Both the debt specialist and welcome caller I spoke with were wonderful. Super helpful, polite and very accommodating. I will recommend this service to anyone in need of this type of assistance. I have only just enrolled so I can't report on the success of the negotiations, but I am very pleased with the signup process.

I just sighed into this. I am hoping for good results. So far everyone was very professional and helpful. There is so much to take in right now. I will feel better once everything gets started. As time goes on then I will have more of an experience.

I’m not sure at what pace they need to be moving, but they’re doing whatever they need to do at their own pace and I’m just waiting. I go online. There’s a portal and I check there, and I have nine creditors. And so far, two of them have been taken care of.

An acquaintance of ours had used National Debt Relief and told us that the program was going well after about a year. Spoke so fast, and was not clear in her speech, aside from all the interruptions on her end of call, i.e. coughing, laughing and losing focus on what she was saying and doing. When my circumstances changed quite a bit, I couldn't handle the debt I had and using NDR was my only option, as far as I could tell. The enrollment process was relatively simple. They had all my debt information, my previous income, and the changes I've gone through to get myself in that situation. The need for their services justify the cause. They are is easy to understand. And if they don't have the answer, they find it.

The enrollment part was easy except for me trying to get ahold of some of the creditors. There is all of this information that the regular person has to get. I can't just give National Debt Relief the name of the company. I have to do all the research to try to get the information. But a lot of times, it's hard for someone like me to get the information from one of these companies because they know that you're pitching to do something and that they're gonna lose that money.

Service representative explained step by step and was understating. I didn't know what to do about mounting bills so I called and found a way to get a hold of debt. National Debt Relief has made a way for me to have financial freedom.

Both specialist were very easy to understand. I went into this call very nervous because I honestly thought I wouldn't understand how the process works. Hello, I chose to go with National Debt Relief because they were very informative on what they are doing. I am hoping all works out but again I just started so cannot say much but the above. I will submit another review once I am in the program a few months.

This is a difficult decision to make, but everyone so far has made me feel comfortable and secure. This is the first time I've felt out of control with my finances, so I'm nervous what the next 4 years will hold. I am putting my faith in the company to guide me!

They are well trained and very helpful people and answers all my questions. They answered me nicely. They returned my call right away. Very understandable people, explained to me all the words that I can't understand.

I had some debts which were accumulated, for some family reasons and others, on the credit card. I was doing some balance transfer for a while but the interests were high and I realized I had to pay the debts off. I researched on Google to see which companies are good. There were a couple but I spoke with someone at National Debt Relief who was understanding and then was able to give me a payment plan for five years and then they will zero out the debt. I thought that was something would work for me. They said that the payment plan I have is basically half of the debt. Twice a month, I pay the amount and then they will pay and work with the creditors.

Everyone I have dealt with has been very professional. I especially appreciate the total transparency that has been offered regarding the program and how it works. I feel comfortable with the process and assured that I've made a good decision.

That was a great experience. They're really helpful. They help me a lot with this situation so I think it’s great. The customer service it was great. It was really great guy they talk to me. It was really helpful and then understand everything they trying to say to me. How they gain I deal with this problem and then at work and work. I really like it how did I did it to me and I appreciate it all the help in trying to do.

I had great service from Krista and from the agent that did my welcome call. They were helpful and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable asking any questions I had and able to answer them. Krista constantly followed up with me through the entire process so that I felt confident in my decision.

Both debt specialists Caly and Brenda were able to explain how the program works. There were some details that were clearly explained in detail during the Welcome call. Both specialists were cordial and patient in handling my questions and concerns.

National Debt Relief has been awesome. At first the enrollment seemed kind of intimidating, but they facilitated it very well. They explained things until they made sure that I understood what was happening and the steps that needed to be taken. They’re always super helpful. Any questions that I have, they try to get me an answer as soon as they possibly can if they don’t have it right away. They were able to get everything that I owed down to about a fifth of what I owed.

Talking with Aaron and Taylor has put my mind at ease with this huge decision. It is very hard for me to trust any company because there are so many false ones out there. I feel confident that I made the right decision and put my future your company's hands!

i appreciate the straightforward way both contacts explained the procedure and made sure I understood how settlements are negotiated. Also sometimes have a hard time over the phone but I could hear them clearly. They also listened and answered questions.

Explanation of the NDR was very well explained in what I will have to do. I understand how monitoring my progress, schedule new deposits, how to get in touch with the service reps, how to handle calls from my creditors and obtaining legal security for my account.
