    The firs time researched about National Debt Relief, it had good reviews so I went for it. While my experience thus far has been good, it's nothing amazing. In the beginning, I wanted to close more credit cards. As soon as NDR gave me offers, I accepted because I wanted to get rid of that debt. For the most part, I settle for whatever is offered to me. It has been a rather slow process. Also, when I send a an email asking when I'm going to close a certain debt or try to reach out to ask questions about the process, their reps tell me to log into my account which I know I can do.

    I'm paying for a service and that service has been okay. Now I need to do a collection for my gym membership which I cancelled but they continue charging me. I need to figure out how to do that on my own as NDR cannot just go above and beyond to help customers. It's not like I got personal service or someone walking side by side to get me the best deal.

    I had credit card accumulation and I'm trying to build my credit back up so I can try to purchase a little home. I looked National Debt Relief up and did my little history on it. I kinda liked what I was reading and seeing so I gave them a call, and I'm very satisfied. They calculated the debt that I had, gave me an estimate of what I would have to pay them on a monthly basis. I break my payments in half. One week they take out one, the other week they take out one. So far, a few of my credit cards have been paid off. Now, they referred me to some other place and I took out like a loan so that my cards can be paid off full at one time.

    The enrollment process was great like the loan process. I called them and I had to send them a few of my pay stubs so that they can see if I'm qualified for it. They also calculate out your bills and what you pay to make sure that you can afford what they are asking you to pay off on your credit card or whatever bill you may need them to help you. I've been with them for maybe a year and a half and they told it'd be like three or three and a half years. And everything would be paid up in full. I'm seeing the change, so I enjoy it.

    What they also do is every single month, they send me an email so that I can go and check my balance off. I can see everything in that email. I can give them a call anytime. If I forget my password, like anything, they walk me through it. The people are very polite. They really explain the program to you. If you wanna build up on it more, they send you different things through the email. They're patient and they listen to what you have to say. They work with you.

    I like National Debt Relief. The program is great. It has build my credit up. My credit score is moving up. I will refer National Debt Relief to anybody. It impacted my life a great deal because it helped me a lot. What happened was I lost my mother in 2017 and my grandmother in 2018. I had to lay my mother and my grandmother down to rest, and it really knocked my credit score down a lot. It was like I couldn't catch up. I kept falling behind, falling behind, falling behind, and it was like late payment, late payment, late payment. That's interest, interest, interest because I was also working on paying my household bills.

    Initially, I tried getting a loan to consolidate my debts. That would have made it easier for me but no credit was willing to help me out with that. I went with NDR and I'm so glad I did. I called in and talked to Ryan. He took a look at all of my accounts and he asked me what I wanted associated with it. I told him there were six accounts that I ended up adding in. Once he was done looking at the accounts, he told me what he was coming up with for my monthly payment. However, he didn't really tell me how long it was gonna take for me to pay the balance off. Still, he told me what I would be paying overall and it was $5000 or $6000 less than what I owed.

    Though my credit is crap right now because I had to stop paying my bills, everything is working out pretty well. NDR negotiates and comes at me with a settlement proposal and I tell them yes or no. For my National Penn credit card, NDR came to me and told me they agreed upon such and such amount with the creditor. However, what did not sound good was that in order for that to happen, I would have had to put an extra like $600 into my account in September. Even though it sounded good, I couldn’t afford that. Their reps really worked with me and told me it was a no problem at all and that they would go back to negotiating with my creditor. In sum, NDR is getting me out of debt and that’s what I need. I tell people about what I'm doing all the time.

    The reps of National Debt Relief were very nice and very helpful. I sent them copies of what I owed and what my income was. And then when it changed, they worked with me to accommodate for that. They also let me know when there's a settlement, and I okay it. And we go from there. In January, I had my knee replaced, so my income went down. So, they worked with me as far as holding off on payments until I got back to work. And then, when I did go back to work, they didn't have a full-time position for me, so I had to go part-time. And then, I chose to retire because the income would be about the same. And so now, they work with me that I send my payment once a month out of my social security instead of every two weeks out of my paycheck. So, they've been very cooperative. I'm very happy with my experience with National Debt Relief. They've done a good job.

    I dreaded making the call because I did not know what to expect. But the NDR Staff proceeded to calm me down. Patiently, they walked me through each of the steps involved in the process, explaining in plain English each of these steps. They were very cordial, and they assured me that they would fight on my behalf to get a reduction in the amount of debt I owed to the Credit cards Companies, due to the financial hardship I am facing.     I work for the government and in the government, you can't let debt linger. One of my lieutenants said National Debt Relief is a good company so I used them. I got six debts and they said, "Well, we've settled on the first one, we're starting to pay on it. Now, we're gonna start on another one." We're supposed to pay off one and then go to the next one so that was a little different. What I feel is they're prolonging the situation 'cause if you pay one, you pay that off real fast. Then you move to the next one and you pay that one off real fast too. And you keep it going. If you start paying on one and you start paying on another one, that's what'll keep me longer.

    When you call the customer service side, like the ones in New York, they're horrible. The customer service in Virginia are pretty good. Right now, I'm going through a lot of issue. They thought I had cancer and my mom is in the hospital so right now, I'm not paying. I’m starting back up next month. I try to tell them my situation and they're like, "Well, I want my money." Then they try to switch it around and say they're trying to help. I told them I understand what their situation is, but they gotta understand my situation. But for the most part, it's a good company.
