So far the experience has been good and they have been very helpful with all the questions and concerns I have had. Hope to get to feel relief soon. Looking forward to becoming debt free with the help from a great support team.

She explained everything that was going to happen through the program very well. Was very nice and helpful. She went over what I needed to do to make sure that I am successful. She answered every question that I had.

Me and My wife needed help consolidating our debt, and we were not getting anywhere. Banks were no help, could not get a loan, too much debt not enough income. So I called National Debt Relief, and they offered to help. Eddie and Stephen were amazing on helping with our new journey of becoming debt free.

I was having concerns with my personal credit cards and I did some research. I saw that National Debt Relief was the top company that helps with big amounts of debt so, I decided to use their services. At first, I wasn’t willing to use NDR's accounts where they hold the money because they have a $10 fee that they charge monthly. I wanted to use my own account. I believe that there shouldn’t be any fees for those kinds of accounts. It just makes no sense. A fee shouldn't be charged to people who are already going through financial problems. You’re trying to get these people paid and to get the headache out of the way.

I considered another company and it was kinda the same thing but National Debt Relief was a little cheaper. The enrollment process was easy. They did everything and they made me know how much I needed to pay. They told me about the timeframe and they've been on point. I've been with them for about seven months now. I have six accounts and they already took care of three so it's more than halfway through.

I went through a bad divorce and for three years, I worked to build my struggling credit. It got up 100 points, but it was stagnant. Then, I lost my job and that was really gonna erase everything that I worked for. So after doing some research, I reached out to National Debt Relief. I had some friends that used them as well as other companies and the ones who worked with NDR had a good experience. Also, when going into a debt relief program, one’s credit drops before it picks back up but at the end of it, NDR offers the 90-day program where they help rebuild people’s credit. The reviews said that it did help people in the long run. So, I decided to sign up with them as well. They took all of the debts and they're working out payment arrangements on my behalf. I'm paying them one flat rate fee and they're settling the debts for me. That way, I just deal with them and they deal with everybody else.

I was surprised by how easy the employees made this process. They went over all the steps slowly, and make sure to ask if I had any questions while we were filling out the papers. No matter how small a question or if I had to ask again if I had any reason to feel that I needed more clarification, they were more than willing to make sure that I understood. I felt so much better about my situation after talking to the people from National Debt Relief.

Enrollment was very fast and easy, the staff working with me were very professional and helpful during what could have been an incredibly stressful process. As for the efficacy of the organization itself, I have no experience yet on which to comment, but if my experience during enrollment translates to my experience with the rest of the process, I imagine that I'll be very satisfied indeed.

Ruben ** was very helpful and courteous! He helped me in understanding my debt total and what I would be paying back and for how long. Gave me a very clear picture of my total debt, how long I am paying into the program and how much I will be saving.

The service representative was very courteous, polite and professional. The representative (Nicole **) was also very knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. She took the time and effort, to guide or help me, regarding setting up my client services online portal. I’m overall very satisfied with her service.

Our Representative was Lorraine ** and she was wonderful to work with. She explained everything very clearly and was very patient with us. She is definitely an asset to your company. Have nothing but positive accolades for them at this point, which I hope will continue.

It was a great experience to talk the young lady that did my Welcome. Why, because she made sure I understood everything we talked about not just once but at least 4 to 5 times. And she made me feel comfortable while talking to her. She talked to me not at me.

They are very nice and helped me to understand the situation. I am a little leery about letting my bills get all the way behind. I do not want to have to go to court. Other than that, I am okay with everything.

I have just signed all the paperwork so I have no review for how the program will progress but so far all the setup and prep/explanations & disclosures have been very good and clear. The rep Mercy was very nice and helpful.

National Debt Relief consolidates my debt and helps negotiate lower terms in order to pay the debt back within a quick amount of time. Their program has made it easier to take care of lump sums and knock out larger portions of debt. Also, their reps have been helpful. They consistently check to see how the financial statement is in order to see if there's anything that can better negotiate payoffs. It seems like a good correspondence and I feel I have been adequately answered for any questions. It was a cut-and-dry service for me. They have handled what they needed to handle and have done what they said that they would do.

I was concerned with my debt and my debt payments. I found National Debt Relief's number on the television and the man I spoke to was more specific and accepted what I was able to do financially better than the guy from another company. The enrollment process was easier than I thought and the guy that I talked to first was very nice. Right at the beginning, National Debt Relief asked me how much I would be paying or they told me how much I should be able to pay each month. After around three months, it was too high, so I called back and they were very nice about lowering it for me. If I have a bad month and I need to push the payment back a few days, they do that for me also, and it is very good. I've had to do that two or three times in the two years that I've had them. However, I am not informed to my satisfaction.

I’m sure NDR has good intentions but this service makes a lot of promises they can’t keep. After a year and a half I have cancelled my service with them and I’m filing for bankruptcy. They were only able to get settlements for three of my debts. Two days after I cancelled I was served with civil collection paperwork from two of my creditors. I was warned by my bankruptcy attorney that creditors have the right to do this after default of payment, something NDR never told me would happen. The paperwork was dated two weeks prior so it’s a good thing I had already seen an attorney so I was prepared. What a gut wrenching feeling when you have been paying your hard earned money for a year and half and promised this would all be resolved in a max of three years and now have to start over. Shame on NDR for this scam. Glad I got out when I did.

I had a lot of credit card debt because I had gotten sick two and a half years ago. I’m on disability and hadn’t been back to work. The credit card debt built up on me and I had to live off of it for a while until I got some money coming. I had done some reading up and the Better Business Bureau had National Debt Relief as the number one debt relief company.

Our circumstances led me to think that we are in a situation where currently, with the creditors that we have, it's not working in terms of cash flow. We wanna honor the debt that we owe and do it in a way that makes life not miserable at home. I know from experience and talking to people that sometimes, debt consolidation doesn’t pan out well. I went online and did a couple of searches. I compared places and what constantly came up was National Debt Relief. One was from Better Business Bureau and some other places too where they were recognized. Everywhere I went, it was a ringing endorsement. I would look and scroll to the comments from the people that used them and it was enough information for me to inquire and find out more from the representatives.

I had a bunch of bills I couldn’t pay and I was paying so much every month. National Debt Relief contacted my creditors to get a lower payment. The cost in relation to the quality of service I received was reasonable. They worked with me quite well.

Working with National Debt Relief has taken away stress from me and gave me a little more freedom. I have credit card debt due to unexpected medical emergency. I was researching and I just kinda went by the reviews for National Debt Relief and they have the best reviews out of everyone else. I did the application through my phone and it was very easy. The people that I talked to were very responsive and helpful. They talked me through a monthly bill and what amount I could afford so I still have freedom. Then, they gave an estimate term of how long it would take towards those payments. If I had any questions I emailed them and they were quick about emailing me back. I also got this little booklet and pamphlet that has the most commonly asked questions and more information about the program.

Both parties assisting me, "Dionne **" and "Frank **" were excellent! They were both thorough, compassionate, patient and professional. Very positive experience!!! It was the best alternative to bankruptcy filing and affords me the ability to lower my debt and rebuild again.

My experience with National Debt Relief at this point has been awesome and every step of the way I was asked if I understood, which I found to be reassuring. They have been timely and efficient. And I would recommend NDR to anyone needing it.

The whole enrollment process with National Debt Relief took me 45 minutes. I’m still with them and they’re doing great. They worked with me on a payment plan. Everything they handled with my credit cards and my debt consolidation has been great. I would recommend them.

We had way too much credit card debt and couldn’t pay the bills. I was looking online and all the reviews for National Debt Relief were really good. Somebody that was accredited had verified that they were a safe company to use. We filled out a ton of paperwork and the negotiator looked at everything and came up with the plan. We had to sign some documents via computer then he started the process. He was very thorough as far as answering the phone when I called and replying if I e-mailed him. As far as work concerns, we were very satisfied. Everything has gone well as of now.

National Debt Relief seemed to be the right fit for me at the time I decided to use them, compared to other places I checked out. The enrollment process was easy. National Debt Relief has been good. I have about six or seven months left to complete the program and we are still working on it. However, I was hoping for a little more than what the negotiators were telling me was being negotiated. Unfortunately, because they were negotiating, the bank wouldn’t talk to me anymore. I negotiated myself on a small loan that I have and I was able to get a better deal than they did.

My experience with Freedom Debt Relief has been exceptionally easy and I can’t wait to get on track to becoming debt free. The staff has been very responsive to any comments or questions I had during the enrollment process. Thank you for the help.

They were both great and very helpful and made me feel comfortable with what they were explaining to me and made sure I understood and they were both very patient in the questions I would ask and made sure I understood after they explained to me.

I started with National Debt Relief July last year. They seemed like a good company and they would be able to take care of my needs. Everything was pretty much A-okay. I didn't see anything that caused an issue. Everything is slowly being taken. They're getting the negotiation with the creditors of mine and they seem to do what is necessary to have the creditors stay with the negotiations. I still have another year left with National.

I heard that National Debt Relief is a good company so I got in touch with them thinking that they could help me get rid of my debt for hardly any money. I had a debt of $11,000 and they got rid of 6,000 but I had to pay them $2,000. Then, I ended up paying a lot in income tax because they got rid of most of the debt and they charged me thousands of dollars to get rid of the debt. So, I might as well have kept the debt and paid it off when I could pay it. I'm still in the program for the $3,000, and they're gonna get half of that taken away, and then I'm gonna have to pay them $700 to take that away. With that, I don't think the program has worked for me and I would never do it again.

Shelley was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me sign up for the program. She took her time to make sure I understood what she was telling me. I forget the other lady's name, but she did a great job welcoming me to the program. They both helped me understand the system and what I need to do to get out of debt.

The ladies I spoke with today were amazing! They help me understand what will be happening to my accounts and the appropriate actions I need to take regarding my accounts. They reassured me I don't have to live with such high debt forever. They made the experience easy and fast. I appreciate all you guys are doing for me. Updated on 10/13/2020: I can't remember my password, so a lot of times, I have to call. Everybody I've talked to has been really helpful and nice. I was comfortable in making payments. They ask how much I can afford and they always tell me that as I get off one bill, then I can add more to the account, but I haven't been able to do that. National Debt Relief is getting me out of debt. That's the way to go, not bankruptcy.

We sought the services of National Debt Relief for a couple of different things. I read their reviews and so we decided to work with them. The enrollment process was easy. They set us up on a monthly payment plan. The negotiators were very informational and easy to understand. Working with them was a smooth process. I liked our very first negotiator's genuine concern to help and I was very comfortable working with him. He took his time and didn't rush through any of the process. If we had questions, he answered them and made sure before we moved on that we understood what he was saying. This program has given us some financial relief and working with NDR has helped with our financial situation. At this point, two of the four things that are on the three-month plan to get paid are in the middle of getting resolved. I'm impressed with the service and the cost is good too.

I would not have considered NDR without Marvo **'s ,true concern that we conquer our debt. Through no fault of his, we were unable to start the program as planned. So we were withdrawn then signed up again with a 6 month hardship plan. Our frustration with not being able to start as planned, led to some tense phone conversations with service reps. Mr. ** was still available and willing to help us. Mr. Charlie ** was also a pleasure to deal with as far the new terms were set, but I must repeat that without Marvo **'s guidance I probably would have gone another route. I would have absolutely given 5 stars if I was just grading Mr ** and Mr **, however a couple of my phonecalls (not all) were kind of disturbing. Not that I absolve myself of all fault, but in retrospect I think the C.S. reps could have been more understanding. Please note this does NOT apply to the two different reps. who handled our welcome calls. Thank you.

I just started, however so far the support of Clinton ** has been amazing. I was really hesitant to commit to this kind of solution. He stayed with me, emailing me and checking back in after two years. I am thankful. He made the experience feel a lot less intimidating.

I felt more like a person and less like a bother, I took the plan because you came highly recommended, but during my initial call, I was SOOOOOOO tempted to drop it and go to another organization.

This is my first time using this method of repaying accumulated debt. I did not have any issues being approved for assistance... that is a big deal to me. The process was easy and smooth and there was someone helping and explaining everything to me all the way through.

I believe the representative must have been new because he struggled in reading some of the important information. He did finally get through all the information and was able to answer my questions, so I was pleased with that aspect.

My experience was very good, only thing I would suggest is to make sure everyone talks slower when going over the welcome meeting. Other than that, it was quick and easy and everyone had a really good attitude and helpful.

I like that they have already arranged payment scheduling with some of my debts, and that I am given a timely feedback. Those are the things I love the most. That’s why I keep sending my payment. But I am hoping to get more sooner. But then, I have some medical issues again lately, so I’m catching on again.

I had a taxing that I had to file with my taxes. My daughter told me that National Debt Relief is a good company to get my credit resolved and so I got their services. My experience with them was good and I was very pleased with them. The people I worked with were nice, took their time with me, and were very thorough. The whole thing was one payoff and I got a letter from the creditor saying that the debt was paid off. I liked the results so I was very pleased.

I had debt from a few unpaid utilities through the years and from a car loan. I searched some of the debt consolidations and saw the online advertisement of National Debt Relief, and the patriotic feel of their site lured me in. I had a quick and smooth enrollment process but, my initial entry call with their reps took a few minutes. I received calls for an additional two weeks to do that but I was already in the program.

I was not able to make it with my debts and ended up signing with National. I've been with them since July last year and it's good for me. They really try for me and I have no regrets. I applied via that phone call, various exchanges of emails, and the contract signed. The follow-up welcoming call reiterated the contract and by the end of the day, my relief program was in place.

I can not thank them enough for what they did for me. My only other option was bankruptcy. Initially my credit score will take a hit but thanks to this program it will gradually go back up. This was the best possible solution for me.
