Everyone was very pleasant and understandable. I would recommend National Debt Relief to everyone that has a difficult situation and need help to improve their current financial situation. The process was very simple and understandable. Also everyone explained everything and was very knowledgeable.

Joshua is very professional when it comes to explaining matters about the everything. Very pleasant to converse with. Entertains my queries with regards to the number of months and bi-weekly payments. He is very accommodating in giving the necessary informations.

Updated on 06/12/2020: The enrollment process was pretty easy. I was able to do it in about an hour. They were pretty friendly. They're doing what they promise, which is reducing my debt load.

Overall I was happy with my experience. I had lots of questions. Sometimes I would asked the same question. I felt like everyone was interested in my well being. I really debated if I was going to get help with my debts. The only problem I felt because they had to go over all the rules and guidelines they talked a little too fast. I am a 67 year old senior and sometimes I had to asked them to repeat. The only suggestion is not talk to fast when dealing with elders. If someone asked me I would recommend National Debt Relief.

I had a lot of debts that I needed to pay for and I went with National Debt Relief because of their reviews online. It was easy to set everything up and start the process but my cost is high as I had a lot of debts. So far, I have paid off three of the four accounts. All in all, my experience with National Debt Relief has been good.

I had a number of head injuries and my credit card bill started overwhelming me. NDR could help me relieve my anxiety so I called them and I've been doing their program since November. Their enrollment process was fairly simple and it was easy enough for me to set up. I pay them monthly and they've settled a couple of debts for me. It's gotten rid of a couple of credit cards and all my accounts are now closed. So, my debt had decreased. Unfortunately, what I can afford to pay them is not really helping my credit cards and though I knew it was gonna happen, it destroyed my credit too. Also, I have a bigger debt, a $9,000 balance that hasn’t been contacted yet. I still get phone calls because nobody's contacting the creditor. NDR told me not to make any payments. So, I'm five months behind the monthly charge up.

I spoke to Rhoee ** during the initial consultation process. I found him to be very articulate and thorough as he was explaining the National Debt Relief program to me. I also spoke to an individual, later this afternoon. I forgot his name but he was articulate and very thorough in his presentation to me as well. Overall, the two Customer Service Reps gave me very good customer service.

Customer service was great. Rep was very patient and Informative and answered all my questions she went over everything thoroughly and made sure that I understood the process step by step. There was never any pressure. She followed up with me through the week.

Updated on 03/12/2021: The initial person was extremely nice and explained it all. We went into National Debt Relief with eyes wide open because we needed to get a handle on things. There have been a couple of little snafus along the way that I didn't expect but not with the initial experience at all. Some of the representatives are more knowledgeable than others.

When I was directed to National Debt Relief I was a bit hesitant, I had accumulated more debt than I thought and it was really hurting my score, and it also seemed as though I could not escape the interests rates either, however they were able to cut my bill in half and insured me they would take care of everything so that I would never be harassed by any of the creditors. Don't get manipulated. Writing this to you readers as a survivor from their scam, I went all in with their program and only after 9 months in I realized what they're up too. WATCH OUT!!!

National Debt Relief seemed to have helped me so that’s good. I went with them because of their ratings. They were a little better than the other companies. However, when I wanna know where an account is, I call them, and I talk to just a person, not the actual negotiators I worked with, and I can't get any information on my accounts until they’ve account negotiated something. So, I think that could be improved. They don’t know anything about the account, why it's being negotiated or not. There should be a little better communication there. But since using National Debt Relief for about a year now, we're able to pay the bills. It was like $400 less a month, but they're dealing with it. And I don’t get anymore phone calls.

I was in college and I was trying to fix old mistakes. I did a little bit of research online and National Debt Relief had the best consumer rated reviews. I called them and then they called me back and sent me the paperwork and letters I needed through email or through the mail. I was able to look up anything I needed to look up, like I could see when the next payment was, past payments and the amount of the debts. Also, the payment plan worked out perfectly. They took my other bills into consideration and I was able to call them and change the plan if I needed, and even postpone it if needed sometimes. Working with them, my credit score improved.

Both ladies that we had the privilege to talk to did a very great job of letting us know what to expect and what we need to do. I am very happy with the professionalism of both ladies. They answered all question in a full detail answer. I am excited to get started becoming debt free with NDR.

National Debt Relief consolidated my debts. I have a commission-based contract with the company. It was an unusually slow winter. I had health issues last year and leaving almost three months of work set me behind. That’s why I ended up in the program to begin with. They suggested I let my debts age a little bit. I waited three months before they started to negotiate. The ones that they have closed on were substantial reductions and I had a fairly easy payment plan. They were there once I made the call. Then when I needed to skip a few payments in my account, they were really responsive. They have a good understanding of what my situation is. They were more than willing to work with it. They worked it out and are still making that work. They consistently bent over backwards.

The agent was clear and easy to understand in everything he explained to me. I had thought it would be intimidating and too much to handle for me but the step by step process was simple and easy to follow.

I needed debt consolidation and found National Debt Relief online. They kept popping up everywhere, so I went with them, and their enrollment process was relatively easy. However, it would be perfect if things would be resolved quicker. I started working with them in November, now it's already April, and I have just two accounts negotiated and set up for payment. I also have two customer fee payments, like $1,500 which is pretty big.

I pretty much did a little bit of research online, and National Debt Relief had the least amount of negative reviews. They provided me consolidation of multiple debts, credit cards and other loans. Now, I'm not struggling to pay bills. The enrollment was pretty smooth too. It only took maybe a couple hours at most.

National Debt Relief is nothing more than a scam. The negotiation fee (in my case) ran the resolved debt up to the same as the original debt minus $1,000. My global savings. My original pay off date was 7/2019. Now they moved it to 9/2019. When I called to inquire about it, I was told they were carrying it over until 11/2019. The person on the phone did a ton of math over and over to try to make sense of it. Then he came up with my total. Settled debt at $11,000. Company Fee for settling the debt at $4,600. Total should be $15,600. But at 73 pay periods, mine is at $17,228. He said, "oh that is because of the smaller fees for holding the money and transferring funds, which is a monthly fee that adds up over time." My original debt was $18,000. Totally useless and NOT WORTH it!
