Chuck was so nice and thoroughly explained and answered all questions. Made it painless. Made me feel confident in an area which has been difficult for the longest time. I can really see the light at the end of the tunnel. Where before I had been very unsure of ever being out of debt. It would have taken 15 to 20 years to pay off debt and now I can see being out of debt in less than 4 years and will actually be on the road to restoring our credit.

Very happy with program. Explained very accurately and clear. Just starting program but it sounds like a good fit for my situation. Customer service people were very helpful and explained every step in detail. Assured me that they will be there every step of the way.

Worth the time it took to get started. Helpful and informative. Glad to know on a path forward to get out of debt. I am, though, three hours into process. Maybe cut that down a bit or give heads up. I'm not good at typing/texting so excuse spelling.

Didi was the first person who contacted me and he was very pushy. Made me feel uncomfortable with the process. The part that made me almost walk away was when he requested my bank information prior to sending me the contract to review. He would not send me anything on email for me to review and that was not a good feeling. If it wasn't for his supervisor Eugene to step and better explain the process I would have walked and had already spoke to another company.

I called National Debt Relief to try and get myself out of debt and when I called I must say they explain everything in easy to understand terms and work to go over all aspects of what you're doing and what will happen. During the process of my application and also being able to talk to Michael about the questions I had through the process and how the program will work, he was able to answer everything very efficiently and in a strategic format where you understood the foundation of NDR. He was quick but also took his time not rushing me. When I had gotten my welcome call to finish enrolling into the program, the associate who was going through that with me wasn't nearly as clear or accurate on her information. I felt rushed when I had certain questions although I had already gone over it the first time.

They are managing two accounts. Nothing happened until one went to court. Then at first they wanted to settle for more than what I had been offered directly. When I told them this didn't make sense, they had a new offer. Finally settled that one day before court hearing. Remaining one still hasn't been settled. It has been approximately 1 year four months. Every time I inquire, I am told that I agreed it could last longer. Extremely stressed out. I know they told me originally it would take approx a year. I feel as if they are waiting for it to go to court before they do anything.
