My overall experience was quite a long procedure. I emailed at first because I do have trouble hearing on the phone and it was very good because then I could take the time to go over the documents. The explanations were precise and to the point. I only had a few questions which were all answered.

It was a challenge to come up with such a large amount monthly however in the end it has paid off the peace of mind I have. Experience has been great and I am now able to begin rebuilding my credit. It slow and steady.

NDR stood out more compared to other companies. I consulted with an agent and it sounded like I was in good hands, so I just went with them. I had to make sure I crossed the T’s, dotted the I’s on my part and the enrollment process went smoothly and quick. I told them my situation and they did what they said. They were cutting my debt more than half so I can pay it off quicker. NDR helped me ease my mind that the debt could end sooner, and it’s gonna impact my life financially, when everything is settled. My payment is $634 a month, now to 2020. It wasn’t gonna be so much longer down the road. In 2020, I would have that much more to go towards my family and my expenses, to take care of them.

There was a time when I couldn't get out of a hole and I couldn't find a loan that was big enough nor anyone who would wanna help us. I got a settlement through NDR and their reps were very helpful. Enrollment was simple too. Currently, I'm almost done settling and I have been impressed with the simplicity of NDR's service thus far. They worked extremely well with me on the payment plan. I had gotten something in the mail from National Debt Relief. I saw something there and looked it up. The enrollment was simple. We’ve been in the program for almost a year and have reduced our debts. Although there is a fee that we have to pay, it’s not as much. It’s as if I had to pay every penny back though. Knowing that the debt is gonna be eventually paid and that we're taking the right steps to get it paid off takes a lot of stress off.

Every one I have had conversations with have been very helpful. They went over everything in detail and answered all of my questions. They went over all the emails I would be getting and explained what each one would be and told me how to handle each one of them in detail.

Most of my debt has been settle for 75 percent of what I owed and they take 20 percent so no money is saved. They do not work hard to settle your debt and you can still be sued and your credit really drops. They don't disclose everything to you in your phone conversations with them which makes it seem like a great deal. You better read the fine print before you sign with this company.

I do feel that they should explain in further detail exactly how the process works in order to ensure folks understand what they are signing up for. I am about 3 months into the program and not much to report as of yet. My monthly payments are coming out timely with no issues. I will say that so far the customer service has been fantastic. It was a very simple process getting started. Settlements should get started soon but we will see. Looking at some of the one-star comments has me a bit worried but I am just hoping that this gets me out of debt and onto a better track.

I spoke with Mantise (I hope I remembered correctly) on my Welcome call. It was difficult to catch everything she was saying & I had to ask her to repeat & slow down (several times). She was telling me about forms I needed to return and I had some questions which she was unable to answer because, as she informed me she was "reading from a script." I suggested that she read slower so I could get the information correct - she became rather irritated. I hung up from her. I called my debt specialist and he answered my questions very clearly. It was not a very welcoming experience talking to a person reading a script who spoke fast and could not answer my questions, but Daniel **, the person assigned as my debt specialist was very calm, positive and able to answer my questions so I understand exactly what to do.

Ryan, on my initial call, and Tia, on the welcome call were both customer-oriented. My questions were all answered and the process explanations were clear. I did some research and the BBB A+ was a big factor in deciding to use National Debt Relief.

We set up our debt relief with Duane ** and then had a confirmation call. (Forgive us. We/I forgot her name.) They were both very kind and knowledgeable in regards to the process. So far, I've been very happy with the process with National Debt Relief. Getting to a point where you have to find help is something you never plan for. It's embarrassing and you feel defeated. However, NDR has made the process a little less difficult with their professionalism and kindness.

Odd that they should ask for a review since they haven't done anything for me. So far, I've received a lot of scripted calls, and I've been going through the motions with them. The service hasn't been personal, very robotic and cookie cutter. Ask me again, once they start paying off my debts.

I am pleased with the service I have had. I am new at this and there is a lot of paper work, but I am sure it will all be handled in a positive manner. I look forward in the future to be debt free. I have been scammed, last year, and my identity stolen. Also, my social security. The debt was only half mine and scammers paid down the loans and took it out the next day. The credit card companies added it onto my balance. I spoke with them and told them it was fraud, but they said I had to pay it. Therefore, I needed help to get my debt paid off. This action caused my credit cards to go well past my limit. I will be glad to resolve this.

I had some bad credit card debt and also had a large business loan that I took out. When I called National Debt Relief, they were so nice. They reached out to me by email and I thought of trying them out. They thoroughly explained everything and they were really communicative about every single solitary detail. The program is straightforward and easy to understand. Basically, you open up a little savings account and from that savings account, they withdraw. There are people that represent you when they come down to your creditors when the collector is calling and they make that very easy to do. They receive all the phone calls and take over everything that has to be said in a professional manner. Sometimes, one doesn’t know how to communicate with creditors or doesn’t know how to communicate very well. With National Debt Relief, it relieves you of that stress.

The enrollment process at National Debt Relief was easy. I have a bi-month payment plan. We negotiated what would work for me. There’s so much that they take out of my account each month and apply it to the debt. We paid off a few of the debt and I'm halfway in the process. I wanted to pay off my credit cards. I was paying them off for $700 a month and it wasn’t paying them down. I got in touch with National Debt Relief and asked them how I could make this work and how I can make it beneficial to me because I was in a rut. Enrolling with them was great. But one issue I had was not understanding clearly what the installment fees were gonna be as well as the initial fee once the debt was settled. Even so, the process was concise. Pablo Was able to assist me and answer all the questions I had via email, he was patient with my lack of time to attend calls and very responsive to all my emails. All I had to do was give them the information that they asked for and they took it from there. So far, so good. They have been good to me. They call me, send me emails, and check up on me every month letting me know how much I owe and how my stuff is going. If I didn't respond to their email within a certain period of time, they would call me and ask me if I've gotten the email and if I've gone over it. Then, within their emails, they would ask me if what was within it was what I wanted and to comment "okay" if it was. If I do that, they would then go ahead and comment that I have confirmed.

Both Theodore and Jaime were great to work with. They were friendly, patient, and clear in their instructions. And Theodore reached out to me multiple times to make sure that I was helped. Good work! I feel confident that NDR is going to help me get out of debt soon.

I sought National Debt Relief's credit card debt services and I've been with them for about three or four months now. Their rep is nice and I feel good working with them. Working with NDR is working out wonderful for me.

I was drowning in debt. I contacted NDR in the past but didn’t use them then. I then thought about it some more and finally just plunged in. The enrollment process was fine. The rep called and told me what they could do for me. Then they asked if I accepted. I found that although the program cost some money to do, it also saved me money so I said to go ahead. I have three and a half years left out of a four-year plan. And we’ve settled 3 of 13 credit cards so far. Plus, I haven’t had any creditors that I had to do anything extra about.

National Debt Relief don’t charge you a fee for your debt. Other companies charge about $40 per month. NDR also has a paydown within two to three years debt-free. They have been excellent, on time, and really making some progress on my debt. They've been closing a couple of accounts for me. I'm midway in the process and it's looking good. Also, everyone who answers the phone is very professional. They do a great job. They follow up, send emails and they remind you to check the account. They are absolutely awesome. My credit score is going up and I don’t have to worry about anything. If I wanna add something, they immediately do it. If I wanna remove a duplicate, they’re on top of it. They call and let me know there was a duplicate posting. I couldn’t be any happier. I would definitely recommend National Debt Relief.

Getting enrolled with National Debt Relief was fairly easy. I had to seek their services due to my overwhelming debt and, now, they’ve already taken care of a few of them. We've also established a plan for the rest of it and I still have about a year and a half left to complete the program. NDR reps were always courteous and professional, and if they didn’t have the information right then, they were able to get it then give it to me in a timely manner.

But I've been working with NDR for a year now and their program hasn't worked. So far, it hasn't done anything for me and I haven't been able to pay off any debt.

I'm a year into the process with National Debt Relief and we have four out of five accounts resolved. Right now, I'm just concerned that I have received a couple of letters from Chase offering settlement. I scanned them and sent them over. My husband and I are on a fixed income. I had owned a business and I was selling it, but I still had credit cards and things from the business which were getting almost impossible to pay. National Debt Relief tried to get the amount reduced and work up a better payment with the different companies. Enrolling with them was very easy. They answered any questions that I had. So far, their program is making it easy for me to meet the obligations that I have. In fact, they have cut down the amount of money that I had to put out each month and they have settled some of my debts. It was comfortable working with them and I would recommend them.

I got into one of NDR's programs wherein I would pay them $500 a month and they would call all my credit card companies and tell them that they have me as a client and that I want to consolidate my debt. Customer service at NDR was pretty good. However, they charge $200 whenever I settle and that they go after companies wherein I get behind. I have a few credit card companies that I'm not behind with and NDR is waiting until those debts get behind. Still, they're doing everything they said they were gonna do and so far, it has been good. Working with them has made my life easier. I just have to make one payment and NDR takes care of everything. I don’t have to worry about all the creditors calling me to say that they need this and that.
