We called on Monday night at 9 pm. Almas explained the plan to us explicitly down to every detail. He was professional and compassionate regarding the situation we are in. I was very pleased with my service at the National Debt Relief Center. I spoke with Garry and Gloria and not were very helpful and supportive. I felt Gloria could have taken a little more time going through the material even if it was a repeat. She spoke so fast I almost had anxiety just from trying to keep up and I pretty much knew the material as it was a repeat of my initial contact.

There’s so many fees. I basically paid almost my original debt amount back. NDR got most of my credit card bills lowered by a lot only to have to pay large fees to NDR. I’m finally out of debt. They make you think that you’re saving so much money working with them, but in my case I didn’t. I should have worked out a deal with my original creditors or used a different debt relief company.

I researched all the debt relief companies, compared the reviews and selected National Debt Relief. Their services are excellent and they’re handling everything wonderfully for me. I’ve dealt with two different people on the phone and my experiences have been wonderful. They’ve gone above and beyond what I would consider average. Anytime I called them, they’ve been spot-on in getting me on the phone and answering any and all questions properly. And if I asked anything in writing, it was sent to me as fast as virtual posts would go. The only thing I don’t like about the program is that we go through a third party who takes the money out. I’m kinda old school - one company and one person. I don’t like multiple hands. They should get rid of that third party.

It started off great. Lot of information was passed on and communication was on a regular basis. But once we signed on, the communications slowed and we found out there was some wrong information given to us by our account rep. He told us to stop making payments, know the credit cards were somewhat new and we're supposed to make at least 6 months of minimum payment. That was a huge miscommunication as it could've cost us a lot. Seems the process has some gaps.

This time they helped me pay off my credit cards, and during my enrollment process, they asked me the questions I needed, I sent them the information they needed and they got me into the system. They sent me some documents that needed to be signed, and I signed them. They explained the contract, which I agreed to initially, and everything is well.
