Throughout my pre-approval process, all representatives that I spoke with were very patient, answering every question that I had in as much detail as possible. Settling debt and dealing with your credit score is a huge and scary process, however, this company made it much more manageable and less stressful. I'm excited to start the program and see the progress made under this company to become debt free.

First impressions: Fast, very responsive, detailed. This is still a scary process, with no guarantees, but I'm glad it's available. The representatives have all been well prepared, and answered all questions, covered all details. This will be a long process with a somewhat slow start, but it is an alternative that is valuable and the company seems expert.

The only thing I could possibly say as a piece of constructive criticism would be to slow down a bit when talking. Financially, things kind of got out of control. I'm in my mid-60’s and it was kinda scary, and I thought it was becoming quite a burden I couldn't keep up with. I looked National Debt Relief up online and it looked like they were well-rated. I thought of giving them a call and right away, they were able to calculate out how much I would save. I felt very comfortable with them from the beginning. National Debt Relief has been great. I haven't been in quite a year yet and we've already taken care of a couple of things and there's progress on others. I've been able to periodically add extra money to their account which has helped. I have a monthly amount coming out, and I add to it as much as I can try to get it done faster.

I had a good experience with the National Debt Relief reps who helped me. My questions and concerns were addressed well. So far, the payment plan they set up for me has been good.

Updated on 08/14/2020: I could barely able to make the minimum payments for my debts and I was receiving phone calls from the creditors before I became involved with National Debt Relief. Now, they are constantly working on my behalf and I'm no longer receiving phone calls saying that I'm late or asking how much of payment I can make. When I first signed up, I did it over the phone and they send me some stuff online. The representative that I spoke with was a very polite gentleman and informative. I liked him. Now, everything has gone online. I called them last month and I was on hold for so long that the phone went dead. But I sent them an email and they responded. It took them a good 24 hours to respond to my email.

I was skeptical about this service and if they could help me. I am here to say that their ability to help and explain everything about the services that they offered was beyond reproach, they were very patient and answered all my questions in detail. I have joined the team knowing that I will be covered until I am debt free. Thank you for removing all my fears, anxiety, and stress associated with my situation. Outstanding job by all that I spoke with and thanks to Christopher ** for his outstanding can do attitude, he is a great asset to to company.

I saw National Debt Relief advertised on TV. It sounded like something I was interested in, and it sounded great. I went with them and they have been really great with me. They have worked with me, and called me, checked in, and told me what was going on. My negotiator was very precise on what he was doing and walked me through everything that was going on and explained to me what was going on. National Debt Relief told me that they call the different people that is on the list and get it to them for I can afford to pay it. They take the money out of my account every end of the month and distribute it. So far, it has worked good.

I got into a program that was a little expensive and it turned out not to be a good plan. That program got me into this small debt that was kinda hard and could sue me. National Debt Relief was the only way that I could do right now to be able to pay off that amount. It has some average reviews, and then I saw some good reviews. I called them and I like the way that they did things for me. The enrollment process was pretty simple. All I needed to do was just call some creditors and some banks and let them know that I was working with National Debt Relief now. If they had any questions, just talk to them. I had to sign some paperwork for the bank account and the insurance that they cover for any type of lawsuit.

An amazing call that really gave me hopes for financial change. I am happy to say that I would recommend this to someone largely due to the fact that it was the only option there for me. I appreciate all the time and effort that NDR has put into my case and hopefully in the next 2 years I will be debt free.

Enrolling with National Debt Relief was a bit of a long process especially when I just wanted random information. Though it took about 20 or 30 minutes, it was worth it. Since then, the program has helped me lower my debt. I did the automatic bill pay and it made it easier for me to advance on the program. Their reps told me what my monthly payment was gonna be and that I would have a $9.95 fee until I graduate. During the time I worked with them, their reps made me really comfortable. At first, I thought it was weird that they waited six months before they negotiated but they did that because they wanted to have a lower rate. Overall, NDR provides excellent service for the cost. Though it hurt my credit, it's a great program to have gone into and it really changed my life.

Everything went good with National Debt Relief. I told the guy everything that I had and bills I needed to try to consolidate when I talked to him. He worked with me and got everything down to a good price. The payment plan and the cost of the service are reasonable. It's been about 5 months since I started and it has been coming along pretty good so far. They paid off two or three of my debts within the time I got started and it was probably half the amount that the debtor wanted. As soon as they get agreement with the debtor, they send me an email or give me a call. I call them back and we work it out right then and there. They're excellent. National Debt Relief has gotten me out of what I put myself into.

I found the Green boys Wayne and Greg easy to deal with. It wasn't their fault it took so long. Was pleased most of the information came on through E-mail and was easy to make paper copies. I doubt if I will ever be happy about stopping payment on four credit cards. I have paid my bills for 83 years and only reluctantly stopped because I had to.

National Debt Relief is helping me. I wasn't able to get stuff paid because my father passed a year in May, and I've taken care of lots of different things. My mother told me about National Debt Relief and the program is doing great. The rep, Elijah, was very helpful. I was impressed with how he told me how the stuff works. He explained it real well and that's even why I did it besides my mom telling me about it. I was nervous at first, but he helped me work through it.

I had multiple credit cards that I wanted to pay off and I wasn’t able to keep up with the payments as they were, and they were compounding. I saw National Debt Relief's accreditation and the reputation, so I got their debt consolidation program. I told them what I wanted, they gave me a call, I listed everything that I had, and they sent me an email, I put everything in there, and everything was done through DocuSign. Then one document was shipped to me that I had to physically sign, and I sent it back, and then they took care of everything.

Satisfied with experience except one of the customer service persons talked too fast with the welcoming and explanations of your service. I kept asking them to slow down but only did so for a few sentences. Original 1st person I talked with seemed to get irritated when I asked for additional explanations on something they had already gone over. He would say "I already went over that", but.once again....

I have just begun this journey to be debt free. It was very hard for me to make that first call. Instantly, I felt relief just from talking with someone about our situation. Jeff (Jeffrey **) made that first call so easy. We talked about my family's situation, and what my options were. He helped us come up with a plan. This plan will change our lives. I found the service was respectful and always done in a timely manner. I particularly liked that the program had full transparency. Not only did the counselor have a full knowledge of the program but everything was followed up with on-line information to better understand and review later.
