This was first time calling in and the person who helped me Brian ** as very nice and explained how National Debt Relief worked and walked me through the process. His customer service was exceptional, there is no room for improvement, I have Recommended to a friend as well.

I had a bunch of credit cards that were out of control and with high limits. I have been paying them for 10 years and they weren’t going anywhere. Our jobs had slowed down and I was barely keeping the payments made on the minimums. I had a couple of friends who told me about National Debt Relief and they said that they did a good job. The reps were nice when I enrolled and I didn’t have any trouble at all. They sent me the paperwork online to my email address. I filled it up and sent back it back. Every time NDR gets to pay something off, they call me and I talk to somebody different. I’ve been with NDR for five months and I have four years and a half more in the program. Working with NDR made quality of life better because at least I can breathe. You turn in all your credit cards. When you have none to use, you can’t get deeper in debt and you are not going to worry about it.

Our debt specialist Jaspal and the woman who made our enrollment call were very helpful and answered all the questions we had. A lot of what they say are standard answers to questions so it can sound a little scripted instead of personal but I can get past that. My only other suggestion was for our debt specialist to slow down a bit. He seemed very rushed at times. He always answered all my questions but just seemed to talk very quickly.

Everyone was so knowledgeable which made the process so smooth. I was a bit scared at first until Danny told me how much I'd be saving and the fact I could be debt free in under 3 years made me want to know how.

Sign up process was good, Jason worked with me on my schedule to get things rolling and kept in contact. The welcome call was pointless and frustrating. She was not allowed to answer any questions. She just kept repeating the script. However she was nice and professional when I got upset and short with her about how stupid it was and how much I did not like the welcome call process.

I have just completed the Welcome portion of the program. Thus far, I am very pleased with the professionalism and customer service that has been provided. I am hopeful that taking this route vs. Bankruptcy will prove to be the right choice, as suggested.

Initially I was nervous but I was put at ease. She explained the process necessary to get started on the road to be debit free. The signup process was very easy, didn’t take a long time and all being done electronically was nice.

My payments were getting higher than the money I could make as payments on my card. I went for credit card consolidation with National Debt Relief and the reps walked me through the enrollment process well. I was given a couple of different options and just know what I could do for payments, and I picked the one I could make easiest. I usually text if I have information and NDR negotiated three cards already. They seem to be doing well.

Everyone is very kind and works to make sure you understand all information. It was very easy to enroll. The phone call to confirm enrollment was very quick and the person I spoke to was very patient and kind. I look forward to having my debts paid off.

I looked up National Debt Relief online and they seemed to have the best reviews. They were rated the best. I joined up with them in January and they've already sorted out two of the six companies I had debts with. So, I'm very content with their progress. Another one kinda came up on my account. I was gonna call them to see if it was possible to add it since they've been so helpful. There was a handful of people that I have spoken to and it's pretty much the same people. I had the most interaction with them when I started signing up. That was a good 30 minutes to an hour phone call.

The enrollment process with National Debt Relief was simple. I sent an email and then I got a phone call, and I’ve followed through there. Their debt relief negotiators were excellent. They’ve been very helpful. They explained everything when I have questions. I’d recommend them.

I was searching for a place to get my credit cleaned up. I was sitting in the living room and ran by that advertisement that came on by 1:00 or 2 o'clock in the morning. I listened to all the things that National Debt Relief helped with and thought that type of service was what I needed. It's what I read and they explained it so plainly and so nicely. I was satisfied with it and I called them. We did everything and I read over the contract. The rep was on the phone with me as I was going. She was reading everything over to me as I went from page to page. The young man also did really good. He worked with me so well.

After I talked to three companies, NDR seemed like they knew what they were doing better than anybody else. I went with them and during enrollment, I gave them all my information and they took it from there. Now, I'm more than halfway into the program and NDR has been able to reduce my debt and pay off my credit cards in a way that's affordable to me. Additionally, the person assigned to my account has been very helpful. He sends me an email asking if I wanna approve this or that settlement and it goes from there. Working with NDR has been very easy to do. Everything so far has worked out very well for me. I’d recommend them to anybody.

I did not know how I was able to make the next payment. This program will help me to lower the amount due that was already overwhelming. And although the payments are still high, it keeps creditors from suing me and taking control of my little finances I have left.

It is too soon to say one way or the other how good or bad this company is. I have read several BBB complaints and will be on guard as to head off issues.

Financially, things kind of got out of control. I'm in my mid-60’s and it was kinda scary, and I thought it was becoming quite a burden I couldn't keep up with. I looked National Debt Relief up online and it looked like they were well-rated. I thought of giving them a call and right away, they were able to calculate out how much I would save. I felt very comfortable with them from the beginning. National Debt Relief has been great. I haven't been in quite a year yet and we've already taken care of a couple of things and there's progress on others. I've been able to periodically add extra money to their account which has helped. I have a monthly amount coming out, and I add to it as much as I can try to get it done faster.

Updated on 08/14/2020: I could barely able to make the minimum payments for my debts and I was receiving phone calls from the creditors before I became involved with National Debt Relief. Now, they are constantly working on my behalf and I'm no longer receiving phone calls saying that I'm late or asking how much of payment I can make. When I first signed up, I did it over the phone and they send me some stuff online. The representative that I spoke with was a very polite gentleman and informative. I liked him. Now, everything has gone online. I called them last month and I was on hold for so long that the phone went dead. But I sent them an email and they responded. It took them a good 24 hours to respond to my email.

I was skeptical about this service and if they could help me. I am here to say that their ability to help and explain everything about the services that they offered was beyond reproach, they were very patient and answered all my questions in detail. I have joined the team knowing that I will be covered until I am debt free. Thank you for removing all my fears, anxiety, and stress associated with my situation. I got into a program that was a little expensive and it turned out not to be a good plan. That program got me into this small debt that was kinda hard and could sue me. National Debt Relief was the only way that I could do right now to be able to pay off that amount. It has some average reviews, and then I saw some good reviews. I called them and I like the way that they did things for me. The enrollment process was pretty simple. All I needed to do was just call some creditors and some banks and let them know that I was working with National Debt Relief now. If they had any questions, just talk to them. I had to sign some paperwork for the bank account and the insurance that they cover for any type of lawsuit.

I saw National Debt Relief advertised on TV. It sounded like something I was interested in, and it sounded great. I went with them and they have been really great with me. They have worked with me, and called me, checked in, and told me what was going on. My negotiator was very precise on what he was doing and walked me through everything that was going on and explained to me what was going on. National Debt Relief told me that they call the different people that is on the list and get it to them for I can afford to pay it. They take the money out of my account every end of the month and distribute it. So far, it has worked good.
