I was skeptical when it comes to debt relief, but after going through the process National Debt Relief was very professional and friendly to help me. Having the confidence that they will help me all the way through this process is very satisfying.

I talked to debt specialist Rashad **. He was very knowledgable. I am happy to get help from NDR. I had a welcome call and a lady I talked with, explained me everything there's to know. I set up online account.

Krista was very nice and extremely helpful right from the start of our conversation. She was quite efficient and did help me tremendously. My later conversation was just as pleasant when I did the Welcome Call. Both ladies were very knowledgeable and courteous.

I have never experience so much professional and sincere attention to my concerns. NDR make it so simple and easy to apply and receive quick response. Michelle and Camilla, answered all my questions and concerns with so much patient. They walked through the whole agreement until I clearly understood their policies and what I was signing. They did not rush me into signing on. Step by step was explained. They gave me the opportunity to ask all questions and concerns. The enrollment for the debt relief program went pretty smoothly. I'm getting great service from National Debt Relief. The program has helped me get out of debt a little bit faster. The last payments are due in February of 2020.

I did an online search to help get my credit down in all one spot and National Debt Relief came up. Their customer service's really good. They explained the whole situation to me, how long it would take, what my payments would be like, broke it all down to me each month of what they could do, and what they expect they could do. It's a really good experience with them. I'm a year into the program. Out of all my credit, there are like eight left out of them. So I'm a little bit further ahead than what we expected. But I'm seeing that a lot of stuff has improved tremendously. NDR has multiple people that work on the account. I talk to a customer service agent when I call in or if a specialist needs to talk to me, they call or leave a message. It's very easy to get a hold of people. Most of the people I talk to are very informative, if not, they get someone that can help me. Everything was a great process. I recommend them highly.

Mark ** was very friendly, didn't rush through our phone call and talk time. Was very helpful in getting my application started and getting all of my information correct and processed in the system. Amanda was very friendly on the phone and took time to go over everything and was very patient will I was checking my email on my phone and completing necessary forms that needed to be electronically signed. National Debt Relief has been great to work with. The first guy I talked to was so informative. I was really defensive about it because I was 100% debt-free up until three years ago. I was angry over the situation that I've allowed myself to get into and that guy was so persuasive and gentle. He was very good at what he does. They asked me questions that I wouldn’t normally have thought to answer to pull information out that's for my benefit. I went through a divorce. I owned my own business for 11 years and credit cards are paid off every month, and then my ex-wife runs them up and she’s gone. The credit cards are opened in my name but the signature on the bottom of the paper are not mine. She signed my name, but by law, we were still married, so I had to pay for them.

I was having a lot of difficulty paying my bills because of being out of work and having a baby for a while. So, I fell behind on all of them for a couple of months, which was why I called National Debt Relief to get a little bit of help. I've been on it for a couple of months and the service is okay. As regards to payment, they negotiated with me because I could not afford the amount that they were telling me first. I have children, I have rent to pay, I have to buy food, I have a baby. So, I told them what I can afford. The negotiator seems to know what he is doing. Most of the time, I get emails and then I have to respond by email. What he has negotiated so far seem fair.

They consolidated our debts and paid them off. They negotiated lower prices with our credit cards. The enrollment process was as easy as you can make it. We had a lot of credit cards to go over so it was time-consuming in our part, but that wasn’t them, that was us. The very beginning was very nice and easy. But when my wife and I made our final payment because we got all the money to them, it seemed to take them awhile to finally payoff the final credit cards. I don’t understand why that took so long to close it. There may have been reasons that were just beyond my understanding. But we are finished with the program. We paid off the debts faster than what was expected. Overall, I was very happy. They did what they promised. But I wish there was a little bit more communication towards the end, like what the hang-up was on in finishing off the last of the cards.

The first guy I spoke to was so nice. He was helpful and really easy to set the thing up. Everything has been great. My only issue is that I asked them to change the date that they auto debit my account and it never happened, but it’s not that big of a deal. Every once in a while, I’ll get a call and if I have any questions, I'd call them back. I’m ready for this to be over, but this is my third time, and so I’m hoping it’ll be my last, that I’ve learned my lesson. National Debt Relief has given me less stress. I’m down to one person left and that’s it. I’m almost done.

They explained everything to you before you actually sign document. I looked online and seems like they had had some good reviews with BBB. It appeared that this program is legit. I’m hoping to settle my debt in half with 1 year and a half.

Updated on 11/07/2020: Every single rep I talk to has been courteous and knowledgeable. They went out their way to make sure I understood the process. Even when I had a creditor sue me. My settlements were good except that one. But they assured me it isn't done yet. It's beyond comforting to know a company has your back during these hard times. It's a slow process but if you stick to it and follow the program it works.

The people I worked with setting up our account etc were so welcoming and kind. They do not make you feel stupid for being in the position you are with debt. They make you feel relieved to be talking to someone who understands and wants to help you improve your life.

Brazil and Shaina were both great in walking me through this process. They both showed expertise throughout the steps, and took time to see if I had any additional questions, they were both thorough, and were clear about the next steps to take. Please give them both a raise.

My only complaint would be the welcome call, it's too much of the same information you go over when you initially sign up. I've done lots of research and NDR gets amazing reviews. I just barely started but it sounds as though they've thought of all the struggles from creditor pressure to obnoxious collections. The legal support may come in very handy. The cost is less than bankruptcy with the ability to save your credit score from such a large hit for years to come.

I was very nervous about this whole experience but the people on the other end of the phone were so kind and helpful. I was put at ease very quickly about my decision to contact NDR. I am looking forward to working with them and finally achieving my ultimate goal in being debt-free.
