Anyone with a problem with debt should get help from National Deb Relief. They are very nice. They explain everything to you. Great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone having a debt problem. The representative that helped me could not have been nicer. Explaining everything and any questions I had were answered extremely well.

The person I was talking to Taj was helpful and understanding. Any questions I had he would answer promptly. I understood everything fully leaving no doubts in my mind. At the end of it all I felt confident on what I was doing.

Updated on 08/14/2020: National Debt Relief answered every question that I had and at this point, I've settled some debts.

They were very helpful in explaining in terms I can understand. They also made sure they told me multiple times what the steps were and what would happen. They also included my husband in on the conversation so there will be a second set of ears to listen in case I was missing anything. Never once did they make me feel bad about the situation that I had gotten myself and they assured me that they were here to help. It took a lot for me to make this phone call and they made it very painless. The welcome call was exactly 15 minutes as the gentleman said it would be.

Professional experience! I decided that enough was enough and needed a solution. The professionals at National Debt Relief provided me with a reason to not give up. I checked out different debt relief services and National Debt Relief seemed to get the most consistently high reviews. I got into their debt consolidation program where I could pay off my debt within a certain period of time. So far, it's worked very well. I'm very happy with it. The enrollment process took some time, but it was thorough. They took me through it step-by-step. It was very professional. My negotiators are nice and their input is very logical. They're really good to work with. I've worked with four of them now, and I'm very happy with all of them. My experience has been excellent and I've already recommended National Debt Relief to a friend.

I had more debt than I had income. The information that National offered to me was what I believe I was looking for at the time. During the enrollment process, it was easy to fill out internal questions - name, phone number, and all that information. The program has been great. I originally listed five debts and two of them are completely done. One is being negotiated down to where it’s pretty reasonable and I will have that one paid up in September.

I wanted to do a consolidation and National was the first company I came across. The enrollment was easy and their program helped to relieve a lot of the anxiety that I was experiencing. I still have about three years with them but I'm looking at a possibility of coming out of this sooner. When I talk with their negotiator, I get a different one every time. But for the most part, they do an excellent job with explaining the progress that they made or what agreements that they have been able to negotiate on my behalf for the different creditors that I have. For the most part, I'm very comfortable working with them.

I was with another company, and then I saw NDR and wanted to try it out for consolidation. It's slow, but it's coming along. The negotiator has been excellent, so far. I just call the number and talk to whoever who answers. Sometimes I feel a little confused so I have to just go online and read it and understand it. I pay every two weeks. I'm satisfied with NDR.

Updated on 06/12/2020: The enrollment process was pretty easy. I was able to do it in about an hour. They were pretty friendly. They're doing what they promise, which is reducing my debt load.

Overall I was happy with my experience. I had lots of questions. Sometimes I would asked the same question. I felt like everyone was interested in my well being. I really debated if I was going to get help with my debts. The only problem I felt because they had to go over all the rules and guidelines they talked a little too fast. I am a 67 year old senior and sometimes I had to asked them to repeat. The only suggestion is not talk to fast when dealing with elders. If someone asked me I would recommend National Debt Relief.

I had a number of head injuries and my credit card bill started overwhelming me. NDR could help me relieve my anxiety so I called them and I've been doing their program since November. Their enrollment process was fairly simple and it was easy enough for me to set up. I pay them monthly and they've settled a couple of debts for me. It's gotten rid of a couple of credit cards and all my accounts are now closed. So, my debt had decreased. Unfortunately, what I can afford to pay them is not really helping my credit cards and though I knew it was gonna happen, it destroyed my credit too. Also, I have a bigger debt, a $9,000 balance that hasn’t been contacted yet. I still get phone calls because nobody's contacting the creditor. NDR told me not to make any payments. So, I'm five months behind the monthly charge up.

I had a lot of debts that I needed to pay for and I went with National Debt Relief because of their reviews online. It was easy to set everything up and start the process but my cost is high as I had a lot of debts. So far, I have paid off three of the four accounts. All in all, my experience with National Debt Relief has been good.

I spoke to Rhoee ** during the initial consultation process. I found him to be very articulate and thorough as he was explaining the National Debt Relief program to me. I also spoke to an individual, later this afternoon. I forgot his name but he was articulate and very thorough in his presentation to me as well. Overall, the two Customer Service Reps gave me very good customer service.

Customer service was great. Rep was very patient and Informative and answered all my questions she went over everything thoroughly and made sure that I understood the process step by step. There was never any pressure. She followed up with me through the week.

Updated on 03/12/2021: The initial person was extremely nice and explained it all. We went into National Debt Relief with eyes wide open because we needed to get a handle on things. There have been a couple of little snafus along the way that I didn't expect but not with the initial experience at all. Some of the representatives are more knowledgeable than others.

When I was directed to National Debt Relief I was a bit hesitant, I had accumulated more debt than I thought and it was really hurting my score, and it also seemed as though I could not escape the interests rates either, however they were able to cut my bill in half and insured me they would take care of everything so that I would never be harassed by any of the creditors.
