During the process of my application and also being able to talk to Michael about the questions I had through the process and how the program will work, he was able to answer everything very efficiently and in a strategic format where you understood the foundation of NDR. He was quick but also took his time not rushing me. When I had gotten my welcome call to finish enrolling into the program, the associate who was going through that with me wasn't nearly as clear or accurate on her information. I felt rushed when I had certain questions although I had already gone over it the first time.

This gave us a sense of relief that we will get out of the huge debt that seemed to never end. The process was explained well, and we were reassured as we went. All of the representatives have been polite and helpful. We now have hope.

So far this service has been very good. They were there to lead me in the correct way to do the paper work. When I had trouble they give me help. They did as they said. More important they did everything they said they would do.

You are in a stressful situation when you are having to work out major debt so with that being said all the representatives were understanding. I know this is what they are trained to do but, it sure made it a easier to work out than I thought it would.

They are managing two accounts. Nothing happened until one went to court. Then at first they wanted to settle for more than what I had been offered directly. When I told them this didn't make sense, they had a new offer. Finally settled that one day before court hearing. Remaining one still hasn't been settled. It has been approximately 1 year four months. Every time I inquire, I am told that I agreed it could last longer. Extremely stressed out. I know they told me originally it would take approx a year. I feel as if they are waiting for it to go to court before they do anything.

I regret the day I saw that ad and picked up the phone. I would get random calls saying they needed additional funds (immediately) or my account would be dropped. I really don’t know how I managed to to get together many hundreds of dollars in such a short amount of time, but I did. Very stressful! They told me my credit would take a hit for a short time. I'm trying to get my credit back right and start a new year in the right way. I contacted National Debt Relief and the enrollment process was cool. They asked me a lot of questions over the phone but other than that, everything was good. They're the ones taking care of everything for me and they're doing a good job. They call me to let me know that they have been taking care of things. Then, when I make a deal with somebody to try to get my credit back right, they let me know. Also, when I have a question or concern, it's not hard to get through to them. They could've let me on a cheaper payment plan, but I don't have a problem with it. Since I started using National Debt Relief's services, my credit has been getting better. I have been recommending them to people.

I'm doing debt consolidation through National Debt Relief and it isn't as tedious as I first thought it would be. NDR's service is more affordable than other companies and the cost is great considering the quality of service that I get. The application was easy and they were transparent about my payment plan. Updated on 10/13/2020: I wanted to consolidate everything and get it paid off sooner than I would have been able to otherwise. I liked the feedback and research about National Debt Relief. Everything has been super easy up until now. Overall, the customer support has been really good. Geri made me feel at ease about it. Also they were able to resolve a bunch of accounts right away. However, I wish I have known from the beginning that they wouldn't start to settle other accounts until you have enough money banked.

This process has been very smooth, all of the reps have been so helpful and nice, very considerate of my situation. If I had any idea how smooth this process would have been I would have started sooner. I would recommend to anyone.

National Debt Relief provides me with a very good service. They consolidate my debt and they try to look for the best way to resolve those. One can go crazy having so many payments come out at the same time and not knowing which to pay first, but then you have to pay everything anyway. It's good with the program because I make only one payment and NDR deals with the credit cards and banks. They try to negotiate with them, get some discount, and then they find out the amount that I have to pay. I started a few months ago on a three-year program and have spoken with a few guys. Every time I call for information or to see how my accounts are going, I get very good answers from them. I would recommend them right away to anyone who needs the service.

I went through a really bad divorce, took on a whole lot of debt as part of the divorce agreement, and it buried me. I did a lot of research and I talked to a couple of different companies. It seemed like National Debt Relief was the one that was most commonly used. I went with debt consolidation and I’ve been happy with the results thus far. Also, if I have any questions, I have somebody I can reach out to through email or their cellphone number and I can contact them directly or I can work through the regular customer service.
