Having just signed up, I can't honestly tell you that this program works as described. Hence four star rating. But I can tell you the customer service is outstanding. Every member of this organization that I have dealt with has been incredibly friendly and helpful. I'll know in a few months if the program works (here's to hoping that it does!) and I'll offer another review then. But for now, as I just begin, I am very satisfied.

My agent was very clear and assertive when explaining to me the terms of my contract with NDR. She made me feel safe and confident about this decision and was so understanding of my situation. I am excited about starting my journey to being debt free.

I spent a great deal of time searching for help with my debt with no avail until I ran across National Debt Relief website. I knew in my heart that they wouldn't have any answers for me as well, but I was absolute wrong. Excellent Customer service, very knowledgeable, patient, and understanding representatives. Great experience so far! I just enrolled in the program, but the customer service was top notch and the representative explained the plan in detail by explaining the next steps in the process. The representative also went over legal representation in case creditors tried to take legal action, and was very detail oriented and made sure all the information was accurate and complete. I look forward to continuing to work with NDR, and I have high hopes that the plan that they put forward will get me where I need to be and back on sound financial ground.

I just enrolled in the Debt Relief Program. The process was not to difficult. I'm not a person that uses computers very much but it was not too hard to be able to get the tasks accomplished. I definitely prefer the old way of doing it. They were all very helpful through the process.

Tamika was reading to rapidly. Her aim seemed to be to get through a painful ordeal as quickly as possible. She said all the buzz words (please, thank you, etc.) at the prompt points, while being rude, impatient, sighing and chided me for interrupting her, to ask questions I thought I had a right to ask. As I was in a financial situation with credit cards, I looked online and deemed National Debt Relief to be the best company with the highest rating that I felt could help me the most. Their enrollment process was great and everything was easy. Their people have also been very helpful. I have been enrolled for about 10 months now and they have taken care of about 40% of my portfolio. Though I wish it would go faster, it is going as fast as I expected. I had eight creditors that I owed and I've taken care of three of them. NDR is talking to them and they have ongoing communication with another one so I'm about halfway done.

Antonio was super patient with my million and one questions and is great with customer service! I was on the fence about doing a program like this but think I made the right choice, looking forward to becoming debt free!

Both of the people who helped me set up an account were so kind and helpful. Being in debt and trying to settle it is extremely stressful! Having two people to help that were informed and could explain exactly what would happen - through personal experience as well - just made the whole thing worthwhile. I don't recommend going into debt, but if you do, it's great to have kindness meet you instead of judgment.

Lance was informative and clear in what the process was. All my questions were answered in a satisfactory way. The follow up call was also easy to understand and helped to further clarify the steps necessary to be successful in the program.

Ari was wonderful to work with. When starting to repair my debt I wasn't sure where to start. But after talking to Ari he assured my debt would clear fast. Trusting in him I'm glad I decided to go with National Debt Relief.

I was transferred several times, cut off, and had to call back, and then I had to repeat all the information I had just given someone else. It was very frustrating; all in all I was on the phone for about 30 minutes.

I have a lot of credit card debt and it came to the point where I didn't have enough money to keep up with them. I tried to get a home equity line of credit from my bank but was denied because of the my debt to income ratio being too high. So I decided I needed to do something. I reached out to NDR and Valerie was my person. She was nice and pleasant. She answered all my questions. She made me feel good about my decision and I can't wait to get this debt behind me. And it is cheaper than all the minimum payments I was making! So now I will have some money to put in savings. When you are in a hole and don't want to file bankruptcy and can't get a loan to help - reach out to NDR. They explain the program and it does affect your credit but you can rebuild that in time.

Talked with Nathalee to set up my account was excellent about communicating what was expected of me along with what I should be expecting. She was also able to make me feel confident in my decision to choose the debt relief route, with almost 10yrs of credit history most of which was sitting above a 720 I was hesitant about letting it freefall because of the decision to stop paying my creditors. Actually had gotten info from a couple other businesses for debt settlement and backed out because of what I was told was gonna happen.

I went with National Debt Relief for debt consolidation and worked with several negotiators. Whenever I call, the person whom I talk to is someone different, but they always have access to my account and they have notes from the previous person whom I spoke with. The reps really care about their customer. They take time to listen not just to the reasons for the debt but also what's going on in their customer's life. That way, if they need to make adjustments, they can. For instance, I recently discovered that I'm gonna be having another child. They relieved us of payments for one month and instead delayed them so that we could try and get our head above water, turn back and stay in the program.

When credit card companies are unwilling to help lower your interest rates or monthly payments, this is an option that helps you keep more money in your pocket instead of theirs. It's quick, easy and the customer representatives are very helpful.

While they were helpful in helping me with my debt in the beginning, when hardships hit me, they would not lower the outrageous monthly payment even after removing all the active ($20,000) debt still left to settle. I only owe them $2000 and they would not reduce the payments down low enough and work with me. They will NOT work with you if anything changes. So it's best to avoid these vultures and go to Freedom Debt Relief..which is where they branched off from in the first place. FDR is willing to work with you and also give you a longer extended time to pay. AVOID NDR if you are living paycheck to paycheck.

Very quick to call you back and set up enrollment in the program and from there to today it is going downhill quickly. Errors were made on original agreement with incorrect information. Had to do agreement over with a different individual. You can communicate on portal and send E-Mail on important issues that require rapid attention and hear nothing. Instead of dealing with one assigned individual you get a different individual each time. If this poor customer service continues I will have to make an evaluation to continue or not.
