When I first called NDR, I had zero idea what I was doing. All I knew was I needed help with my debt. I called and spoke with Kim who spent over an hour on the phone with me going over ALL options and why I should/should not consider certain options. I’ve spoken to 2 people up there so far, one on the initial call and another for my welcome call and they were both extremely nice and helpful. These people truly do care and want to help. I’m glad I made the call! I am no longer laying awake at night wondering how on earth I’m going to get out from underneath my debt. It’s refreshing to say the least.

The customer service representative was so kind and polite in handling my call. She answers all my question to the best of her knowledge. She explained everything like the agreement clearly and accurately. The process was so scary for me at the start but with the help of these people that I spoke with calms me down.

Getting more and more in debt and striving to pay it off has left a permanent knot in my stomach. It was very quick and easy to apply and get approved. They really work with your monthly income and give you an amount you can handle. Matthew ** was a very personable gentleman to talk to, he explained things very well, and guided me thru the starting of application for this assistance in debt reduction. This is a very scary process for me, but he and the welcome call that I got has eased my apprehension. So far my experience has been great. Up to this point I have been treated with respect and diligence and everything has been explained clearly to me. When I needed clarity during the welcome call because I felt the information was too fast it was repeated with patience. All representatives so far have been very kind. I hope that the rest of my experience goes as smoothly as the beginning.

Mike and Jasmine were great! They both helped me throughout the process. Mike was especially patient as I have trouble hearing. Jasmine has a wonder speaking voice.. She spoke clearly and I understood every word she said. While I'm still feeling overwhelmed, I also feel optimistic for choosing NDR.

The representative was very thorough when asked questions. Went over documents to make sure the paperwork was correct. I missed some of the signings. The representative went over each one and asked if I understood them. The representative I would be receiving mail and to read the information.

We are very happy with the detailed explanation and plan set up by our advisor. Everyone was very thorough and made sure all of our questions were answered. We were in a situation where some unplanned expenses came up and were unable to pay anything but the minimums - very frustrating. Now we can finally get our debt paid down and have a fresh start with a new budget.

Hello. Mr. Oscar ** was my representative for National Debt Relief. Oscar was most patient, walked me through each form and described what I was signing. He answered all my questions. In my opinion, National Debt Relief should be happy that they have a representative like Oscar to provide information to their clients. When a customer is doing something like Debt Relief, it can be very nerve-wracking, especially, if creditors are on your back. Oscar explained what to do when creditors call. I cannot recommend anyone better than Mr. Oscar **. His work ethic is superb!

They handled everything so fast just waiting and hopefully cut down credit cards and debt. Brandon has been very clear and transparent also has clarified how everything will work. Hopefully, it all goes down smooth. This is the first time I go with something like this and understand it will impact my credit score but over the long run it will benefit my family the most.

I was the victim of a crime and currently, I'm at stay-at-home disability. So, I'm not working right now and I wasn't able to cover all debts. I read about reviews on the internet and based on them, I signed up with National Debt Relief. They're very kind and accurate. But they usually do everything through emails and that;s one of the disadvantages of the program. They only call me whenever there is a settlement and I need to confirm with them if I'll accept it.

For reduction of debt, I chose to go with National Debt Relief because of their Better Business Bureau rating. The enrollment process was quick and easy with the very knowledgeable staff. At this point, we're about halfway through. They're consolidating for me and although there's still a ways to go, the program has reduced quite a bit of my debt and helped me out financially in getting on the right path. National Debt Relief is doing great as far as the payment plan and the negotiator is really good. I was impressed with her knowledge and how she is returning my phone calls. She'd say she'd call me back or she'd get ahold of me with information, and she'd do it in the time she said she would.

My credit score was messed up from my previous marriage and I was looking for something to help me either reduce it or help me slowly increase it. Then, I saw National Debt Relief when I was inside of the VA Hospital and I called them. They did well in explaining thoroughly to me how it works and how beneficial it was gonna be for me, especially over just a couple of months. I’ve already seen a big change, so that’s good that they were right about that. Also, whenever we needed them or whenever we needed to update, they were there to give it to us fairly quickly. They’ve been loyal to us since we started with them. So far, I have no complaints. For the amount of debt that I have, the payment plan has been reasonable. No one wants to pay near $400 to anything for one bill but me and my husband talked about it almost every day. It’s gonna help us in the long road and it’s a decent amount to pay a month for how much we owe.

From the very beginning Ryan was great and understood my situation and was eager to help and give me the best option for my situation. The system so far is simple and easy to follow and not over complicated and if there is any questions or anything that one would need, the staff makes itself available to help. Overall I am satisfied with my experience thus far. If I had have any concerns it would be that I felt like the initial process included a little bit of a hard sell feel. When I feel like I am being pressured it creates doubt in the integrity of the company. Hopefully everything will work out as it should.

This was a good conversation that informed me and helped me complete the application. She talked about how long the account would take to be finished. Was clear and well spoken. She explained the difference between authorization to speak and client success kit.

I was talking to one of the guys from another company and it just didn't sound right to me. I called a couple of other companies and then I ended up going through National Debt Relief. I talked to them over the phone and gave them my info. I got the info straight away, and started making the monthly payment. Now, I only have one payment rather than making three or four payments on another card and I don't have to worry which one is getting paid. Once you make the monthly payment, they distribute it to whoever creditor that you got in the program. My mom is in the program with me. She’s got a couple credit cards that she’s trying to get paid off. So, we just double up and make it all one payment.

I gave them the power of attorney to handle my legal actions and they ended up coming up on a couple deals for me. And it ended up saving me a lot of money and getting me out of debt.
