Getting started was a breeze. The two young ladies know their job very well, and it was easy to get set up. The step by step layout of the program and explaining why things are done in a timely matter really opens your eyes.

My first contact was with Carlos **. He was so professional and so very kind. Throughout the whole process, he treated me like a real human being. He explained everything for me and made sure that I was comfortable with how the process would work. He answered all of my questions very thoroughly.

Just joined so really have no experience at this time. Initial sign up was fairly easy regardless of my anxiety in this process. What more can I say until we are into this process for a length of time. Like I said the initial signup was fine and the people I have talked with Joshua and Patty were professional and caring.

Aaron was extremely helpful and explained everything to me, he was of a huge help with dealing with my stressful situation. Also the lady who did my welcome call was very friendly and explained everything to me. I did not feel rushed and both team members were happy to help me.

I was behind on my debts. I signed up with National Debt Relief and the enrollment process was so easy. Their rep sent me some papers online that I had to sign and send back to them. My daughter helped me. I don't read or write really well in English so they just told me where to sign. I've been with National Debt Relief since the beginning of the year. They said they were gonna do all my bills together and pay $500 a month. They called my cards.

Although a lot of information was presented fast and in legal manner the team members answered any questions in very polite and professional manner. Did not feel pressured to enroll in program also felt the benefits of the program were explained well. Negative outcome as well as the positive were also presented to think about.

I wasn't sure what to do so I contacted NDR. I am so glad I did. Everyone that I have dealt with have been great and kind. The 1st customer agent that I had was Richard **. He is so very kind, helpful and patient. He really put me at ease with the whole process. I have already recommended the services to my friends.

I was looking online for debt consolidation or debt relief and put my information in and was contacted shortly after doing so by Qwan ** and he walked me through the process to start my Debt Relief program and also instructed me that I would be receiving a Welcome call within a few business days. As of 7/9/19 I contacted National Debt Relief and started my welcome call with David **. David went through the process step by step as did Qwan **. David explained what I needed to do and that I would be receiving several emails in the start up of the program and if I had any questions to contact them at 1-888-660-7427. I was happy with the treatment and professionalism I was given.

When they named their company National Debt Relief, the empahsis for me, was in the word relief, for sure! The two men I've worked with throughout this process, Kizabi ** and Ed **, made it easy to begin working toward becoming debt free. My questions were answered and the steps were laid out in a manner that is easy to follow.

I just moved and everything got out of hand. I enrolled in National Debt Relief's program and have been with them since October 31st. It’s a four-year process. They’ve gotten one debt paid off and they're paying off three more. There's one that they’re going to find out and discuss how to pay off as being agreeable to both in writing. From what I saw last time I looked, if this one that they’re discussing right now gets in writing and everybody approves it, this will be 40% of the debt. There is like 25% of it already paid off. I’ve recommended National Debt Relief to two people.

I feel your Welcome Specialists should be more trained not only reading what the program is about but be prepared to take on any questions your Client may have, truly listen to their questions/concerns, have some empathy for those new in the program such as myself and always be kind instead of judgemental. I was very pleased with my service at the National Debt Relief Center. I spoke with Garry and Gloria and not were very helpful and supportive. I felt Gloria could have taken a little more time going through the material even if it was a repeat. She spoke so fast I almost had anxiety just from trying to keep up and I pretty much knew the material as it was a repeat of my initial contact.
