Shawn the one who enrolled me and the others I worked with. Highly recommended. Hopefully I will never be back but if I do, I will come to this company.

It was very easy and explained in a way we could understand the program, didn't make us feel like losers, with a follow-up call was also done to make sure we understand this. Scott ** was very pleasant to work with. Filing was very easy to do also, to wipe out our credit card in 3yrs is wonderful, not in 16, I know we paid for what we bought many times over, but the interest rates are terrible.

I had been searching for Debt Relief help for a few months now and took time to research the best reviewed organizations because of the number of scams that I had been hearing about and the bad experiences of many. I also researched the various options for obtaining help in my situation. After speaking and discussing options with several organizations I was satisfied that NDR would be my best bet. I spoke with and communicated by email with the assigned representative, Robin ** over a period of several weeks before I felt confident and safe to proceed. Although still very concerned for all the risks involved, I signed up today.

This company is very professional and accurate in breaking down everything to where you can understand your program that is designed for you. Everyone is very friendly and patient, and they make sure that they are available for your every need.

Getting enrolled with National Debt Relief was fairly easy. I had to seek their services due to my overwhelming debt and, now, they’ve already taken care of a few of them. We've also established a plan for the rest of it and I still have about a year and a half left to complete the program. NDR reps were always courteous and professional, and if they didn’t have the information right then, they were able to get it then give it to me in a timely manner.

National Debt Relief don’t charge you a fee for your debt. Other companies charge about $40 per month. NDR also has a paydown within two to three years debt-free. They have been excellent, on time, and really making some progress on my debt. They've been closing a couple of accounts for me. I'm midway in the process and it's looking good. Also, everyone who answers the phone is very professional. They do a great job. They follow up, send emails and they remind you to check the account. They are absolutely awesome. My credit score is going up and I don’t have to worry about anything. If I wanna add something, they immediately do it. If I wanna remove a duplicate, they’re on top of it. They call and let me know there was a duplicate posting. I couldn’t be any happier. I would definitely recommend National Debt Relief.

I thought my debt was something that National Debt Relief could help me with, so I went with them. Enrolling with them was easy and the reps have all been good. But I've been working with NDR for a year now and their program hasn't worked. So far, it hasn't done anything for me and I haven't been able to pay off any debt.

I'm a year into the process with National Debt Relief and we have four out of five accounts resolved. Right now, I'm just concerned that I have received a couple of letters from Chase offering settlement. I scanned them and sent them over. I don't know why NDR hasn't taken the settlement or negotiate with Chase. That's my last debtor. I would like a little more communication on how things are progressing, like what's next. My husband and I are on a fixed income. I had owned a business and I was selling it, but I still had credit cards and things from the business which were getting almost impossible to pay. National Debt Relief tried to get the amount reduced and work up a better payment with the different companies. Enrolling with them was very easy. They answered any questions that I had. So far, their program is making it easy for me to meet the obligations that I have. In fact, they have cut down the amount of money that I had to put out each month and they have settled some of my debts. It was comfortable working with them and I would recommend them.

I got into one of NDR's programs wherein I would pay them $500 a month and they would call all my credit card companies and tell them that they have me as a client and that I want to consolidate my debt. Customer service at NDR was pretty good. However, they charge $200 whenever I settle and that they go after companies wherein I get behind. I have a few credit card companies that I'm not behind with and NDR is waiting until those debts get behind. Still, they're doing everything they said they were gonna do and so far, it has been good. Working with them has made my life easier. I just have to make one payment and NDR takes care of everything. I don’t have to worry about all the creditors calling me to say that they need this and that.

My experience with NDR has been a positive one. They took the time to really explain and repeat things to me that I need clarified. I will recommend them to anyone who may have debt problems. The counselors were patient as I asked questions. I was given several phone numbers where they could be reached in the event that I needed to contact them.

My credit card debt was too much and it was overwhelming. I couldn't go with other companies that I researched ‘cause I knew I couldn’t afford the payment. Working with National Debt Relief has been amazing. We’re not even halfway through the program and it’s been a huge relief already. They’re negotiating with the credit card companies about the payoffs, and I can call or email them and they get back to me immediately. The payment plan is very reasonable and I was very impressed.

I was going through a divorce a lot of debt got left on me. Also, my income is not as free as my husband's. I called National Debt Relief and they told me they were gonna look into all my debt. They did some type of credit check and right away, they told me that I could go ahead and do the program. It was super easy and they settled about seven credit cards. But I got a call a couple of weeks ago and they wanted me to go with this other lender. He wanted to pay everything off right away and I would still have the same payments that I was doing with National Debt Relief. They called it a graduating program. I went with it. They said that National Debt Relief is gonna talk to the rest of lenders and if they settled, the other lender knows an excess amount of money that they're gonna let me borrow.

The National Debt Relief program helped me pay off some things and it was nice paying off some debt. Any interactions were done privately and they were all pretty decent. They were very thorough on the phone with me. For every option, they explained everything in detail. Enrolling was fairly easy as well.

I have been with NDR now since December 2018. At the time I was unemployed or our house sale fell through so times were tough. I spent a good bit of time reading reviews, etc... My experience has been completely opposite of those who have written reviews online. We brought about 70k of debt to the table because of losing significant income and being a bit irresponsible. They negotiated the first amount from 30k down to 16k. Add another 6k for their fee and I'm down 6k from where I was. It took another year and the threat of being sued for them to negotiate the second one. This was 24500.00 and the negotiated amount was just over 29k, plus a 2500.00 fee. So now I owe more than when I started on these to loans.

NDR had an unexpectedly quick response time. The person we were working with also made sure to connect via email during longer wait periods. The service has been great. They have taken the time to make sure we understand and answered questions without frustration.

I was with NDR since 2017. Things seemed fine and actually settled an account after about 3 months. After that everything became difficult and things started happening. The second account they agreed to a settlement with seemed good once again. They set up 3 payments (which I asked just to pay them lump sum) and the company took first 2 payments then reversed the 3rd payment. I was able to find out that NDR paid the company late so that voided the agreement. It took me many calls and speaking to the creditor directly to figure that out after making a complaint on Consumer Affairs. I then cancelled my program because NDR couldn't not tell me what happened. I soon was served by my creditor and they were attempting to sue me. I called NDR back and said only way they could help me is if I was re-enrolled in the program. So having no other option I enrolled back in.

I talked to the rep over the phone half the time, and through emails the other half. Right now, they’re pulling money out of my checking account, saving it and paying off all of my credit cards one at a time. It would have been nice, however, if National Debt Relief would’ve explained things that are in their hidden fine print that they have neglected to tell us. They don't tell you that they claim all this stuff as extra income and they’d have to take it out on your taxes. Even if it’s in their underlying contract, they shouldn’t hide things from people.

National Debt Relief has been a way to get back on track and get my payments on schedule. When I was incarcerated for 18 months, all my bills got behind, and I was just overwhelmed. So I called National Debt Relief to try to get myself back to where I was before. NDR contacts the people I owe and they come to an agreement. Then they take the money out of my account every month and pay the people off. I don’t have to worry about making all the individual payments. They took care of it for me. It's one less thing I have to worry about, but I also know that I'm working on my credit at the same time. I can focus on doing other things I need to do. Slowly, my credit score is starting to increase. It's slowly starting progress, and that helps.

Our house was built in 1991 and it was starting to go down, and I didn't have the money to have it fixed up. I also got behind on some of my credit cards. I tried four or five companies and I found out that some of them had more against them than it was worth trying to go through them. I had gotten something in the mail from National Debt Relief, and I thought I would give it a try and see. The reps are nice, but they don't keep you informed if something is paid off or not. They just told me to keep putting money in the bank and they would handle the rest of it. Still, it was easy to get enrolled. So when I got back on my feet, signing up with a settlement program was one of the things I wanted to do and try to get things done. Some people say a settlement is not as good as paying them off but I wanted so good to face it and get it done.

National Debt Relief had the commitment to have my debt resolved in a matter of four years. Signing up for the program was an easy process. The payment plan was manageable and it was less than what I was having to manage with individual creditors. When one has debt concerns, it's a little uncertain but National Debt Relief has been very wonderful to work with. I hear from them every time they make a settlement with the creditor and there's a periodic check-in. There's also a web portal that I could constantly see how the program is being managed on my behalf. I had four accounts that went into the program and I'm now down to my last one. The program has been very successful and easy.

I had put too much on credit cards and the minimum amount was all I could make. That wasn’t getting it because the interest charge often was more than the minimum payment. I called Debt Relief and the terms that I was quoted seemed doable. Signing up was okay except it was a little rushed. I didn’t have a computer at the time, and I had to borrow one to set up to complete the enrollment process. Also, I don’t think I was told that I was gonna have to report the debt when the creditor settled. That amount was gonna be reported to IRS as income, and it put me over with the tax changes this year. I had to pay back because of that increased income reported.
