Addressing our extreme debt in this manner was a very big step and very scary but we feel very relieved already because everyone at NDR has been helpful, knowledgeable and did not make us feel foolish for getting into this situation.

Details were discussed in depth and lots of opportunity to ask questions as needed. The "Enrolling Agent" (Erica **) was very knowledgeable about the program and very patient with my questions. The "Welcome Agent" (Kera **) was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Initial impressions are very favorable for this service and their willingness to help someone to eliminate a serious financial issue.

They were both great and very helpful and made me feel comfortable with what they were explaining to me and made sure I understood and they were both very patient in the questions I would ask and made sure I understood after they explained to me.

I heard that National Debt Relief is a good company so I got in touch with them thinking that they could help me get rid of my debt for hardly any money. I had a debt of $11,000 and they got rid of 6,000 but I had to pay them $2,000. Then, I ended up paying a lot in income tax because they got rid of most of the debt and they charged me thousands of dollars to get rid of the debt. So, I might as well have kept the debt and paid it off when I could pay it. I'm still in the program for the $3,000, and they're gonna get half of that taken away, and then I'm gonna have to pay them $700 to take that away. With that, I don't think the program has worked for me and I would never do it again.

I started with National Debt Relief July last year. They seemed like a good company and they would be able to take care of my needs. Everything was pretty much A-okay. I didn't see anything that caused an issue. Everything is slowly being taken. They're getting the negotiation with the creditors of mine and they seem to do what is necessary to have the creditors stay with the negotiations. I still have another year left with National.

Shelley was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me sign up for the program. She took her time to make sure I understood what she was telling me. I forget the other lady's name, but she did a great job welcoming me to the program. They both helped me understand the system and what I need to do to get out of debt.

The ladies I spoke with today were amazing! They help me understand what will be happening to my accounts and the appropriate actions I need to take regarding my accounts. They reassured me I don't have to live with such high debt forever. They made the experience easy and fast. I appreciate all you guys are doing for me. Updated on 10/13/2020: I can't remember my password, so a lot of times, I have to call. Everybody I've talked to has been really helpful and nice. I was comfortable in making payments. They ask how much I can afford and they always tell me that as I get off one bill, then I can add more to the account, but I haven't been able to do that. National Debt Relief is getting me out of debt. That's the way to go, not bankruptcy.

I’ve had nothing but exceptional service from the very beginning. All of my questions to the point have been answered. I look forward to the new beginning for me and my family. I would recommend National Debt Relief if you are looking for a new beginning.

We sought the services of National Debt Relief for a couple of different things. I read their reviews and so we decided to work with them. The enrollment process was easy. They set us up on a monthly payment plan. The negotiators were very informational and easy to understand. Working with them was a smooth process. I liked our very first negotiator's genuine concern to help and I was very comfortable working with him. He took his time and didn't rush through any of the process. If we had questions, he answered them and made sure before we moved on that we understood what he was saying. This program has given us some financial relief and working with NDR has helped with our financial situation. At this point, two of the four things that are on the three-month plan to get paid are in the middle of getting resolved. I'm impressed with the service and the cost is good too.

Debt advisor Sean was very knowledgeable and friendly in answering all my questions and concerns. He explained every necessary items and it was relatively easy, simple and well explained. I’m totally relieved that I called NDR. I would definitely refer friends to NDR. Thank you so much!

My welcome call was easy and she was lovely! She asked questions but was patient with the answers and knew a lot about the program; was very encouraging. So far, this has been a good experience and I am hopeful.

I would not have considered NDR without Marvo **'s ,true concern that we conquer our debt. Through no fault of his, we were unable to start the program as planned. So we were withdrawn then signed up again with a 6 month hardship plan. Our frustration with not being able to start as planned, led to some tense phone conversations with service reps. Mr. ** was still available and willing to help us. Mr. Charlie ** was also a pleasure to deal with as far the new terms were set, but I must repeat that without Marvo **'s guidance I probably would have gone another route. I would have absolutely given 5 stars if I was just grading Mr ** and Mr **, however a couple of my phonecalls (not all) were kind of disturbing. Not that I absolve myself of all fault, but in retrospect I think the C.S. reps could have been more understanding. Please note this does NOT apply to the two different reps. who handled our welcome calls. Thank you.

I just started, however so far the support of Clinton ** has been amazing. I was really hesitant to commit to this kind of solution. He stayed with me, emailing me and checking back in after two years. I am thankful. He made the experience feel a lot less intimidating.

Curt and somewhat rude. Occurred several times during the conversation. The phone call the second day was just the opposite. I felt more like a person and less like a bother, I took the plan because you came highly recommended, but during my initial call, I was SOOOOOOO tempted to drop it and go to another organization.

For many years, I have dealt with dozens & dozens of customer service operators. But I have never had such extraordinary service and courtesy like what I receive from National Debt Relief Customer Service personnel. I commend the company for finding such nice people and providing such extraordinary training. Keep up the great work!

This is my first time using this method of repaying accumulated debt. I did not have any issues being approved for assistance... that is a big deal to me. The process was easy and smooth and there was someone helping and explaining everything to me all the way through.

I believe the representative must have been new because he struggled in reading some of the important information. He did finally get through all the information and was able to answer my questions, so I was pleased with that aspect.

My experience was very good, only thing I would suggest is to make sure everyone talks slower when going over the welcome meeting. Other than that, it was quick and easy and everyone had a really good attitude and helpful.

Updated on 04/23/2019: So far, everybody has been nice and helpful. Everything is okay. I like that they have already arranged payment scheduling with some of my debts, and that I am given a timely feedback. Those are the things I love the most. That’s why I keep sending my payment. But I am hoping to get more sooner. But then, I have some medical issues again lately, so I’m catching on again.

Justin was great. He explained everything. He explain the pros and cons. It didn't make me feel like I was under pressure at all. Also gave so good tip when I get out of debt. He made me feel hopefully. Thank you so much.

I had been looking over a few options to try and get out from under the credit card debt that had built up over the past few years. I was not able to make it with my debts and ended up signing with National. I've been with them since July last year and it's good for me. They really try for me and I have no regrets. They go by income and the payment plan has just been a very nice one for me. So far, National has been very helpful, reliable, and caring. I should be debt-free next year.

I had debt from a few unpaid utilities through the years and from a car loan. I searched some of the debt consolidations and saw the online advertisement of National Debt Relief, and the patriotic feel of their site lured me in. I had a quick and smooth enrollment process but, my initial entry call with their reps took a few minutes. I received calls for an additional two weeks to do that but I was already in the program.

I had a taxing that I had to file with my taxes. My daughter told me that National Debt Relief is a good company to get my credit resolved and so I got their services. The whole thing was one payoff and I got a letter from the creditor saying that the debt was paid off. I liked the results so I was very pleased.

I was contacted within minutes of my inquiry; the process of resolving my debt was thoroughly explained. Any questions I had were satisfactorily answered. I applied via that phone call, various exchanges of emails, and the contract signed. The follow-up welcoming call reiterated the contract and by the end of the day, my relief program was in place.

I can not thank them enough for what they did for me. My only other option was bankruptcy. Initially my credit score will take a hit but thanks to this program it will gradually go back up. This was the best possible solution for me.

I've been enrolled in National Debt Relief's settlement services since February and their enrollment process was very easy. I’m retired and my husband is unable to work now. We were living off my social security and all these credit cards. But I just couldn't keep up with it. I enrolled with National and it was easy. I've been with them for nine months now and they've been good. But I keep getting letters from one of the creditors saying if we pay off 200 and something dollars, they will get rid of our credit. I keep sending that to National but nothing is happening with it. I am wondering why. Also, it doesn't seem like the program is moving fast enough.

I was having more debt than I could afford every month. I did some research online and I ended up going with National Debt Relief. I've been with their program longer than six months and I’m paying a monthly settlement with two creditors. The payment plan is reasonable and the negotiator calls and emails me to confirm. It has been a positive experience and I'm pretty happy working with them.

I'll be starting to pay my student loans pretty soon and I needed to reduce my debt. I was looking into either paying it off or getting a loan. It was getting to the point where I had to do something about my student loans or I wouldn’t be able to pay them. I've been with National for about nine months and it's been a very good experience. They’ve communicated pretty well and let me know what’s going on when things come up. But it's gonna be a while to complete the program because they made agreements for certain companies to do payments instead of a lump sum thing. Otherwise, I’ve been very happy with the program and it seems to be working the way it was advertised.

I was drowning and I couldn't afford my payments anymore. I was basically living off of credit and I didn't want to do that. National Debt Relief consolidated my debt. My program is for two and a half years. They're currently negotiating and so far they have negotiated payoffs for a couple of credit cards that I have. It’s been amazing. Also, my monthly payment is flexible. If I can't make a payment on the 15th of the month, I can just send them an email or give them a quick call and they would change it. Or, if I can't make a payment for one month, they would adjust it accordingly. That is great for me considering my household and bills that come out. The rep was very consistent. She had to call me back a couple of times because she had to verify that I was qualified. She was also informative and answered every question that I had. I was very comfortable working with her.

They reviewed everything with me and explained in detail their goal for assisting me. Kristia was excellent in what they could do was nice to let me think it over night and then checked back with me the next morning where I told them it seemed best for me and I signed, very pleasant and help staff.

I have enrolled in the debt free program. The agents were all very informative. They explained the steps I needed to take and answered my questions. So far I am pleased and relieved to get started on taking care of debt in a successful manner.

I am a student and trying to pay off debt is hard when you're going to school. I did my research on National Debt Relief and went that route instead of bankruptcy. I've been in the program since last June. I had three credit cards and they've settled two of them so far. In my experience, their negotiator has been really helpful. They call and check on me and made sure I was okay on making my monthly payments. They also asked if any financial hardship has occurred. Every semester, my schedule changes and it's very hard with work. They've had to change my payment because my pay schedule changed and I was working less. They accommodated me being in school and working less, which was nice.

When I called National Debt Relief, the rep I spoke to initially convinced me that it was a safe company, which I was concerned about. Everything he said really made sense and he was very honest. At first, I did not understand how NDR operates and I was asking the negotiator about the fees that they charge. He was really thorough in telling me how it is all broken down. Whenever I had questions, I simply called their 800 number and whoever I was speaking to answered everything professionally.

Worried at first to make that call to National Debt Relief. Struggled for two days and then I done it. I called and was very surprised. These people made me feel very calm. They was well spoken and would answer any questions you had. The process was very easy. This is definitely a better option than bankruptcy.

Beware of the wolf in sheep's clothing. Seems they really give a **. Well no actually they just want to collect that 20% fee then hand you off. I too thought this was the light at the end of the tunnel. After 2 years on their program I was told that I qualified for the advanced program since I have been so steady paying. Then comes a lending institution which you never see any truth in lending statement. And yes somehow they transferred my call directly to them. Hmmm??? I was told this way I would start rebuilding my credit score.

I have had a very good experience with National Debt representatives. This is something I've never done before and I'm scared to death I'll be in trouble but everyone keeps reassuring me it's ok. So yes you all are nice and if this works good for me I'll definitely recommend you to my friends.

UPDATED 10/20/2020: We've been with them for close to two years and we have one more year left. My negotiator was a very nice person to work with over the phone. She explained everything such that I could understand. Making payments and getting everything taken care of has been great with NDR. They send us updates. Their service has made paying bills a lot easier. I went from paying $1,000 a month to my credit card debt to much less. I don't worry about credit card debt anymore.

Everyone at NDR has made me feel that they would go out of their way to help me out of an overwhelming financial disaster. I should have contacted NDR years ago and this would have been less of an issue. The Banksters have the deck stacked in their favor to keep you on the hook with debt.
