The enrollment process with National Debt Relief was okay. But you had to be at a computer to sign all the paperwork and I’m not always at a computer. I had to make sure I went up to another office to sign the paperwork. As for the payment plan, they just told me what I had to pay and that was it. It was either affordable or it was not. The communication is also not very good. Some of my accounts had been closed and nobody has contacted me. Even on my credit report, it says my two Capital One accounts were closed and I don’t know how that works. Am I still obligated to pay them? National Debt Relief is definitely not able to answer my questions and concerns. So I better call because I need to know why those accounts were closed. Where did the money that I invested in the program go?

Everybody that I have talked to has been extremely helpful and willing to answer any questions I might have. They seem genuinely willing to help to further my success. Gilbert was a great resource and explained the program very well. The welcoming call was great too to help get me started.

I was satisfied with their customer service help so far. I have the number if I have questions in the future, I can contact customer service. There's not much more to add to this. This is my first day of enrollment.

Kirk was quick, efficient and friendly. Screening for approval went quite smoothly. The customer welcome person was also very helpful. And they spoke English! I'm going to trust the process with National Debt Relief. Everything was explained and reiterated clearly. Big exhale for me.

I’ve lost $846 dollars of my income before I started to consolidate my credit cards. I knew I wouldn’t be able to settle my bills. I had to do something but I didn’t want to file bankruptcy. I wanted to be able to pay my bills and I saw an ad for National Debt Relief. I called them and went with them from there. I gave National Debt Relief all the bills that I owed and they told me if anything else pops up on my credit, then I’d be dropped out of the program. I told them that sounded great. They’ve pulled my credit, and they knew I had given them all of them.

I wasn’t able to keep up with the monthly payments for a lot of my credit card bills which led to collections. I was trying to get my credit score back and found National Debt Relief online. They were on the Better Business Bureau website and had a lot of good reviews. I had someone from NDR call me and go over all the documents. They sent me a power of attorney form to sign. They explained to me how the program worked, that I will be given settlements, that I would have to sign off on them before they were approved, and how the monthly payments would go. It was like sending the payment towards a savings account for them to set up the payment arrangement with the collector. I liked how they explained how the process was. So far, I'm not even halfway through the program.

Very nice, courteous ladies. Had a lot of respect and knowledge. Made sure you understand, explains everything to me. Didn’t get hateful. Was very nice about it. This is too much to write but they both did a excellent job.

Rose and Marc were very awesome to work with and they made sure I knew exactly what to do. They made sure I did not end the call until all my questions were answered. As well as said I can call and ask questions if I need to. They always answered my questions and broke everything down for me. They are getting me closer to being debt free.

The representatives I spoke to were both very friendly and understanding about all my questions and concerns about the program. They explained everything and gave me a lot of contact info to them if anything ever seemed that it didn't seem right or off in any way. They also try to make it work around you so they need you to be totally honest with them so you can make the payment if financially you can't afford it. They try to make it work with you and find a way to get you to be able to make the payments comfortably.

Even though it took a while on the phone, People were nice and explained it well. Information is overwhelming and a little too much to listen to but hopefully will be worthwhile. The negative is your credit score takes a hard hit and decreases before you see improvement. I wish the credit card companies were willing to work with you instead of having to result to this. National Debt Relief is a good organization and I’ve recommended them to others. The interest rates had gone up and I couldn't make my payments but National Debt Relief negotiated my account and gave me a once-a-month payment. Everything is good so far. I went with them after checking companies over the internet. They seemed to be the more honest one and the enrollment process was fairly easy. So when I signed up for National Debt Relief I was told that they would only take a fee once they had settled a debt for you. Yet when I look at my account every month they take over 35$ in fees. I have only been with them 3 months and they have steadily taken money out of my account. When I have emails and recorded calls saying they don't take anything out until debt is settled period... They also claim customer service is their first priority but whenever you call them you get an automated machine saying they are closed. They conveniently built their cs hours around the time they know everyone is working so you can't call in and complain about them stealing money. If my money is not fully refunded when I cancel on Monday I will be going to the BBB and filing a complaint as well as talking with attorneys about fraud and false advertising.

I have credit card debt and I saw a lot of commercials with National Debt Relief. So, I went with them. I spoke with someone from them a couple of times to get some information about their program and got some information in the mail so I could read about it as well. They also explained to me the process of what was allowed to be included in the program and what wasn’t, including how the program was structured, how I would pay to an account, and the amount I would have pay into it. They also explained that they would be negotiating for me to get discounts on what I have to pay.

Both Rubin and Amber were wonderful. Went over everything and answered questions. They made sure I understood everything. All the legal and tax issues were discussed, as far as I can imagine. I think everything was thoroughly covered. They clarified all places issues that I found confusing.

So far our experience has been good. Calvin has been awesome. He made me feel comfortable in a truly stressful situation. It’s hard to ask for help but he made it easier. I truly appreciate all of his help. He laid out the process and answered any and all questions I had even if I was asking what we had already covered.

I worked with Nick and Jamie. They were wonderful and helped me feel confident and comfortable with the decision to pursue debt relief. I am having trouble with feeling like I should be paying something all along, but understand why I cant. I would definitely recommend this to friends that are struggling as I am.

I had just moved out to Virginia on military orders. And I had a lot of debt that was piled up, and I was getting sunk under. I wasn't really gaining a foothold on my actual debt amount with the payments I was making. So, I wasn't really getting anywhere. I was just like give and take. And then, I heard about National Debt Relief through the radio. I gave them a call and talked to a lady for 45 minutes on the phone. She was very informative and explained to me the whole process and how it works. I decided to do it because I knew that I wouldn't have a chance to use my credit cards anymore because the program closes all your accounts. So, when you do this, it helps. And then, it consolidates it into one payment. So, I'm not trying to pay four different payments each month. It's one main payment or split in two if I want to. So, it's made it easier to manage.

My experience so far has been great. All of the associates are very helpful and professional. I searched a lot of companies and this one seemed to have the best results and after speaking to the associates I feel comfortable that they will be able to deliver results.

The folks at National Debt Relief were very polite and helpful with my application and the directions for the whole process. Hopefully this helps get me in the clear with my bills and back on track with my finances. I'm glad that a much lower amount will be able to pay my account balances.

I love everything that National Debt Relief does. They are hitting a home run. Every time I call, everybody knows my situation and has either the right or wrong answers. But at the end of the day, I’ve basically $20,000 of debt and I’m down to $5,000 in less than a year. The only downside to it is that I'm gonna have to rebuild my credit score because we let everything go delinquent, which I get, but in order for NDR to work the deals that they do and to get the payoffs that they get.
