People VERY helpful; process seems simple if a little scary; I have confidence that their helpfulness will not fail. It looks like some of my creditors will be asked to be patient while my account builds up funds, I thought they would negotiate settlements and "bill" me for the funding to be paid out of my account.

I had a lot of credit card debts. I found NDR online then I researched them. They had a good rating with the Better Business Bureau, so I went with them. The enrollment was easy because they ran my credit and got all my bills. I was on the program for a little over a year and they got all my credit cards off my credit. But the process was slow. They could improve the way that they do things because when I was on the program, I was still getting threatening phone calls. If they’d be fast about contacting the people that they were supposed to contact, it’d have been a whole lot better.

I was in great hands with Jeremy **. He paid close attention to my needs and worked to find the best solution to resolve my debt. I appreciate his nonjudgmental attitude throughout the phone call. He was also respectful of my time.

Updated on 10/13/2020: I didn't realize that the fees would be so high associated with them getting you the settlement. They get you the settlement, but sometimes that fee isn't really worth the deal. Other than that, I see a reduction in how much I was paying out every month. And NDR was helpful during the time I couldn't pay. I'm a contract worker. I lost my job because of corona. So, they worked out a way that I could adjust my payments. They were there to help negotiate that. They had an understanding, which everybody is affected by the virus in some way, shape, or form, but they had a plan implemented already to help the people who were a part of their program.

Great experience. Customer service is really great. I enjoy talking to everyone. I have no complaints. This a great program if you're in debt, they will truly help you get everything back together for such a low charge. Very pleased.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The associates seemed to know what they needed to about everything. They were very courteous and respectful of my business needs. They all seemed very sincere in helping me to get out of the bad situation that I’m in and they didn’t act like they were judging me for getting in too deep.

I am especially pleased with the time and patience that was given to me by George. My financial woes have been caused by psycho ex-fiance whom made up allegations on my character. I secured an attorney to protect my freedom. Also, my ex-fiance has refused to return to me the engagement ring. I would like to return it to the jewelery store where purchased. But she is a thief and a piece of crap. I am seeking to take her to small claims court on behalf of the engagement ring. Arguing it was NOT presented to her as a gift but as a proposal (contract) for marriage. Marriage was never fulfilled therefore the engagement ring ought to be returned to me. I can prove it was not presented as a gift. We had taken photos of our engagement before a photographer. No, happy but I had to do it. I was promise a copy of the credit report never got it! They bug me all day at work, plus the girl rush me to sign before even reading the contract. Then she told me 20% the fee but is 23%.

My representative James is amazing, very helpful and in me he got me through the phone call with ease explained everything in such detail that I understood everything though clearly. This is going to help me out a lot because I will never be able to pay out my credit debt and $13,000 I would never be able to pay that out in a lifetime and to pay VEE able to pay it out in three years is great. It’s a weight lifted off my shoulders. I feel so much better now with all my other things going on so I have one less trouble off my shoulders so this is great and hopefully this is enough characters so now I could hit next.

The enrollment process was great. The form was simplified, instructions were clear, and Mr. ** provided assistance question by question, when needed. Assistance was provided throughout the whole experience. Compared to other similar services, this is the one for us. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and made us feel comfortable with this process.

I am impressed how thorough the people on the phone were; I had explained that I can only talk during my lunch time because my job is so demanding and a few times they called at the most inopportune times; however I received a call on Saturday on my day off and we were able to accomplish so much more.

When I signed up with National Debt Relief, I thought that all my creditors were gonna be contacted and everything resolved, and then I pay them. Instead, it was one at a time, and I’d still be contacted by my creditors. I enrolled about $24,000 worth of debt, and National Debt Relief said that they should be able to resolve it all for $16,000. But I figured out this morning that it’s gonna be resolved for about $11,500. So National Debt Relief is making almost five grand off of this. I could’ve went and settled on my own to everybody and save myself five grand.

When contacting NDR I felt ashamed that I let my debt get out of hand, but by the end of my call having everything explained to me I feel confident that my debt will be resolved and I am on my way to a less stressful life.

Having just signed up, I can't honestly tell you that this program works as described. Hence four star rating. But I can tell you the customer service is outstanding. Every member of this organization that I have dealt with has been incredibly friendly and helpful. I'll know in a few months if the program works (here's to hoping that it does!) and I'll offer another review then. But for now, as I just begin, I am very satisfied.

Great experience so far! I just enrolled in the program, but the customer service was top notch and the representative explained the plan in detail by explaining the next steps in the process. I just enrolled in the Debt Relief Program. The process was not to difficult. I'm not a person that uses computers very much but it was not too hard to be able to get the tasks accomplished. I definitely prefer the old way of doing it. They were all very helpful through the process.

Tamika was reading to rapidly. Her aim seemed to be to get through a painful ordeal as quickly as possible. She said all the buzz words (please, thank you, etc.) at the prompt points, while being rude, impatient, sighing and chided me for interrupting her, to ask questions I thought I had a right to ask. As I was in a financial situation with credit cards, I looked online and deemed National Debt Relief to be the best company with the highest rating that I felt could help me the most. Their enrollment process was great and everything was easy. Their people have also been very helpful. I have been enrolled for about 10 months now and they have taken care of about 40% of my portfolio. Though I wish it would go faster, it is going as fast as I expected. I had eight creditors that I owed and I've taken care of three of them. NDR is talking to them and they have ongoing communication with another one so I'm about halfway done.

Talked with Nathalee to set up my account was excellent about communicating what was expected of me along with what I should be expecting. She was also able to make me feel confident in my decision to choose the debt relief route, with almost 10yrs of credit history most of which was sitting above a 720 I was hesitant about letting it freefall because of the decision to stop paying my creditors. I went with National Debt Relief for debt consolidation and worked with several negotiators. Whenever I call, the person whom I talk to is someone different, but they always have access to my account and they have notes from the previous person whom I spoke with. The reps really care about their customer. They take time to listen not just to the reasons for the debt but also what's going on in their customer's life. That way, if they need to make adjustments, they can. For instance, I recently discovered that I'm gonna be having another child. They relieved us of payments for one month and instead delayed them so that we could try and get our head above water, turn back and stay in the program.
