Great service so far. I hope this is a smooth experience to come in getting out of my debt. I need to get out of it so I can move on and grow in life. Your representatives have been very helpful and I know I'll be putting this behind hopefully soon.

The staff at National Debt Relief were very polite and direct about their service and answered all the questions I asked them. They really helped me understand what their program was all about and it was very easy to get started.

Both conversations I had with your company were very informative and gave me a little peace of mind. It's a very scary and embarrassing experience, and they made me feel at ease and explained everything very well. I have a light at the end of my tunnel now!!

I had already signed up for the National Debt Relief program about 2 months ago but unfortunately took too long to do the "welcome call." Using National Debt Relief is easily one of my biggest regrets. First, the representative I spoke to initially blatantly mislead me on the effect using this service would have on my credit report/score. He told me it would drop, but then eventually come back up after 6-12 payments. This was not the case at all, and having consolidated accounts or charge-offs will harm my score for the next 5-7 years. Furthermore, my credit score still has not improved even after making over 20 payments. The monthly payments are set very high and seem to continue to be added. There are many hidden fees, and the sum of my prior deposits and scheduled deposits exceed the original agreed on amount. I would never recommend this service to anyone, and would strongly recommend either paying off the credit cards gradually, or by using a personal loan at a lower interest rate, both of which would not almost permanently ruin one's credit report.

I was nervous to do this but this process was quick and easy. And every question answered to put my mind at ease. If you want to feel in charge of your life again, I would do this. Thank you for making it quick and easy.

I wasn't sure what to expect. At first, I had doubts and uncertainty. But as the process developed, and I gained a better understanding of everything, I felt some reassurance that things could only get better at the end. All employees of NDR that I have had contact with, have been very patient and understanding. The experience is one I hope I don't have to repeat in the future. We had built up a lot of credit card debts and we were having a difficult time keeping up with the payments. At National Debt Relief, we started a savings account that we contribute to every month. Their reps asked us how much we could afford to put in every month. They told me that if I can get enough money in our account, they can pay off another bill early. I was in debt and overloaded, and decided to work with National Debt Relief to stop my creditors from harassing me. They haven’t stopped harassing me, but things have gotten a lot better. I don’t answer their calls anymore. I’m leaving that up to NDR to negotiate a deal with them so I can get back on the right track. I’ve got a couple of large debts, one of them from a car I let go back after the flood. NDR hasn’t started on that one. But they’re taking care of the smaller ones first. I got about 48 months in the program, and going through it with them has been great and easy. The service has been good all the way. They act like they know exactly what they’re doing. They’re very knowledgeable and friendly. And if I have any question but I don’t ask for a certain individual, just about anybody that I talk to up there gives me the answers that I’m looking for. So, I’m satisfied.

He talked with me about why I wasn't able to get ahead on my debt because I was paying minimum due which left me mostly just paying interest. He did an outstanding job of explaining to me about the program and how it would help me out. He answered all my questions and told me how things was going to happen. Excellent service from all your staff I have worked with.

My experience has been awesome and I would recommend National Debt Relief to another person if they need it. I went with this company because I found it on Google and I liked the reviews that the company had listed. National Debt Relief was able to get my debt management under control. It took about a month or two to get the process started. But I've been in the process for about six months right now and one debt has been settled. They could improve the process by having their website available to make changes to the direct deposit. But the payment plan itself is reasonable.

So far my experience has been a good one. The two ladies I have dealt with have been helpful and professional. With every question I have asked they have had answers and explained them to me with ease and in a way that didn't make me feel like I was asking a dumb question.
