I had surgery and I lost my job where I was making a lot of money. Because I was off so long, they couldn’t hold my job anymore. So, my credit cards got behind. And then, I was getting a little money in the beginning, but it wasn’t enough to take care of the bills. So, I signed up with National Debt Relief. I went online and I did some research, and from all of the reviews that I saw, National Debt Relief had the best reviews.

I was doing the search online and National Debt Relief was the first company that popped in Google. It requested enough information from me to move forward with the company. I had gotten some debt consolidation to get free from my debt from credit cards. I've been with them since October and the program has been working fine. Plus, I've had pretty good communication with the negotiator. I like my payment plan. It is reasonable and helps me out a lot. Working with NDR, I've been able to save money and lower my debt.

I was nervous about starting this plan, but the representatives explained everything so well and gave me the confidence to enroll and I am looking forward to becoming debt free! I would highly recommend this service to others, without question. Thank you so very much!

Initial contact was very good. Fast, professional and courteous. UPDATED 8/28/2021: National Debt Relief has been very good. When I was getting set up with it, they were very clear and communicated very well. Any questions I asked, they answered promptly. Most of the reps know the answer and they will find an answer if they don't.

Everything went good with National Debt Relief. I told the guy everything that I had and bills I needed to try to consolidate when I talked to him. He worked with me and got everything down to a good price. The payment plan and the cost of the service are reasonable. It's been about 5 months since I started and it has been coming along pretty good so far. They paid off two or three of my debts within the time I got started and it was probably half the amount that the debtor wanted. As soon as they get agreement with the debtor, they send me an email or give me a call. I call them back and we work it out right then and there. They're excellent. National Debt Relief has gotten me out of what I put myself into.

Enrolling with National Debt Relief was a bit of a long process especially when I just wanted random information. Though it took about 20 or 30 minutes, it was worth it. Since then, the program has helped me lower my debt. I did the automatic bill pay and it made it easier for me to advance on the program. Their reps told me what my monthly payment was gonna be and that I would have a $9.95 fee until I graduate. During the time I worked with them, their reps made me really comfortable. At first, I thought it was weird that they waited six months before they negotiated but they did that because they wanted to have a lower rate. Overall, NDR provides excellent service for the cost. Though it hurt my credit, it's a great program to have gone into and it really changed my life.

I found the Green boys Wayne and Greg easy to deal with. It wasn't their fault it took so long. Was pleased most of the information came on through E-mail and was easy to make paper copies. I doubt if I will ever be happy about stopping payment on four credit cards. I have paid my bills for 83 years and only reluctantly stopped because I had to.

The people I talk to were so helpful, explain everything in detail, I’m glad I choose you! The experience just talking on the phone and feeling like these people are here to help, when I first call the guy was talking to me and telling if I didn’t qualify he would try to find something else that could help and that says a lot.

I was impressed with the program's ability to negotiate with my creditor's on my behalf. Especially since my need for credit has accumulated over the last few years while my kids have been enrolled in college. This program should be able to help me get my debts paid in a more timely manner.

National Debt Relief is helping me. I wasn't able to get stuff paid because my father passed a year in May, and I've taken care of lots of different things. My mother told me about National Debt Relief and the program is doing great. The rep, Elijah, was very helpful. I was impressed with how he told me how the stuff works. He explained it real well and that's even why I did it besides my mom telling me about it. I was nervous at first, but he helped me work through it.

I had multiple credit cards that I wanted to pay off and I wasn’t able to keep up with the payments as they were, and they were compounding. I saw National Debt Relief's accreditation and the reputation, so I got their debt consolidation program. I told them what I wanted, they gave me a call, I listed everything that I had, and they sent me an email, I put everything in there, and everything was done through DocuSign. Then one document was shipped to me that I had to physically sign, and I sent it back, and then they took care of everything.

Satisfied with experience except one of the customer service persons talked too fast with the welcoming and explanations of your service. I kept asking them to slow down but only did so for a few sentences. Original 1st person I talked with seemed to get irritated when I asked for additional explanations on something they had already gone over. He would say "I already went over that", but.once again....

I have just begun this journey to be debt free. It was very hard for me to make that first call. Instantly, I felt relief just from talking with someone about our situation. Jeff (Jeffrey **) made that first call so easy. We talked about my family's situation, and what my options were. He helped us come up with a plan. This plan will change our lives. As I said this is just the beginning for us but you have to start, in order to get somewhere. We feel good about the choice we have made. We feel confidence in the plan that Jeff came up with for us. They told us if we had any concerns to just call them. If we still keep getting bugged by the creditors, we should call them and they were ready to call us. National would send them another letter. They were very helpful. We haven't heard from any of the companies at all. National got us to go forward and it's been a good experience.

I found the service was respectful and always done in a timely manner. I particularly liked that the program had full transparency. Not only did the counselor have a full knowledge of the program but everything was followed up with on-line information to better understand and review later. I had apprehension about joining an on-line program of this magnitude but if the follow up service and outcomes are similar to the program's introduction, all my concerns would have been for nothing!

Though there were a couple of times when the monthly was too high, I asked NDR if they could get it lower and they worked with me. It’s a great program for people who need to pay some of their debt that didn't anticipate having so much.

Getting enrolled with National Debt Relief was easy, and they were the only one willing to help me. I went through other debt relief services and they wouldn’t help me at the time that I needed help. The reps at NDR always answer all the questions that I have and they all know what they’re doing, and are professional. They set up a program where they got all my creditors’ information, and then they let me know what would be covered and what wouldn’t be covered. They let me know which bracket I would fall under and what my payments would be. I’m close to settling a few of my debts, and NDR are trying to get others that weren’t approved the first time.

This is the help I was looking for. A more managable payment plan. I asked for a loan from my bank to help with the high prices of living here in CA they said no. This company wants to help people get better. And the fee is rolled into the payments which I like. Highly recommend them.

Previously, we looked into bankruptcy. I found National Debt Relief afterwards and gave them all of our information. That time, the hardest part for us was not paying your bills and having your credit scores take a dive so that they’ll actually do the negotiation. Since going with them, we've settled all but one debt. We started with three and now we're down to one. On top of that, NDR's reps have done pretty well. I've called with a few questions but for the most part, everything runs by itself.

I’m not real satisfied with National Debt Relief. They're taking out more than I thought. I’ve talked with some of the creditors and they said I could do the same thing without service and not pay 20, 25% or whatever I’m paying National Debt Relief. Another example is I was thrown into this bank for five or six months. The minute National Debt Relief aligns with one creditor, they take out their fee and leave me hanging with the other creditors to ruin my credit for another four or five months until the bank account builds up. I was under the impression that they would fork some money over or that all the creditors would be acknowledged within a six to eight-month period, although nothing was in writing. I entered the program in December and they kinda hinted that all the creditors would be resolved or we’d have agreement within that period but it’s not the case.
