My initial phone call with Ed ** was a great experience. He explained everything in detail and showed concern about my situation. He was understanding and patient and made me feel I was making the right decision by turning to National Debt Relief for help.

National Debt Relief helped me when no one else would they really are the best. This is the first hardship I’ve had as an adult and they were really the only ones that were there for me. I will always recommend this to everyone.

The staff helping me was very thorough and quick with positive response to all of my questions. I’m very grateful for the professionalism and help. I was reassured that things would be promptly taken care of, and the ball would start rolling immediately.

My experience with National Debt Relief thus far has been good. I would recommend anyone that is in situation such as mine to give them a chance to help. I feel I made good decision to call them. I feel they are going to improve my life with good results.

I know other friends of mine struggling with student loan and credit card debts, and that it's a very hard burden to carry. Calling a hardship relief program is never exciting and can be intimidating. Each step of the enrollment process was simple and somewhat of a relief for me, providing me assurance that I was going to be in good hands. Every individual I spoke with was friendly, straightforward, and knowledgeable, and answered my list of questions and concerns with care and confidence.

The welcome call process needs some improvement. The number comes over as a possible scam number. When the associate asks for the SSN, they are not very understanding that you are not sure who you are talking with and will not give out the SSN. They could be a little more friendly and understanding with the process and perhaps register the number so it comes up as NDR on the caller ID.

The help I received from Luis and the lady I had my welcome call with was above and beyond what I expected. They were great at clarifying any questions and making me understand that I made the correct decision, and have great help getting my situation under control. Thanks so much for the help.

Adam ** was very helpful with providing us the best possible plan. I really appreciate his time. The Welcome call was also informative and very helpful. They both really explained the possible legal help that I would receive and were very organized.

Enrolment was easy and the enrolment specialist was very helpful. I have a lot of debt that I have gotten over the last year and it has gotten out of control. I needed help and National Debt Relief gave me the help I needed.

Not such a good experience so far. Representatives made it sound so good. I called and asked, "What is going on with my account?" Was told your company called my debts companies and no one would reduce the amount I owed them. Really???? Way to go National Debt!!!!

Everything was so much easier than I expected. I would've done this years ago if I'd have known that it would be this easy! The only thing I'd say (and it's so little) is that the follow up caller was very monotonous and clearly reading. Not very conversational. But she still got the job done!

Updated on 02/23/2021: I really liked the lady that I had talked to with National Debt Relief. She was really knowledgeable and she just seemed to help me out a lot. They took all of my debts, which I was paying $2,000 a month, and they put it all down into a $400 payment a month and talked to all my debtors, which really helped me out a lot. Working with them has done wonders. I'm able to live and eat.

I appreciate the help from Max and Christina. They were helpful, courteous and patient with me. I had a some doubts in the beginning but after discussing my pain points and asking questions, it was easy to see that this program was a right fit for me. I was happy to find out that my debt could be paid off quicker and with less interest. This came at a very critical time in my life when things were going crazy financially.

Updated on 09/28/2020: I had too many open debts and paying each one, it was more money every month than I could handle. I was working with a different company that didn't handle dealing with the debtors and National Debt handles all of the relations between their company and the debtors, which was helpful for me. Also, paying one lump sum every month was a big reason why I went with NDR. For the payment plan, I was given a number and I said that that would work. Working with NDR made life a little easier.

Greg ** was very informative, professional and courteous. The welcome representative (I think it was Rachel) was very responsive and repeated some of the process when I did not hear clearly. Very polite and knowledgeable. Overall it was a good experience, since this is the first time I had worked with a Debt Relief Company.

Honestly, I was just shopping around trying to figure out the best product to be debt free. I received wonderful customer service from the representatives. Wonderful experience. Hoping to relieve my stress. Interest and circumstances caused debt. I am divorced and my boyfriend refused to pay a court ordered case I won against him. This is upsetting to find myself in this position. I want to be free of my debt.

Thoroughly explained every part of the program to me. Both Reuben & Mona were consistent with the information that I feel I needed. The legality of my debt was also explained and that $277.00 will be deposited to the savings account set up by the debt relief program and the $277.00 will be deducted automatically out of my checking account to secure this deposit.. Reuben also explained that I have control of the savings account and that I may deposit more funds above the $277.00 should I want to or am able, which may enable me to get out of debt faster.

I had several intervening phone calls and other interruptions before I could complete this but I really would like her managers to know how competent, informative, complete and mostly how kind she was. I had concerns on my credit cards and the enrollment with National Debt Relief was beautiful. I liked it. The negotiators are excellent, and I do what they told me. The payment plan is okay, too. I'm halfway through the program already and four got paid off -- I have three more to go. Since working with them, my credit score has been going up a little.
