Being in debt is so stressful but the reps at National Debt Relief are so friendly and patient that it eases ones mind and makes this process so much easier. I was hesitant on contacting NDR but I really want to get out of the financial headache I'm currently in. I would definitely recommend your services to anyone in the same situation as mine.

We tried another company, and we weren’t pleased with them. The enrollment process with National Debt Relief was fairly easy and it got started in about two months. Right now, I’m probably a third of the way through. The negotiators were reasonable but we were concerned that they set us up on a plan and then, as the plan materialized, they negotiated their information for us. They came back with us with a lump sum settlement, which in some cases, was a lot more than we could afford all at one time. They didn’t set up the initial way that we talked about per month. So, when they would agree with something or we would try to agree with something, we would need payments to set it up so we could pay that, rather than pay it all at one lump sum, because we didn’t have that. Also, NDR was not very clear with the cost of anything.

I sought for assistance from NDR because of credit card debt. When I went online and started doing research, I saw their reviews online seemed really promising. I called them and I talked with someone a few times. They brought up my reports and it was an efficient process. It happened fast. They got me up and started really quickly. My first payment was made and there have already been two creditors that they made deals with that had been paid off, so the customer service aspect of it was great. I can go on to their homepage and it shows what has been resolved and what they’re working on. I’m just surprised with some of the fees that I’m being charged. I don’t think that the fees were explained to me. I also noticed that there was a double payment taken out of my account and one of them actually caused it to go into a negative balance, and I got a $38 overdraft charge for it.

I was so far in debt I didn't know what to do. Then I went online and found NDR. They were so understanding, not judging me at all. The help they offered was just what I needed. I feel like I got my life back with the help they offered me.

When I called, NDR was pretty helpful and we got the information. I signed up for five years for a fixed amount of money. They gave me a number, like how much I was gonna pay compared to how much I owed. Most of the debt is settled and I have less than a year to go. But I told them that I didn’t know that my credit was gonna suffer so much. It plummeted. Other than that, I haven’t had any problems with their customer service. They’re really helpful. Anytime that a card is settled, they’d call me and make sure that I’d know.

Everything went fine, went through the whole process on the phone and they were able to find all of my debts to have a better understand where do I stand. I was approved less an hour later with the program and looking forward to clear my debt.

The people are persistent in calling to the point of harassing. But it gets the job done. I spoke to Daryll ** for the initial info gathering session. I received voice messages from Wayne **, Monica **, and Kim ** before being able to get back with the Welcome team. Then spoke to Gavery ** for the Welcome portion. Both Daryll and Gavery were very nice and helpful with my questions. Am astonished to see the fee of nearly $8,000 to save me $10,000. As explained to me this fee will cover all late charges, interest, lawyer insurance, bank fees for the savings account. 21% Wow! If only you could negotiate drastically lower interest rates, without having to incur late and more interest charges, etc.

The agent was very knowledgeable and was always ready to answers any of our questions and always returned our phone call back in a timely manner and they always told me to call them if I had any issues with creditors calling me.

When I received a message to call back for the "Welcome Call" I could not understand the person leaving the message, nor the number. I had to review my calls received, and guessed that the caller was from Nat. Debt Relief. I would advise in future that the person calling have clear diction, and slower speech. I found both Gilbert and Edwin to be very helpful, although, understandably, Edwin was going through his material rather quickly. He would stop at my request, however, and was very professional about it.

I liked the structure that NDR had - and what they were doing, and how they would get things done. I pay them monthly and they have a list of all of my debtors. And from there, they negotiate with my debtors and tell me how much it will take, or how much to become debt-free. They gave me a price to pay per month, and it was fair. I didn’t have to try to talk to my debtors and try to negotiate with them. They can often be mean, and things can get ugly. So I felt like NDR took a load off of me having to deal with that.

Marc was awesome explaining everything to me even though he wasn’t able to contact me on my cell (my Cell’s fault not his). I understand I am going to take a hit on my credit but this seems like the best and easiest way to stay accountable to get back to a place where I am not stressing about creditors constantly calling. I didn’t mean to fall behind but when I did I found it impossible to get caught back up. I look forward to seeing this process and program work.

Both reps were very knowledgable, professional and patient. Adam could use some conversation skills as he simply kept reading from a script when I asked a question. The second rep was more personable and answered questions with no script and it was a much smoother conversation. I understand Adam had more to say but it was frustrating at times to try and talk around him.

Your lawyers have earned their keep looking and covering all the littlest loopholes. Now tell them to condense and simplify all this legalese onto understandable English. Your welcome call of 20 minutes turned into an hour.. As did the initial call and walk thru. Now l have page after page of gibberish I'll never reme or understand. I didn't appreciate it and your reps sound like they're tired of it too. The faster you get them off the phone and on to another customer call the more they and you will increase your incomes. God it's almost like financing a car... Now, order shorter scripts & contracts in everyday conversive english. I DON'T care how high & mighty they think they are, they need to get off their JD butts, and get real...

Mike and Jasmine were great! They both helped me throughout the process. Mike was especially patient as I have trouble hearing. Jasmine has a wonder speaking voice.. She spoke clearly and I understood every word she said. While I'm still feeling overwhelmed, I also feel optimistic for choosing NDR.

The representative was very thorough when asked questions. Went over documents to make sure the paperwork was correct. I missed some of the signings. The representative went over each one and asked if I understood them. The representative I would be receiving mail and to read the information.

For reduction of debt, I chose to go with National Debt Relief because of their Better Business Bureau rating. The enrollment process was quick and easy with the very knowledgeable staff. At this point, we're about halfway through. They're consolidating for me and although there's still a ways to go, the program has reduced quite a bit of my debt and helped me out financially in getting on the right path. National Debt Relief is doing great as far as the payment plan and the negotiator is really good. I was impressed with her knowledge and how she is returning my phone calls. She'd say she'd call me back or she'd get ahold of me with information, and she'd do it in the time she said she would.

My credit score was messed up from my previous marriage and I was looking for something to help me either reduce it or help me slowly increase it. Then, I saw National Debt Relief when I was inside of the VA Hospital and I called them. They did well in explaining thoroughly to me how it works and how beneficial it was gonna be for me, especially over just a couple of months. I’ve already seen a big change, so that’s good that they were right about that. Also, whenever we needed them or whenever we needed to update, they were there to give it to us fairly quickly. They’ve been loyal to us since we started with them. So far, I have no complaints. For the amount of debt that I have, the payment plan has been reasonable. No one wants to pay near $400 to anything for one bill but me and my husband talked about it almost every day. It’s gonna help us in the long road and it’s a decent amount to pay a month for how much we owe.
