Everyone has been extremely helpful and kind throughout this whole experience so far. This is a very tough subject and they make you feel like you are not alone. I was walked through each section on every form so I fully understood what to expect.

Amazing! I can breathe a whole lot easier knowing I will start doing more than just make minimum payments for years to come! The representative I talked to was patient as well as understanding of my situation. I realize my past decisions got me in the financial mess I now face, but he was able to show me a way back to financial wellness!

I was very satisfied with the help I was given. They were very courteous. They offered to help me anytime I need. They were polite. Willing to answer any questions I may have had. They were spontaneous as to when they were suppose to call or help me in getting all this done.

National Debt Relief seemed to have a good plan so I went with them and it has been really well with them. It has been about 14 months and they've almost got everything taken care of except one more. Also, the reps are great. I haven't had any problem with them at all. The payments are a little hard but it's worth it in the long run. If anyone asks about NDR, I would tell them to go for it.

I had some credit cards that had gotten too big that I needed to handle without going into bankruptcy. I did some research and a friend who used National Debt Relief recommended to it to me. They have wonderful reps and are super clear in helping me understand stuff. They are extremely responsive and timely as well, whether it is through email or something else. Our interaction has been phenomenal. So far, I have had a really good experience with NDR. They are relatively timely and is pretty stress-free in terms of when they’ve negotiated. I have five cards and they settled two of them at really good rates for me. I started July 1st of 2017 and the 2nd one was just paid off this past month.

National Debt Relief has helped me consolidate my debt and get rid of some of my debts. It's affordable too. The payment plan is based on the debt that I have and our monthly budget. When I called them initially, they walked me through their steps of what I needed to do and the enrollment was all done over the phone. They've also always been understanding if something comes up where I can't make a payment or where I make a half a payment in the beginning of a month. Then if I have a question or a concern, someone would get back to me within minutes.

I pay NDR a fair amount of money and they take care of my accounts. Their program is working for me. Some of their fees, I don’t get, but it is what it is. Everybody gotta make money. The negotiator answered my questions and took care of my concerns. I’d tell others to use them.

This was a huge step for me to take. A failed business had put me in a horrible mess with personal credit card debt. I contacted Consumer Credit Counseling and several bankruptcy lawyers. Bankruptcy was an option but not a good one and per information from Consumer Credit Counseling I tried debt relief as an option. I was given many reasons to be careful of using this method and was very worried about doing it. Hello NDR Team, I want to take a minute and recognize Kester ** for his outstanding customer service. I’m in the world of sales and get to talk to people face-to-face and on the phone all day every day and, I’ve seen and heard almost all of it. Kester is nothing short of legendary. This is a very difficult/scary time for me as I've never been in a debt situation like I am in presently. I just went through a divorce which cost me $30,000+ that I had to put on my credit cards and, with the interest rates I’m getting charged there simply no way I would ever be able to pay it off since I can only afford the minimum payments at this time in my life. I’ve lost plenty of sleep and I’ve constantly been stressed living paycheck to paycheck during this process.

I had to clear up some debt and searched for something to consolidate all of it together. I got a debt consolidation from NDR and they put all my debts together in one payment. However, I didn’t realize they were gonna take all our past due so far where it wrecked my credit really badly. Still, I'm alright with their payment plan and things have been getting a little better for me. I have a little money to buy groceries now.

Anthony was very helpful however the lady I spoke to on the phone was rude. She spoke so fast that I couldn’t understand half of what she said but if I asked her to say it again she would sigh and would not speak any clearer. She would ask me if I had any questions but if I did have a question, she got annoyed as if I was bothering her.

My overall experience was quite a long procedure. I emailed at first because I do have trouble hearing on the phone and it was very good because then I could take the time to go over the documents. The explanations were precise and to the point. I only had a few questions which were all answered.

They were cutting my debt more than half so I can pay it off quicker. NDR helped me ease my mind that the debt could end sooner, and it’s gonna impact my life financially, when everything is settled. My payment is $634 a month, now to 2020. It wasn’t gonna be so much longer down the road. In 2020, I would have that much more to go towards my family and my expenses, to take care of them.

Every one I have had conversations with have been very helpful. They went over everything in detail and answered all of my questions. They went over all the emails I would be getting and explained what each one would be and told me how to handle each one of them in detail.

Most of my debt has been settle for 75 percent of what I owed and they take 20 percent so no money is saved. They do not work hard to settle your debt and you can still be sued and your credit really drops. They don't disclose everything to you in your phone conversations with them which makes it seem like a great deal. You better read the fine print before you sign with this company.

It was not a very welcoming experience talking to a person reading a script who spoke fast and could not answer my questions, but Daniel **, the person assigned as my debt specialist was very calm, positive and able to answer my questions so I understand exactly what to do.

I send them a certain amount each month and they make arrangements with the bill companies. They make offers and they take settlements. I sought National Debt Relief's credit card debt services and I've been with them for about three or four months now. Their rep is nice and I feel good working with them. Working with NDR is working out wonderful for me.

I was drowning in debt. I contacted NDR in the past but didn’t use them then. I then thought about it some more and finally just plunged in. The enrollment process was fine. The rep called and told me what they could do for me. Then they asked if I accepted. I found that although the program cost some money to do, it also saved me money so I said to go ahead.
