Very great customer service! They helped me through every step of the way to get the result I needed. They went through everything I wanted to consolidate and the things I wanted to leave out. I cannot thank them enough for helping me get debt relief.

I had a good experience enrolling with National Debt Relief. Thus far, their negotiators have been doing a good job. They're getting some settlements and I'm getting my amount due down. Whenever they make a deal with one of my creditors, they call me, and let me know, and ask me if I accept the deal. I have a good payment plan with them too.

Both Gary ** and Kiera ** were kind, understanding and very helpful. Explained everything clearly and answered all my questions completely. I know all this will take time, but a weight has been lifted from my shoulders. Looking forward to being debt free!

I just enrolled, but so far, things have been good. When credit card companies are unwilling to help lower your interest rates or monthly payments, this is an option that helps you keep more money in your pocket instead of theirs. It's quick, easy and the customer representatives are very helpful.

While they were helpful in helping me with my debt in the beginning, when hardships hit me, they would not lower the outrageous monthly payment even after removing all the active ($20,000) debt still left to settle. I only owe them $2000 and they would not reduce the payments down low enough and work with me. They will NOT work with you if anything changes. So it's best to avoid these vultures and go to Freedom Debt Relief..which is where they branched off from in the first place. FDR is willing to work with you and also give you a longer extended time to pay. AVOID NDR if you are living paycheck to paycheck.

Very quick to call you back and set up enrollment in the program and from there to today it is going downhill quickly. Errors were made on original agreement with incorrect information. Had to do agreement over with a different individual. You can communicate on portal and send E-Mail on important issues that require rapid attention and hear nothing. Instead of dealing with one assigned individual you get a different individual each time. If this poor customer service continues I will have to make an evaluation to continue or not.

The firs time researched about National Debt Relief, it had good reviews so I went for it. While my experience thus far has been good, it's nothing amazing. In the beginning, I wanted to close more credit cards. As soon as NDR gave me offers, I accepted because I wanted to get rid of that debt. For the most part, I settle for whatever is offered to me. It has been a rather slow process. Also, when I send a an email asking when I'm going to close a certain debt or try to reach out to ask questions about the process, their reps tell me to log into my account which I know I can do.

I had credit card accumulation and I'm trying to build my credit back up so I can try to purchase a little home. I looked National Debt Relief up and did my little history on it. I kinda liked what I was reading and seeing so I gave them a call, and I'm very satisfied. They calculated the debt that I had, gave me an estimate of what I would have to pay them on a monthly basis. I break my payments in half. One week they take out one, the other week they take out one. So far, a few of my credit cards have been paid off. Now, they referred me to some other place and I took out like a loan so that my cards can be paid off full at one time.

Initially, I tried getting a loan to consolidate my debts. That would have made it easier for me but no credit was willing to help me out with that. I went with NDR and I'm so glad I did. I called in and talked to Ryan. He took a look at all of my accounts and he asked me what I wanted associated with it. I told him there were six accounts that I ended up adding in. Once he was done looking at the accounts, he told me what he was coming up with for my monthly payment. However, he didn't really tell me how long it was gonna take for me to pay the balance off. Still, he told me what I would be paying overall and it was $5000 or $6000 less than what I owed.

National Debt Relief is doing a fine job getting rid of my debt. I had a couple of lawsuits, but they're taking care of that. My questions and concerns have been addressed very well and they did great in working with me on my payment plan. I also get an email and messages all the time about any updates.
