Both Nathan ** and Brandon were exceptional agents. Both explaining clearly how National Dept Relief works and remained very, very patient with me with some of my redundant questions. I always enjoy speaking to agents that have a sense of humor while still remaining professional. Personally, I don't have much confidence in someone when I feel as though they are reading from a script. If you can't explain how your company works or how to solve a problem without reading it off and not thinking for yourself, maybe you should find a different kind of job...my opinion. Both of the young men, most everybody is younger than myself, did superior counseling the days they spoke to me. They deserve a raise! Keep up the great works guys!

This company made it easy to start to pay off my debts. I am confident that I will be successful without feeling overwhelmed. The whole process so far has lowered my stress level and gave me another option other than bankruptcy. It is going to be easier for me to keep track with all the debts in the same place.

Not being able to pay my credit cards and having a lost income, I sought out services from National Debt Relief. They provided me with their debt consolidation service and the enrollment process was easy, which was done both over the phone and online. At this point, I'm three quarters into the program. They have good customer service and it was fairly easy to get ahold of someone if ever I had questions. They were able to negotiate the credit cards for me and stop the collection calls. With the payment plan, I thought it was gonna be a set payment each month. But when they negotiated with the credit cards, there was more money than what I was told I was gonna be paying each month. Nevertheless, NDR was able to help me with that.

The process is an all or nothing commitment. It forces people to have financial discipline going forward, no excuses. A solid budget is required & I have been working on my 2019 cash flow already. So that helped me provide a solid cash flow statement dedicated to hopefully graduate in the program.

Javier helped me a lot by clarifying everything... He also helped me work it out to keep one card that I really need to keep for my business. Nate's listening to my concerns recent flooding In Nebraska helped me finally sleep.

I was able to reduce my debt with an affordable plan with no time. I was relieved when I found out what I was really getting into. Didn’t believe it at first but with the help of Debt Specialist Luis ** and the other welcoming representatives I felt I got out of that deal WINNING.

They explained everything that could happen, and went through with the process thoroughly. Still kinda doubting about it since they stated that my credit score would go down for the first stages of the process and that there would be a chance that your creditors would sue you. But I just trust the process since they went through everything and explained clearly. They even have lawyers that would help you on the process if ever your creditors sue you.

I wanted to get rid of some of my credit card debt and my experience with National Debt Relief has been excellent. I have been in the process of debt consolidation with them since last August and they are paying off my credit cards. We have made very good progress and it is moving along at a reasonable pace. The payment plan they have me on is very reasonable. National Debt Relief is wonderful. It is the medical I had to concentrate on and the credit cards got out of hand, but they've worked very good settling with the hospital people. They've settled two accounts for me already in just a short time and I'm very happy with them.

I got injured and Work Comp told me that it ain't worth fixing me, and the medical insurance I've been paying for kept denying treatment. My doctor kept trying to get me an MRI, but their doctor said that I didn't need it. I am gimping around and not able to work much. I needed help and I gave National Debt Relief a call. They did a credit report and I turned a bunch of stuff over to them to negotiate a settlement. I asked my questions and the first guy I talked to talked me through how the program works, and I told them that we do it. I downloaded the forms and signed them. I emailed all the stuff to him and they've been handling it.

This company is very misleading! They tell you in the beginning that they can save you half off your debt, while they add a percentage for their profit that brings the debt back up to only $1000 less of what you owed from the start! Leaving you with destroyed credit score, and not able to get approved for anything else in the future until you pay to have your credit repaired! Totally not worth it! Regret, regret, regret!

My 2 agents were very helpful and friendly. The only problem was with the system getting out the contracts, there was a hiccup in there somewhere. It took about 3 hours to get the contracts out for signatures, by which time I was busy and needed to wait until I returned from a work trip. Overall, it was a good experience though.
