Cannot complain at all about my experience with National Debt Relief. Everyone I spoke with was nothing but nice and very helpful. They made the answer simple on me deciding to take this option on resolving my debt. I recommend anyone thinking of going this route to use National Debt Relief.

I am very pleased with my experience so far with the National Debt Relief program. My initial agent Jeremy did a great job. My follow up call by the young lady was very pleasant. She was great and took her time to explain the process.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Warm, sincere, and truly care for the clients. They have streamlined the process and made it a painless procedure for those truly wishing to become debt free. They take the time to explain everything in meticulous detail while they have you on the phone. They ensure you have no doubt about what you are getting into.

I was concerned about Chase because they kept sending me letters and stuff and I couldn't handle the payments for the interest. I saw the reviews for National Debt Relief and I talked to the people there. They were excellent and helpful. They told me about the program and they went with me in depth about it. The people were really professional and helpful when I had to call and it was really easy to get a hold of them. I've done two credit cards at the moment and I have three more. I wasn't working at the time, but I had compensation from the military, so that was what I was working with. I also don't have to do the monthly payments if I have to deal with them.

Everyone seemed knowledgeable and very friendly and process to set up was very streamlined and easy and more of a surprise of how easy it was and how much I'll save. I have had little to no contact with anyone unless I call. When I call I get a different quote on time of program and amount. Nothing has been moved or settled on my account in over 6 months and now I’m being sued and you are refusing to talk to the attorney or settle the account even though there is money in my savings account. This has been a bad decision and I regret not filing bankruptcy instead because your company has and is causing more damage.

My husband has dementia and we didn't catch it until we were in a horrible financial position. National Debt Relief’s enrollment process was fantastic. There was one gal who was extremely patient with me. I needed to gather some paperwork and it took me forever to get it to her. I'm very grateful for her patience. We're still working on the program and we got a ways to go but National Debt Relief has been almost perfect and I've never had any trouble. By working with them, we haven't had to file bankruptcy. I had credit cards that went a little too far over and my wife got sick and we had to use them. We were gonna lose the house and everything, so it threw me into a downward spiral with the credit cards. Everybody I spoke with was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. All of my questions were answered very efficiently and they made the process very easy. They were very courteous and conscientious and were not judgemental on why I needed to do this.

My 2 agents were very helpful and friendly. The only problem was with the system getting out the contracts, there was a hiccup in there somewhere. It took about 3 hours to get the contracts out for signatures, by which time I was busy and needed to wait until I returned from a work trip. Overall, it was a good experience though.

National Debt Relief is still working on my credit and the program will be finished sometime next year. However, I've been getting a lot of other phone calls and it started happening about six weeks ago. I don't know if National Debt Relief shared my information. The calls are coming out of Tennessee, and sometimes, the companies leave messages, but they don't leave messages of who they are and they just say to call them back. Other than that, it's all good.

I went with them for credit card debt relief. Enrollment was easy. I called in, gave them the information, started it, and then paid it off over the last two years -- next month or so, and it's paid off. The National Debt Relief negotiators have been very professional and kind. The once a month payment plan was pretty reasonable, too. They got the cost for their services down, negotiated to less than that, so that worked out also.

I enrolled and was quoted a monthly payment of $484 dollars for a term of 30 months. Now I'm being told that the term may be extended too so that I can pay the negotiation fees that were originally said to be included in my quote. This is false advertisement. Thanks to their fees, I'm now paying about $5k additional from my original debt. PLEASE BE AWARE OF National Debt Relief. Please look at other reviews, the positive reviews here are a copy and paste that can be found on other websites and NDR responses to bad reviews are literally the same response every time... They state they will reach out to you to help but that is also a lie.
