I was very apprehensive about the debt settlement going into the conversation. The representative I worked with, Taj, was very helpful, very open, honest and communicative. Always returned my calls, called when promised and responsive via email. The program was explained to me so that I could understand, all the risks and options were explained to me. This was a very good experience.

I have been very happy with the customer service when setting up my account. Everyone that I have talked to has been very informative and helpful. Marissa was very thorough the first day in going over everything I needed. I am very confident that this program will help me to accomplish my goal of becoming debt free.

Patrick was good to work with and once I asked him to talk slower, he did. The woman who called with welcome call, talked S-L-O-W when I asked her talk a bit slower because I couldn't understand. It was in a very rude way, and she sped up shortly after. I also said it was not something to congratulate me for given this is not something I'm proud of. Clearly she was quickly reading through the script and continued to congratulate me. It all just made my experience more painful.

The ladies that I spoke to today was very helpful and understanding for me to know what is the right thing to do. The two ladies knew what they were talking about and knew the right way to help me out of my problem.

Very honest, upfront. Helped me out a bunch. I'm not stressing anymore on living paycheck to paycheck. I would use them over anyone. They were very helpful. Took maybe a hour to get it all done and 10 mins to be approved. Now I can enjoy time with my family and not stressing everyday.

My customer service specialist was very thorough in explaining your program to me. When I called the first day Krystina ** was really helpful and she did remember to follow up before she left work as I had asked. I don't remember the name of the other representative that walk me through with the welcome call but she was very helpful and knowledgeable too in order to answer all the questions l had.

Everything was explained in good detail and I do not have any questions. When you need information about your company, call and the people who attended me by phone, very attentive, had the patience of my English constraint, and they attended me in Spanish: Miss Cristina on the 10th, who admitted me to the system and signed the contracts of services, and today Greece, I complete the information that Cristina provided me, now sign the agreement to help me if I need the group of lawyers, both very well prepared to explain the system and the documentation that signed.

I have only begun the process, but everyone that I have talked to so far has been helpful and informative in getting the program going for me. I found it very easy to get set up and started. Now I will wait and see how the debt negotiation goes.

I just completed my last settlement and now, I’m just gonna be making payments until July of next year.

I was making payments on my debts, a little over the minimum, but my balance wasn't going down very much, due to a high interest rate. The associates who set up my account were very knowledgeable and professional. However, I am new to this type of debt resolution and I am very worried and afraid about all it entails. Before creditors start realizing that I am enrolled in NDR, it's scary to me that they are not getting paid or hearing from me. Just my anxiety, I guess.

The lady I spoke to spoke quickly but clearly. I was able to get through the call in a timely manner. At one point, I either misheard her or she misspoke, and when I asked her about it, I felt she was a bit rude, but otherwise, it was professional.

We just finished the welcome call and so far we feel really very good about this. Called another company initially but got a weird feeling about them. Turns out, had we gone with the first company we would have risked losing our secured loans through our credit union which Naya here explained to us. We had no clue! They answered all the questions I had and made sure I knew and understood the whole process. The welcoming process of this program, made me feel secure and have hope. There were no surprises and no extra fees. So far they are great.

I don't think I ended up saving any money in the end. I began the program with 3 debts totaling $13,800 and settled with $8,700 which is great. BUT there is a $3k fee to participate in the program, and in order to pay off the settlement amount I was told the best route was to take a loan through an affiliate company with an interest rate of 23.46% APR. In addition my credit score dropped significantly because of closing my credit cards AND not making payments on them for 9 months. There is also a W9 given at the end of the year for forgiven debt taxes owed. In my case this amount is just around $400.

So far so good. Welcome call was a little too quick for me and had to repeat several things. Very scripted. So several things I needed to have repeated but only were repeated back to the script. Other than that I wasnt aware of the $12 a month legal fee.

The only very minor issue is that you all talk so fast on the telephone, being from the South it was difficult at times to clearly understand what was been said (LOL), other than that the experience was good. Everything was explained well and reviewed to make sure that the program was understood.

I saw National Debt Relief's ad online somewhere, then read about them and some reviews and used them because of the reviews. They asked me about my situation, how much debt I had, how many different accounts, and what type of debt it was. Then, they said that they could work with those banks and told me exactly step-by-step what to do when dealing with a bank with multiple calls if the bank was gonna try to transfer to a debt relief company or a collection company. They told me what not to say and what to say so that I don't put myself in a bind. The enrollment process was fairly straightforward and quick. They're a company that wants your business and once they get you, they wanna get you in there and make sure that you don't go anywhere else.

I saw the commercial on TV and signed up with National Debt Relief. During the enrollment process, the reps let me know all the stuff I had to do and the papers I had to sign. I would call and they would tell me that they were negotiating. The first three went pretty quickly and I don’t know why they hanged up on the last. Actually, I refused one of them. I just couldn't pay what they wanted at the time. So, they resubmitted it, and it took forever for them to come back and agree. I was comfortable with the process although quite naturally, when you get involved with something like that, you have your doubts if it was legit. But it went smoothly and I was satisfied with it.

Everything was explained in great detail and all questions were answered well. All information was given through email also so you identification was well protected. Felt very comfortable with this whole experience. I am looking forward to being debt free and in charge of my finance again.

She should be taken off the phones immediately and retrained or reassigned to another position in my opinion. If I had any other option, I would have cancelled this agreement based on my conversation with her and she will no doubt cost you future clients. My daughter helped me. I don't read or write really well in English so they just told me where to sign. I've been with National Debt Relief since the beginning of the year. They said they were gonna do all my bills together and pay $500 a month. They called my cards.

Although a lot of information was presented fast and in legal manner the team members answered any questions in very polite and professional manner. Did not feel pressured to enroll in program also felt the benefits of the program were explained well. Negative outcome as well as the positive were also presented to think about.

I was looking online for debt consolidation or debt relief and put my information in and was contacted shortly after doing so by Qwan ** and he walked me through the process to start my Debt Relief program and also instructed me that I would be receiving a Welcome call within a few business days. As of 7/9/19 I contacted National Debt Relief and started my welcome call with David **. David went through the process step by step as did Qwan **. David explained what I needed to do and that I would be receiving several emails in the start up of the program and if I had any questions to contact them at 1-888-660-7427. When they named their company National Debt Relief, the empahsis for me, was in the word relief, for sure! Super easy to get started and finally feel like I can breathe a little easier for the first time in a long time. They are extremely upfront on what the entire process consists of and what will happen and not happen going forward. I just moved and everything got out of hand. I enrolled in National Debt Relief's program and have been with them since October 31st. It’s a four-year process. They’ve gotten one debt paid off and they're paying off three more. There's one that they’re going to find out and discuss how to pay off as being agreeable to both in writing. From what I saw last time I looked, if this one that they’re discussing right now gets in writing and everybody approves it, this will be 40% of the debt. There is like 25% of it already paid off. I’ve recommended National Debt Relief to two people.
