    I was behind on my debts. I signed up with National Debt Relief and the enrollment process was so easy. Their rep sent me some papers online that I had to sign and send back to them. My daughter helped me. I don't read or write really well in English so they just told me where to sign. I've been with National Debt Relief since the beginning of the year. They said they were gonna do all my bills together and pay $500 a month. They called my cards.

    The person from the company made it sound like the process was very easy. Maybe you're gonna pay $900,000 just to be released from your credit. You're gonna pay National Debt Relief $39,000 and be finished in five years. But then, you're gonna be pretty much in debt for so long. They told me I needed to do some extra payment in March. That was my first 558. In April, they charged an extra. In May, I didn't have money enough to pay the extra 900. In June and in July, I was supposed to pay 600 extra on top of the regular bill. National Debt Relief is nice. But I stopped doing the payment two months ago because it was very tough for me. I haven't sent them the money and I tried to call. I wrote down the dates in my calendar but I lost their phone numbers. I’m not good with computers. Now, I don’t even know if they’re still trying to help me.

    It was so easy to promise in the beginning. The problem is I don't have the money. I just told the bank not to let National Debt Relief get money because I didn't have money for my house mortgage. I could barely pay my three months altogether. The problem is this time, they can send me to the collectors. My credits are really bad.

    When they named their company National Debt Relief, the empahsis for me, was in the word relief, for sure! I have been struggling trying to make my credit card payments on time, but I have like 5 different cards between my spouse and I, and with bank deposits sometimes taking extra time over the weekends, it seems like I was always falling behind and ending up in the red both with my creditors and my checking account.     I was having financial difficulty and I wasn’t sleeping at night because I wanted to pay my debt but I just couldn't. I saw National Debt Relief on TV and I liked it. I called them right away and I was happy with it. The enrollment was easy. They were really nice. There was one lady that I was very satisfied with when she talked to me. They made an arrangement with the creditor. They made a deal and gave me the amount. The program worked for me because I got one amount to pay. It was half compared to what I was paying before.     I just moved and everything got out of hand. I enrolled in National Debt Relief's program and have been with them since October 31st. It’s a four-year process. They’ve gotten one debt paid off and they're paying off three more. There's one that they’re going to find out and discuss how to pay off as being agreeable to both in writing. From what I saw last time I looked, if this one that they’re discussing right now gets in writing and everybody approves it, this will be 40% of the debt. There is like 25% of it already paid off.     I had a great experience with National Debt Relief. I lost my job and sought them out. I had also used them a long time ago for a very small amount when I was in my 20s. It was not near what I was dealing with now. The enrollment process was simple and reassuring. The reps were great. They always answer questions and everybody is patient. They always gave me the chance to talk. Plus, I didn't feel embarrassed.

    The payment plan they set me up with was good. They asked me what was comfortable for me and they told what was realistic so I found the payment plan very easy. I fell behind once I had been with them and I lost a few of my creditors, but NDR still went after them anyway and got them back in the program with me. I was in a four-year realm for the project when I started and I'm about in a year in. But I'll probably finish up 18 months before the project is over. Plus, my credit is back too.

    Working with NDR has had a tremendous impact on my life. They gave me a chance to step up to the plate and, not just balance out the mortgage, but give my daughter a little extra. NDR took all the pressure off of me, which took all the pressure off my family and my family could function easily. NDR is not advertised enough. I've recommended three people to NDR. I told them that it's not a hard process to figure out and that NDR will be there for them.

    I couldn’t pay my bills and I read reviews on National Debt Relief. I gave them a call, asked them a bunch of questions and made my decision right there. During the enrollment process, I just had to give them my creditor information and then go through how much money I make on a monthly basis, and what my debt-to-ratio is compared to my income. The rep was very helpful and I was comfortable working with him. I told the reps at NDR my situation and how much debt I was in. I couldn’t afford the payments and I did not want to declare bankruptcy, so they told me what they could do for me. So, it was good. They knew whenever I logged in to my account and checked it. Then, whenever I have questions, I always call and they gave me an answer on whatever I asked.

    I was working with three creditors and two of them has settled but I’m still waiting on one. My payments weren’t that bad and it has saved me a great deal of money. I was on a 42-month program and I have a year and a half left. NDR keeps me out of debt because I cannot get any credit cards or anything because I’m in this program. I committed myself so I’m gonna finish and follow through on it.
