Spoke to Maurice early this morning around almost 9:30 am. He was the only Representative that answer my question. I keep asking the representatives who helped me before and my question was when will I finish my program and they would answer me we don’t know. But Maurice actually told me that if I’m able to pay at least $160 today I will be done with my program and I will be graduating soon. Since I don’t have the money today I had them draft it in my next pay date which is next week. This was a relief after almost 2 years of payment. Their enrollment process was fairly easy. I called and talked to somebody and we worked through the enrollment. I have done some online chats and their employees have been good. The service has been good as well. I'm still working on the debts but have settled some of them. I've been comfortable working with NDR's program, and the payment plan works with my budget. I hired you over a week ago, shortly after I had been served a summons from saslavrar. I called them the next day and have been battling with them for over a week. Each time I have to wait 30 minutes to a hour before they answer. Each time they want something different from me. Now they want a letter from you stating you are not handling Citibank NA. You tell me you legally can't do that, I MUST be dumber than dumb. They won't let me set up a payment plan until they get the letter, and you legally can't send the letter. I am sorry I got involved with a company that acts like they don't care!!!

National Debt Relief has been helping me and we’ve already got one credit knocked down. They said within six months they’ll be able to at least get something in the works which they did, which is why one of the debts are already paid off and the second one has just been negotiated. Now, there are just two left. The third one is the last one and then I’ll be done. I’m hoping that it would be a little bit sooner but things take time. NDR has been doing great and they haven’t given me issues. They call me, they email me, they leave me messages and they let me know to give them a call back when they have any updates pertaining to my case. They do all the negotiating part but I do speak to my case manager who explains everything to me and if I have any questions, I call and they always answer. They are on point with everything.

National Debt Relief's representative said that within 24 to 48 hours, they would let me know of what was happening, but it has been a couple of months and they never got back to me. NDR is deducting 1,243 every month, but they have not been able to get into a new deal with any of my creditors for the last couple of months. I made a mistake and shouldn't have used NDR.

I was in debt and I needed to get out of it to get some breathing room so I can get back on course. I sought National Debt Relief’s help and they were considerate and reassuring. I like the time limit, especially if I can help to put some more money so I would be out of the program within the time limit that they had told me. Their reps are trustworthy. They have a legal team to let me know if I have any problems with any of my creditors and it was reassuring that I could turn all the information over to them. They pretty much stayed on the ball. They call me every now and again to ask if there are any changes or other things that come up that they could help me with. Also, I’m able to look into my account and check it out. Working with National Debt Relief has greatly impacted my life emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually.

Enrolling with National Debt Relief was a pleasant experience. They were very nice and they already had the information about what I owe everybody right there in front of them. I didn't have to send them anything. When I call their customer service people, no matter what time I call, I always get talk to somebody different which is okay because they’re all pleasant. Everything is at my fingertips and they help me through with whatever right then. I just wish though that I could have paid more to get it over with quicker but I’m okay with the payment plan. I started the program in November of last year and I'm halfway through it. I’m on my fourth settlement. National Debt Relief has given me some ease. It has given me some relief and I’m not as depressed. I’m glad that I’m with them and I’d definitely recommend them.

Information was thorough, detailed the process, and covered the specifics within the Agreement that was reviewed. Keeping wallets "green" seems to be a mantra for National Debt Relief, but THEY need to get green. I get massive amounts of spam, MASSIVE amounts of spam, by mail. This last one was a gigantic glossed cardstock envelope with ONE single piece of paper inside. The envelope was glued with that stringy rubber material so the top portion is not recyclable. I have never contacted NDR, never been to the site, never called and yet they still send spam to my address. Don't support companies that buy your information and try not to make your information purchasable. It happens, especially when getting commercial loans, but still discuss with the rep at any company you use.

The National Debt Relief Team was here for me every step of the way through the application process. They answered every phone call and were there for any questions I had. An important thing for me is they were able to work through my tight schedule. They helped me a lot and I know they will continue to do so through the process.

They’re number two on the list of satisfaction for a company but I went with National Debt Relief 'cause it’s a bigger, more established and fair company. Their reps were all friendly and they explained things very well. Any questions I had, I asked and I had a bunch. They’ve already taken care of a couple of my credit cards and in a little over three years, I will complete the program. It takes time.

I've been into a financial crisis physically and National Debt Relief helped me out. I had five credit cards and they were able to contact the credit card companies and they were able to lower and give me an early payoff on it. One was a credit card with the Navy Federal Credit Union that they worked on lowering and they got it down to a good rate. I also had one loan that I haven't been able to pay with them. The people at NDR who I am dealing with are good. They have been very cordial and nice. When I missed a payment two times, they were willing to help me and everything in prolonging the payment.
