When I was desperate, I came across National Debt Relief by chance. Getting started was really easy. The process was quick and everybody seemed so friendly. I appreciate the process because it has taken a lot of the stress off of me. I felt so swamped and overwhelmed. I thought that I'd be stuck paying my debts off for the rest of my life. It's nice to know that if I get a letter in the mail, it would be handled. I just gotta show it to NDR. It definitely helps to have people in my corner and to know. And there's a comfort in knowing that I just gotta stay steadfast and dedicated to the program I've told people that I am going to NDR. And, generally, I'm not a very talkative guy, so a lot of my friends take me seriously when I recommend something.

NDR's enrollment process was pretty straightforward. It had a few things to think about, which is always good. At this point, I'm 20% in. The negotiators are doing a pretty tough job, negotiating the way they do. And they get things to where you could pay over three or six months, which is not bad. I couldn't do it on my own like that. Also, the ones I've talked to have been really enthusiastic about what they were doing. I notified all of the collectors that NDR was taking care of the debts. They have all quit and I have no collectors calling me whatsoever. When you get in a tight spot like I did and have more debt than money to pay out, NDR is a good thing. Working with them has taken a lot of worry off my shoulders. It let me give a little sigh of relief and breathe easier.

The end results will be good. The representatives were very thorough. They were easy to understand. They answered all my questions. Also helped me with a few concerns with how the program actually works. I When calling waiting time to get through was short,

Great customer service from both team members I spoke to. It was quick and to the point and they answered my question with lots of details. They seem to be a great organization/company that truly cares for customers. I am very happy with the service that had been offered to me so far.

Since I don’t have the internet, I can’t get any results unless I call every once a while. But when I call, they are cooperative and tell me what they think I wanna hear. The problem is that I keep sending all this money into my bank, and I have no way of knowing if they're doing what they're supposed to do and what relief I have. This morning, I woke up just before 9:00 and called them when they opened up to find out if they could send me some kind of information letting me know where I stood. By the time that I got through talking to the rep, I got as much as I could. I was also able to change some dates of deduction. I’m saving money, but I’m not sure what happens. But they said they’d let me know when they close the account. So far, they've closed two.

Their reviews were pretty decent and they offered what I was trying to get. They made me feel comfortable during the process. Everything was going good, except for the amount of time they said the credit score should start going back up. It kept going down. They told me within six months, my credit would completely drop, and after six months, it would start going back up. But it didn't. It took over a year for it to even start going back up. That's one thing I was kinda disappointed with. I stuck to their deal because they told me not to draw any credit or get another credit card for X amount of time. I didn't do it for almost a year. I paid them about $200 every two weeks. I'm getting things paid off, and it has relieved some stress.

Aloha, I am grateful to everyone that was involved in helping me through this very difficult process. It is with much embarrassment that I have to succumb to this way of getting out of debt that I am responsible for. I am first and foremost a parent and have always tried to help my family with their finances, much to my own detriment. I was at a point in my life where I needed to deal with debts in a way that was responsible and that didn’t hurt me like going into bankruptcy or things of that nature. I’ve tried other consumer credit situations in the past and I just decided to pull the trigger and give NDR a shot. They came highly rated from the Better Business Bureau and other places.

I enjoyed talking to the associates on the phone. It was a lot more info than I expected but I’m glad that I found this service. I could have reviewed the info myself but would have still had to review all the info with an associate to make sure I understood.

You are way better off contacting the credit cards directly and dealing with them directly.

I have tried to use debt relief programs in the past, but they weren’t as economical as National Debt Relief. And I like the way that everybody works together to try to get the payments to the creditors as quickly as possible. The only thing that made it rough was that I became a victim of identity theft and everything kinda had to be put on hold so I could get a little bit better on my feet. But the people at NDR have been very open-minded and accommodating. They said what they could do but the payment was still 300 and they got it down to 200.

I investigated some of the other companies and I saw National Debt Relief on TV. They had very good reviews and ratings, which was why I made my choice. We signed up and they went through our accounts. Then we talked about what the average debt was, the amount of debt and that they could get us out of debt within 48 months. We've been with them for about six months and they've done right by us so far. They do well on everything that they do and have settled some debts. If you're going into the program, look around and make sure of who you choose. Ask any question you feel like and go over it again.

They are professional, transparent, thorough, informative, and they put me at ease that I was making the right decision. I like the way the program works. I like that the money I'm paying each month is being transferred to an account under my name and is still my money until it's used to settle with one of my creditors.

So far, I am very happy with the service provided by both reps (Andrew & Amanda). They made me feel comfortable and reviewed the process in debt with me. I am confident this program will work for me after they put my mind at ease.

I came to NDR for help with looking for a better option to become debt free. I had this cloud over my head for three years, and enrolled into another debt consolidation company, but saw no light at the end of the tunnel.
