My experience with Andrew & Rose was painless and easy. I should not have put this off for so long. They were both very helpful and I could tell their main purpose was to get me debt free. I was very ashamed when it came to my debt and National Debt Relief has given me the power to take back control of my finances.

This program was simple to enroll and the staff were all very friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for relief from credit card or other debt. I look forward to continuing to work with NDR through this process.

I was so hesitant to call them for help, but my representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. He put me at ease while having to go thru all my debt. I was privileged to work with Canaan ** and Natalie ** during the orientation phase of my debt settlement program. Both were beyond detailed in describing the "in's" and "out's" of the program. I was very hesitant to be involved in the program initially. Canaan was a pleasure to speak with and quickly put my anxiety to ease and laid out a plan which I'm confident will work for me and my family.

Everyone that I have talked has been very friendly and understanding. They were very knowledgeable and explained all details in a manner that I could understand. They were very good at listening to my side and answered all questions that I had to my satisfaction.

Both were excellent. Andrew ** was very knowledgeable. As I go into this, I am a bit nervous, but I am confident any questions I have will be answered. This is a big step for me. I did want to go bankrupt. It is my fervent wish that this truly does work for me.

Questions were answered, albeit vague at times. I am very nervous about enrolling in this kind of program, but am unsure of what else to do. The people that I spoke with were very kind and reassuring throughout the process. I feel as though I will have avenues to receive support as needed throughout the program.

I received my Welcome Call on 08/06/2019. The agent was very polite. She was very informative and knowledgeable. She asked me if I had any questions while going over the Welcome call. My husband and I were afraid that we were going to lose our home because we fell into the credit card trap. We were paying high minimum balances and the total was not going down. My experience has been a positive one. As a customer, in general, I have always strived to have a strong pride... to: 1) be punctual, 2) to respond effectively to responsibility and commitment, 3) to pay on time and more than the minimum amount required. I signed up with NDR, because I had accumulated too many accounts. I had a situation where my total outcome became greater than my total income...! I exhausted my savings and became frustrated and sad. Then I saw your NDR TV commercial. I called and I then felt, immediately, that my situation had hope to improve through your structured program.

Very helpful, excellent customer service. The representative made me feel comfortable. Very willing to help and gave very good financial advice. He had a listening ear and provide information that’s very useful. He is very patient and suggested multiple options for me to save money - explained the program very well.

It seems to be going good so far. They helped with finding the debt and all but some of the questions and all in the email contacts are not the best. Also the representatives that we spoke to to initiate this process spoke fast and didn't give much chance to write down the information when originally given it.

My experience with National Debt Relief has been going really well and I'm happy. I had a hardship and unfortunately, lost some work there and lost money. Then, my boyfriend at the time, his sister and I were all trying to rent a place together. Unfortunately, she bailed on us a month after and that was an additional burden on me and him because we only got that place assuming she would be there. Almost a year in with National Debt Relief, it has taken a lot of stress off me. Most people you talk to don't explain anything, but my rep explained things right down to the wire. They do a really good job in explaining everything every time I talk to them. They came up with the amount that they would take out one time a month and asked me if I could afford that. I've had one time that I couldn't make the whole payment, and it was no problem. I called them and we worked it right out in one phone call.

I spoke to a man by the name of Mr. Mark ** for approximately 2 hours or more, every time I came up with a negative reason why I should not get behind in my debt because I did not want my credit ruin he let me know how I was wasting money stressing myself out and need to get back on track with my finance with a positive reason why. We’re going through a very difficult time and needed some help. I didn’t know what else to do. I didn't wanna not pay the bills but I wanna be able to get them paid and yet be able to have a life. I was looking for a place that could help me. I saw National Debt Relief's advertising on the internet. I also looked at some other places, but I narrowed it down to NDR. The deciding factor was the way they presented themselves online and the way that their advertising was worded. I was having some financial problems with credit cards. The credit card companies were bothering me and I couldn't work with them. National Debt Relief provided a debt consolidation on my credit cards and the enrollment process was easy to do. I contacted them, gave them my name and number then somebody contacted me. I walked them through my problems and why I'm in debt.

After reading debt release are issues to address the concern I will list later. Please put all on hold. I for now and then I'll go back to the next episode. Please don't worry about me now. We are going through the process of making sure that we are able to make the payments over the course of the years.

Everyone who call or I call and talk with have been super helpful (I talk with three different people). They all were really knowledgeable and friendly. Throughout the whole process everyone made it clear that it was up to us if we want to go through with the agreed. The representative was very knowledgable on the phone. Helpful in answering all questions, although seemed bothered I had asked a question that she had already explained - even though there is a large quantity of information to take in at once. She also was very obviously reading a script, which removed a degree of personal touch from the nature of the call. This is more of an issue with the individual on the phone, not the company or the services they offer. Overall, very helpful.

They gave me a deal which was a four-year plan as far as they figured out what I would pay monthly. They're getting things resolved really quickly. With the payment plan that they set up, one of the debts looks like a year and a half with $89 a month.

Updated on 03/02/2020: NDR answered a lot of the questions we had and gave us plenty of space to think about things. And once we were ready to make a move to use them things has been easy and efficient. We’ve settled a few of our bills and still have a few more, but it’s working out pretty well. They call pretty much every week. We also have access online to keep tracking everything that’s happening. If you have a lot of debts and you need help managing it NDR has some really good programs. Everything NDR seemed to do was really well as long as people stick with the program and make sure they’re doing due diligence on their end.

I am very pleased with my experience so far. Both ladies that helped me were very nice and helpful. I really appreciated their kindness and understanding. I never felt embarrassed or upset through the whole process. They explained everything so well, that it was easy to understand. Thank you so much for helping me get out of debt.

The counselors were very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and helpful throughout the whole process of getting me enrolled, informing me about the program, and during each of our telephone conversations. The counselors were extremely supportive and reassured me that I was making the right decision regarding contacting them and initiating the process to save money and decrease my debt. When I first called in, the first rep was really nice and I thought he was very helpful. However when the welcome call was done, I found that the first rep hadn't given me A LOT of information that was now a surprise. I felt blindsided a bit because the information not given was very important and would have made me think twice about working with them. After the welcome call, I did not feel good about it anymore and have since submitted a cancellation request.
