This was not a place I ever thought I’d need to call but am glad I did. Staff were courteous and supportive and I was well informed of my rights and responsibilities. They also helped me with knowing how to handle my creditors.

Katrina and Catalina were both very helpful and having the documents in front of me helped me to understand better what they were going over. Both of them were very professional, but as a person who wears hearing aides in both ears and has trouble sometimes with female voices it would be helpful if they spoke slower and louder when it is important for the client to understand. That was the only thing I found that needed to be worked on, as both of them were excellent in answering every question I had. Going back and explaining if I didn't understand what they said or what I was reading. I was very pleased with service and the respect that I was shown.

Please don't go thru this debt consolidation, I was paying every month almost $1000, and they never took proper care so all of my creditors got judgment with their favor and when I ask National Debt reg the money I paid so far they said I don't have any money in their account, all these months (more than 5 months) I paid that money for their charges to negotiate with creditors, these people are cheaters. Please don't trust them.

Enrolling was fairly easy. They were helpful and they knew what I needed to have. I called them quite often and they answered my questions. They did my CareCredit and both my dental type bills were paid off with less money that I owed, but the credit union hardly gave any discount at all. And so in order to pay those two off, I had to take out another loan and pay it for three years, and I’m not really satisfied with how that all worked out.

I thought National Debt Relief was fine, but it ended up taking a lot longer than they said it was gonna take. They had told me 18 months, and it was much longer than that. When I asked them that when I first signed up for this, they said it would be about 18 months, and the rep said that was just an estimated time. It depends on how quickly people will negotiate my debt. It really wasn't very clear when they first signed me up. They also didn't explain to me as you're making payments, your account builds up. And once it gets to a certain point, if someone thinks that they can negotiate one of your debts for the amount that you have in there, then that's when they go and negotiate. When I was talking to them, it seemed like they were gonna start negotiating right away. So, it was very confusing. I wasn't ready to ask questions because I really didn't know I needed to ask those questions. I wish it was all spelled out for me.

My experience was handled with care and sensitivity. The folks I worked with understood my situation and did their best to make sure I was comfortable with this process. They made me feel good about the process and find a plan that would work for me.
