First person I spoke to which helped me with initial paperwork was great. He was knowledgeable and patient and helped me understand the process. I have since found another account to add to my list of creditors and I haven’t received a response or call back. I also do not know if I’ve finished all the forms I needed to sign to get started.

Daniel ** was very helpful. He knows his job and does it very well. He needs a raise. He covered everything needed and know all the answers to my question. It was all finished in one night. The welcome lady which I forgot her name was nice and also know everything needed.

I was worried when signing up for this but after talking to Justin who is our counselor he made me feel at ease, answered all my questions, was very kind and compassionate and considerate to all my needs and worries when I called. I now feel so relieved and less stressed thanks to National Debt Relief. This company is amazing!

Darnell and Chantel were great to work with and explained everything to such detail. I felt I completely understand the agreement. They were very quick to explain all my ?’s. Would recommend to others. They went over each segments of the contracts and assisted me with setting up my personal portal. Once again, they were exceptional to work with during this entire process.

They've been very helpful, and they've been giving me a lot of good advice. Other relief company didn't wanna take my account because they said I couldn't afford it because it was too much. But NDR made arrangement so I could pay the minimum and they did something I could afford. The customer service was really good. They explained everything to me, and they answered my questions. The only thing is they told me every time the account get off, it will be taken off out of my account. And a lot of the accounts has already been paid is still on my credit. I'm not happy about it. They told me after six months of working with them, I would be seeing change in my credit. My account has been gone but my credit is still bad. But everything else is fine.

Darryl ** was professional, courteous and patient. Give her a raise! 5+ stars. Sabrina was also thorough, our talk was much shorter and had previously gone over pretty much everything with Darryl. 5 stars. I'll stay in touch with Darryl as I seem to know her the best. If I have any questions or need some understanding about the process now and or later.

Everyone I talked to on the phone was very nice and made everything very clear. It was easy to get things going to help with my debt. I received a call very quickly after I inquired online. Communication over the day was clear and done quickly. Within a few hours, I was all set up with the program.

I "was" overwhelmed with debt!! Reaching out to several debt relief programs & checking their status online my last call was to National Debt Relief! I dealt with MIKE ** who took total control of my situation, explained everything one by one and assisted me with understanding the program & my choices. The process was so easy. Everything can be completed online (signatures...etc) and a portal has all my documents that are mailed to me as well. I then completed the Welcome with MICHAEL. I can finally breathe and know I am taken care of COMPLETELY. They are also less expensive & complete the process in fewer months. Do not hesitate. Hated giving up some c-cards. I contacted National Debt Relief because I had fallen into some hard times financially and was unable to get myself out of it alone. I was unsure at first, but the agents I spoke to were both very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. I went online and read reviews on them and on other companies, and they seemed to have better reviews than most of the companies out there. The enrollment process was simple. I went online and filled out the pages on there. Then one of the representatives called me and we talked about everything. They started on the process right away. They called me and emailed me very promptly. They sent me everything in the mail. Always, anytime I had a question, they got back with me right away. Everything's almost all taken care of with a couple of accounts left that they’re paying off.

I don't think I've ever had such good and pleasant communication with a company. Everyone has been extremely nice and understanding, I actually had a good time doing this. There were even a few laughs. It's kind of amazing that this is just a debt consolidator. Not even store customer service lines are this friendly.

First contacted by Danielle, who started my procedure. SHE IS FANTASTIC! She helped me through the entire process, called me back on my time frame and answered every question I had. National Debt Relief has been garbage. For the past six months, I've given them the rest of the money and my retainer fee to pay off the rest of my debt, but it hasn’t been paid off. They said they are in contact with my creditors but they’ve been saying that for six months. It’s a very long contact and is a little ridiculous. I can get into contact with the dead a little quicker than they can. Then, they double drew me. They drew me for two months and when I asked why they would draw money out of my accounts when they already had the maximum in the retainer fee, they said they would be able to get that back to me and it was a mess-up on their side. But then, it happened again the second month.

Luis ** & Anna was very dedicated in their jobs. They let me feeling confident. They anwser all my question. I'm so happy with all the information that I received. I will recommended to my friends. They help me a lot.

We were getting very deep over our heads with charge cards. Never late but had many and we, like many, just paid the minimum each month. So it was a wild race. Updated on 06/12/2020: I signed on December 5th and the negotiators were great. When I call people on the telephone and ask them to do stuff or email, I get prompt response. I would recommend them. But there is a glitch in the system that is making me very unhappy. They contact the creditors one at a time, make the arrangements, and then move on. I had to pull out one of them. It was a credit card with my bank. I was gonna lose my bank if something didn’t happen. They were gonna kick me out and I was gonna have to find another bank.

We were pleasantly surprised at the help we received to help us get our debt under control. Very helpful. We were unsure of doing this, but felt comfortable after talking with the agent. To be debt-free in two and a half years, sounds like a dream.

I was very hesitant about dealing with any of these companies, and checked reviews on all of them. This company stood out above all the others! The person I enrolled with was very well informed and responded to every question - and was extremely patient with my hesitation and helped me prepare and collect all of my information to be sure it was accurate! Even though debt reduction/issues are stressful, Stephen ** & NDR staff made the process as easy & painless as possible and for that we are very grateful. An extra helpful feature - and a relief for us - is that NDR Legal staff will assist if debtors are becoming nasty or threatening legal action while the debt consolidation is in process.

Nathan and welcome call woman were very friendly. It is very overwhelming signing onto the program. A lot of steps but I am very hopeful this will be good for me. Nathan was extremely nice and didn’t make me feel terrible for the situation I got myself into.

Signing up with National Debt Relief was easy and simple. Moreover, the application and underwriting process didn’t take too long. I called them one day and I had all my answers back that afternoon. They then emailed all the documents to me that night. I signed everything off and sent it back to them the next day. When I spoke to my case manager, he made sure that I clearly understood the whole process and how it was gonna work. From one stage to the next stage, NDR has been very informative. They have been very adamant about keeping me informed and up-to-date on every change, outcome, and move they have made. They also constantly remind me to check my account as often as I should. And although the payment plan was a little bit more than what I was looking at paying, I’m satisfied with it.

It is as easy and helpful as they advertise. Was paying 1100 a month in minimum payments and now paying 433 a month. With only paying the minimum, my credit isn't going to improve anytime soon, so don't let a quick negative credit score concern you, it will come back quicker than on your own. I unfortunately had to do this about 12 years ago, and I had EXCELLENT experience then and NOW.

The agent I worked with, Jalena, was very pleasant, understanding, and patient, in that it took a few days for us to reconnect after our initial discussion and review of NDR's offer. My only suggestion would be to maybe mention the amount of debt the client holds fewer times, since it is a sensitive subject for the client. But, overall, my experience with NDR has been great thus far. The Welcome team was also great to work with.

National Debt Relief's rating on the Better Business Bureau made me go with them. Signing up with them was an easy process. It was good customer service. It was a little nerve-wracking on my end just because of the whole situation, but all in all, it was a good experience. They anticipated approximately four years for the entire process to be started and finished. I've only been doing this for a year now. But so far, about 50% of everything has been resolved. Probably 35% has been paid off. So, it seems to be on track from what they initially told me.
