Everything was professional and above board. Personnel very cordial and informative. Information was very detailed. If anything was missed I am sure I can get the information from customer service or enrolling specialist. I am sure that in time I will come to appreciate the services rendered. I would recommend this program to anyone that is being swamped and/or manipulated by the use of unsecured credit.

Using NDR for their debt relief program. Just beginning, therefore unsure of my rating of experience until more time into the program. I can say so far, all has been handled satisfactory and the specialist working with me has been very helpful.

I'm a happy I started this process I have anxiety but I do feel confident that they will help me reach my goals. I have to remember that I will get my debt paid in less than 3 years as opposed to 10 plus years.

Overwhelming amount of information to deal with and the Welcome call was way too much information for one session and was very confusing. The number of forms to fill out is also overwhelming. Why are there 5 separate emails to respond to for the welcome call?

The firs time researched about National Debt Relief, it had good reviews so I went for it. While my experience thus far has been good, it's nothing amazing. In the beginning, I wanted to close more credit cards. As soon as NDR gave me offers, I accepted because I wanted to get rid of that debt. For the most part, I settle for whatever is offered to me. It has been a rather slow process. Also, when I send a an email asking when I'm going to close a certain debt or try to reach out to ask questions about the process, their reps tell me to log into my account which I know I can do.

My sister and brother-in-law used National Debt Relief and I thought it was a good option for me. I started the program over two years ago and everything is going pretty smoothly for the most part. I only have less than a year and my credit debt is getting paid off.

I had credit card accumulation and I'm trying to build my credit back up so I can try to purchase a little home. I looked National Debt Relief up and did my little history on it. I kinda liked what I was reading and seeing so I gave them a call, and I'm very satisfied. They calculated the debt that I had, gave me an estimate of what I would have to pay them on a monthly basis. I break my payments in half. One week they take out one, the other week they take out one. So far, a few of my credit cards have been paid off. Now, they referred me to some other place and I took out like a loan so that my cards can be paid off full at one time.

Initially, I tried getting a loan to consolidate my debts. That would have made it easier for me but no credit was willing to help me out with that. I went with NDR and I'm so glad I did. I called in and talked to Ryan. He took a look at all of my accounts and he asked me what I wanted associated with it. I told him there were six accounts that I ended up adding in. Once he was done looking at the accounts, he told me what he was coming up with for my monthly payment. However, he didn't really tell me how long it was gonna take for me to pay the balance off. Still, he told me what I would be paying overall and it was $5000 or $6000 less than what I owed.

National Debt Relief is doing a fine job getting rid of my debt. I had a couple of lawsuits, but they're taking care of that. My questions and concerns have been addressed very well and they did great in working with me on my payment plan. I also get an email and messages all the time about any updates.

I thought my experience was worth 5 stars. They were kind, courteous, and did answer all of my questions. They did, however, speak way too fast and blow through all the information about the program. When I slowed them down and asked questions it was better. I just think that they are so familiar with the program they don't realize we are hearing this for the first time. They made this process incredibly easy, understandable, and comforting. I was nervous about getting involved with a program like this, and after all said and done, I'm really glad I did! What would take me 20+ years, I will now have done within 4 years!

The reps of National Debt Relief were very nice and very helpful. I sent them copies of what I owed and what my income was. And then when it changed, they worked with me to accommodate for that. They also let me know when there's a settlement, and I okay it. And we go from there. In January, I had my knee replaced, so my income went down. So, they worked with me as far as holding off on payments until I got back to work. And then, when I did go back to work, they didn't have a full-time position for me, so I had to go part-time. And then, I chose to retire because the income would be about the same. And so now, they work with me that I send my payment once a month out of my social security instead of every two weeks out of my paycheck. So, they've been very cooperative. I'm very happy with my experience with National Debt Relief. They've done a good job.

Took too long and to many trips to the fax machine to send the same paperwork. Several asked for the same and no one individual stuck to the process till it was done. Dissatisfied with the length of time it took to do such a simple matter cause the individual kept disappear out of reach for the day and then someone else had to take the effort improve efforts and relationships with customers for better customer service than what I received this moment for three to four days in a row.

I work for the government and in the government, you can't let debt linger. One of my lieutenants said National Debt Relief is a good company so I used them. I got six debts and they said, "Well, we've settled on the first one, we're starting to pay on it. Now, we're gonna start on another one." We're supposed to pay off one and then go to the next one so that was a little different. What I feel is they're prolonging the situation 'cause if you pay one, you pay that off real fast. Then you move to the next one and you pay that one off real fast too. And you keep it going. If you start paying on one and you start paying on another one, that's what'll keep me longer.
