Was straight to the point. There was no push to sign. I actually did not sign the first time and came back about a month later to sign up. K. ** was fantastic at telling me all the details and having me understand the process.

Just started the process and so far so good, Dan ** was extremely helpful and took his time to go over all the details with me regarding my situation & setting up a game plan to assist me with my current debt.

Antoine and then Andrea were very helpful, well informed, and calmed me during my embarrassing call. :/ However, as I JUST signed up, I am curious but hopeful I will be truly helped by NDR. I am truly looking forward to some positive results.

So far no major complaints. I am expecting my expectations to be met and my debts to go to zero soon. By the way, I could not find my order number. I looked in the agreement, but I did see it. Maybe I overlooked it.

Natalie was very knowledgeable in answering my questions, of which I had a lot of them. Joshua was very good about getting the account underway. Even Lawrence, the first person I spoke with initially was very helpful. All good and no complaints.

I looked up National Debt Relief online and they were highly recommended. They didn’t seem to have any issues with the BBB. The enrollment process was easy and simple, and the negotiator seemed knowledgeable. NDR worked with me really well on the payment plan and we are in the middle of the program. One item has been resolved and two are getting worked on right now. The communication has been good and I usually get a phone call fairly quickly.

When I first started program it was contingent on adding the Advanced Recovery account. I told the enrolling person that I had been to court once and that the lawyer said he's familiar with debt relief programs and he would work with me and National Debt Relief to get this resolved. Now over a month later you still won't add the account. I did get a note that they would make an exception this time, but now you're going back on that, saying that person didn't have the authority. the whole point was to get this account added or I didn't want to do program. It would be nice if you could have someone assigned to my account so I don't have to talk to a different person every time I call in. Debt is personal and you don't seem to care enough to make a person feel comfortable with new person each time. I wouldn't recommend this program to anyone.

The overall process was satisfactory. I did have issues with the first representative following through with his part of the process. The representatives should not just read a script but have more knowledge of the options of the savings account so they are more prepared to answer questions.

I heard a lot about National Debt Relief from different friends. My daughter did the enrollment process and when I set it up in December last year, I was excited for the ball to start rolling. The reps were very good because after they asked for my information, they would call me and inform me if they got another offer from one of the companies. We would talk about it and set it up. So far, four of my accounts have settled and I still have five more accounts. They said I have anywhere from 18 months to two years left. Also, the payment plan is good. It was a 140 every two weeks and it works out good. I’m happy with the way the company is working with me and the creditors. My credit score went up 45 points and so far, the stuff their doing is excellent for me.

Everyone I have spoken to has been very nice and helpful. I've been taking care of my brother since the first part of the year and have just put my life on hold. I have had to take him to all of his Dr. appointments - he has had two surgeries, one on his broken ankle and the other on his eye lid (cancer) and is looking forward to 1 to 2 more on the eye lid. I tried to pay some of my bills but I just couldn't keep up. The stress is beginning to take a toll on me.

Excellent experience so far. I was hesitant to get started as I was not late yet but drowning in debt and could not see any way to get back on track after medical expenses and hoping to retire in a few years. Using National Debt Relief is easily one of my biggest regrets. First, the representative I spoke to initially blatantly mislead me on the effect using this service would have on my credit report/score. He told me it would drop, but then eventually come back up after 6-12 payments. This was not the case at all, and having consolidated accounts or charge-offs will harm my score for the next 5-7 years. Furthermore, my credit score still has not improved even after making over 20 payments. The monthly payments are set very high and seem to continue to be added. There are many hidden fees, and the sum of my prior deposits and scheduled deposits exceed the original agreed on amount. I would never recommend this service to anyone, and would strongly recommend either paying off the credit cards gradually, or by using a personal loan at a lower interest rate, both of which would not almost permanently ruin one's credit report.

I was in debt and overloaded, and decided to work with National Debt Relief to stop my creditors from harassing me. They haven’t stopped harassing me, but things have gotten a lot better. I don’t answer their calls anymore. I’m leaving that up to NDR to negotiate a deal with them so I can get back on the right track. I’ve got a couple of large debts, one of them from a car I let go back after the flood. NDR hasn’t started on that one. But they’re taking care of the smaller ones first. I got about 48 months in the program, and going through it with them has been great and easy. The service has been good all the way. They act like they know exactly what they’re doing. They’re very knowledgeable and friendly. And if I have any question but I don’t ask for a certain individual, just about anybody that I talk to up there gives me the answers that I’m looking for. So, I’m satisfied.
