always on time. They were also flexible and they worked with me when I needed to skip a payment. I am enrolled in their debt settlement program and they were able to work with the creditors and give me a lower credit price to pay. And it's convenient that NDR has an escrow account that I can put money into. My payment plan is a little high but I understood that these guys need to be paid off, so I was willing to go for it and do it. I've had to cut back on a lot of things including food and gas.     I was approved for a mortgage that I should not have been approved for because of my debts and it was rushed through and put me in a world of hurt after the closing of the house. It was a horrible time. I had been looking into debt consolidation with my credit card companies, but I wasn't getting anywhere with them. I was feeling desperate and called National Debt Relief. They called me back in 25 minutes. It was great. They told me that I'll be completely paid off within 48 months. They went with all of my creditors that I chose. So there were certain creditors that they left out. There were a couple credit cards that I kept on my own to pay off the bill and get done. They worked with all of them.

    The only thing that stinks is I can't pay my creditors for six months. I have to go delinquent before they'll consider me as being a risk. So it tanked my credit. Still, I had already gotten my mortgage. So that part for me was fine. That wasn't included in the debt consolidation. It took NDR a good year, and they were able to contact everyone and make the debt settlement agreements, which ended up being awful less than half of what I owed. It all happened very quickly. What they do is they work with your creditors and get everything under control. And then, they roll it over into an investment company where they pay off the entire debt. Now, I'm just paying them a monthly payment which helps build my credit back up. It's actually deducted right from my paycheck and I don't do anything with it.

    I signed all the paperwork online and it's amazing. I would go to the bank, have something notarized and then PDF it to NDR. So everything is instantaneous. You have phone logins to each of your account. So if you don't have time to take a phone call, you can go online into your account and communicate with them that way, which for me is great because I'm on conference calls all day for work. It works out perfectly. Also, everything is completely noted within the account. There is never any repetition. Everything is straightforward and easy. I would tell others to do a debt consolidation with National Debt Relief. It's scary but it really does help.

    I spent about two hours on the phone to set up the account and I thought everything was going well. However, since that time, I have had nothing but trouble. My attachments are getting blocked by the their network and the online help has been useless. I cannot update some of the creditor accounts but the support people I contact don't know how to help. They can only suggest time-intensive items, like closing my bank account to cut off creditors (and legitimate account as well). I can't even find this alleged order number that I am supposed to use with the rating.

    Based on the ratings and experiences from other people, we went with National Debt Relief for a consolidation and the experience has been good so far. I found them online and then did most of the enrollment over the phone. Whoever negotiates with the people asked me if I was gonna accept the offer. They told me what they were offering and what I would need to pay extra. Sometimes you gotta rob Peter to pay Paul and make it happen but I’m here to do and pay as much as I can afford. I wouldn’t be there if I can afford all of it.

    Sometimes, people get busy and NDR should call to give you a brief update at least once a month. When I make my payments and then the deposits, I wouldn’t hear anything for a long time. So, I would call them myself just to see. They have the portal but a lot of people don’t have internet and they can’t afford it. Also, they may not have computers and can’t look it up. I got three debts with NDR. Two has been settled and I got a year and a half until the process is complete. The program is doable and it works. I’d recommend it to a friend.

Everything was set out and the Customer service representative was there the whole way to explain all the issues.     Been with the program for a year now and have half of my debt settles...yippee. What this program has taught me is to do it by myself. I have 9 creditors, a lot I know but all together had $15k in debt. That’s what’s required to start the program. I was SO relieved because I had been carrying all this sadness of debt for so long and I thought someone was actually there to hear me out, I was truly wrong. Not only did I almost get sued by one of my creditors already but they refuse to negotiate with any of my other ones until the two, yes they only settled two creditors, are paid completely. They didn’t take ANY stone taking out their fees though. So I’m now paying my highest owed creditor and the creditor that tried to sue me, leaving my other 7 creditors to go to collections and possibly lead to me getting sued again because I live in a state where the statute of limitations is 10 years so they can sue me until I’m 34!

    Every time I call and ask for information the same they need more money in order to speak with these creditors. At least make a deal with them and let ME decide what I want to pay. The only reason I didn’t give them a one star is because they were quick to respond to the legal action taken out against me. Please go with a debt management program. People will help you and you will get out with all your debt paid in full. This has taking a huge emotional and physical toll on me and I would never want someone to go day by day wondering if they’re going to get sued and their paycheck is going to get taken away to pay these creditors. Don’t live in fear!

    My experience was good. There was a couple of things that were not told to me at first. Like the welcome call that had to be done before my account would be activated or my account would be deactivated. Also that it would take another 20 min on the phone to do this.

    We had a tragedy and we racked up all of our credit cards. In the span of a year, we surmounted some debt. We researched National Debt Relief and they were the best as far as how much they would charge per settlement. We signed up with their consolidation program. However, the enrollment process was not that easy. Everything that we had, debt-wise, did not show up on our credit report. We knew there were a few things missing, but they had been sold to other companies. We were still getting phone calls a couple of months into the process with new debtors. So we had to continually add debt to our amount. And so, that brought up our monthly payment. But it wasn't NDR's fault that they didn't have all the information, it was all our fault.

    The rep we worked with was wonderful. He made the process easier to get through because of his good personality. He also answered our questions. The original payment plan definitely worked for us. We do struggle to make the new one, after we added on quite a few debtors that were not on our credit report, but it’s our debt. It would be better, though, if they took less percentage of what they’re collecting.

    We could probably negotiate with these companies ourselves if we wanted to do that and save ourselves a bunch of money long-term. But NDR has the know-how to do that. Overall, we have been getting very reasonable settlements from the companies that we are in debt with using NDR's program. The service is costly but we get great service. We have researched into other companies since then, and NDR is very reasonable and comparable to the other companies that offer the same debt relief program.

    I had a bunch of bills that came up which caused a tidal wave because other things just collapsed upon other things. There was no way to pay for any of it at that point. I looked around to look at the companies that I was aware of and with that, I chose National Debt Relief. They set me up with a pretty good program and enrolling was very easy. They call me or I call them and we have a conversation. They gave me some numbers and asked me to consolidate some of the information for them. It took three to four hours on the phone.

    I like that there was no upfront cost to work with them. They take their fees out of the payments and that was a good thing for me. I also like that they handled all the creditors rather than having me call each individual credit card company. I know from my experience that if I was to call one credit card company and they were to do it, the other credit card company didn't do it in time and then I was screwed.

    But I made a mistake. I did not change my phone number to their phone number which made my phone ring off the hook. It was a very bad experience but they addressed the issue. Other than that, everything was good. The staff is very friendly and they answer my questions. Whoever picks up my call has been more than sufficient. They contact me as needed and if something happens, they let me know.

    They've given me options but there is no option to have credit cards when doing a program like this. It's an all-or-nothing type of deal but they don't say that and when I asked them, they were skirting around the question. Still, I'm comfortable with the program and I'm able to settle debts from the outstanding after almost a year, but that was to be expected. They have worked with me and it was very easy to work with them.
