Good experience but the customer service reps need to slow down when talking in case people have questions as they go through the process and so the customer can understand everything they are saying. National Debt Relief is still working on my credit and the program will be finished sometime next year. However, I've been getting a lot of other phone calls and it started happening about six weeks ago. I don't know if National Debt Relief shared my information. The calls are coming out of Tennessee, and sometimes, the companies leave messages, but they don't leave messages of who they are and they just say to call them back. Other than that, it's all good.

I went with them for credit card debt relief. Enrollment was easy. I called in, gave them the information, started it, and then paid it off over the last two years -- next month or so, and it's paid off. The National Debt Relief negotiators have been very professional and kind. The once a month payment plan was pretty reasonable, too. They got the cost for their services down, negotiated to less than that, so that worked out also.

Terrance was very polite and knowledgeable. He was friendly and put me at ease. He made me feel comfortable and confident in the program. I am looking forward to becoming debt free. I also enjoyed talking to the welcome girl although we did get disconnected.

I enrolled and was quoted a monthly payment of $484 dollars for a term of 30 months. Now I'm being told that the term may be extended too so that I can pay the negotiation fees that were originally said to be included in my quote. This is false advertisement. Thanks to their fees, I'm now paying about $5k additional from my original debt. PLEASE BE AWARE OF National Debt Relief. Please look at other reviews, the positive reviews here are a copy and paste that can be found on other websites and NDR responses to bad reviews are literally the same response every time... They state they will reach out to you to help but that is also a lie.

I got into a debt consolidation program with them and thus far, I know that they are helping me. They call all the credit card companies. This month, NDR took out one amount and then a few more days I have to wait and they take out more. Sometimes, it worries me because what if I don’t have the payments there for one day. Other than that, the cost has been good and I can check the credit cards I have with them online too.

Updated on 06/04/2019: Please do not use NDR. My 10,000 Debt was settled for 8,500 but I was hit with a 2,500 negotiation fee. That means I have to pay a total of 11,000 dollars in total now. How is this saving me any money? I called NDR and they won't work with me. The responses you see here are generic and are not serious. I have been wanting to work this our for the past 2 months and no one has reached out to me with any possible solution. Please do not use NDR.

My wife and I were referred from credit.org. We find ourselves recently unemployed and had run thru a lot of our savings. NDR is going to help us get back on track. All parties concerned in the process were top notch with their professionalism and patience thru out the whole process.

NDR promises the world but it's all sweet talk and not true. If you have small debt with little companies then maybe, but my main debts were with BofA, Wells Fargo and a Credit union... Each company pretty much instantly went to suing you. NDR said it was all part of the plan, but after 18 months of nothing and only offers HIGHER than the original debt (some of which, NDR said I should take) I got fed up. I ended up handling 4 of my own negotiations. I did ok and avoided their 20% fee. One pushed heavy legal action and after NDR took their 20% I broke about even and another I actually saved about $700. BUT AFTER EACH AND EVERY DEBTOR FILED A 1099 (you pay tax on it) TO IRS, I would say I got screwed all in all. I would have been better off paying them off normal. 2 yrs later, NEGATIVE $ BENEFIT AND THE DEATH OF MY CREDIT SCORE... I am sorry I ever called National Debt Relief. Trust me, stay away.

After almost a total loss to my home four years ago, I found myself having to rely on credit to put my (and my daughters) life back together. My intention had always been to use credit until I could access the equity in my rebuilt home when the ordeal was over, but several major setbacks later, the home is unfinished (although livable) and the bank will not allow the equity to be touched. I watched the credit compound and after 2 years of keeping my head above water it finally caught up. Pride and a belief I could do it on my own kept me from seeking help sooner.

They were on the phone with me for a good while because they were trying to explain everything in full detail. Then they sent information via email and sent a packet via regular mail for me to look over and fill out. They explained everything about the monthly payments and when everything should be paid off, which should be by July.

I was hesitant at first because I was afraid of actually starting the process. After I spoke to Yasha he reassured me that this was the best option to having peace of mind and be debt free. I am starting this program and hoping all turns out well.
