Don't get manipulated. Writing this to you readers as a survivor from their scam, I went all in with their program and only after 9 months in I realized what they're up too. WATCH OUT!!!

National Debt Relief seemed to have helped me so that’s good. I went with them because of their ratings. They were a little better than the other companies. However, when I wanna know where an account is, I call them, and I talk to just a person, not the actual negotiators I worked with, and I can't get any information on my accounts until they’ve account negotiated something. So, I think that could be improved. They don’t know anything about the account, why it's being negotiated or not. There should be a little better communication there. But since using National Debt Relief for about a year now, we're able to pay the bills. It was like $400 less a month, but they're dealing with it. And I don’t get anymore phone calls.

I was in college and I was trying to fix old mistakes. I did a little bit of research online and National Debt Relief had the best consumer rated reviews. I called them and then they called me back and sent me the paperwork and letters I needed through email or through the mail. I was able to look up anything I needed to look up, like I could see when the next payment was, past payments and the amount of the debts. Also, the payment plan worked out perfectly. They took my other bills into consideration and I was able to call them and change the plan if I needed, and even postpone it if needed sometimes. Working with them, my credit score improved.

Both ladies that we had the privilege to talk to did a very great job of letting us know what to expect and what we need to do. I am very happy with the professionalism of both ladies. They answered all question in a full detail answer. I am excited to get started becoming debt free with NDR.

National Debt Relief consolidated my debts. I have a commission-based contract with the company. It was an unusually slow winter. I had health issues last year and leaving almost three months of work set me behind. That’s why I ended up in the program to begin with. They suggested I let my debts age a little bit. I waited three months before they started to negotiate. The ones that they have closed on were substantial reductions and I had a fairly easy payment plan. They were there once I made the call. Then when I needed to skip a few payments in my account, they were really responsive. They have a good understanding of what my situation is. They were more than willing to work with it. They worked it out and are still making that work. They consistently bent over backwards.

National Debt Relief sounded like something I could try. It was explained to me, and it sounded good to me. They're working on my concerns and I’m satisfied.

I'm livid with this company. I want out. They withdrawed money from my account before the date in which it was due making my account negative. Now I owe the bank. I want out of this company immediately and all my money I want it transferred back into my account or me and my husband will be pressing charges. I'm very unhappy very.

I needed debt consolidation and found National Debt Relief online. They kept popping up everywhere, so I went with them, and their enrollment process was relatively easy. However, it would be perfect if things would be resolved quicker. I started working with them in November, now it's already April, and I have just two accounts negotiated and set up for payment. I also have two customer fee payments, like $1,500 which is pretty big.

I pretty much did a little bit of research online, and National Debt Relief had the least amount of negative reviews. They provided me consolidation of multiple debts, credit cards and other loans. Now, I'm not struggling to pay bills. The enrollment was pretty smooth too. It only took maybe a couple hours at most.

Paul was very patient, educated, explained everything thoroughly and made me feel comfortable even though I felt somewhat embarrassed to be in this situation. I can't believe I waited so long to call. I am looking forward to being debt free and learning from my mistakes.

I found myself in a difficult situation with my finances and happened to come upon NDR. I am so happy I did. The person who guided me through all this was Rodney **. He was so helpful but most of all patient. Besides being nervous and questions, he made me feel at ease. All the other team members were so wonderful as well. National Debt Relief is nothing more than a scam. The negotiation fee (in my case) ran the resolved debt up to the same as the original debt minus $1,000. My global savings. My original pay off date was 7/2019. Now they moved it to 9/2019. When I called to inquire about it, I was told they were carrying it over until 11/2019. The person on the phone did a ton of math over and over to try to make sense of it. Then he came up with my total. Settled debt at $11,000. Company Fee for settling the debt at $4,600. Total should be $15,600. But at 73 pay periods, mine is at $17,228. He said, "oh that is because of the smaller fees for holding the money and transferring funds, which is a monthly fee that adds up over time." My original debt was $18,000. Totally useless and NOT WORTH it!

Both representatives did a remarkable job helping me digest all of my options. They both made me feel very comfortable making a hard decision like this. I truly feel so much better already because of how they clearly explained my options. Thank you.

Both ladies that I spoke with (Cass and Camilla) were very professional and courteous. Doing things like this is a hit to your pride. But they both were very thoughtful. Cass couldn't have been better! She calmed my nerves and made me realize that things like this happen and I shouldn't feel ashamed. It may be her job to say things like that, but it helped me regardless.

I've been enrolled in their program since August of 2018. After just over 8 months they have failed to bring me one offer from any creditors that I have. I've called several times looking for updates and am routinely told that they're either working to get an offer accepted, or do not have an update at this time. Back in November, I called to let them know that I've settled one account on my own by calling the creditor directly and did not feel that they were acting in my best interest.

We've had a lot of illness in our family and I had some credit card debts and I needed help getting rid of it. I looked at National Debt Relief's rating and the enrollment process with them was easy. The gentleman I talked to was awesome. We are still in the process of the program and they are settling my account so that I can pay them off and be done. We've gotten some accounts settled and paid off. The program has worked for me and it has been a relief because right now, my husband has some very major health issues and I have some as well. One thing off my plate is worrying about paying off the debt. My interaction with the debt negotiator has been awesome. The people really understand what we are dealing with and the frustration and they've been very kind and very compassionate.

The representative spoke too fast for me to understand over the phone. As a result, he had to repeat himself often. I'm from the South and we talk much slower! In the future, the representative should slow down. He or she knows what they are saying and likely say it all day long. To us on the other end of the line, we are trying to absorb and process everything he/she is saying.
