Especially appreciated as my financial situation was approaching several deadlines where an intermediary like National Debt Relief was an immediate necessity. Both took time for my questions and clarifications.

I was having trouble paying my credit cards and I needed help. My mom told me that National Debt Relief is good so I enrolled with them over the phone and that went well. I got into a debt consolidation program with them and thus far, I know that they are helping me. They call all the credit card companies. This month, NDR took out one amount and then a few more days I have to wait and they take out more. Sometimes, it worries me because what if I don’t have the payments there for one day. Other than that, the cost has been good and I can check the credit cards I have with them online too.

When I was working, I was struggling but I could pay my bills fine. But then, when I had to quit working as I had shoulder surgery, knee surgery and cancer surgery last year, I didn’t have enough income to pay all my bills. I then saw National Debt Relief’s ad and I wondered if they were legit. I decided I gotta do something. I started with their program almost a year ago and everything is excellent. My negotiator has been absolutely wonderful. He talks to my creditors and I pay them once a month. So far, I’ve got two of my bills paid completely off and they’ve really gotten it deducted for what I owed. Since I used National Debt Relief, I have peace of mind. I’m not getting calls all the time from my creditors. I am making ends meet too. I’m not getting any extra but all my bills are being paid and that’s a big plus. Also, I had to buy a new car as my daughter wrecked my car and I have that payment now.

Updated on 06/04/2019: Please do not use NDR. My 10,000 Debt was settled for 8,500 but I was hit with a 2,500 negotiation fee. That means I have to pay a total of 11,000 dollars in total now. How is this saving me any money? I called NDR and they won't work with me. The responses you see here are generic and are not serious. I have been wanting to work this our for the past 2 months and no one has reached out to me with any possible solution. Please do not use NDR.

My wife and I were referred from credit.org. We find ourselves recently unemployed and had run thru a lot of our savings. NDR is going to help us get back on track. All parties concerned in the process were top notch with their professionalism and patience thru out the whole process.

NDR promises the world but it's all sweet talk and not true. If you have small debt with little companies then maybe, but my main debts were with BofA, Wells Fargo and a Credit union... Each company pretty much instantly went to suing you. NDR said it was all part of the plan, but after 18 months of nothing and only offers HIGHER than the original debt (some of which, NDR said I should take) I got fed up. I ended up handling 4 of my own negotiations. I did ok and avoided their 20% fee. One pushed heavy legal action and after NDR took their 20% I broke about even and another I actually saved about $700. BUT AFTER EACH AND EVERY DEBTOR FILED A 1099 (you pay tax on it) TO IRS, I would say I got screwed all in all. I would have been better off paying them off normal. 2 yrs later, NEGATIVE $ BENEFIT AND THE DEATH OF MY CREDIT SCORE... I am sorry I ever called National Debt Relief. Trust me, stay away.

After almost a total loss to my home four years ago, I found myself having to rely on credit to put my (and my daughters) life back together. My intention had always been to use credit until I could access the equity in my rebuilt home when the ordeal was over, but several major setbacks later, the home is unfinished (although livable) and the bank will not allow the equity to be touched. They were on the phone with me for a good while because they were trying to explain everything in full detail. Then they sent information via email and sent a packet via regular mail for me to look over and fill out. They explained everything about the monthly payments and when everything should be paid off, which should be by July.

I was hesitant at first because I was afraid of actually starting the process. After I spoke to Yasha he reassured me that this was the best option to having peace of mind and be debt free. I am starting this program and hoping all turns out well.

I hired you over a week ago, shortly after I had been served a summons from saslavrar. I called them the next day and have been battling with them for over a week. Each time I have to wait 30 minutes to a hour before they answer. Each time they want something different from me. Now they want a letter from you stating you are not handling Citibank NA. You tell me you legally can't do that, I MUST be dumber than dumb. They won't let me set up a payment plan until they get the letter, and you legally can't send the letter. I am sorry I got involved with a company that acts like they don't care!!!

National Debt Relief's representative said that within 24 to 48 hours, they would let me know of what was happening, but it has been a couple of months and they never got back to me. NDR is deducting 1,243 every month, but they have not been able to get into a new deal with any of my creditors for the last couple of months. I made a mistake and shouldn't have used NDR.

National Debt Relief has been helping me and we’ve already got one credit knocked down. They said within six months they’ll be able to at least get something in the works which they did, which is why one of the debts are already paid off and the second one has just been negotiated. Now, there are just two left. The third one is the last one and then I’ll be done. I’m hoping that it would be a little bit sooner but things take time. NDR has been doing great and they haven’t given me issues. They call me, they email me, they leave me messages and they let me know to give them a call back when they have any updates pertaining to my case. They do all the negotiating part but I do speak to my case manager who explains everything to me and if I have any questions, I call and they always answer. They are on point with everything.

I was in debt and I needed to get out of it to get some breathing room so I can get back on course. I sought National Debt Relief’s help and they were considerate and reassuring. I like the time limit, especially if I can help to put some more money so I would be out of the program within the time limit that they had told me. Their reps are trustworthy. I didn't have to send them anything. When I call their customer service people, no matter what time I call, I always get talk to somebody different which is okay because they’re all pleasant. I started the program in November of last year and I'm halfway through it. I’m on my fourth settlement. National Debt Relief has given me some ease. Keeping wallets "green" seems to be a mantra for National Debt Relief, but THEY need to get green. I get massive amounts of spam, MASSIVE amounts of spam, by mail. This last one was a gigantic glossed cardstock envelope with ONE single piece of paper inside. The envelope was glued with that stringy rubber material so the top portion is not recyclable. I have never contacted NDR, never been to the site, never called and yet they still send spam to my address. Don't support companies that buy your information and try not to make your information purchasable. It happens, especially when getting commercial loans, but still discuss with the rep at any company you use.

The National Debt Relief Team was here for me every step of the way through the application process. They answered every phone call and were there for any questions I had.
