Unfortunately, I have found myself in an extremely mortifying situation, and have been crushed by credit debt. The Crystal and Amanda at NDR have been so amazing and informative. I finally feel like I can breathe. They have set up a plan that is manageable and reasonable. Thank you for all that you do.

I was very satisfied with the service I received. Everyone was so nice and assured me that I was doing the right thing to help me get back on track. I felt ashamed to have to settle to begin with. But they made me feel like everything was ok.

My whole experience has been a bit unnerving. I wasn't sure if this was the best thing to do, but after speaking to both representative has ensure me that I may be able to get out of debt completely within the 42 months. They seem knowledgeable and they were willing to answer and help me with all my questions.

I was very pleased with the way your reps were so understanding. This is a sign that your company will do their best for me in this time of need. This will give myself more cash flow to better my finances and to learn from this situation.

Very positive. She was clear professional and patient with me which I appreciated. She carefully explained the process, the consequences, gave me a number that I can use in case I have any questions and a number that I can give the people that come in from the credit cards. She also explained that they could give me legal advice if I should need it about this case and to send any documents into the office that I received that are pertinent to this case.

James ** was phenomenal and very professional. Additionally, he was non-judgmental of my situation, and that made my experience GREAT! However, though there was immediate disclosure of the negative impacts this will have on my credit score, it wasn't until very late in the call that I put two-and-two together and realized the negative impact would come from not making my monthly payments. When asked, James did confirm this was the case, which was good, however, I think this would be something that is mentioned at the beginning when describing how the process works.

I was very happy with Joshua and the young lady whom I also talked to -- everything was explained to me in terms I could understand. I asked a few questions on things I needed explained further and all my questions were answered. I was completely satisfied with my experience at National Debt Relief.

So far my experience has been good. I would have to see how this unfolds before I would recommend you to friends or family. I want to believe that this is real and I am on my way to being debt free because I have finally realized that I am in trouble and need help. It was so easy to get in this situation, my credit was at one time great but instead of paying off my cards I kept paying a small amount toward the balance. And here I am. They were great for the first couple years, but about the time I was right on the brink of paid off, my settlement amount suddenly started climbing, they even dropped the ball halfway through a particular settlement and let it default without ever contacting me. I didn't find out about this until months later when I called in because they were drawing money from my bank account even after I had passed the "Total payoff amount" that they had quoted me in writing earlier that same year.

When I spoke with Steve on Friday evening, the process sounded too good to be true and I should have pulled the plug then. After the 45 minute 'welcome call' with Natalie (which infuriated several co-workers and patients. Natalie REFUSED to finish the call later. There are too many questions, I am concerned about being hounded by creditors, lawyers, and perhaps even going to court. I want to CANCEL and handle this on my own!!!

I found NDR on the internet when I was desperate to do something and enrolling was easy. They told me to not pay my credit cards until they could negotiate the amount that I owed and they did. When we were almost down to the last credit card to negotiate down, they advised that consolidating all these credit cards into one payment and getting it paid off with a major loan from the bank would start clearing up my credit rating. That convinced me and they turned me over to Liberty Lending. It was optional, but I figured I could start working on my credit rating again.
