Ed ** was very helpful. Wasn't aware that this was a debt settlement till later into it. Your ad says debt consolidation or debt settlement. Would prefer the consolidation as can't afford to pay the IRS at. Tax time but guess we have no choice now!

I've been into a financial crisis physically and National Debt Relief helped me out. I had five credit cards and they were able to contact the credit card companies and they were able to lower and give me an early payoff on it. One was a credit card with the Navy Federal Credit Union that they worked on lowering and they got it down to a good rate. I also had one loan that I haven't been able to pay with them. The people at NDR who I am dealing with are good. They have been very cordial and nice. When I missed a payment two times, they were willing to help me and everything in prolonging the payment.

I looked up National Debt Relief and found out that they are rated number one. I was tempted to go with Freedom Debt Relief because they were nice to me. They’re number two on the list of satisfaction for a company but I went with National Debt Relief 'cause it’s a bigger, more established and fair company. Their reps were all friendly and they explained things very well. Any questions I had, I asked and I had a bunch. They’ve already taken care of a couple of my credit cards and in a little over three years, I will complete the program. It takes time.

Enrolling with National Debt Relief was easy. Their reps were all very helpful and the program has made my payments more affordable. The cost was questionable, but, in the end, the benefits were bigger than that. Working with National Debt Relief helped me in seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.

I found out about NDR on the internet and they had really good reviews. It was a stress relief knowing that I'd only have to pay them once a month instead of trying to divvy up money to all of the creditors. It had made things a lot easier. We started a little over a year ago. We gave them our bank information, and they've set up some kind of trust-like fund account. Money gets taken out automatically from our account and put into theirs. From there, they were able to make payments on our debts and it was pretty easy. I've got five debts and two of them were big. The three smaller ones are taken care of and will be paid off within the next couple of months.

Everything was explained well. The people I have been in contact with have been very professional and extremely helpful. I am looking forward to getting out of debt and improving my credit score over time. I am very happy with the service I have received so far.

There are a lot of companies for taking out a loan to manage debt but National Debt Relief was the first one with the savings plan and the offer to pay off the debt at less than what we owe and at a set amount a month. That was the best thing. My plan personally was that I would be out of debt in 39 months. To get enrolled, I had to fill out paperwork and the guy who helped me set it all up emailed me all the forms. I printed out the forms, filled them out, scanned them and faxed them back to them. It wasn’t too painful and the people there are great. They've answered all my questions and any of my concerns. I can also check my balances online.

Working with NDR got me out of my bind and got the monkey off my back, all the money I owed. It’s less confusing. I told my son he should try NDR if he can’t figure out what to do with his credit cards, so I would recommend them. So far, my experience with them has been good.

they only worked with 2 of my creditors since the balances weren't high enough for the other 4. Not too sure about the allowing to go past due but we shall see what it is worth. I guess things will work out in the end.

I saw National Debt Relief commercials a bunch and then I looked online and saw some good reviews about them which made me give them a call. Their online stuff is really good. You can see everything. Then the person who talked to me was extremely patient and informative. It took me six to eight months before I went ahead and made a decision to go with them. And then when I called back with them, it was like I never missed a beat. It was like, “Hey, I’m gonna walk you through the process.” They were very informative, they explain everything and remind you of the stuff you wouldn’t think to think about. National Deb Relief is doing a wonderful job and I'm very comfortable working with them. I’m very happy with them. My program was set up for 38 months and I'm seven months into it. So far, I’ve had about four bills negotiated on my behalf and I feel much better about where I’m headed. It has made me much more relaxed towards the debts knowing that I’m going to get them paid off. I feel that the process is going to be quick enough that I can start to reestablish my credit and everything shortly down the road here.

NDR's reps were really helpful. When I started asking questions, they helped me out right away and were super informative. I signed up and it was pretty easy. Thus far, they have been easy to deal with. We don't hold forever to talk to somebody and their reps are able to give me figures right away. The payment plan they gave is aggressive but it's working.
