Everyone I talked to has been very nice and friendly through the process of enrolling into their debt relief program. They are very straightforward and make sure you understand exactly how the process works and what to expect. My only complaint, if anything, are the long phone conversations. Although I know it’s necessary and part of the process, it’s very difficult for a mother of two young children to be on the phone for 20-40 minutes at a time.

Everyone I spoke with was very helpful. Darnel was understanding and informative. Made what could have been an unpleasant experience much easier and was great at explaining the details of the whole process. Would highly recommend to others.

I was talking to one of the guys from another company and it just didn't sound right to me. I called a couple of other companies and then I ended up going through National Debt Relief. I talked to them over the phone and gave them my info. I got the info straight away, and started making the monthly payment. Now, I only have one payment rather than making three or four payments on another card and I don't have to worry which one is getting paid. Once you make the monthly payment, they distribute it to whoever creditor that you got in the program. My mom is in the program with me. She’s got a couple credit cards that she’s trying to get paid off. So, we just double up and make it all one payment.

My wife and I were in the military and we kinda gathered up a little too much debt that we could take care of. We were looking into consolidation loans and we stumbled across NDR's program. The credit was the biggest concern of mine. My wife and I wanna be able to buy a house one day and if I were to go bankrupt, that would hinder my abilities. So, from all the research that I’ve done, it seemed to me like NDR's program was the best option. Their enrollment process was very simple. They pulled our credit and evaluated our finances. Then they said which lines they could take care of for us and they enrolled us into a program where I pay a monthly stipend towards it then they handle everything. I gave them the power of attorney to handle my legal actions and they ended up coming up on a couple deals for me. And it ended up saving me a lot of money and getting me out of debt.

The "sales" experience was very pleasant. The gentleman was very helpful, explained thoroughly, and the service was quite fast. They made it easy. The "welcome call" was a little less pleasant. There was a hint of a rude undertone as the lady read all of the information. It's a LOT of information and a little overwhelming to consume. I understand it's not her first time for the employee to read it, but it is the first time for the client to hear it. She could have been a little more considerate of the listener and their emotions in processing what is being communicated. Overall, a good experience... so far.

National Debt Relief has been pretty good. They explained everything. In the beginning, I had to download this book and read it, and then all of a sudden, they were talking about a lawyer. The enrollment was the tough part because it was a lot at once. But they always said, “If you need to make a call, feel free.” I’ve done that, and I’ve always got a pretty knowledgeable customer service rep. I’m not expecting them to cuddle me, but they kinda make me feel a little more at ease with some of the problems that I might be calling about. So far, I’ve been treated with respect, and I’ve been helped with the questions I may have. They try to make sure when they hang up, your problem is resolved.

It took me a couple of months to finally make the decision to call and get help. I guess I was afraid and could not accept that I could no longer handle my accounts. Once I called and spoke to a representative at NDR I immediately felt relieved. He was very informative and gave me all the information I needed and I was able to start the program.

I needed a company that was gonna help me solve my problem and I found National Debt Relief. They were the ones who offered me the first appointment, so I grabbed it right away. During the enrollment, it took me only one hour to fill up their form and sign the whole paperwork. Their reps also provided excellent courtesy and they were friendly. They were very calm and they talked to my creditors without me around. They prepared a monthly payment where I have to pay National Debt Relief the monthly amount. They gave me the lowest one that I could afford and didn't give me a hard time. It was a smooth process.

I'm kinda sick and I couldn't handle being in debt. I've been reading about debt relief companies then I had to select one of them and I chose National Debt Relief. I called them and they sent me paperwork which I read and signed. Then I sent out some of my records. The process was fairly easy. After that, I had to do the waiting and handling of these accounts online just per their instructions on what I was supposed to do. So far, everything's okay. They've made it so that my debts are into certain amounts that I pay each month which are automatically deducted from my account. The program has been working and I'm not able to put anything additional into it. But I have one account that I'm somewhat concerned about. It has the highest amount involved and I don't understand where I stand on that particular account. Other than that, I have no disagreement with NDR.
