That was extremely easy. My negotiator was diligent and helpful although she couldn't get everybody to negotiate with her. She also answered some questions that I didn't understand. I had an agreement with NDR to pay a certain amount every two weeks for up to 24 months and since I’ve been with them, I've noticed that I'm not paying a bunch of small credit card bills every week or month like I used to.

All the representative are nice. They talked to you politely and they show that they're really there to help you. They explained everything how National Debt Relief clearly. Very helpful. They also gave me options how my payment will go. I'm happy that I found out about this.

The "sales" experience was very pleasant. The gentleman was very helpful, explained thoroughly, and the service was quite fast. They made it easy. The "welcome call" was a little less pleasant. There was a hint of a rude undertone as the lady read all of the information. It's a LOT of information and a little overwhelming to consume. I understand it's not her first time for the employee to read it, but it is the first time for the client to hear it. She could have been a little more considerate of the listener and their emotions in processing what is being communicated. Overall, a good experience... so far.

National Debt Relief has been pretty good. They explained everything. In the beginning, I had to download this book and read it, and then all of a sudden, they were talking about a lawyer. The enrollment was the tough part because it was a lot at once. But they always said, “If you need to make a call, feel free.” I’ve done that, and I’ve always got a pretty knowledgeable customer service rep. I’m not expecting them to cuddle me, but they kinda make me feel a little more at ease with some of the problems that I might be calling about. So far, I’ve been treated with respect, and I’ve been helped with the questions I may have. They try to make sure when they hang up, your problem is resolved.

It took me a couple of months to finally make the decision to call and get help. I guess I was afraid and could not accept that I could no longer handle my accounts. Once I called and spoke to a representative at NDR I immediately felt relieved. He was very informative and gave me all the information I needed and I was able to start the program.

My husband and I were tired of staying behind on everything and needed assistance. We did some research and National Debt Relief seemed to be the best choice for us at the time. They sent letters informing our creditors that we were in their program and that they were trying to get us caught up. Most of the creditors have been very receptive and they have been working with NDR to help get us out of debt. They've quit calling, sending letters and we have caught up. The Underwriter person was excellent, guide me thru all the steps even David **. Both of them answer all my questions. They went back if I was confused with some interpretations on a paragraph. Never get rude. They was excellent people.

I needed a company that was gonna help me solve my problem and I found National Debt Relief. They were the ones who offered me the first appointment, so I grabbed it right away. During the enrollment, it took me only one hour to fill up their form and sign the whole paperwork. Their reps also provided excellent courtesy and they were friendly. They were very calm and they talked to my creditors without me around. They prepared a monthly payment where I have to pay National Debt Relief the monthly amount. They gave me the lowest one that I could afford and didn't give me a hard time. It was a smooth process.

I'm kinda sick and I couldn't handle being in debt. I've been reading about debt relief companies then I had to select one of them and I chose National Debt Relief. I called them and they sent me paperwork which I read and signed. Then I sent out some of my records. The process was fairly easy. After that, I had to do the waiting and handling of these accounts online just per their instructions on what I was supposed to do. So far, everything's okay. They've made it so that my debts are into certain amounts that I pay each month which are automatically deducted from my account. The program has been working and I'm not able to put anything additional into it. But I have one account that I'm somewhat concerned about. It has the highest amount involved and I don't understand where I stand on that particular account. Other than that, I have no disagreement with NDR.

They answered all my questions that I had, and reviewed over the process of how the program works. It sounds like I can be debt free approx 3 years or so. It was such a relief to hear this, considering my health issues and no longer can work full time.

I am still a little iffy about how this whole process is going to work... Will see in the long run... I hope this works out and becomes everything I am hoping for it to be. This is a scary process for people and I really wish the people were a little warmer when going over the information because finances a very personal and private for people.

Didi was the first person who contacted me and he was very pushy. Made me feel uncomfortable with the process. The part that made me almost walk away was when he requested my bank information prior to sending me the contract to review. He would not send me anything on email for me to review and that was not a good feeling.
